    This research is motivated by intense competition manufacturing industries that produce shoes. And how the company in setting the direction and goals of the sales of products that will be offered. This study aimed to describe (1) If the variable influence on product quality product purchasing decisions Converse brand shoes. (2) Wheter variables affect the brand image of the product purchase decisions Converse brand shoes. (3) Is the variable product quality and brand image influence the purchasing decisions Converse brand shoes. The populations in this study were students Converse brand shoes product users in the Faculty of Social and Political Science at the Merdeka University of Malang, a total of 39 respondents using non-probability sampling (sampling satured). Data that has met the validity and raliability, and classical assumption (t test and F test) is processed to produce a regression equation as follows: Y= 13,789 + -0,261X1 + 0,689X2 Where the purchasing decisions variable (Y), the qulity of the product (X1), and brand image (X2). Hypotesis testing using t test showed that the variable qulity of the products that have been researched proved no effect on the purchasing decisions, but the variables that proved influential brand image on consumers purchasing decisions.Hypotesis testing using the F test shows that the variable quality of the product and brand image influence on purchase decisions by 22,7%, while the remaning 77,3% is influenced by variables that are not used in this study

    The aim of research to identify and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance and analyze the effect of communication on employee performance, identify and analyze the effect of transformational leadership and communication simultaneously on employee performance. This type of research is survey with quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT PLN Rayon Malang as many as 72 people. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated or census sampling technique, namely the determination of the number of samples from all members of the population that is 72 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis.The study concluded that: 1. (X1) Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect (Y) employee performance. 2. (X2) Communications has a significant positive effect (Y) 3. Simultaneously employee performance (together) (X1) and transformational leadership (X2) Communications significant effect on (Y) employee performance. 4. Given the magnitude of the effect (X1) and transformational leadership (X2) Communication to the (Y) employee's performance of 55.3% while the remaining 44.7% is influenced by other factors. Other factors, one of which is the ability to affect the performance of employees. 5.     This study aims to analyze the influence of the training, human resource development, employee morale, and employee performance through a positivist approach. The population is employees SKM (Sigaret Kretek Mesin) Unit.V PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk with a sample of 100 employees who have represented proportionately from each part of the field of production, quality control, and PPIC. Engineering analysis using Path Analysis tool. The results showed that the presence of training and human resource development effect on employee morale, meaning that by implementing training and human resources development will foster confidence in employees that the company is really a organization which not only pursue profits, employees see that the company has been paying attention. Lack of attention given to the company in the form of training and human resource development have had an impact on increasing employee morale. Trainings held company proved a positive response. This proves that the employees who attended training was getting attention from the company, which employees feel that the company implemented the training of employees looking into the company's assets. In addition, employees also felt that his presence in the company not merely as workers, but employees assess that the company also has to pay attention to the interests of the employees concerned. The result of the analysis showed that the effect on employee morale employee performance. It shows that with better morale, the employees are able to carry out tasks and jobs with better anyway

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis: pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai; pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai;pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja; pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja. Responden sebanyak 115 orang Pegawai PDAM Kota Kendari dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional (proportionate random sampling). Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square(PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja fisik memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja fisik memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung yaitu melalui motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja fisik dan motivasi kerja terbukti mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan keilmuan khususnya sumberdaya manusia, terutama hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja fisik, motivasi kerja dan kinerja

    The research aims examine and analyze the effect of service quality on brand satisfaction, brand trust,and brand loyalty, the research also examine and analyze effect of service quality on brand loyalty by mediate of brand satisfaction and  brand trust. This type of research is explanatory research while collecting primary data through distribution of questionnaires to jamaah in PT.Al Madinna Mutiara Sunnah Kediri as many as  123 jamaah. Sampling technique used is the stratified proportionate random sampling. In this case, the independent variable is service quality, as well as an intervening variable are brand satisfaction and brand trust. While the dependent variable is brand loyalty. The data has been collected then analyzed by using analysis of PLS (Partial Least Square).     PENGARUH PENEMPATAN DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada PG Tjoekir Jombang)

    This research conducted in Jombang Tjoekir PG aims to determine how the effect of staffing and job satisfaction on employee performance. The total sample of 133 respondents and the sampling technique using random sampling. This research used path analysis. The results of the regression analysis showed that the direct effect with probability value of 0,329 and path coefficient of 0,000. So it can be concluded that supported the hypothesis 1. The result of the regression analysis showed that the direct effect on staffing toward to job satisfaction has significant effect with probability value of 0,000 and path coefficient value of 0,464, so it can be concluded that the result supported the hypothesis 2. The result of the regression analysis showed that the direct effect on staffing toward to employee performance has significant effect with probability value of 0,400 and path coefficient value of 0,000 so it can be concluded that the research result support the hypothesis 3 because there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. The total effect is larger (0.460) compared to its direct effect on the staffing of variable toward to performance of employees (0.329) and the indirect effect of (0.131). This means that the staffing variable of amplifying the job satisfaction and employee performance variable, so the hypothesis 4 is accepted. This can be shown by the Adjusted R-square value was 0.357 or 35.7% with a significance of 0.000. This means that only 35.7% performance of employees variable affected by the variable staffing and job satisfaction while the remaining 64.3% is influenced by other variables

    This research aims to identify the factors that develop market segmentation of Power Rental Equipment, as well as to reveal the profile of the segment formed by the segmentation process. This type of research is  survey, which combines exploratory and descriptive research, with a purposive sampling method. The object of the research is the business customers of PT. Sumberdaya Sewatama Jakarta, with a purposive sample for a total of 48 respondents. This research using a Cluster Analysis methods..  Results of research showed the factors that necessitated priority in shaping the Market Segmentation of power rental equipment such as: delivery, quality, service, price and range. The study also profiled three segments  as follows : First Time Prospect, Novices, Sophisticates on which to base further development of empirical research.     The purposes of this study are: to examine the influence of transformational leadership and Transactional leadership towards organizational culture, motivation, organizational commitment, and employee performance. Place of research carried out in Muhammadiyah hospital of Ahmad Dahlan Kediri, consists of 353 staff. The study sample derived from questionnaire have distributed include 130 respondents covering 81 people (62%) health workers and 49 people (38%) non health personnel / administrative personnel. Statistical analysis technique by Structural Equation Model (SEM) and different test. The hypothesis testing results show that: (1) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact towards organizational culture and organizational commitment. (2) Transactional leadership has a positive and significant impact towards organizational culture and employee performance);(3) organizational culture has a positive and significant impact towards motivation; (4) Motivation has a positive and significant effect towards organizational commitment; (5) Organizational commitment positively and significantly influence employee performance; (6) Transformational leadership has a positive but not significant effect towards motivation and employee performance;(7) Transactional leadership has a positive but not significant effect towards motivation and  organizational commitment

    The research aims to determine whether there was an effect of compensation and working environment on the performance of employees of PT. H.P. Metals Indonesia, Ngoro Mojokerto. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The population or the subject of this study is part anodizing contract employee at PT. H.P. Metals Indonesia, Ngoro Mojokerto. The sample used in this study are as many as 200 people by using simple random sampling as a sampling method. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire form and in the form of a Likert scale of measurement, with the test by using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study can be seen: (1) there was significant effect on compensation and work environment simultaneously toward employee performance (2) there was significant effect on compensation and work environment partially toward employee performance (3) the compensation effect is more dominant than the work environment on employee performance. This showed that the company paid more attention to the issue of compensation to improve the performance of employees
