PARAFRASA DALAM TERJEMAHAN NOVEL PEEBEE HAS A WISH
Abstract. Paraphrases in the Novel Translation Peebee Has a Wish. This study will bring a new dimension to translation study where many researches have discussed about techinques, strategies, and procedures in translation. This study is aimed at giving explanation of how paraphrase is used in the process of translation by translator in a literary work Harapan Peebee from its original version ‘Peebee Has A Wish’ based on the theory of Danielsson which divide the level of equivalence on the lexical, phrase and grammar alternatives. This study uses descriptive qualitative method. The result shows that the three alternatives categories are found in the translation. Meanwhile, phrase category dominates the findings. However, there are many findings tell the overrated paraphrases where one utterance or sentence are inhabited by more than one alternatives or even all of the categories mentioned by Danielsson
SEMANTIK PROTOTIPE KORUPSI: KAJIAN LINGUISTIK KOGNITIF
Semantics Corruption Prototype: Cognitive Linguistic Study. Semantic Prototype Corruption: Cognitive Linguistics Review. This study aims to define corruption through prototype theory in cognitive linguistics. The research is designed through a qualitative-quantitative approach with Tomaszczyk (2007) prototype theory. The results of the study indicate that the most corrupt variables affecting the degree of corruption are (1) 'unlawful rewards' and (2) 'abuse of authority', while (3) 'knowing that it is corruption' and (4) 'corrupt intent' no effect. Based on the background of respondents there is no difference in the degree of degree of corruption
BAHAN AJAR MENULIS OPINI DAN ESAI DENGAN PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PROYEK
Abstract: The Instructional Writing Material of Opinion and Essays with Problem Based Learning. This study aims to describe the feasibility and effectiveness of writing articles of opinion and project-based essay articles. Teaching materials were developed using the ADDIE model at the Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. The results showed that the developed teaching materials have been feasible and effectively used in the study of opinion writing and essay. The teaching materials are worthy of use because they meet the aspects of eligibility that are content feasibility, presentation feasibility, and language feasibility. Effective teaching materials are used because there are significant differences in student learning outcomes before using and after using teaching materials
PEMANFAATAN TEKNIK AKROSTIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS PUISI SISWA KELAS VIII SMP
Abstract. The Utilization of Acrostic Technique to Increase Student Writing Poetry Skill of Class VIII SMP. This study aims to describe the process and the results of learning to write poetry students by using acrostic techniques. This type of research is a classroom action research consisting of two cycles. Data analysis technique is done descriptively quantitative and qualitative. The subjects of this study are teachers and students of class VIII SMP Negeri 22 Makassar. Based on result of the study found that (1) the mastery of learning shows a quality improvement of 14.8 percent and (2) the result of student writing poetry showed an increase from the average value of 75 in cycle one to 80 in cycle two. Based on these results, acrostic technique is recommended for learning to write poetry in JHS.
PEMEROLEHAN BAHASA SISWA TUNAGRAHITA KELAS VI SD
Abstract: Language Acquisition of Mental Retardation Students at 6th Grade Elementary School. The aim of this research is to explain the comparison of vocabulary acquisition between student with severe mental retardation and student with mild mental retardation. This qulitative research used case study as strategy. Data collection technique used observation method and list of Swadesh Vocabulary. SLB YKK Pacitan was the location of this research. The result show that student with mild mental retardation can understand the vocabularies about 79%, and Nisa student with severe mental retardation can understand the vocabularies about 46%. This result proves that the ability of student with mild mental retardation to master vocabularies is better than the ability of student with severe mental retardation. Athough, the age of student with severe mental retardation is older than student with mild mental retardation. The mental age of the child with mental retardation influences their language ability

Character’s Value Of Rerponsibilities from Subagio Sastrowardoyo Poems. The purpose of this study is to describe the value of responsibility character building of poems by Subagio Sastrowardoyo. This research includes descriptive qualitative research type with content analysis. Sources of data in this study book collection of Simfoni Dua by Subagio Sastrowardoyo. Techniques of collecting data using library techniques, refer method, and record. Data analysis technique uses interaction technique with stilistika approach. Based on the results of research that has been done, it is found that the value of responsibility character building are implicit in the words, phrases, and sentences, ncluding spiritual responsibility to God, social responsibility to fellow human beings, and personal responsibility to yourself. The value of responsibility character building that is contained in the poems of Subagio Sastrowardoyo is relevant to literary learning which includes the competence of knowledge and skills of appreciating and writing poetry
CAMPUR KODE BAHASA JAWA BANYUMASAN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN
Code-Mixing Javanese Language of Banyumasan in Indonesian Language Learning at Vocational High School. This research will describe: (1) the form of code mixing, and (2) the factor that causing of code mixing that occur in the process of Indonesian learning class. Data and data sources in this research are a written data about speech that appear in a process of Indonesian language learning. Validity data technique is use triangulation of data source and informant review. Data analysis used intralingual method. The results of this study found the use of code mixing in Indonesian learning class in The Country Vocational High School of Banyumas. The form of code mixing that found are namely: (1) word insertion, (2) phrase insertion, (3) clause insertion, (4) the word repetition, and (5) idiom. The factor that causing of code mixing are: (1) changing situation, (2) want to explain something, and (3) establishing intimacy between teacher and student
LEKSIKON JAGUNG DALAM MASYARAKAT TUTUR JAWA
Abstract: The formation of corn’s lexicons in Javanese. This study aims to describe the constituent elements and the type of reference from corn’s lexicons in Javanese. The type of this study is qualitative descriptive by using semantics theory approach. Methods of data collection are literature study and interview. The source of data comes from informant who’s working as farmer in Sragen and Pemalang regency. The numbers of informants are three people in each regency. The data were analyzed by ‘teknik pilah’ followed by ‘teknik hubung banding’. The results shows (1) the forming element of attributes are word and phrase, and (2) the type of reference consists of three categories, i.e. functions of maize plants, morphology of maize plants, and cultivation of maize plants.
STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN TERPADU MENYIMAK DAN BERBICARA DI PERGURUAN TINGGI
This study aimed to describe the planning, the implementation, and evaluation of the implementation of integrated learning strategies to improve student learning of listening and speaking. The research design is a classroom action research. Data was obtained from one teacher, and 40 sophomore students of Indonesia Language Education Department of Muhammadiyah STKIP in Bone. The research results showed that; (1) the planning of integrated learning strategies can improve the students learning of listening and speaking. (2 ) the implementation of integrated learning strategy can improve students learning of listening and speaking. Implementation steps were included; listening in pairs and cooperative learning, (3) evaluation of the integrated learning strategy can improve students learning of listening and speaking. It should be in line with the context of the content, real and factual
