Analisis Framing Pembentukan Citra Soemarmo Hadi Saputro Menjelang Pemilihan Walikota Semarang Tahun 2015 di Media Harian Rakyat Jateng
Soemarmo Hadi Saputro elections in Semarang in 2015 that was held in December to invite the attention of the mass media. How the People\u27s Daily Java Soemarmo image framing events in the news ahead of Election 2015. This study aims to determine how the media in reporting the People\u27s Daily Java Soemarmo as a candidate for mayor using the structure of syntax, script, thematic and rhetorical. This study used a qualitative descriptive, framing analysis techniques with models developed by Pan and Gerald Zhongdhang M.Kosicki. The results of analysis of this study is the People\u27s Daily Java-related news framing Soemarmo as a candidate for mayor of Semarang to prioritize the elements of persona and the elements of what. Although the news framing Soemarmo forward the elements of who and what, the People\u27s Daily Java still show neutrality and objectivity in reporting to display items of news by displaying completeness 5W + 1H

Page is one of the means of communication for a institute that can not be inevitable in the current development of information technology today. The purpose of this study was to find out how the reader\u27s perception of the website educational institutions in communicating their vision and mission. Using the method of qualitative descriptive study the research object Udinus page readers Semarang who are stakeholders. The results of the study reflect on the reader\u27s perception of the page that conveys that reflect Udinus page as a page that is engaged in the field of education with the reputation of the institution which is prominent in the field of information technology. There needs to be improvement in conveying information in the field of entrepreneurship because the eyes of the readers who become informants in this research, news and events related to entrepreneurship has not been managed properly.
Pengaruh Program Tayangan Kontes Dangdut D Academy di Televisi Swasta Indosiar dengan Minat Siswa Non Dangdut Sekolah Musik ADSOR Purnomo Semarang Pada Musik Dangdut
This study aims to determine the effect of the display program contest dangdut D\u27Academy in private television Indosiar interests of non Dangdut Music School students Adsor Purnomo Semarang on dangdut music. Subjects were students of the School of Music ADSOR Purnomo Semarang. This study population are young students, with a sample of 24 respondents using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The cornerstone of the theory used in this research is adopted from DeFleur, namely the theory of dependency media, shows the system media and social institutions interact with audiences in creating needs and interests. The question in this research is how the influence of impressions D\u27Academy contest program on adolescent interest in music dangdut. The results of the study, concluded that there is significance between the display program contest dangdut D\u27Academy to teen interests in music dangdut. With T regression test results, proving there is a positive influence between program-view contest dangdut D\u27Academy in private television Indosiar interests of non Dangdut Music School students Adsor Purnomo Semarang on dangdut music

This study aims to understand how the framing of news is created in the education section of daily newspapers SOLOPOS. The main theory used in this research is the analysis of Todd Gitlin framing. With frames, journalist processing a wide range of information available to the pack in such a way in certain cognitive categories and presented to the audience. The methodology used is qualitative descriptive and analytical approach to framing using Todd Gitlin. This research was conducted at PT. AKSARA SOLOPOS Jl. Adisucipto No. Solo 190 57 145, with two (2) of informants in accordance with the criteria of the study subjects. The object of research is selected Pawiyatan money news relating to the acceptance of new students high school / vocational equivalent which in its message has content related message new admissions in July 2014. It was concluded from this study, education rubric SOLOPOS daily newspapers in reporting the news focus close to Solo and the surrounding community. The existence of sub-sections that are inserted every day to differentiate with other newspapers

This study aimed to determine the effect of exposure to information from the packaging cigarette packs, the interest on student smoking. The cornerstone of the theory used in this research is adopted from Morrison, et al (2010) which states that the attitude change theory provides an explanation of how a person\u27s attitude is formed. The research method is by questionnaires and questionnaires using purely experimental methods. The study population was Students - Students of class X SMA Negeri 2 Semarang, whereas samples taken were 32 students. It was concluded that there is a strong influence of the variable Wrap Cigarette Packaging Information Exposure to smoke on student interest. It is based on research results that showed a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the more often the frequency of affected teens notice or information on the packaging of the cigarette pack, the lower the interest teenagers to smoke

KONSENTRASI DAN INTEGRASI KEPEMILIKAN PADA INDUSTRI MEDIA INTERNASIONAL DALAM PERANG FORMAT HIGH DEFINITION OPTICAL DISK
High definition technology development in the entertainment industry, especially film industry, has produce classic problem about format consensus in the media industry. This situation eventually creates the so called war of format between the two most popular high definition formats, the Blu-ray from Sony/Hitachi and the HD DVD from Toshiba. Unlike the war of format before, for example is VHS versus Betamax war, that determinated mostly by the consumer, the format war between Blu-ray and HD DVD is strongly affect by the abilities of the companies behind the two format to consentrate and integrate their business moghul and also to make alliance between competitiors. Concentration of ownership is appears in the trend of holywood studios to merge with the bigger studios, which is creates a few conglomeration in the movie business. Integrations of business could be seen from the owners of the big studios that not only have the studios, but also many other business that relate or not with the entertainment business. And least, the alliance could be seen from this big studios alliance to support one of the format.Initially the HD DVD was on the fruitfull position because has been back up by the studios like Warner Bros, Paramount, and Universal that have more market share in US that the studios that support Blu-ray format, which is Sony, Walt Disneym and 20th Century Fox. Fortunately for Blu-ray, Sony already sells millions of PS 3 console that ingeniously could read Blu-ray disk; this means there s already millions of Blu-ray reader device in the hand of consument, something that Toshiba could not generate. In the end, the victory of Blu-ray format is accelerate by the switching side of Warner Brothers studio to the Blu-ray follow by the others big studios.Conclusively, the success of a new technology, especially the media industry, is sometimes not depends on the quality of the technology itself. Often, the success is determined by the availability of the industries that support the technology. The war of format between HD DVD and Blu-ray definitely show the determination of media industry in the development of new technology
