    The Use of High Heels and Work Fatigue at The Employee Mal. Usage of high heels with standing position continuously over working will have an impact on work fatigue. This study aims to determine the relationship of usage of high heels with fatigue on employee of Mal in Banjarbaru. This study used observational method with cross sectional design. Research instruments used are Questionnaires Measuring Work fatigue Feeling and ruler. Population in this study are 120 people. Sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique with total samples are 36 people. Data analysis in this study used correlation test rank spearman. The results of study is The employees used high heels with low altitude are 21 people and very high altitude are 15 people, The employees did not experience fatigue are 9 people, and employees experienced low fatigue are 15 people, and employees experienced middle fatigue are 12 people, and There was no relationship between the height of shoes with fatigue on employees of Mal in Banjarbaru. The employees should use high heels with the altitude have recommended that is maximum of 5 cm, because if >5 cm will be risky to affected a disorder of health

    The Comparison Of Emission Levels Of Carbon Monoxide Exhaust Gas In Automatic Motor Vehicle Injection System. Transportation plays a very big role as a source of air pollution, especially exhaust emissions reach 60-70%. CO emitted by motor vehicle which exceed the standard be able to cause disturbance and even death. The development of a two-stroke engine vehicle into a four-step engine is a people demand who want a vehicle which is easy and comfortable. Indonesia has many different types of vehicles, but two types of motor vehicles with the YMJET-FI and PGM-FI system are most on the market. Three fuels such as premium, pertalite and pertamax are used by the public. This research was observational analytic, using Posttest Only Design to analyze the CO emission from YMJET-FI and PGM-FI engine with premium fuel, pertalite and pertamax. CO emission was tested at engine speed of 1.900-2.000 rpm and temperature 80oC. Analysis used Two Way Analysis of Variance statistic test with α = 0,05%. The results showed that YMJET FI using premium emitted CO as 0,23%, pertalite 0,32% and pertamax 0,37%. PGM-FI using premium emitted 0,21% , pertalite 0,24% and pertamax 0,25%. The conclussion is, both of YMJET-FI and PGM-FI, using premium, pertalite and pertamax emitted CO lower than the emission quality standard according to KemenLH 2009 such as of 4,5%

    The Ability Rubber Plants in Lowering to Dust Fall Level Along the Coal Haul Road.Changes in air environment are generally caused by air pollution. Coal transportasion activity make the impact of air pollution such as dust fall along the coal haul road. A solution to handling dust fall along the coal haul road with vegetation of plant which have ability to reduce dust fall particles. The purpose of this research is to know the ability rubber plants in lowering the dust fall level along coal haul road. The benefit as raw material inputs in controlling of dust pollution in environment using berrier plant. The method of this research use a field experiment with design pretest and posttest with control group. The population of this research is the dust fall level and samples research is dust that measured on 4 location that represent the diffrences landscape 50 m, 100 m, 150 m and 200 m. Every width of landscape measure of 2 samples poin before and after of a landscape. It done in 5 times replicas.Data analysis using a simple regression. There is influence of rubber plant ability to decrease dust content to the distance determined with result of percentage of degradation of dust settled at 50 meter distance without barrier 48,0% to distance 50 meter with barrier 57,0%

    The Influence of Fermented Cassava (Manihot utilissima) Solutions as Atraktan in Mosquito Trap on The Number of Mosquitoes Trapped. The use of synthetic insecticides can cause health hazards to humans. Mosquito trap made of disused plastic bottles plus mosquito atraktan from natural materials is an alternative that is more economical, safe and environmentally friendly. One of the mosquito atraktan compounds is CO2. Fermented cassava is potentially as mosquito atraktan because it can produce CO2. This study aimed to know the influence of fermented cassava solutions as atraktan in mosquito trap from plastic bottles on the number of mosquitoes trapped. Type this study was Quasi Experiment. Design this study was Post-test Only with Control Design. The concentration of fermented cassava solutions was used in this study was 0% (control), 10%, 30%, 50% and 70%. The results showed the number of mosquitoes trapped at a concentration of 0% (control), 10%, 30% and 70% as much as 0 tail, whereas the konentrasi 50% as much as 1 tail. Kruskal Wallis test results showed no significant effects of the concentration of fermented cassava solutions

    Effectiveness of Vegetable Larvacide in Killing Aedes Spp. Larvae. DHF (Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever) is caused by Aedes spp. vector. Controlling of this disease has used chemist or insecticide. The insecticide for killed larva Aedes spp. is abate. Using insecticide for a while can make vector has resistance. Base on the fact, we need subtances alternative of controlling which can degredable it’s from naturall like garlic (Allium sativum), papaya (Carica papaya) core and piper betle. This research aimed for efectivities of larvacide garlic, papaya core and betel vine. This research is a true experimental, used toxicity experiment standart. Result both LC99 and Toxid Unit (TU) of larvacide garlic is 7,7 gr/L and 26,88. Larvacide papaya core is 10,22 gr/L and 16,33. Larvacide vine betel is 74,4 gr/L and 2,65. Decided of larvacides which efectivest are compared TU value that higher. Based on TU values, larvacide which efectivest and can aplicate for killing larva is garlic. Larvacide of garlic can use in places that contain water which difficult to drained or washed

    Abstract: Based on the data obtained from Puskesmas Cempaka, it is known that malaria is an endemic disease in the Kecamatan Cempaka. The cases of malaria in the Kecamatan Cempaka in 2011, 2012, and 2013 respectively were 58, 60, and 61. Case Fatality Rate (CFR) of malaria in the Kecamatan Cempaka in 2013 was 3.18%. This study aimed to describe the distribution of malaria incidence by age, sex, place of residence, history of the scene, and the time of occurrence. This research is descriptive. The sample is the malaria patients who were living in the Kecamatan Cempaka, as many as 61 people. The results showed entire that the age of patients ranged from 8 to 63 years with an average of 29 years. The men are most affected by malaria (95%). Most malaria patients (49%) came from the Kelurahan Sei.Tiung. All the history of malaria incidence derived from outside the Kecamatan Cempaka, because most patients go home after work in the KabupatenTanah Bumbu (29%). Peak incidence of malaria is occurred in May of 2013 (27%). Epidemic of malaria has the potential to occur in the Kecamatan Cempaka due to the presence of Anopheles. Therefore, people need to avoid being bitten by Anopheles. The methods such as using the mosquito net while sleeping at night.Keywords: malaria incidence; Kecamatan Cempak

    Abstract: The Use Of Chlorine Concentration Controller (Ca(ClO)2) In Improving The Effectiveness Of Cutlery Disinfection. About 80% of food-cause disease and food poisoning are caused by microbial contamination, one of which comes from the equipment used. Equipment potential as food contamination is not clean enough and not appropriate washing process, because it skips over disinfection stage. One of cutlery disinfection process is by giving active chlor (chlorine) at concentration 50 ppm. This study aimed to determine the ability of the use of chlorine concentration controller (Ca(ClO)2) in improving the effectiveness of cutlery disinfection. This study used experimental method, the data was obtained by trial the accurate chlorine concentration (Ca(ClO)2), plate samples immersed using chlorine solution and laboratory test of number bacteria and E.coli parameters. The results of chlorine (Ca(ClO)2) concentration controller were confirmed that in one press the apparatus could removable solution of 2 mL equivalent to 50 ppm if it used for 1 L of water. Based on the result of laboratory examination was known that the number of germs post-treatment was smaller than pre-treatment and negative E.coli on pre and post-treatment. The contact time determined the percentage decrease of germs after disinfection. The contact time at 2 minutes could reduce the number of germs of 99,08%. Keywords : Chlorine (Ca(ClO)2); Disinfectio

    Inspeksi Sanitasi Lingkungan Sekolah Di SMA Negeri 1 Martapura

    Abstract: The Sanitation Inspection in SMA Negeri 1 Martapura. Public places have potential as a place of transmission of disease, pollution, or other health problems. Places or public service facilities that are obliged to carry out environmental sanitation include public places are managed commercially or public services that have a high intensity of number and time of visit, one of which is the school environment. The study aimed to find out the picture of school environmental sanitation in SMA Negeri 1 Martapura with research variables; Cleanliness and neatness of building space, condition of toilet, building construction, and environmental coaching. Research method’s observational, and measurement of environmental quality (lighting and noise). Processing and data analysis done descriptively. The result of measurement of building cleanliness variables obtained value of 140 points (70%), toilet condition variable 585 points (73.12%), building construction variables 575 (95,83%) and environmental coaching 2,060 points (85,83% ). Overall assessment of school environmental santitasi obtained points 3,360 points (84%) so that included in the category of healthy schools. It is recommended that schools at WC/KM at schools equip with lights for lighting in WC/KM to be bright, sewage discharges with closed construction, students better maintain cleanliness and tidiness of classes, curtains when learning activities are opened, and more activate the activities of clean Friday.     Strategi Perubahan Perilaku Pemilihan Septic Tank di Permukiman Daerah Rendah (Studi Kasus Kota di Banjarmasin)

    Abstract: Strategy of Septic Tank Choice Behavioral Change in Low Area Settlement (Case Study in Banjarmasin City). The coverage of liquid waste management service in Banjarmasin City by using septic tank through off site handling as well as in site handling according to the National Standard of Indonesia to date can serve approximately 6-7% of all residents of Banjarmasin. This means that individual use of septic tank is around 93-94% of all residents. This study was done in Banjarmasin City, South Kalimantan, including 5 districts of Central Banjarmasin, East Banjarmasin, West Banjarmasin, North Banjarmasin, and South Banjarmasin. The study was done in April 2014 until February 2016. The population for behavioral change development strategy sub system was originated from Public Health Office, Public Works Service, Drainage and Water Resource Office, Living Environment Department, Local Company of Wastewater Management, and public figures. The results showed that according to SWOT analysis, strategy of septic tank choice behavior development in Banjarmasin City settlement was in G room of quadrant IV, so the strategy used was conglomerate diversification strategy through the change of guided behavior predisposing factors to adoption phase, enabling factor of change in understanding of the availability of standardized disposal facilities, and amplifier factor needed an optimization of local regulation socialization in Banjarmasin City related to fecal disposal.     Abstract: The relationship of total swimmers with residual chlorine in the swimming pool. The swimming pool as a means of public that usually visited by the people can potentially become vehicles for spreading germs through water contaminated media pool so that sanitation should always be considered. This study aims to determine the number of swimmers in the Swimming Pool Antasari Banjarbaru, determine residual chlorine in Swimming Pool. This type of research was analytic research with cross sectional approach. The population is all water swimming pool which used by swimmers and all swimmers in the pool by sampling as much as 5 spots, using correlation analysis. The results showed the number of swimmers on average were 151 swimmers with the lowest number were 113 swimmers and the highest were 223 swimmers. Residual chlorine inside the water of swimming pool was an average of 0.73 mg/L, the standard deviation was 0.71 mg/L with the lowest number was 0.01 mg/L and the highest number was 1.49 mg / L. The results of the analysis did not prove statistically no relationship with the rest of the swimmers amount of chlorine in Swimming Pool because H0 (p = 0.679> value α = 0.05) and the value of r was -0.218 so that the relationship can not be seen. Efforts to do so that residual chlorine water in Swimming Pool in accordance with the requirements is to conduct regular inspections both manager pool and the relevant agencies, maintain the quality of residual chlorine by adding chlorine stabilizer isocyanuric, and perform administration disinfection according to the dosage required to obtain results corresponding residual chlorine required pursuant Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI Nomor: 416/Menkes/Per/IX/1990.
