Analisis Efisiensi Pemasaran Cabai Merah di Kabupaten Batubara
Get PDFThe red chili commodities is the important contribution in farming, but the nature of this perishable commodity, is seasonal, while consumption occurs throughout the year, it requires a good marketing system. The objectives of this study to get a current red chili marketing system at the Batubara District and analyze the most efficient marketing system and analyze the margin of red chilli marketing at the Batubara District. The methode of study is descriptive quantitative by questionnaire. Respondents consisted of 26 farmers producers, collector of 26, merchant retailers of 18. Â The result of studies shows that : 1) the marketing channel 3 has the lowest marketing margin of Rp. 4500, 2) smaller marketing margins obtained from the small price difference between farm gate price and the retail price level (consumer price). This shows the marketing channel 3 is more efficient than marketing channels 1, 2 and 4 . However, based to the amount of red chili farmers who choose to use channel 3 is lower than channels 1 and 2 . So operationally channel 3 is not necessarily more efficient because it is only used by 18.57 % of the farmers while channel 1 at 42.85, and channel 2 at 25.71 %. The role of stakeholders to improve the income of farmers through efficient marketing channels is needed. Analisis Pengaruh Disiplin dan Pemberian Premi Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan Penderes (Studi Kasus Di PT.PN III Kebun Bandar Betsy )
Get PDFPenelitian bertujuan menganalisis Pengaruh disiplin dan pemberian premi terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun PTPN III Kebun Bandar Betsy Kabupaten Simalungun Propinsi Sumatera Utara. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan penggunakan daftar pertanyaan yang terlebih dahulu disediakan dan dokumen kebun yang telah disahkan oleh manajemen. Data sekunder merupakan data pendukung yang dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber melalui instansi terkait. Data yang dikumpulkan dilapangan dipindahkan ke dalam bentuk tabulasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan analisis. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Kebun Bandar Betsy, dari analisis Regresi diketahui bahwa disiplin dan penambahan premi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas karyawan, dan variabel yang pengaruhnya sangat dominan adalah Penambahan premi karyawan. Hal ini, nilai P-value disiplin 0,000 < dari 0,05 dan Fhitungnya 435.185 > dari Ftable 3,19 Berarti signifikan. Signifikan disini berarti Ho di tolak (ada hubungan signifikan). Artinya disiplin dan penambahan premi karyawan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan produktivitas karyawan. Analisis Pendapatan Petani dan Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produktivitas Sayur Mayur di Kecamatan Purba Kabupaten Simalungun
Get PDFThe Purba District is the largest central areas of vegetable production and is one of the local areas in the development of vegetable crops at Simalungun Regency. Â This research uses field observations by the questionnaire and interview research instruments, this research is descriptive quantitative. The population were all the tomatoes, cabbage and potatoes farmers at 3 (three) sample villages at the Purba District. The respondents were 70 people farmer scattered samples at Nagori Tiga Runggu, Pematang Purba and Hutaraja. Data collected by interview, questionnaire, and study documentation. The data analysis used the multiple linear regression analysis estimated by the Cobb - Douglas production function. The results shows that the variable cropping patterns and organic fertilizers and pesticides had a signficantly effect on land productivity of vegetables farming. Then the chemical fertilizers and labour variables had a non significantly effect on the land productivity of vegetables farming at Purba District of Simalungun Regency. By this study had been conclusion that the vegetables productivity of vegetable farming highest obtained at the cropping pattern of land planted with cabbage 3 times in 1 year. The productivity by 59.988,98 kg/ha/year. The highest revenue for vegetable farmers on cropping pattern obtained 5 where the land planted with tomatoes and potatoes 1 times in a year. No full textBiodisel adalah sumber energi yang dapat dibuat dari bahan baku biomassa seperti kelapa sawit, jarak pagar atau yang lainnya. Sika dilihat sifatnya, biodisel mempunyai sifat-sifat fisik yang serupa dengan minyak solar (petroleum diesel), sehingga biodisel dapat dipergunakan langsung sebagai bahan bakar pengganti ataupun campuran minyak solar untuk kendaraan bermesin disel. Pada dasarnya, aspek ekonomi sumber daya energi bukan saja ditentukan oleh harga sumber energi itu sendiri, tetapi ditentukan pula oleh harga sumber energi sejenis yang akan disubtitusi. Dengan semangkin meningkatnya harga minyak solar akan semangkin memperkecil perbedaan antara biodisel dengan BBM sehingga menjadikan biodisel menarik secara ekonomi untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber energi alternatif. Dari analisi yang dilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa untuk menggantikan BBM solar dengan harga subsidi, pengembangan biodisel/usaha tani jarak pagar tidak layak secara finansial pada semua pola tanaman dan semua tingkat randemen. Sementara untuk solar tanpa subsidi, pengembangan biodisel/usaha tani jarak pagar menjadi layak secara finansial untuk semua pola tanam, bila tingkat randemen menjadi di atas 30%. Kata Kunci : biodisel, jarak pagar, analisis kelayaka

Kabupaten Southeast Aceh Selected for this study on the grounds that the district is corn production areas in the province. Samples selected district Subdistrict Lawe Alas, Badr and Bukit Pine as corn production centers firs, second and third in Southeast Aceh Regency. The population in this study was 120 randomly selected maize farmers spread over three district of samples and 9 samples of selected villages in the study area. The model used data analysis aided by SPSS software version 17 in data processing. The results of this study are : obtained value of R2 (coefficient of determination) = 0.992, F value obtained = 2831.918 (synchronously very significant influence), t test (test separately the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable) can be concluded : land area (X1) very significant effect on maize (Y) and labor (X2) / fertilizer (X4) / pesticide (X5) Significantly affects corn production (Y). while seed (X3) does not significantly affect maize production (Y). Keywords : Corn, Production, Land Area, Labor, Seeds, Fertilizers, PesticidesÂ

To determine the influence of the motivation (through organizational culture) on the employee morale and to know the influence of the organizational culture and compensation on the employee morale at Melati Plantation of PTPN II Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai.The research was carried out starting from observations to data collecting through questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used validity, reliability test and path analysis. By using the significance level of 5 % ( 0.05), with a sample of 50, it can be seen that a significant difference between organizational culture on the employee morale at Melati Plantation of PTPN II Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai. There is a significant influence between the compensation of the employee morale at Melati Plantation of PTPN II Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai. There is no significant influence of organizational culture on the employee morale through employee motivation at Melati Plantation of PTPN II Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai. As a commodity plantation, in the development, are required to contribute to optimal results both for the welfare of the community and the sustainability of its business . The objectives of this study are: to determine the external and internal strategic factors that influence the development of smallholder rubber agribusiness in South Tapanuli, to determining the strategic formulation of smallholder rubber development of agribusiness in South Tapanuli, and construct the strategic priority to develop agribusiness in smallholder rubber South Tapanuli .From the analysis, can be conclusions that: there were 13 external strategic factors and 10 internal strategic factors affecting the development of smallholder rubber agribusiness in South Tapanuli. The results of analysis by the SWOT matrix and QSPM analysis can be recommended six priority smallholder rubber agribusiness development strategy and medium term and six long-term strategic priorities to be diimplemerrtasikan by policy makers to agribusiness development of smallholder rubber in South Tapanuli . The are very big demand of global for the corn, with a huge potential increase in supply and demand world, it is estimated that there are great opportunities to develop agribusiness corn in North Sumatra.The are very big potential on corn development at North Sumatra, but the real production of corn is still far below its demand, so that the corn needs are not always met. The corn agribusiness development at Karo Regency is expected to boost the regional economy, rural employment, increase the farmers' income. The corn cultivation had influence on regional development in Karo Regency, the increase in income area with an average contribution of 6.14%. Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the effct of promotion and Price-to-sales of palm oil in PT. PP Kwala Simpang. Samples were taken in 2005 to 2010 (per semester) . The data collected through the techniques required documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Base don the results of the discussion in mind the value of F at 152.59 with a significance leve log 0.000, so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. That is promotions and prices simultaneously have a significantce effect on the value of sales of palm oil in PT. PP Kwala simpang, can be accepted at a sigficance level of 5 percet. Tcount 10,104 for promotion with a significance level of 0,000, so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. That is the promotion of a positive and significant effect on the value of the partial sale of palm oil in PT. PP Kwala Simpang, can be accepted at a significance level of 5 percent. T – test value for the Price of – 4.160 with a significance level of 0.002, so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. That is, the Price significantly and negatively related to the value of partial sale of palm oil in PT PP Kwala Simpang, can be accepted at a significance level of 5 percent. Value of the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.886, meaning that the promotion and the Price has a strong relationship with the sales value of palm oil in PT. PP Kwala Simpang. Valeu of the determinant coefficient (R Square) of 0.784, meaning that the value of sales of palm oil can be explained by promotions and prices by 78.4%, while 21,6% were 21,6% were explained by other factors, such as product and distribution channels. Keywords : promotion, Price, value of sales Â
PENGARUH BRAND AWARENESS DAN BRAND LOYALTY TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PRODUK CHICKEN NUGGET FIESTA DI KOTA PADANG
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand awareness dan brand loyalty terhadap keputusan pembelian produk chicken nugget fiesta di kota Padang. Objek penelitian ini adalah konsumen chicken nugget fiesta yang berada di kota Padang berjumlah 100 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan, hal ini dikarenakan nilai T statistic (2.045) > nilai t-statistik (1.96). Brand loyalty pun berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan, hal ini dikarenakan nilai T statistic (2.169) > nilai t-statistik (1.96)
