    Pendahuluan Menggagas Prototipe Mushaf Al-qur’an Standar Indonesia Riwayat Qalun Menurut Tharîq al-syâthibiyyah

    This research was written with the aim of presenting a manuscript of the Al-Qur\u27an which is easily accessible to the Muslim community in Indonesia in studying and practicing reading the Qur\u27an from the history of Qalun through the initial step in the form of "Prototype of Indonesian Standard Al-Qur\u27an Manuscripts. The History of Qalun according to Tharîq al. -Syâtibiyyah ”.In this study, the findings of differences in the reading of the history of Hafsh and the history of Qalun according to tharîq al-Syâthibiyyah are presented, both in terms of general principles (ushyliyyah) and certain readings in certain verses and letters (farsy al-hurûf). In the ushûliyyah rule, the difference is in the mim jama \u27rule, ha` kinâyah, idghâm saghîr, mad munfashil, two hamzah in one word, two hamzah in two words, ya` idhâfah, ya` zâidah, and the word التَّوْرٰىةَ. As for the difference in farsy al-hurûf there are certain words in certain verses, such as the word; ملك, يخدعون, يكذبون.Furthermore, the findings related to the punctuation marks (dhabth) applied to the Indonesian Standard Al-Qur`an Manuscripts of the history of Hafsh and several Al-Quran manuscripts of the history of Qalun circulating in the Islamic world today, including the Mushaf al-Jamâhîriyyah History of Qalun from Libya. Madinah al-Munawwarah, Jordan, Tunisia and Egypt. In general, the use of punctuation marks (dhabth) in these manuscripts follows the dhabth ulama of the masyâriqah or maghâribah school with reference books including: al-Thirâz \u27alâ Dhabth al-Kharrâz by al-Tanasi, Dalîl al-Hairân\u27 ala al-Kharraz by al-Maraghini, Al-Muhkam by al-Dani.The most interesting thing in this dissertation is the finding that the punctuation marks (dhabth) in the Indonesian Standard Al-Qur\u27an Manuscripts which are adapted to the qiraat narrations of Hafsh can be applied to qiraat narrations of Qalun by means of; (1) Keep using the punctuation mark (dhabth) which has been standardized in the Indonesian Standard Al-Qur\u27an Mushaf which is still relevant to be applied to qiraat narrations of Qalun; (2) Modifying its use in qiraat narrations of Qalun; (3) Creating a new punctuation mark (dhabth) that does not exist in the Indonesian Standard Al-Qur\u27an Mushaf.This research is in line with the Indonesian Standard Al-Qur\u27an Mushaf in several ways, namely related to rasm, count of verses and punctuation marks (dhabth) and in line with the Mushaf Application of al-Taysîr bi al-Qirâ`at al-\u27Asyr from Hazim\u27s Qalun history. al-Barduni in terms of the face of the recitation of Qalun shillah mim jama \u27ma\u27a al-qashr on the other hand, the findings of this study are different from the existing Indonesian Standard Mushaf (MSI) because MSI is in accordance with Hafsh\u27s history reading, whereas in this dissertation it produces MSI according to the reading of Qalun\u27s history. The difference with the Manuscripts of the application of al-Taysîr bi al-Qirâ`at al-\u27Asyr by Hazim al-Barduni and several manuscripts of Qalun history from abroad that exist in the world today is that the use of rhymes, verse counts, and punctuation in findings This dissertation is adapted to what MSI already exists.This research is a qualitative research through library research with a comparative study approach. The primary source of this research is the Standard Indonesian Al-Qur\u27an Manuscripts and several Al-Qur\u27an Manuscripts from Qalun from several countries, Hirz al-Amâniy Wa Wajh al-Tahâniy fî al-Qirâ`ât al-Sab \u27by al-Qasim. bin Fiyrruh Bin Khalaf Bin Ahmad al-Syathibiy al-Ra\u27ainiy al-Andalusiy (d. 590 H), and Al-Mukhtashar al-Jâmi \u27li Ushûl Riwâyât Qâlûn\u27 an Nâfi \u27by Abd al-Halim Muhammad Al-Hadi Qabah

    This research was conducted because it saw the relevance of the thought of al-Thab \u27education in the perspective of TGKH Muhammad Zainuddin, with the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003. The method used in this paper is the literature study method with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques by collecting data or materials. materials related to the theme of the discussion and problems taken from bibliographical sources. This paper concludes that there is a relevance of the TGKH TGKH Muhammad Zainuddin educational thinking with the National Education System, namely: 1) Educational objectives; 2) Teaching methods; 3) education delivery strategy; 4) Learning strategies.     Islamic law defines marriage as an absolute obligation to follow Allah\u27s command and carry it out as worship and represents a very strong bond. In the context of unregistered marriage, it can be defined as “a form of marriage based on religious law or custom, as well as one that is not announced to a crowd and is not registered with the marriage registry”. This paper discusses literacy in Islamic law and positive law on unregistered marriages. Positive law studies on  unregistered  marriages   are  carried  out  on  the   essence  of  the Law of the Republic of Indonesia and Government Regulations. According   to  Indonesian   law,   sirri   marriage   is a  marriage   that is not based on the principle of legality. In Islam, the study of unregistered   marriage   was   based   on   Qur’an   and   hadith.   This means that it is not legally binding. A marriage that is in accordance   with   the  pillars  and   conditions   of   marriage   is valid  under  Islamic law, as are   marriages   performed   in   sirri marriages, as defined in Indonesian law

    This research produces a social character education concept based on the Koran, and reveals a form of character education theory called social humanism, theomorphic character education theory, which is a theory that describes the existence of education for human social characters that cannot be separated from God\u27s guidance in Al-Qur\u27an, namely educating human social character such as: 1. التدارج / do gradually which continues to increase continuously, 2. تعارف / know each other; 3. تفاهم / understand each other; 4. تعاون / participate each other; 5. تكافل / support each other; 6. تسامح / tolerance; 7. تام / positive thinking and humans are given the opportunity to follow it with all the consequences in every activity of life. In addition, this study also concludes that the essence of character education in Indonesia, especially in the 2013 education curriculum (kurtilas), is to educate religious character, love for the country, intellectuality, and reveal that it contains social characters. This research is equipped with an implementation model as a medium of delivery to students which is called the "Social Piety" model. This qualitative research also uses the method of interpretation of the Koran - the method of interpretation of Al-Maudhu\u27i -, both methods are used to observe letters and verses of the Koran which contain social characters, then visualize them in various ways. form figures and table

    This article will discuss the ideological roots of jihadists who use religious propositions for acts of violence, including terrorism. Ideologically, a group that is characterized by salafism or what is often called Wahabism, is an understanding that wants the purification of Islamic teachings by rejecting various interpretations other than referring to the Al-Qur\u27an, the prophet\u27s hadith and the words of friends. Although in terms of faith, all Salafi factions have similarities, in terms of the application and actualization of the faith, salafism is divided into three factions, namely the puritan salafi, the political salafi and the jihadi salafi.     This paper aims to promote the implementation of the concept of strengthening moderate Islam through democratic learning in Islamic elementary schools. The ease of internet access and remote communication, as the effect of globalization in the field of technology, can be used to gain any information needed, including the Islamic knowledge that can be freely learned without teachers. A literature study was employed to describe the data related to the internalization of moderate Islam and democratic learning. The findings demonstrate that moderate Islam (tawasuth) is a life principle that upholds justice in social life. The values of moderate Islam can be internalized in the school curriculum as a reinforcement starting from the elementary school level through implementing democratic learning. This application can be carried out through various methods such as discussion, question and answer, group work, and simulation. The implementation of democratic learning encourages communicative relationships between teachers and students, fosters friendship, and enhances the value of ‘ukhuwah’ (good relations). Furthermore, these methods emphasize student-centered learning. This study also illustrates that democratic learning provides a wide array of opportunities for students to creatively and critically express their ideas and thoughts in their own learning styles
