Get PDFZakat is able to form a process of social care in overcoming poverty to help each other to relatives in need. The research was conducted to find out the process of planning activities, forms of organizing, coordinating efforts and monitoring systems at LAZNAS Orphanage Indonesia in improving the welfare of the people. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research, it shows that LAZNAS Orphanage Indonesia has done well based on the management function. In planning activities through several stages such as a clear vision and mission, strategies through the survey and assessment stages as well as donor resources. Organizing is done by dividing the duties and responsibilities of each field, program details and division of labor. In addition, coordination has created a work agreement with alignment in directing leaders and resources. The results of supervision follow performance standards and facilities through standard service facilities and the behavior of administrators based on program activities

In line with this, the main strategy of a da’I has to be that of changing such mental attitude. Mc.Clelland, a development psychologist, provides an operational framework of strategy trough his concept the so-called N-Ach (Need for Achievement). Based on his theory, people would be progressive and prosperous only when they have N-Ach. Man with N-Ach, have strong drive for progress and achievement; be own creativity and innovation, and have strong will to improve his level to better condition. Da’wah can use this theory as a solution to poverty problems

This approach adopts the perspectives of John Grinder and Richard Bandler on NLP as a study of the interaction between the brain, language, and actions to achieve life goals. A descriptive qualitative method is employed, utilizing data collection through unmodified observations and interviews. The research findings indicate that individual counseling with NLP has a significant positive impact not only on learning motivation but also on changes in students\u27 attitudes and thought patterns

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the program, process and results of parenting counseling carried out by PUSPAGA Bandung City in overcoming inappropriate parenting patterns. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results of this research conclude that PUSPAGA Bandung City programs and activities in the process of implementing parenting counseling services use several approaches, namely, Client Centered Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy and family group therapy," which shows that the dominant parenting style should ideally use varied parenting patterns in Maximum formation of children\u27s psychological character
