Population characteristics is one of the efforts made to determine the presence of Hipposideros cervinus in a particularhabitat. This study aims to investigate the population characteristics of H. cervinus and physical characteristics ofBratus cave in Air Besar District, Landak Regency. The study was conducted by using Capture Mark Release Recapture method. Bats were caught in the web were marked with red oil paint on their digiti then released and recaptured again after 24 hours. The morphometrics of H. cervinus measured in this study are body length, wing span length, forearm length, fibula length, ears length, tail length, tarsometatarsus length, tarsometatarsus diameter, hind legs length without claws, hind legs length with the longest claws. The results show that the population of H. cervinus in the Cave of Bratus is 120 ind. Total number of H. cervinus found are 54 individuali consisted of 18 males and 36females with sex ratio of 1: 2. The temperature, humidity, light intensity, and wind speed at the Cave of Bratus ranging from 26o to 27oC, 87-94%, 8-12 lux, and 0 m/s respectively. Hence, environmental characteristics of the Cave of Bratus are suitable as habitat of H.cervinus
Keragaman Jenis Kadal Sub Ordo Sauria pada Tiga Tipe Hutan di Kecamatan Sungai Ambawang
Lizards are one of the group of reptiles belong to suborder Sauria with the greatest number of members on earth. This research aims to know the species of lizards of suborder Sauria and to know the environmental condition found in primary, secondary and Tembawang forests in the district of Sungai Ambawang. The research was carried out by using cruising method. The lizards seen and found were captured by usingsnare stick, pitfall trap, glue trap and direct capture. Morphological characters analyzed to identify the lizards were snout vent length and tail length. In three types of forests in Sungai Ambawang district, a total of 68 lizards of suborder Sauria were recorded, which consisted of 48 lizards from family Scincidae, 5 lizards of Gekkonidae, 3 lizards of Lacertidae, and 12 lizards of Agamidae. The result showed that the dominance index (C) in primary forest was 0,0865, secondary forest was 0,1046 and 0,1462 in Tembawang forest. Evenness index (E) of types of lizards was relatively low, with a value of 0,2248 in primary forest, 0,2644 in secondary forest and 0,2663 in Tembawang forest. The similarity index (SJ) in the three locations was around 0,5-1 where the three locations had the similarity in the species of lizards

Part of the plant widely utilized was the fruit. The processing methods of food plants were through direct consumption and after initial process. The categories of utilization of plants were divided into three i.e. as vegetable, snack and seasoning. The frequency of the highest citation in this research reached 100%. The Informant Agreement Ratio (IAR) value was the highest in the snack at 0.953
Pengaruh Komposisi Media Tanam Terhadap Pertumbuhan Stek Batang Kantong Semar (Nepenthes gracilis Korth.)
Research on the effect of media composition for the growth of stem cuttings Nepenthes (Nepenthes gracilis Korth.) has been done in Nepenthes captivity Pontianak, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Scienses and in Chemistry and Soil Fertility Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Tanjungpura in November 2013 until January 2014. This research to determine the effect of planting media composition on the growth of stem cuttings Nepenthes gracilis. This research uses a completely randomized design (CRD) with 7 treatments and 3 replications, as treatments in this experiment is the planting media composition Moss (M0), Moss + Compost (M1), Moss + Coconut Fiber Powder (M2), Moss + Charcoal hust (M3), Moss + Compost + Coconut Fiber Powder (M4), Moss + Compost + Charcoal Husk (M5) and Lumut + Coconut Fiber Powder + Charcoal Husk (M6). Parameters measured were plant height, root length, number of leaves, shoot number, number of bags and wet weight. The results showed that the composition of the planting medium significantly different to the length and number of pockets. The best planting medium composition on the growth of root length Nepenthes gracilis is Lumut + Coconut Fiber Powder + charcoal husk and the best media composition to the amount of bags of Nepenthes gracilis is Lumut + Coconut Fiber Powder. The Effect of media composition was not significantly different planting on plant height, leaf number, number of buds and wet weigh
Kekayaan Jenis Anggrek Di Hutan Alam Desa Beginjan Kecamatan Tayan Hilir Kabupaten Sanggau
The orchid species richness in anecosystem needs to be revealed in order to support the efforts of the biodiversity conservation. The orchid genus commonly found in this forest is the Bulbophyllum
Pertumbuhan Tanaman Kacang Tanah (Arachis hypogaea L.) pada Tanah Gambut yang Diaplikasikan dengan Bokashi Jerami dan Pupuk Petrhikaphos
The low fertility and high soil acidity make the peat soils require processing before being used as a medium for plant growth. Peat soil improvement efforts need to be done on an ongoing basis. This study aims to determine the effect and the optimal dose on the using of bokashi straw and petrhikaphos fertilizer on the peanut plant growth (Arachis hypogaea). This study used Factorial Completely Randomized Design (FCRD) with 2 factors namely petrhikaphos fertilizer (A) and bokashi straw (B). Each factor consists of 4 levels, they are: control, 5g; 15g and 25g for petrhikaphos fertilizer and control, 18,75g; 37,5g and 56,25g for bokashi straw fertilizer. The findings of the research showed that the using of bokashi fertilizer up to 56,25g dosage /plant has not been able to give a noticeable effect on the growth and yield of peanut crop production. Based on those four-dose treatments which were given, the dose of 25g /kg of seed showed the best result for the parameter root dry weight, number of pods, seeds, seed weight, number of nodules and the total number of effective root nodules. There were no interactions between bokashi and petrhikaphos fertilizer on to all observations A. hypogaea growth

But the lecture rooms using AC and fans has three the same species of air molds, consist of A. niger, C. cladosporioides, and P. funiculosum
Inventarisasi Jenis Paku-pakuan (Pteridophyta) Terestrial di Hutan Dusun Tauk Kecamatan Air Besar Kabupaten Landak
Ferns (Pteridophytes) are one of the sources of germ plasm that play an important role in forest ecosystem and in human’s life as well. However, due to forest conversion, ferns gradually decrease in number especially the terrestrial species. This study aims to identify all terrestrial ferns found in the forest area of Tauk Village, Air Besar District, Landak Regency. The study applied Cruise Method and lasted for four months period of time, started from March to June 2014. The findings from the inventory, there are 18 species of terrestrial ferns found in the area and identified as members of class Polypodiopsida and 13 families of ferns. Most of the species of ferns found in the area come from the family of Lygodiaceae, whereas the species with the least number come from the families of Aspleniaceae, Gleicheniacea, Nephrolepidaceae, Thelypteridaceae, Lindsaeaceae, Tectariaceae, Davalliaceae, Lycopodiaceae, and Dennstaedtiaceae
