Assessing the Efficiency and Challenges of Online Single Submisson in Improving Public Services
This study examines the implementation of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system in East Luwu Regency to improve the quality of public services, especially in licensing services, using descriptive qualitative. The research data used came from interviews, observations, and literature reviews. The research findings show that OSS has improved service efficiency in terms of ease of access, speed, and user experience. However, there are still challenges, especially related to unstable internet infrastructure, lack of complete information, and system integration problems. To maximize the potential of OSS, it is necessary to improve technology infrastructure and improve communication strategies. This study provides insight into the need for a more comprehensive digital service framework to ensure equitable access and user satisfaction in the provision of public services.
Analysis of Community Empowerment Through the Development of Potential and Marketing of Tourism Villages
Tompo Bulu Village, located on the slopes of Mount Bulusaraung, is a village bordering Maros Regency, especially Camba District, and is part of the Bantimurung-Bulusaraung National Park area. Tompo Bulu is one of the villages that has been designated as a tourist village with a variety of tourism potential but has not been maximally utilised in accordance with community expectations. This research aims to find out: (1) how the community empowerment of Tompo Bulu tourism village in Pangkep Regency; and (2) how the marketing of Tompo Bulu tourism village in Pangkep Regency. This research is an applied research with a qualitative approach and the data is analysed descriptively. The results showed that the community empowerment of Tompo Bulu Tourism Village has not been maximised because the understanding and benefits of tourism village development have not been imprinted on the community. The promotion strategy carried out has used social media which has been widespread. However, because the facilities to the location of the tourist village are not good, the implication is that the encouragement of the wider community to visit the village is lacking
The Role of Ambidextrous Leadership in Public Organizations in Palu City
This study addresses the growing need for effective leadership in public organizations, particularly in the context of complex and dynamic environments. Ambidextrous leadership, characterized by the ability to balance exploration and exploitation, is crucial in fostering innovation while maintaining operational efficiency. The research aims to explore the role of ambidextrous leadership in public organizations in Palu City, with a focus on its impact on innovation, employee work behavior, and organizational performance. Employing a qualitative research methodology, the study involves in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, including leaders, employees, and organizational experts. Data is analyzed using thematic analysis to identify key patterns and themes related to leadership practices, innovation processes, and performance outcomes. The findings reveal that ambidextrous leadership significantly contributes to the enhancement of both innovation and organizational performance. This study highlights the critical role of ambidextrous leadership in balancing innovation and efficiency within public organizations in Palu, emphasizing its importance in creating an environment conducive to both exploration and operational stability. However, while some progress has been made, the full integration of ambidextrous leadership faces challenges such as resource constraints, resistance to change, and rigid policies, necessitating effective conflict management and a collaborative approach for sustainable organizational performance
Improving Public Service Quality through the Development of Online Service Innovations in Public Sector Organizations in Indonesia
This research aims to explore the potential of online service innovations in the public sector in Indonesia to improve the quality of public services. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and case studies, to gather data from various public sector organizations in Indonesia. The results indicate that the development of online service innovations has the potential to improve the quality of public services, particularly in terms of accessibility, efficiency, and effectiveness. The study also identifies several challenges in implementing online service innovations, including technical issues, limited resources, and resistance to change. The findings suggest that public sector organizations in Indonesia should prioritize the development of online service innovations as part of their efforts to improve the quality of public services. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners who are interested in enhancing public service delivery through the use of technology

In the context of Indonesia's evolving economic landscape, this study delves into the critical issue of innovation readiness within its Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. Recognizing the significant role of governments in fostering innovation, this research aims to comprehensively analyze the government's contributions to enhancing innovation readiness in Indonesian MSMEs. Employing a qualitative research approach, this study investigates government policies, regulatory frameworks, and collaborative initiatives with industry associations and research institutions. The findings illuminate the effectiveness of these interventions and provide valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders striving to bolster Indonesia's economic development and competitiveness through innovation support in the MSME sector
The Influence Of Motivation On Employee Performance In The Regional Disaster Management Agency Of The City Of Sukabumi
This study aims to determine the effect between motivation and employee performance at the Sukabumi City Regional Disaster Management Agency. This research method uses a quantitative associative approach. This study's population were all Sukabumi City Regional Disaster Management Agency employees. The sampling technique in this study used nonprobability sampling with a saturated sample, namely employees at the Sukabumi City Regional Disaster Management Agency, totalling 49 employees. Data was collected using observation, documentation, questionnaire distribution and interview methods. Data analysis in this study was carried out by correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, simple linear regression analysis test, and data processing using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Based on the study's results, it is known that the correlation coefficient test obtained a positive correlation value which indicates a closeness with a high category. The coefficient of determination (R2) data results showed a positive influence between motivation and employee performance at the Sukabumi City Regional Disaster Management Agency of 0.594. This means that the magnitude of the influence of motivation on performance is 59.4%, while 40.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
Collaborative Governance in the Management of Transportation Modes in DKI Jakarta Province
The research emphasizes the pivotal role of effective communication and stakeholder engagement in the success of collaborative governance, achieved through regular dialogues and consultations among all parties. This inclusive approach promotes cooperation and a sense of ownership among stakeholders, enhancing strategy effectiveness. Transparency and accountability are identified as key components in building trust among stakeholders and the public, contributing to a responsive transportation management system. Despite challenges, collaborative governance yields integrated transportation planning, improved traffic management, and enhanced public transportation services, aligning with sustainability goals. However, the study highlights the need for stronger leadership, robust conflict resolution mechanisms, and adaptability to evolving urban transportation dynamics for future enhancements and policy development
Implementation in Handling Ex-Lepros Communities by The Social Service of Makassar City
This research aims to find out how the implementation of the development ex-leprosy Community by the social services of Makassar city. Starts from standards and targets of resource policies, inter-organizational communication, characteristics of implementing agents and strengthening activities in economic, social and political conditions. The research method used in this study is to use a qualitative descriptive method, namely the data obtained will be analyzed and then poured into a series of words, this technique aims to systematically describe the facts and data obtained. The results of this study indicate that there are still obstacles in the implementation of handling of the excluded community based on Makassar Mayor Regulation No. 89 Years 2016 carried out by the social services of the city of Makassar. problems related to work programs, provision of skills training and basic food assistance to the community are not implemented actively and meet the needs of the ex-leprosy community in the city of Makassar
Performance of the Regional Innovation Laboratory in Improving the Quality of Makassar City Government
This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. With data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data used is the triangulation technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive model. The results of the study show that the performance of the Partnership-Based Innovation Laboratory (Labinov Beken) has been able to improve the quality of Makassar City Government well, but still needs improvement in supporting its implementation. This is reflected in the input indicators owned by the Partnership-Based Innovation Laboratory (Labinov Beken) which have been good in terms of Human Resources, Financial, and existing regulations that have supported the implementation of this Labinov Beken. When viewed in terms of output indicators, Labinov Beken has given birth to various regional innovations, but there are still Regional Innovation Programs that have not run optimally. In terms of outcome indicators (outcomes), Labinov Beken has been able to provide service satisfaction to the community and accelerate the economy and increase development in the Makassar City Region. Besides that, from the indicators of benefits (benefits), Labinov Beken has provided benefits as a vehicle for stimulating the atmosphere for the birth of innovations that can overcome obstacles to the implementation of programs and activities. Then in terms of impact indicators (impacts), Labinov Beken has had a positive impact with the birth of various regional innovations that have the potential to advance the quality of government, but there is still a negative impact because a small number of ASN are unable to adapt to changing their work style following the development of existing innovations
The Impact of Village Repositioning as Sub-district Units in Bungo Regency
The change in the Law on Regional Government, specifically Law Number 23 of 2014, has resulted in significant impacts, particularly the transformation of villages into sub-district units. Issues that have emerged include the working relationship between village heads and sub-district heads, the organizational performance of villages after the regulatory change, and the performance of sub-district organizations in supervising villages. This research was conducted in Bungo Dani Sub-district, Bungo Regency, Jambi Province. The aim of this study is to examine the implementation impacts of the transformation of villages into sub-district units. The research method employed is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, as qualitative research can capture phenomena in detail and provide insights for the researcher. Data collection techniques involved interviews, observations, and documentation. The research utilizes the Manual Data Analysis Procedure (MDAP) to analyze the transcribed interview data collected in the field. The findings of this research are based on the Samoedra Wibawa policy impact evaluation theory. Overall, the research results indicate a satisfactory implementation, but some issues and obstacles were identified, such as poor communication between village heads and sub-district heads due to a lack of understanding of the prevailing regulations. In conclusion, the governance processes generally run well with a few challenges and issues. It is recommended that local governments take a more proactive role in providing education and knowledge to the officials in sub-districts and villages regarding the applicable regulations
