ANALISIS PERMINTAAN PASAR EKSPOR TERHADAP PRODUK UDANG BEKU INDONESIA
In general, the destination of this thesis is to know the factors influencing of demand to the Indonesian frozen shrimp/prawn, and specially is to analyse the influence of the Indonesian frozen shrimp/prawn price variable, frozen shrimp/prawn price of competitor (Vietnam and Thailand), income and mount the consumption per capita, and also number of the consumer of chosen exporting destination countries (Japan and America). The analysis of this research is using by the applied of demand theory with double of natural logarithm model and processed with of Ordinary of Least Square method. Â The result show that's not all variable show the marking matching or have the same sign with hypothesis. The sign of signification and the sign of elasticity of variable has watch from demand choice of export destination country has made different. For Japan's shrimp market, the variable matching or have the same sign with hypothesis are frozen shrimp/prawn price of Indonesia, and mount the earnings (income) per capita. While for American's shrimp market, the variable matching or have the same sign with with hypothesis are frozen shrimp/prawn price of Indonesia, frozen shrimp/prawn price of the competitor country (Thailand), mount the earnings (income) and mount the consumption per capita. The others is disagree with formulated hypothesis
ANALISIS PERKEMBANGAN KAKAO RAKYAT PADA TIGA KABUPATEN SENTRA PRODUKSI DI PROVINSI SUMATERA UTARA Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji perkembangan luas areal kakao rakyat dan pola peningkatannya pada tiga kabupaten sentra produksi di Provinsi Sumatera Ut
Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji perkembangan luas areal kakao rakyat dan pola peningkatannya pada tiga kabupaten sentra produksi di Provinsi Sumatera Utara, yaitu Kabupaten Asahan, Simalungun dan Deli Serdang, mengkaji perkembangan produktivitas kakao rakyat dan pola peningkatannya pada tiga kabupaten sentra produksi di Provinsi Sumatera Utara, yaitu Kabupaten Asahan, Simalungun dan Deli Serdang dan Mengkaji perkembangan produksi kakao rakyat dan pola peningkatannya pada tiga kabupaten sentra produksi di Provinsi Sumatera Utara, yaitu Kabupaten Asahan, Simalungun dan Deli Serdang. Dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini digunakan berbagai pendekatan, yaitu pendekatan ekonometrika, analisis deskriptif, analisis kuantitatif terhadap data dan rekapitulasi terhadap informasi serta publikasi yang terkait dengan perkebunan kakao rakyat. Dari hasil analisis penelitian dan pembahasan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Laju pertambahan penyerapan rata-rata jumlah tenaga kerja pada komoditi kakao adalah sebesar 9,70% di Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Simalungun dan Asahan termasuk sangat menggembirakan dan laju sebesar ini cukup besar. Hal ini berarti komoditi kakao berpotensi dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja dan lapangan berusaha. Peningkatan Luas areal komoditi kakao mengakibatkan peningkatan terhadap produksi kakao, Rata-rata laju peningkatan Luas areal adalah sebesar 6.06%. Pertumbuhan Luas areal kakao tertinggi terdapat di Kabupaten Deli Serdang (12.81%), kemudian disusul oleh Kabupaten Asahan (3.76%) dan yang terendah terdapat di Kabupaten Simalungun (1.66%). rata-rata laju perkembangan produksi adalah sebesar 11.86 %. Secara umum produktivitas komoditi kakao mengalami penurunan dengan rata-rata 0.05% per tahun, walaupun terjadi peningkatan produktivitas namun terjadi penurunan produktivitas yang tinggi di Kabupaten Asahan
Analisis Perbedaan Prestasi Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Ditinjau Dari Tingkat Pendidikan Karyawan Divisi Umum Dan Sumber Daya Manusia PT. Inalum, Kuala Tanjung
This research was aimed to know the difference of Work Performance level and the difference of Work Satisfaction within employees who have different level of education in General Affair and Human Resources Division of Inalum Co, Ltd. Kuala Tanjung. The variables are work Performance, Work Satisfaction, and employee’s Level of Education. Was done to employees of General Affair and Human Resource Division of Inalum Co, Ltd. Kuala Tanjung and used Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling Method.  The primer data of this research’s got from questionnaires and interview and used Likert Scale in measuring method. The data’s analyzed statistically by using SPSS 14.0 for windows program such as Classic Assume Test, Homogenity of Varian Test, Analysis of Varian, and described the respondences’ perceptions in the questionnaires descriptively.           From the result of this research, We know the F distribution value of Work Performance variable is 1,913 points. It is lower than Ftable distribution value which means that there’s no significant difference of Work Performance within employees who have different Level of Education. Where as the F distribution value of Work Satisfaction variable is 16,484 points which is higher than Ftable distribution value. This means that there is difference of Work Satisfaction within employees who have different Level of Education. Keywords: Work Performance, Work Satisfaction, Level of EducationÂ
Analisis Tataniaga Cabai Merah Dan Tomat Di Pasar Penampungan Kota Medan
This study aims to determine the types of marketing channels, marketing function in each channel marketing, marketing costs, share margins and prices spread on each channel as well the level of marketing efficiency in the red pepper and tomato Shelter Market Medan. This study uses field observation and interview questionnaire, a population, of 75 respondents comprising 17 merchant traders village, town collectors 26 and 32 retailers in the market Shelter Medan. The model used data analysis is descriptive and quantitative analysis. The results showed that there were there (four) marketing channels in the red pepper and tomato Shelter Market Medan, Channels Marketing I : Farmers – Trade Village – City Traders – Trade Retailers – Konsumen, Channel Marketing II : Farmers – Trade Retailers – Consumers, Channels Marketing III : Farmers – Consumer. Each institution plays the marketing of at least 4 function, of which there are 4 2 channels apparently have a good level of efficiency than most other 2 channels for the smallest value of marketing efficiency. Keywords : Vegetable Soup, Chili, Tomato, Marketing, Channel Marketing, Efficienc
PENGARUH KETERAMPILAN UPAH MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PT. INDUSTRI KARET NUSANTARA MEDAN
Each company will always strive to be have human resources fully engaged to effort of produce high productivity and achieve those objectives. This study aimed to determine the effect of skills, wages, motivation and work environment on employee productivity PT.Industri Karet Nusantara, and to find out how much each of these factors can affect employee productivity. PT.Industri Karet Nusantara have 45 employees at the same time as the sample population in this study. Data was collected using methods questionnaire and subsequent observations, further descriptively analyze . The results showed that the skills, wages, motivation, and work environment has an influence on Productivity of employees at PT. Industri Karet Nusantara Medan. Contribution of these factors can affect the productivity of employees by 73,2% and 26,8%  influenced by other factors that are not revealed in this study. Keywords : Work produktivity, Skill, Motivation, Wages and Working environmentÂ
Analisis Perbandingan Usaha Tani Tambak Udang di Desa Paluh Manan dan Desa Lama Kecamatan Hamparan Perak Kabupaten Deli Serdang Provinsi Sumatera Utara
One of the fishing activity is increased and is relied upon in the future by the Deli Serdang Regency is the brackish water aquaculture, such as shrimp. The land use of shrimp farms can be replace the role of fishing is estimated to have exceeded the allowable catch, especially on the East Coast of Sumatra in the coastal of Deli Serdang Regency. The development of farm land was centered in Hamparan Perak District. There is supported with specific aquatic environment, to be located in the coastal region of Deli Serdang Regency. By the optimal and sustainable management, the potential of pond at Hamparan Perak District is expected to contribute an adequate production in accordance with the carrying capacity of the region . The purpose of the study was to determine the shrimp farm income in Paluh Manan and Lama Villages at Hamparan Perak District, and to find out the feasibility of the shrimp farming in the Paluh Manan and Lama Villages at Hamparan Perak District. This study will be conducted in the Paluh Manan and Lama Villages at Hamparan Perak District for two months from January 2011 to March 2011. Based on the analysis and discussion that has been concluded that: the difference in the average of expansive farm land, number of labor, farming seeding, farming feed, drugs farm, and farm profits. The value of total profit at Lama Village obtained is Rp . 20.574.275 and at Paluh Manan Village is Rp. 13.395.954. From the comparison of the farm income in the shrimp pond at Lama and Paluh Manan Villages, the greater income is the farming at Lama Village. The difference average total farm profits of the shrimp pond at Lama Village and Paluh Manan Village is Rp. 7.178.321. Keywords : farming, food, shrimpÂ
Analisis Pengembangan Perkebunan Karet (Studi pada Perkebunan Karet Rakyat di Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan Provinsi Sumatera Utara)
Smallholder rubber plantations in South Tapanuli still have the opportunity and huge potential , especially when associated with a society that is still largely rely on rubber plants as an option for propagation . The availability of potential land is still quite wide and supported by government policy in the development of rubber plants also provide great opportunities to the business development of rubber plants in South Tapanuli . Commodity rubber in South Tapanuli a plantation commodities that contributed greatly to the economic development of society . Development of agri commodities rubber growing along with improving commodity prices of rubber inlocal markets , nationally and internationally. Business financially viable smallholder rubber plantations to be developed . Parameter estimation results show that only a partial area of variable parameters rubber previous year ( when different variables ) that significantly influenced the total area . While other parameters rubber real price , price Rid TBS and dummy effect is not real autonomy to the area ! rubber . Coefficient djfferential positive shift indicates that the partial commodity is a commodity rubber plantations do not have a competitive advantage in all areas South Tapanuli . Strategi Pengembangan Ubi Kayu di Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai
The Serdang Bedagai Regency chosen as the research site based on the grounds that the Serdang Bedagai Regency is an area of cassava production center of the second largest in North Sumatra. The formulation of problem in this study were : 1) describing the current state of cassava development in Serdang Bedagai Regency, includes the development of farming and processing industry, market prospects, potential and investment opportunities and policy support. 2) What are the external and internal factors that effect the development of cassava at Serdang Bedagai Regency. 3) What is the right strategy for the development of cassava at Serdang Bedagai Regency. This study uses observations with a research instrument by questionnaires and interviews to collect primary and secondary data. This research is descriptive. The are 5 respondents namely: Head of Department of Agriculture, Kasubdis Production, Agricultural Extension, Chairman of Farmers Group, and academics who were in the area of Serdang Bedagai Regency. Data analyzed using the SWOT analysis to find the right alternative strategies in order development of cassava as raw materials and processed food industry at Serdang Bedagai Regency. The research results obtained the alternative strategies of cassava development strategy priorities are: improve the quality of human resource farmers (STAS mean = 5,840 ), the cassava farmers establish cooperatives as a means of outreach, education, the introduction of technology and access to capital (average STAS = 5,777), conducting the education and training for farmers to increase their knowledge and mastery of technology (STAS mean = 5,774), utilizing the budget autonomy to increase cassava production so as to meet the needs of industry (STAS mean = 5,735), expanding the cassava growing areas (STAS mean = 5,673), the cooperation of the industry in the capital and marketing of cassava farming (STAS mean = 5,571), increasing the intensification of cassava farming in order quality can be competitive and profitable (STAS mean = 5,441), promoting the use of seedlings (clones) excel (STAS mean = 5,263). Keywords: strategic management, strategic factor, matrix IFAS, QSP
HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEDISIPLINAN KERJA DAN PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN BAGIAN TANAMAN DI KANTOR DIREKSI PT. PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA III MEDAN
PT . Perkebunan Nusantara III ( PTPN III ) is one of the companies involved in the plantations, are required to continue to improve the quantity and quality of products globally . In an effort to support the necessary increase in the quantity and quality of good management, facilities and infrastructure that supportsTo improve the performance of the company, PTPN III is continuously making efforts to improve the performance of palm oil agribusiness and in view of the need to rnempersiapkan human resources have a reliable discipline to produce superior productivity performance.From the data obtained it is known that employee discipline include attendance factor timely, appropriate work procedures and work back in time to the respondents showed an average of 9 respondents or 19.87 % rate as excellent, while 15 respondents or by 32 , 22 % rate the better . Employee productivity include : the quantity of employment, quality of work and timeliness karvawan shows , as an average of 5 or 9,700 respondents rate as excellent , while 15 respondents or 33.47 % at good rate.From research conducted at PT . PTPN III Medan North Sumatra can be seen that : 1) Discipline for Employees , Employee Productivity in Section Tanarnan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) in both categories. 2) there is a very strong relationship between discipline and significant employee with Work Productivity in Section Plant PT . PENGARUH PELAKSANAAN OUT BOND TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS DAN TINGKAT KOORDINASI KERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. GARUDA INDONESIA (Studi Kasus Pada Divisi Personalia)
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan emnganalisis pengaruh implementasi Out Bond terhadap efektifitas dan tingkat koordinasi kerja karyawan PT Garuda Indonesia (studi kasus Divisi Personalia). Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (sensus). Data-data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang diberikan kepada karyawan Divisi Personalia. Data-data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan statistic, yaitu analisis regresi liner berganda Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa materi Out Bond dan variabel instruktur berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel motivasi peserta Out Bond dan variabel sarana: dan prasarana tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan. Variabel motivasi peserta Out Bond, sarana dan prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Tingkat Koordinasi Kerja Karyawan, sedangkan variabel materi Out Bond dan variabel instruktur berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Tingkat Koordinasi Kerja Karyawan. Pada penelitian ini Out Bond yang terdiri atas variabel motivasi peserta Out Bond, materi Out Bond, instruktur, sarana dan prasarana berpengaruh terhadap Efektivitas dan Tingkat Koordinasi Kerja Karyawan. Variabel materi Out Bond dan variabel instruktur merupakan variabel yang dominan terhadap. Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan serta variabel motivasi peserta Out Bond, sarana dan prasarana merupakan variabel yang dominan terhadap Tingkat Koordinasi Kerja Karyawan. Keywords: out bond, efektivitas, tingkat kordinasi kerj
