Modeling Method Based on Prespacetime Model I
Some applications of Prespacetime Model I are stated. The applications relate to presenting and modeling generation, sustenance and evolution of elementary particles through self-referential hierarchical spin structures of prespacetime. In particular, method and model for generating, sustaining and causing evolution of fermions, bosons and spinless particles are stated. Does Physics Need a Second Scientific Revolution? – Christianity Encourages Tackling a Foundational Problem of Physics
Abstract. This article identifies an inbuilt defect of modern Physics. It consists in not providing enough connection between the two bodies of knowledge that make up Physics: observations of and experiments with material things, on the one hand, and mathematical theories, on the other.
More specifically, the defect consists in that mathematical structures are applied to experiences of the material world, as if they were only in the mind of the physicist. Nevertheless, the success of mathematical Physics suggests that these mathematical structures are somehow related to the material realities they are applied to.
Due to the inbuilt defect, mathematical theories in Physics have to undergo a procedure of approval or disapproval by experiments. However, even if approved, the hypothetical character of such a theory cannot be removed. A theory never becomes definitive.
The roots of the said defect lie in the scientific revolution during the 16th and 17th centuries. This article makes three of them explicit: (i) the dominant view that Nature and human cognitive capacities do not fit together, (ii) most present day ways of understanding Mathematics do not involve the material world, and (iii) the scientific revolution has essentially brought, for Physics, its mathematization.
It is proposed that Thomistic hylomorphism is a suitable tool to show how those mathematical structures that are used in Physics have their root in material things themselves. The “application” of mathematical structures to experiences of the material world thus has an objective foundation. The belonging of mathematical structures to material things is based on that the hylomorphic structure unites organically the singularity of a material thing and its belonging to a species.
Christianity does not endorse any particular solution of that problem. However, Christianity contributes to a solution insofar it supports strongly the genuine intelligibility of our world. The spirit of Christianity thus supports the view of science as a sort of realist knowledge

G. W. F. Hegel’s Understanding of the Absolute: A Non-metaphysical Interpretation
G. W. F. Hegel is usually regarded as a/the metaphysician par excellence. However, his thought is multi-faceted and its overarching metaphysical scheme can be viewed as self-deconstructive and containing many elements that represent a non-metaphysical philosophical-epistemological stance. This paper will explore the possibilities of self-overcoming of Hegel’s metaphysics with reference to his understanding of the concept of the absolute as expounded in the Phenomenology of Spirit, especially the Preface. The paper is composed of two main sections from the ontological and epistemological perspectives respectively. The first section deals with Hegel’s groundbreaking understanding of the absolute within the philosophical context of his time, explicating his agreements and disagreements with Spinoza, Kant’s critical philosophy and the post-Kantian philosophy of identity, represented by Fichte and Schelling, and, above all, highlighting Hegel’s own innovations, coming to grips with the intricacies of his thought. The section argues for a trans-immanent (J.-L. Nancy’s neologism) conception of the absolute in the Phenomenology, which means an absolute, opening up from and remaining within the very limits of human reason and worldly immanence, generating itself ad infinitum within its own finite limits. The second section, in turn, suggests a non-metaphysical way of understanding the knowledge of the absolute proposed by Hegel. His epistemological polemics with the Romantics is also considered, after that, disclosing self-deconstructive elements in Hegel’s system, in fact offering a gallery of images of fake, perspectival, relative “absolutes”
On the Influence of Air Resistance and Wind during Long Jump
In this article we perform theoretical analysis of long jumps with the purpose to find contribution of air resistance and wind into final results. It appears that in the absence of wind the drag effect during a long-jump would reduce the jump by no more than 1%. The wind has a significant effect mainly because of changes in take-off values. The faster the athlete runs, the greater the horizontal velocity at the instant he/she touches the take-off board and the greater the take-off velocity. The model predicts an increase in jump distance up to 23 cm from a jump on a still day to a jump by the same athlete with 2 ms 1 tailwind (the allowable limit for records)
SMOOTH INFINITESIMAL ANALYSIS BASED MODEL OF MULTIDIMENSIONAL GEOMETRY
In this work a new approach to multidimensional geometry based on smooth infinitesimal analysis (SIA) is proposed. An embedded surface in this multidimensional geometry will look different for the external and internal observers: from the outside it will look like a composition of infinitesimal segments, while from the inside like a set of points equipped by a metric. The geometry is elastic. Embedded surfaces possess dual metric: internal and external. They can change their form in the bulk without changing the internal metric
