Full text linkTujuan Penelitian ini adalah pada pelanggan bank Muamalat KCP Gresik yaitu Menganalisi pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan dari variable-variabel perilaku Komplain, penanganan Komplain dan atribut harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan selanjutnya menganalisis pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial dari variable-variabel perilaku complain penanganan complain dan atribut harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan menganalisis variable yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Manfaat Penelitian adalah Penelitian mengenai pengaruh ketiga variable terhadap kepuasan pelanggan secara simultan maupun parsial tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak manfaat bagi Bank Muamalat KCP Gresik, sebagai dasar dalam rangka menyusun rencana-rencana strategi, baik untuk pengembangan pemasaran maupun pengambilan keputusan yang khususnya terkait dengan permasalahan komplain, penangan komplain, atribut harga dan kepuasan pelanggan juga pihak karyawan sebagai salah satu bahan pemikiran guna mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam rangka memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik untuk kepuasan pelanggan. DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/jbm.v6i2.369
Analisis Pengaruh Temperamen Individu Terhadap Tingkat Stres Kerja Pegawai Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Sumatera Barat
Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of individual temperament on work stress levels. The populations in this study were employees of the ASN (Civil Servants) in the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Province of West Sumatra, which until December 2019 with total populations are 97 peoples. Samples were taken with a purposive sampling technique of 83 peoples. The results of this study found that: (1) Melancholic individual temperament has a significant effect on work stress levels. The higher one's individual temperament, the higher the work stress possessed by someone, (2) The magnitude of the effect of individual temperament on the level of work stress of ASN employees with a determination coefficient R2 of 0.152 or 15.20%, this value is still lower than the influence of other factors that is equal to 84.80 % which is not included in this study, and (3) The most dominant factor in influencing work stress is Melancholic so this factor is the main priority that need to be considered in conducting future recruitment in order to achieve the vision and mission of the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of West Sumatra Province
PENGARUH DANA PERIMBANGAN DAN PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH (PAD) TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI MELALUI BELANJA MODAL DI KOTA DALAM WILAYAH JAWA TIMUR (TAHUN 2009-2014)
Full text linkThis research aims to examine and anylize the effects of balance fund and local revenue to the economics growth trhough capital expenditure in the city of east java from 2009 to 2014. The samples was determined by purposive sampling or judgement sampling technique in which taking from financial statement data of eight cities in east java particularly in local revenue, capital expenditure, and economics growth report in the period 2009-2014. The secondary data was collected from budget revenue and expenditure of local government (APBD) obtained from the website of Directorate general of local givernmant for fiscal balance that consist of budget revenue and expenditure, local revenue (PAD), general allocation fund (DAU), and special allocation fund (DAK). While, for economics growth, this research uses data from BPS report. In addition, multiple regression was used to anylize data by SPSS 17 and path analysis also used to test the hypotheses. This study found that all hipotheses were accepted. The balance fund and local government revenue have positive and significant effects to capital expenditure directly and to economics growth directly and indirectly. DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/jbm.v5i2.239
PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN TRANSAKSIONAL TERHADAP BUDAYA ORGANISASI, MOTIVASI KERJA, KOMITMEN OGANISASIONAL DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN
Full text linkThe purposes of this study are: to examine the influence of transformational leadership and Transactional leadership towards organizational culture, motivation, organizational commitment, and employee performance. Place of research carried out in Muhammadiyah hospital of Ahmad Dahlan Kediri, consists of 353 staff. The study sample derived from questionnaire have distributed include 130 respondents covering 81 people (62%) health workers and 49 people (38%) non health personnel / administrative personnel. Statistical analysis technique by Structural Equation Model (SEM) and different test. The hypothesis testing results show that: (1) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact towards organizational culture and organizational commitment. (2) Transactional leadership has a positive and significant impact towards organizational culture and employee performance);(3) organizational culture has a positive and significant impact towards motivation; (4) Motivation has a positive and significant effect towards organizational commitment; (5) Organizational commitment positively and significantly influence employee performance; (6) Transformational leadership has a positive but not significant effect towards motivation and employee performance;(7) Transactional leadership has a positive but not significant effect towards motivation and organizational commitment DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/jbm.v5i2.238
FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KESIAPAN PENERAPAN STANDAR AKUNTANSI PEMERINTAHAN BERBASIS AKRUAL PADA PEMERINTAHAN DAERAH
Full text linkThe objective of this study is to analyze the readiness of local government in applying accrual-based governmental accounting standard. The effect of training, mentoring on human resource and the effect of human resource’s quality, organizational commitment, and infrastructure on the readiness of the application of accrual-based governmental accounting standard are analyzed through positivist approach. The data is collected from 104 respondents through questionnaires distributed to SKPDs (local government agencies) working in accounting and to treasurers. The data is then analyzed using multiple regression method. The results show that training and mentoring positively affect the quality of human resource. The quality of human resource and infrastructure do not affect the readiness of accrual-based governmental accounting standard application. The quality of human resource, organizational commitment, and infrastructure simultaneously affect the readiness of accrual-based governmental accounting standard application. This research proves that local government of Manggarai, in terms of human resource and infrastructure, is not ready. VEGE INC.: USAHA YOGURT BERBAHAN DASAR SAYURAN DENGAN KONSEP KEMITRAAN
Full text linkVege Inc. adalah usaha start up yang bergerak di bidang food and beverages dengan produk utama yaitu yogurt sayuran. Vege Inc. akan bekerja bersama masyarakat Dusun Sebaluh yang merupakan mitra usaha. Seluruh bahan baku, mulai dari susu sapi dan sayuran segar hingga proses produksi akan dilakukan di Dusun Sebaluh. Terdapat dua varian yogurt sayuran yang diproduksi, yaitu original dan less sugar. Manajemen Vege Inc. akan memproduksi dan menjual sebanyak 200 botol per hari dengan harga jual sebesar Rp 8.000.- Sementara itu dilihat dari proyeksi laporan keuangan dan analisis proyeksi laporan keuangan, didapat bahwa BEP Vege Inc. akan terjadi pada hari ke-122. Diperlukan waktu 1 tahun lebih 4 bulan bagi Vege Inc. untuk dapat menutup investasi yang ditanam. Dengan demikian usaha Vege Inc. layak untuk dijalankan karena memiliki proyeksi yang menguntungkan dan jangka waktu pengembalian investasi yang relatif cepat. DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/jbm.v6i1.303
TINGKAT KEPATUHAN PELAKSANAAN TATA KELOLA BPR SETELAH DIBERLAKUKANNYA PERATURAN OJK TENTANG PENERAPAN TATA KELOLA BPR DI WILAYAH KERJA KANTOR OJK MALANG
Full text linkPenelitian deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk melihat tingkat kepatuhan BPR dengan membuat gambaran secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta, sifat-sifat serta hubungan antara fenomena yang diselidiki. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner kepada Direktur dan atau Pejabat yang mewakili BPR. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Direktur BPR di Wilayah Kerja Kantor OJK Malang sebanyak 67,80% (di bawah 81% kriteria Patuh) telah memenuhi kriteria patuh dalam penerapan peraturan yang diberlakukan. Agar tingkat kepatuhan BPR semakin baik, disarankan untuk memenuhi kelengkapan organisasi khususnya penerapan fungsi auditor internal dan manajemen risiko serta pelaksanaan tugas-tugas Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris BPR. DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/jbm.v6i1.303

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada remaja di Situbondo yang berlangganan online shopping. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). PENGARUH MOBILE APPS MYINDIHOME TERHADAP CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT DI KOTA BANDUNG
Full text linkTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh mobile apps MyIndiHome terhadap customer engagement di kota Bandung. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan paradigma positivistik. Analisis data akan dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi liner sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara variabel X dan variabel Y termasuk ke dalam kategori hubungan sangat kuat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa mobile apps MyIndiHome mempengaruhi customer engagement sebesar 70,2% dan sisa sebanyak 29,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/jbm.v6i1.302
THE SURRENDER OF A PANOPLY OF COPYCATS TO THE CASE-HARDENED MARKET LEADER: SUBSTANTIATION FROM AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF THE INDONESIA CROP-PROTECTION INDUSTRY
Full text linkThis study has three objectives: to reveal how to create effective copycats design; to determine the most favorable situation for copycats; to cognize the winner of panoplied copycats versus market leader. Study 1 with participation of 98 farmers revealed that copycats managed to steal quality image of market leader through imitation of typography and colour. Study 2 with involvement of 216 farmers suggested that copycat to situate farmer peers as referrals, apply moderately-lower pricing and persuade consumers without sales promotions.
