Salah satu penggunaan teknologi adalah untuk memperoleh informasi. Informasi merupakan hal yang menjadi sasaran utama dalam setiap perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu tujuan dari penulis untuk merancang dan membuat suatu aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen untuk perusahaan CV. Jonathan Teknik Medika agar dapat menyajikan informasi yang tepat dan sederhanan yang mudah di pahami oleh pimpinan sehingga dapat mempermudah dalam pengambilan keputusan serta pemantauan kinerja perusahaan. Dalam membuat aplikasi ini penulis menggunakan Visual Basic.net dan Microsoft SQL Server 2008. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah RUP (Rational Unified Process). Hasil rancangan dan pembuatan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat berguna dan membantu mengatasi masalah- masalah perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan dan penyajian informasi. No full textPeranan teknologi informasi tidak dapat dipungkiri lagi sangat membantu
berkembangnya suatu perusahaan atau organisasi. PT. Sarwa Karya Wiguna
dalam penyusunan laporan keuanganya masih menggunakan cara manual yang
mana membutuhkan banyak waktu baik dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan
maupun dalam melihat transaksi periode sebelumnya. Dalam pengembangan
sistem yang baru ini digunakan metode iterasi, yaitu dengan melakukan fase
perencanaan, fase analisis, fase perancangan, analisis sistem yang berjalan,
wawancara dan observasi serta pengumpulan data-data untuk memperoleh
informasi yang dibutuhkan. Dari hasil analisis yang kami lakukan kami
mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi untuk mengatasi masalah pada
PT. Sarwa Karya Wiguna yaitu menghasilkan sistem informasi akuntansi yang
terkomputerisasi yang sesuai kebutuhan PT Sarwa Karya Wigun

industri jasa terhadap pesaingnya adalah kepuasan pelanggan dan kualitas dari jasa yang
dihasilkan. Seringkali pelanggan merasa tidak puas atas jasa yang diberi perusahaan
sehingga dapat menyebabkan menurunnya tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dan pada akhirnya
pelanggan beralih ke perusahaan pesaing. Oleh karena itu, kami merasa bahwa
perusahaan perlu mengetahui, seperti apa produk jasa yang harus diberikan perusahaan
kepada pelanggan dan mengenal pelanggan lebih dekat.
Cara dan strategi untuk mengenal dan membangun hubungan dengan pelanggan
serta mengelolanya dikenal dengan Customer Relationship Management. Adapun
metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan skripsi ini yaitu: (1) Metode Analisis yang
mencakup SWOT, CSF dan analisa kuesioner, (2) Metode Perancangan yang mencakup
perancangan basis data, perancangan proses, perancangan tampilan layar dan struktur
menu.
Sistem yang diterapkan di perusahaan yang kami survei saat ini ternyata masih
banyak kekurangan dalam pemberian pelayanan kepada pelanggan dan calon pelanggan.
Dari perancangan sistem yang diusulkan, kami berusaha memperbaiki kekurangan yang
ada, dengan perbaikan dan penambahan ini, sistem yang berjalan di perusahaan menjadi
lebih baik yang berguna untuk meningkatkan hubungan dan kepuasan pelanggan

No full textPerkembangan bisnis sekarang ini tidak hanya bergantung pada kualitas produk, tetapi juga melihat dari segi kualitas layanan, yang lebih mendorong pelanggan untuk membeli produk yang ditawarkan. PT TVMI Palembang merupakan distributor LCD dan LED merk REGZA yang didistributorkan ke wilayah Sumatera Selatan. PT TVMI mengalami kesulitan dalam penyampaian informasi-informasi terkait produk, tanggal hutang jatuh tempo dan layanan. Untuk itu penulis menerapkan sistem customer relationship management berbasis SMS gateway untuk mempermudah komunikasi bisnis antara pelanggan dan perusahaan. Dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini penulis menggunakan metodologi FAST berorientasi objek yang terdiri dari fase definisi lingkup, fase analisis masalah, fase persyaratan, fase desain logis, fase analisis keputusan dan fase implementasi. Metode perancangan sistem yang kami gunakan beorientasi objek terdiri dari use case,class diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, deployment diagram dan relasi antar tabel. Sistem aplikasi SMS gateway itu sendiri dikembangkan dengan Microsoft Visual studio 2008 dan SQL server 2005 sebagai database. Sistem ini juga menyediakan informasi-informasi data yang diperlukan dalam penyampaian informasi sehingga mempermudah dalam penyampaian informasi kepada pelanggan. Sistem ini dapat dikembangkan lagi dengan menambahkan fitur MMS dengan memanfaatkan sistem Ozeki NG SMS Gateway

design by using models that describe the data flow system, and ERD identifies the user

Purpose of making the application is to assist the sales report sales reports in the

help in improving the efficiency of time in the reporting process.
The method used is the method of iterations. This method uses the technique of
looping or iteration in which each stage of the work can be done repeatedly, starting
from the planning, analysis, design, and implementation.
