Development Strategy For Micro Small Business (Umk) During The Covid-19 Pandemic In Maluku Province
This research was conducted based on the reality of the research problem, where economic activity in SMEs is in a threatened position due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the internal and external sides of SMEs, measure financial stability and lending to banks, analyze whether credit provision has been efficient or not in improving banking performance for SMEs. In addition, strategic policy measures are taken through a roadmap for developing competitive and sustainable SMEs. The research method used is a survey method. The data obtained were processed based on the principles of descriptive statistics, namely the analysis of Non Performing Loans (NPL) to determine the ratio of NPL and the average NPL. The time period used for analysis needs is 2019 and 2020. The results of the SWOT analysis, Non Performing Loans (NPL), effectiveness and efficiency, indicate that banks have not been effective and not efficient in disbursing credit. This needs to be a concern for banks in disbursing credit to SMEs, by providing easy administrative requirements for SMEs proposing credit, so that SMEs can have business capital for the development of competitive and sustainable SMEs. On the other hand, the results of the NPL calculation are below 5%, this shows a healthy banking performance, meaning that there are no bad loans, as a result of relaxation and stimulus from the Government to SMEs when SMEs experience a chaotic situation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, a 5-year development plan was carried out, namely from 2020-2025, with the goal of strategic planning being competitive and sustainable SMEs based on e-commerce
Analysis of Food Granary Development (Study: In Jombang Regency)
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of government assistance, the role of members and location on the development of food storage in Jombang Regency for the period 2014-2017. This thesis studies 384 food granaries in 21 districts. The analytical method used is the Pool Least Square (PLS) by using the variable number of dependent stock grain. This study uses data from the Food Security Service of Jombang Regency, and for the use of time data from 2014 to 2017, which means that this study uses panel data. The results showed that together the government, member and location variables had a significant effect on the output of food storage development. Whereas partially the member and location variables have a positive positive effect on government assistance variables which have a significant negative effect on the output of growth stock grain in Jombang Regency
Government Budget, and Health Insurance for Public Health in East Java Province
One of the conditions needed for development to be carried out properly is the condition of a healthy community. Without a healthy community, development in one area cannot be done well. Health itself is more a public good than a private good, so in this case government intervention is absolutely necessary. This research tries to look at several factors which are predicted to be able to influence the condition of public health. Some of these factors are the availability of infrastructure in the health sector, the government budget and public participation in health insurance issued by the government. Using data between 2017 and 2019 in 38 districts in East Java Province, it was found that only the public participation variable in health insurance issued by the government had a positive and significant impact, while the other variables did not affect the health condition of the community. The behavior of people in Indonesia who tend to register for health insurance if they have experienced health problems is one indication of a positive relationship between public health conditions and the number of participants in government health insurance
Development of Infrastructure And Economic Growth of Papua Province
Efforts are being make equitable development through accelerated infrastructure development by providing quality infrastructure facilities and services. The government continues encourage the development of damaged infrastructure in order to increase economic growth, especially areas do not have good access. The purpose this study is determine the effect of infrastructure development on economic growth Papua Province. This study uses panel data regression with the Random Effect Model. Infrastructure data used this study are road infrastructure, educational infrastructure, health infrastructure from 29 districts / cities period 2011-2018. The results is road infrastructure and educational infrastructure have a positive and significant influence economic growth, while health infrastructure have a positive but not significant effect economic growth Papua Province. The regional government must be increase the quantity and quality of teaching staff, services and health facilities at regions isolated
Determinants of School Participation in Riau Province in 2019
Education has an important role in economic development, not only in driving economic growth but also in breaking intergenerational poverty. For this reason, the Government of Indonesia has implemented a 12-year compulsory education program in the last decade. Through this program, it is hoped that school enrollment rates will increase and economic development will be of higher quality. However, the implementation of this program was not without obstacles. This study aims to analyze the determinants of school participation in Riau Province in 2019 using data from the National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS). The results of this study indicate that the education of the head of the household, the level of welfare and gender have a significant effect on school participation of children aged 7-18 years.Education has an important role in economic development, not only in driving economic growth but also in breaking inter-generation poverty. Online Social Gathering Service Firm Strategy
This research is written on the background of how the strategy to market online social gathering services is behind the rise of online social gathering scams. With the postpositivist paradigm of a qualitative approach to case study design, it has been found that the marketing strategy for online social gathering services will survive if it is supported by the products offered, causing reactions and consumer interest to be noticed, owned, used or consumed so as to satisfy consumer wants and needs. The products offered by the owner to consumers also vary. The price offered by the owner of this online social gathering is in accordance with the get that consumers want to get, so that consumers choose the get the social gathering slot according to their wishes, the use of online media is more effective to reach wider consumers and offer their products. The owner of this online social gathering benefits in the form of having a relationship with many people and also benefits from holding an online social gathering, the most important finding of this research is to include the mandate in running an online social gathering service business.
Efficiency of maternal health services in East Java Province
This study aims to determine the level of efficiency of maternal health services, to explain the factors that cause inefficiency in the districts/cities of the province of East Java. Using data envelopment analysis (DEA). The results showed that the variable return to scale (VRS) test results were better than constant return to scale (CRS), there was a change from relatively inefficient using VRS to efficient regions using VRS. The results of partial regression test AAB affect inefficiency, TPM and TTU do not affect. Meanwhile, simultaneously AAB, TPM and TTU affect the inefficiency of health services. So that it can increase the improvement of AAB access to reduce inefficiency
The Role of Capital Expenditures, Human Development Index and Access to Electricity on Economic Growth in Java and Non-Java Islands
This study aims to determine whether there is a positive effect of capital expenditure, HDI and access to electricity on economic growth and is there a difference between economic growth in Java (in fact as a development area) and the Non-Java region. The data source used is secondary data in the form of the 2015 Ministry of Finance Report, as well as the publication of the Central Statistics Agency. The analysis used is the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) analysis where this test was carried out in 33 provinces in Indonesia (North Kalimantan was not used in the observation because it was a newly formed province). From the test results, it is found that: Capital Expenditure, HDI has a positive and significant effect on Economic Growth. Meanwhile, Electricity Accessibility has no influence on growth. This condition means that the economic growth in the Java Region is indeed higher than the economic growth outside Java
Determinants Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Inflow in ASEAN-8
Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is the foreign investment which has more advantages than portfolio investment, because there are transfer of technology and transfer of knowledge. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of exchange rate, human capital, and economic growth on FDI inflows in ASEAN-8 period 2010-2019. By using panel data regression (FEM), the results showed that economic growth, human capital, and the exchange rate has a significant effect on FDI flows in ASEAN-8 countries
Quality and Benefits of Translation Model of Transfer Text in Foreign Exchange Services Transaction at Bank Negara Indonesia Surakarta
This is a qualitative descriptive study analyzes the social process in translation model of foreign exchange service texts at Bank Negara Indonesia Surakarta. The analysis is based on Functional Systemic Linguistics, translation principles and banking policies. The objectives are to: (1) examine the translation quality models (2) explore the benefits of translation models, (3) verify the foreign exchange service text in English and Indonesia (4) know the employees’ability toward foreign exchange services (5) reveal the customer’s ability in understanding the transfer transactions. Data are lexicogrammatically system, cohesion and text structure. Samples were taken at Bank Negara Indonesia Surakarta, as it provides overseas services using transaction tools in English and Indonesian texts. The quality of translation is analyzed based on group, lexis, clause, mood structure, theme/rheme and transitivity system; while the benefits of translation is based on tenor enlightening the affect, contact and status; whereas mode focused on channels and media. The findings show that quality of translation model of foreign exchange text is stated very good and useful. It is easily understood by customers who applied foreign exchange transactions at Bank Negara Indonesia Surakart
