    Effect of Work Discipline and Training on Employee Performance of PT Federal International Finance Depok Branch

    This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and training on employee performance at PT. Federal International Finance Depok Branch. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach, while to get the data done by distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents. The results of work discipline research have a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 33.10%. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount> ttable (6.205> 1.991), this is also strengthened by a probability of significance of 0,000 ttable (7.939> 1.991), this is also strengthened with a significance probability of 0,000 Ftable (46,364> 3,100) this is reinforced by the F-Probability significance of 0,000 <0.05, thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and training simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Federal International Finance Depok Branch

    Good supervision is needed at the Office of PT. PLN (Persero) in the South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regions so that employees can work effectively and produce optimal work. The purpose of this study, is to analyze the supervisory function carried out at PT. PLN (Persero) South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regions. This research method uses quantitative research with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of a checklist and using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that the direct supervision conducted was quite good, while the direct supervision was quite good

    The Analysis of The Work Environmental and Organizational Cultural Impact on The Performance and Implication of The Work Satisfaction

    This study aimed at analyzing the impact of the work environment and organizational culture on its performance and implications for the satisfaction of elementary school teachers in the region of  Bogor - West Java. The method of data analysis uses quantitative decryptive analysis techniques in which its population is an entire elementary school teacher in the region of Bogor - West Java which the total are 18,653. While on collecting sample, the writer used the slovin formula with a 10% error rate in which a 99.47 collected amount of samples would be 100 responders. Research results confirm that (1). The work environment has a partial positive and significant effect on the performance; (2). Organizational culture has a partial positive and significant effect on performance; (3). The work environment and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the performance; (4). The work environment has a partial positive and significant impact on work satisfaction; (5). Organizational culture has a partial positive and significant impact on work satisfaction; (6). Partial performance has a positive and significant impact on work satisfaction. (7).     A Humanistic Approach of Public Services Implementation as an Effort to Achieve Good Governance

    This study aims to find out how public services are by using a humanistic approach organized by public service agencies as an effort to realize good governance. The public service agency under study was the Population and Civil Registry Office of Kebumen Regency. What is meant by the humanistic approach in the administration of public services in this research is the approach used in public services by prioritizing humanist/human values. This study uses a qualitative approach, which seeks to obtain as complete information as possible about public services carried out by the public service actors in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Kebumen Regency, which was explored through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with informants consisting of employees of the Population Service and Kebumen District Civil Registry and the public service users in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kebumen Regency. In this study, writing is focused on issues relating to the delivery of public services using a humanistic approach for the realization of good governance. The humanistic approach in public services involves three aspects in the delivery of public services, namely the role of human resources shown through the attitude of the public service apparatus in serving the community, the process/mechanism/procedure of services carried out in the administration of public services, as well as facilities and infrastructure that support public services. Respect for humans is reflected in how the public service apparatus behaves towards the community they serve. The demand for good behavior which includes friendly, smiling, patient, empathy, and sympathy is an absolute thing in the Kebumen Regency's Population and Civil Registry Office in serving the community. Public services with a humanistic approach prioritize reciprocal communication between the public service apparatus and the people served.Keywords: good governance, humane, humanistic approach, public service

    Effect of Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction at Kartika Candra in Jakarta

    This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at Kartika Candra in Jakarta. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study the quality of service significantly influence customer satisfaction by 40.6%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Price significantly influence customer satisfaction by 40.0%, the hypothesis test obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05. Service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 50.3%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05

    This study aims to determine the effect of career placement and development on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Karya in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study the placement of a significant effect on employee performance by 41.6%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (8,133> 1,986). Career development has a significant effect on employee performance by 43.8%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count> t table or (8.508> 1.986). Career placement and development simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 52.6%, the hypothesis test is obtained F count> F table or (51.106> 2,700)

    An Analysis of the Effectiveness of Allocation of Village Fund Policy Implementation and Its Determining Factors in Gorontalo Regency

    Therefore, this study aims at examining the realization of the allocation of village fund, income per capita, and what factors determine the effectiveness of the implementation of village fund allocation policies in Gorontalo District. The complexity of implementing village fund policies requires caution in empirical studies in the field. Therefore the research approach uses qualitative methods. The data source in this study was primary data, which was conducted using a matrix of problem-based interview guidelines. Further, the data analysis techniques used consisted of data collection, data display, data condensation and verifying drawing conclusions. Data obtained in the field show that the allocation of village fund continues to increase. The impact of an increase in the allocation of village fund to the level of development in the village can be seen through per capita income in the last five years that has increased. Furthermore, the results of empirical studies in the field show that there are five important factors that determine the effectiveness of the implementation of village fund policies in Gorontalo District, namely 1) Participation, 2) communication, 3) resources, 4) attitude of implementers 5) organizational structure of implementers, 6) environment

    The main problem in this study is "How the Role of Civil Service Police Unit in Implementing Ambon City Regulation No. 10 of 2014 at Ambon City Mardika Market?". This study uses a single variable, which involved 41 respondents by including 3 indicators: (1). The role of Civil service police Unit in controlling street vendors, (2). The role of Civil service police Unit in the supervision of street vendors, (3). The role of Civil service police Unit in enforcing the law against street vendors. The results showed that: the average role of Civil service police Unit in the three indicators, namely: control, supervision, and law enforcement against street vendors was considered to be still not good and showed that the role of Civil service police Unit was not fully in implementing Regulation No.10 of 2014.     Factors Remaining Business Results on the Quality of Savings and Loan Cooperative Financing in Subang Regency

    Profit is not the main goal of the cooperative business, but the business that is managed by the cooperative must obtain the remaining business results that are feasible so that the cooperative can maintain its survival and improve the ability of its business. This study aims to determine the effect of the number of members, own capital, external capital, business valves, and assets owned to the remaining results of business (Indonesian terms: Sisa Hasil Usaha/SHU) savings and loan cooperatives in Subang district. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling so as many as 14 cooperatives were selected. Data analysis used in this study is classical assumption analysis and then panel data analysis is carried out, determination of test coefficients (R2), F statistical tests, t statistical tests. Based on the results of research that has been carried out simultaneously known all independent variables significantly influence the residual business results. However, the partial test shows that only the variables of business capital, business volume, and assets owned by cooperatives have an effect on the residual results of operations, while the variable number of members and external capital has no effect on the residual results of operations
