UNSUR PEMBENTUK FRASA EKSOSENTRIS DALAM HIKAYAT HANG TUAH
Exocentric Phrase Forming Elements in Hikayat Hang Tuah. The purpose of this study was to describe the exocentric phrase forming elements in Hikayat Hang Tuah. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with the object of research in the form of phrases in Hikayat Hang Tuah. The data in this study are sentences containing exocentric phrases from data sources in the form of Hikayat Hang Tuah book documents. Observation techniques are used in data collection techniques, while the data analysis method in this study is the agih method with techniques for direct elements as a basic technique and advanced techniques in the form of sloping techniques. In Hikayat Hang Tuah there are three types of exocentric phrases (1) exocentric phrases directive with phrase-forming elements in the form of prepositions+nouns; (2) nondirective exocentric phrases with phrase-forming elements, namely particles/designations +adjectives and particles/word designations+nouns; and (3) connective exocentric phrases which form the phrase in the form of conjunctions+verbs. The diversity of linguistic elements in Hikayat Hang Tuah shows the manifestation of literary works as a manifestation of the richness of language

Epizeuxis in a collection of Anwar Chairil Poems: I'm a Bitch Animal. This article aims to investigate the epizeuxis style found in the lines of Chairil Anwar's poems: I am a bitch animal. The collection of poems consisted of 76 poems from Chairil Anwar from 1942-1949 totaling 76 poems, 2 poetry transcripts, and Chairil Anwar's letters to H.B Jassin. Descriptive method is using in this research. There are 21 poems that contain epizeuxis style. Found three epizeuxis language style contained in a collection of Chairil Anwar's poems. First, the language style is repeated directly in a row. Secondly, the style of language with important words repeated as affirmation. Eufimism and Disphemism in "Corruption" Novel by Pramoedya Ananta Toer.The purpose of this study is to explain the form and function of the use of euphemism and disfemism in the novel "Corruption" by Pramoedya Ananta Toer. This type of research includes descriptive research. The data collection technique used is the note-reading technique. Data analysis used agih and equivalent methods. The validity of the data is obtained through intrarater and interrater. The results of this study are classifications of euphemism and disfemism. The classification is classified into words, phrases and sentences. In addition, the background to the use of euphemism and disfemism is the form in the novel "Corruption" in this study
MEKANISME EUFEMISME DAN SENSORISASI: KEKERASAN SIMBOLIK DALAM TUTURAN DOSEN
Abstract: Symbolic Violence Representation in the Mechanism of Euphemism and Sensori-zation of Lecturer Speech. This study aims to describe the representation of symbolic violence in the mechanism of euphemism and censorship of lecturers' speeches to students in the class. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study research. Data in the form of sentences in lecturer speech to students. Data collection techniques used are observation, recording, and recording. Bourdieu's social class theory which was constructed in the mechanism of euphemism and censorship became the basis for studying this research data. Symbolic violence is represented in the mechanism of euphemism and the censorship mechanism. The results of the study show that symbolic violence through lecturer speech inspired by institutional authority shapes the behaviors, thoughts, and beliefs that can be accepted in certain social spaces. This is done on the basis of "to educate" students to behave and act better
THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDONESIAN LANGUAGE TEACHING MATERIALS BASED ON KNOWLEDGE INTEGRATION IN ISLAMIC HIGHER EDUCATION
The Development of Indonesian Language Teaching Materials Based on Know-ledge Integration in Islamic Higher Education. This study aims at describing: (1) the reality and the needs for materials oriented towards knowledge integration, (2) the prototype and evaluation of the developed teaching materials. This is a Research and Development undertaken in UIN Alauddin Makassar involving 138 students, five lecturers, and two expert validators. The results show the currently used materials is not based on knowledge integration. Integration have been undertaken in the developed materials by including related verses or hadith, raising Islamic themes as reading materials and examples. The developed materials were evaluated by expert validators both content and design with the average score of 3.91 and 3.93 respectively and categorized as very good. The gain index for small and large groups is 0.71 and 0.72 respectively and categorized as high

Abstrak: Nation Character Values in Serat Bratayuda Adapted by Karel Fredrik Winter. This study aims to explain the nation character values in serat bratayuda obtained from the characters. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques is documentation with data sources in the form of serat Bratayuda adapted by Karel Fredrik Winter. The data are words, sentences, and/or paragraphs in the serat bratayuda that indicate the appearance of characters. History, Cultural Elements, and the Value of Character Education in the Legenda Sungai Naga. The purpose of this study is to describe the history, elements of culture, and the value of character education on the Legenda Sungai Naga. Data collection through interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis technique used qualitative analysis of inductive model with purposive sampling technique. The results obtained that the name of the Dragon River taken based on the history of Gerdu figures that dispels the Dragon Snake that pass in the river. It found three elements of culture that is naming places, namely knowledge system, living equipment system and technology, and religious system. There are three values of character education that is the value of hard work character, religious character value, and value of environmental caring character
PILIHAN KOSAKATA NILAI EKSPRIENSIAL KEKUASAN GURU PEREMPUAN BUGIS DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA
Artikel ini mengulas tentang pilihan kosakata dalam nilai ekspriensial yang dilakukan guru perempuan Bugis dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas. Dalam kajian tersebut, tuturan guru dalam mengajar dipandang sebagai interaksi verbal yang menjadi muara terhadap terciptanya praktik kekuasan. Praktik-praktik kekuasaan itu ditelusuri melalui pilihan kosakata yang terlihat dalam nilai ekspriensial. Model analisis wacana yang digunakan adalah model Norman Fariclough pada wilayah teks, yakni kosakata. Pilihan kosakata dilihat dari nilai ekspriensial ditemukan penggunaan kosakata yang berefek meyakinkan, pendominasian, dan pengontrolan. Hasil analisisnya ditemukan bahwa perlawanan guru perempuan Bugis dalam wacana kelas merupakan bentuk ketidakpuasan atas tradisi patriarki yang berlaku dalam masyarakat
SNAPSHOT DALAM PROSA INDONESIA: KAJIAN STILISTIKA
Abstract: Snapshot in Indonesian Prose: Stylistics Study. This study aims to decribe snapshot’s form in Indonesian prose. This qualitative research uses Athirah by Alberthiene Endah and Semua Ikan di Langit by Ziggy Zezsyazeoviennazabrizkie as data sources. The result of the study show (1) snapshot is an ellipse sentence, (2) snapshot containing vanished repetition and repetition of meaning, (3) snapshot’s form is divided into three: (a) first form, basic sentence followed by snapshot sentence; (b) second form, snapshot sentence followed by basic sentence; and (c) modified form, snapshot sentences enriched by other clause
