No full textThe purpose of this study to determine how the perception of organizational communication satisfaction of employees at PT. PEMI, PT. EDS Manufacturing Indonesia manufacturing automotive wiring harness. The company was founded in 1989 and based in Tangerang Indonesia PT. PEMI operates as a subsidiary of Yazaki which is owned by a Japanese company, PT. PEMI is a pioneer of industry wairing harness, manufacture of car body cable. Wairing harness is a collection of one or more wires with several parts conducting electric current. This company managed to give satisfaction to almost all employees who work in this company. The focus of the problem in this study to determine how the perception of organizational communication satisfaction in the company pemi. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. While primary data sources are employees at PT. PEMI, while secondary data sources of documents, books related to the author. This theory suggests that communication satisfaction is defined as individual satisfaction with various aspects of communication that exist in the organizational environment, this theory identifies eight communication satisfaction in the organization, namely Climate Communication, Supervisory Communications, Organizational Integration, Media Quality, Horizontal Informal Communication, General Organizational Perspective, Suboordinate, Feedback. Data collection techniques are by conducting interviews, observation and documentation, to obtain descriptive data, in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that there are 8 points that the authors found about the perception of organizational communication satisfaction of employees of PT. PEMI, namely, First the communication climate in the pemi company is all good, second the communication of superiors with subordinates is very alert if there are problems related to work, Third The Information System Management work environment in this company is good, fourth the quality of communication management here the information provided is always delivered on time and directed, fifth the informal communication and horizontal communication used is informal, sixth the employee\u27s understanding of the company\u27s condition employees really understand the development of the company\u27s ups and downs, seventh communication subordinates to superiors, employees are very well respond to what is ordered by his superiors, eighth feedback in the company provides a reward in the form of cash and promotion
Kebijakan Pengembangan Kurikulum PAI di MTs AL-Fathaniyah Kota Serang
No full textToday the curriculum is a special and interesting subject to research and develop, because the curriculum is used as a guide in implementing the learning process in educational institutions, especially in madrasas related to the PAI curriculum. The purpose of this research is to describe the PAI Curriculum Development policy and its implementation at MTs Al-Fathaniyah Serang City. Qualitative research with document collection techniques, observation, interviews. The techniques include data reduction, data display, inference and verification. The results of the research are that the policy for developing the PAI curriculum at MTs Al-Fathaniyah Serang City is based on a legal hierarchy, namely from the 1945 Constitution; UU no. 20 of 2003 concerning SISDIKNAS; and KMA Number 183 of 2019 concerning PAI Curriculum and Arabic Language in Madrasas. In implementing the 2019 KMA 183 policy in developing the PAI curriculum at MTs Al-Fathaniyah, when viewed in terms of the fields of study in KMA 183, there are additional subjects, namely Nahwu and QQWT Sciences. As well as in other developments, namely developing and improving the RPP syllabus starting from KI, KD listed on the KMA and then developing it into several learning indicators adapted to the KKO from Bloom\u27s Taxonomy. Also in the implementation of learning using various methods, models and varied strategies. No full textThis article describes instances of violence in the holy land, which occur due to an understanding of fiqh studies rooted in a single normative approach. If fiqh studies are understood solely from a normative perspective, they result in a religious comprehension devoid of spiritual depth, emphasizing individual piety that is disconnected from social piety and a lack of moderate viewpoints. In contrast, Islam demands harmonious relationships with both Allah and fellow human beings. Therefore, fiqh studies require diverse approaches, such as phenomenological, philosophical, psychological, sociological, and others. This research specifically examines the phenomenon of violence in the holy land through a phenomenological approach, as there are no conclusive findings regarding cases of violence in the holy land. Such cases necessitate more complex studies. Based on the phenomena presented in this paper, violence in the holy land stems from a narrow and less moderate understanding of fiqh. The aim of this study includes urging scholars to provide guidance and solutions through the lens of sharia, a moderate perspective on pilgrimage, and considerations for collective well-being. The ultimate goal is to reduce violence in the holy land each year, ensuring that pilgrims feel safe and peaceful while performing the hajj
Penolakan Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja Omnibus Law pada Klaster Ketenagakerjaan
No full textThis study aims to analyze the rejection of the Omnibus Law on Job Creation, especially in the employment cluster. The focus of the study is to understand the reasons behind the rejection, as well as the social, economic, and political impacts that arise as a result of the rejection. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire specifically designed to explore various aspects of online shopping behavior. This questionnaire helps gain insight into consumer interactions with digital platforms and the factors that influence their decisions. This case study provides an in-depth understanding of the reasons and impacts of rejection of the employment cluster in the Job Creation Law. The results of the study show that rejection of the Omnibus Law on the employment cluster was driven by several main reasons, including concerns about the weakening of workers\u27 rights, such as the right to leave, severance pay, and minimum wages. The Job Creation Law is also considered to make it easier for companies to carry out Termination of Employment (PHK) and reduce social security, which makes workers more vulnerable. In addition, the process of discussing the law, which was considered less transparent and did not involve adequate public participation, raised suspicions that this law benefits employers more than workers. Rejection of the Job Creation Law has sparked various forms of protest, including street demonstrations, strikes, and online campaigns. The impact of this rejection includes legal and political instability, which affects foreign investor confidence and economic growth. Conflicts of interest between the government, employers, and workers complicate the situation, and the resulting uncertainty can disrupt industrial relations and economic growth
Kecemasan Berbahasa dalam Arabic Club: Studi Kasus pada SMA IT Daarul Qur’an Mulia Bogor
No full textThis study aims to analyze the implementation of Arabic Club activities, the level of Arabic language anxiety experienced by students, and the contributing factors to that anxiety at Daarul Qur’an Mulia Islamic Senior High School, Bogor. Although the Arabic Club is designed to enhance Arabic language skills, some students still exhibit symptoms of anxiety, such as shyness, fear of making mistakes, and lack of self-confidence. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through observation, interviews, FLCAS questionnaire, and documentation. The subjects involved 45 Arabic Club members, the club advisor, and Arabic language teachers. The findings indicate that the club is held weekly using interactive methods such as question-and-answer sessions, text reading, and educational games with digital media. However, FLCAS results show that most students experience moderate anxiety (75.56%), while the rest show high anxiety (24.44%), with no students reporting low anxiety. The highest anxiety level is associated with Fear of Negative Evaluation, followed by Communication Apprehension and Test Anxiety. Internal factors such as lack of self-confidence, limited vocabulary, and insufficient speaking practice are the primary causes of anxiety, while external factors like pressure when speaking in front of teachers also play a role. Strategies used by students and teachers to manage anxiety include independent practice, thorough preparation, gradual exposure, and creating a supportive learning environment. The study concludes that reducing language anxiety requires the integration of affective approaches and communicative teaching techniques tailored to students’ abilities, and the results are expected to serve as a reference for the development of a more effective and student-friendly Arabic Club

No full textThe Corruption Crime is a crime that harms society and the state. In the perspective of Indonesian criminal law, corruption is regulated in Law No. 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crime. Meanwhile, in the perspective of fiqh jinayah, corruption can be categorized as a jarimah that violates the rights of Allah and human rights. This study aims to analyze corruption crime in the perspective of Indonesian criminal law and fiqh jinayah, as well as a comparison between the two. This study uses library research methods with a normative and comparative juridical approach. The results show that both Indonesian criminal law and fiqh jinayah have the goal of creating justice and protecting society from crime. However, there are differences in the approach and sanctions applied. This research is expected to contribute to the understanding of corruption crime and efforts to eradicate it
Asimilasi Nilai-nilai Islam dalam Tradisi Tedhak Siten di Menganto Prespektif Komunikasi Budaya Robert E. Park
No full textThis research aims to analyze the process of cultural assimilation between Islamic values and the Tedhak Siten tradition in Menganto, Mojowarno, Central Java. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, involving key figures in the tradition, including religious leaders and community figures selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, and then analyzed using Robert E. Park\u27s cultural communication theory. The results show that cultural assimilation occurs gradually through symbolic changes and spiritual meaning, such as replacing traditional mantras with Islamic prayers and reinterpreting main symbols, while maintaining local cultural identity. The entire process involves active participation across generations, with religious leaders playing a significant role in building legitimacy and acceptance of new ritual meanings. In conclusion, the Tedhak Siten tradition in Menganto serves as a model of harmonious cultural-religious integration, strengthening social cohesion, and ensuring the preservation of local traditions amidst modernization dynamics. This finding contributes to the development of multicultural communication studies, religious-cultural integration, and strategies for preserving traditions based on intergenerational dialogue
Esoterisme Tafsior dalam Pemahaman Al-Qur\u27an
No full textThis article presents an esoteric interpretation of the understanding of the Qur\u27an by the Sufis as a result of the internalization of Qur\u27anic values and prophetic traditions that are always seen in a world of ambiguity. Namely exoteric meaning and esoteric meaning. This study strengthens the opinion that the interpretation of the Qur\u27an carried out by Sufis has a scientific basis of takwili that is sourced and does not conflict with the Qur\u27an. This article expresses the disapproval of the Sufis on the circulation of statements by philosophers, theologians or mutakallimun and also legal experts (fuqaha\u27) who often negate the esoteric dimension in understanding the Qur\u27an. Through esoteric interpretation of the understanding of the Qur\u27an, it has placed the Qur\u27an as a hammalat lil wujuh, which can accommodate various meanings, so that new meanings are very likely to be accommodated by it without experiencing difficulties and obstacles

No full textTulisan ini mengkaji tentang praktik resitasi Al-Qur’an dan media sosial, khususnya kalangan ustadz mikro selebritis selebgram dan tiktokers qari anak muda Muslim Indonesia. Berangkat dari perspektif media siber, tulisan ini mengulas tentang bagaimana eksistensi para ustadz mikro selebgram dan titokers qari selebriti mempengaruhi dinamika praktik resitasi Al-Qur’an di kalangan anak muda Muslim Indonesia. Kesimpulan tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa isi resitasi Al-Qur’an yang dipublikasikan oleh ustadz mikro selebriti ini sangat beragam dengan mengandalkan kemerduan suara yang mereka punya. Setiap postingan atau konten yang dipublikasikan akan diberi beberapa hastag untuk meningkatkan branding yang mereka bangun. Aktivitas resitasi Al-Qur’an yang dibangun oleh ustadz selebriti mikro di media tiktok ini telah berhasil membangun kultur penggemarnya sendiri yang mana para penggemar selalu memberikan tanggapan yang positif. Pada ustadz mikro selebriti juga membangun interaksi mereka dengan para penggem Persona branding yang dibangun oleh para ustadz selebriti ini ternyat tidak hanya dibangun mnelalui media tiktok, namun juga dilakukan di dunia nyata (offline), yang mana mereka telah dikenal terlebih dahulu sebagai seorang qari yang banyak terlibat dalam kegiatan- kegiatan resitasi Al-Qur’an di kolom komentar atau dengan memberikan konten yang sesuai permintaan penggemar

No full textThis research is motivated by educational problems, especially Islamic religious education for Children with Special Needs (ABK), especially the blind, which are still not maximally given. In addition, blind people in Indonesia occupy the first level in Asia and second level in the world. This study aimed to analyze the role of teachers in instilling moral values in blind children with special needs (ABK) at Special Schools (SLB)-A Pembina Nasional Jakarta. The results of the study show the role of Islamic religious education teachers in instilling moral values in visually impairments at the SLB-A Pembina Jakarta National Level by acting as educators, teachers, directors, and trainers. In carrying out their role, the teacher faced obstacles in obtaining learning resources, visual aids as learning media, and the physical and emotional conditions of ABK. Therefore, it requires strong physical and spiritual readiness for the teacher so that he/she can carry out his/her role properly. The implication of this research is that it is necessary to carry out evaluations and policies to provide learning resources and visual aids so that the teacher\u27s role can be carried out better
