Get PDFFrancesco da Barberino, a contemporary of Dante (1264–1348), was a Florentine notary. Remembered for the first testimony of the circulation of the "Commedia", he is also known for an ample and composite literary production, both in Latin and the vernacular. Francesco spent part of his life as notary at the service of the bishops of Florence, so that his works reveal a remarkable culture, influenced by his juridical training and notarial career. In particular, his allegorical and didactical poem, called "Documenta Amoris", represents an interesting case of a complex interplay of texts and pictorial illustrations. In fact, the work includes a vernacular poem alongside a translation and a commentary both in Latin, and it is also accompanied by a series of illuminations: all the texts and the whole paratextual structure derive directly from the author himself, as witnessed by two Vatican MSS (Barb. 4076 and 4077). Composed at the same time, the "Documenta Amoris" are a sort of orthodox contrappunto of the "Commedia", in which Dante’s linguistic experimentation is substituted by Francesco’s rigid bilingualism. Get PDFITALIANO: Dall’analisi dei dispositivi delle sentenze emesse nel 1385 dal podestà di Milano si conferma evidente l’importanza del lessico impiegato dalle autorità nella “costruzione del nemico”. Al tempo stesso risulta manifesto il rilievo della comunicazione giudiziaria nella coercizione della società nella fattispecie in relazione ai ruoli assegnati a ciascun genere. Tra le imputate si trovano rappresentati vari segmenti sociali e diverse condizioni, anche se descritte in maniera stereotipata. Il quadro che emerge, pur comprendendo alcuni cliché, riserva tuttavia anche qualche novità: la consapevolezza di alcune donne relativamente ai loro diritti e alle loro capacità tra cui l’esibire pubblicamente le proprie opinioni che le ren-
dono vincenti, anche se, talvolta, non in sede giudiziaria. Ciò che emerge nel linguaggio della curia podestarile, accanto alle condannate che agiscono “ispirate dal demonio”, è dunque la presenza di donne non sottomesse, dotate di capacità economica e di difesa delle loro prerogative. / ENGLISH: An analysis of the sentences issued in 1385 by the Podestà of Milan confirms the importance of the lexicon used by the authorities in the “construction of the enemy”. At the same time, it is clear the importance of judicial communication in the coercion of the society in this case in relation to the roles assigned to each gender. Among the defendants are represented various social segments and different conditions, even if described in a stereotypical manner. The picture that emerges, although it includes some clichés, however, also reserves some novelties: the awareness of some women regarding their rights and abilities, including the public display of their opinions that make them successful, although sometimes not in court. What emerges in the language of the podestaril curia, alongside the condemned women who act “inspired by the devil”, is therefore the presence of women who are not submissive, endowed with economic capacity and the ability to defend their prerogatives

vercellesi dell’età di Gian Galeazzo Visconti e degli anni immediatamente successivi. La loro varia tipologia e la loro struttura vengono esaminate sia sotto il profilo formale e diplomatistico sia sotto il profilo funzionale, prestando attenzione alla connessione tra registri che documentano fasi diverse della procedura, dall’apertura del processo al saldo della pena pecuniaria da parte del condannato o del suo fideiussore. In questa analisi sono state poste in particolare rilievo le ricadute finanziarie della giustizia e la continuità tra amministrazione giudiziaria e amministrazione finanziaria. / ENGLISH: The essay examines some examples of the important series of criminal judicial registers of Vercelli in the age of Gian Galeazzo Visconti and the years immediately following. Their varied typology and structure are examined from a formal and diplomatic point of view as well as from a functional point of view, paying attention to the connection between registers documenting different phases of the procedure, from the opening of the trial to the payment of the fine by the convict or his guarantor. In this analysis particular emphasis was placed on the financial implications of justice and the continuity between judicial and financial administration

No full textEl artículo plantea un ejercicio destinado a agilizar la enseñanza de los estudiantes de interpretación musical con clarinete. Cuenta con la descripción detallada de las competencias y objetivos a alcanzar con su práctica.When we analyse the movements that each finger does in order to play the different positions of the first octave of the instrument (E3 to E4), we can observe that the little finger does the 41.6% of the work. As well as having to fight the resistance of the most demanding and further located keys in the clarinet. The fifth finger is in charge of producing the vital sounds connecting the two largest registers in the clarinet (chalumeau and clarín).
These small fingers are anatomically the least strong and clarinetists tend not to pay enough attention to this reality. The study presented in this article have been formulated to tackle this issue, with the hope that musicians will gain on independence, strength, agility and coordination.
Keywords: Clarinet, Didactics, Little fingers, Synchronization.Conservatorio Superior de Música "Eduardo Martínez Torner" de OviedoAl analizar la responsabilidad de cada dedo de las manos de un clarinetista para obtener la digitación de las distintas posiciones en la primera octava del instrumento (Mi3-Mi4) , podemos comprobar que a los meñiques les corresponde el 41,6% del trabajo a realizar, además, deben vencer la resistencia que ofrecen las llaves más exigentes y distantes del instrumento para producir los sonidos vitales en la conexión de los dos registros de mayor extensión (chalumeau y clarín). A esta realidad hay que sumar que estos dedos son los de menor fortaleza, y habitualmente, se les confiere poca atención por parte del instrumentista. Para la mejora de esta realidad procede crear estudios, como el que se plantea en este artículo, que centren el trabajo del músico en el control de los meñiques avanzando en su independencia, agilidad, fortalecimiento y sincronización.

The non-invasive diagnosis of bone disorders in CKD
No full textAbnormal bone metabolism is an integral part of the chronic kidney disease-mineral bone disorder (CKD-MBD). For several reasons, the difficult bone compartment was neglected for some time, but there has been renewed interest as a result of the conception of bone as a new endocrine organ, the increasing recognition of the cross-talk between bone and vessels, and, especially, the very high risk of osteoporotic fractures (and associated mortality) demonstrated in patients with CKD. Therefore, it has been acknowledged in different guidelines that action is needed in respect of fracture risk assessment and the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis in the context of CKD and CKD-MBD, even beyond renal osteodystrophy. These updated guidelines clearly underline the need to improve a non-invasive approach to these bone disorders in order to guide treatment decisions aimed at not only controlling CKD-MBD but also decreasing the risk of fracture. In this report, we review the current role of the most often clinically used or promising biochemical circulating biomarkers such as parathyroid hormone, alkaline phosphatases, and other biochemical markers of bone activity as alternatives to some aspects of bone histomorphometry. We also mention the potential role of classic and new imaging techniques for CKD patients. Information on many aspects is still scarce and heterogeneous, but many of us consider that it is indeed time for action, recognizing our definitely limited ability to base certain treatment decisions only on our current non-comprehensive knowledge

i domini rurali e i loro sudditi fossero descritti facendo ricorso al linguaggio dell’amicizia. Attraverso il confronto con altre aree dell’Italia centro settentrionale il saggio evidenzia la singolarità di tale uso e si interroga circa le sue origini e le sue ragioni. Il fenomeno in esame è così connesso, da una parte, al peculiare rapporto politico tra città e campagna che segnò la Lombardia a partire dal tardo Duecento; dall’altra, al carattere particolarmente consensuale e pattizio che fu proprio nel Tre e Quattrocento della signoria rurale lombarda. / ENGLISH: At the end of the Middle Ages in Lombardy it was common for a rural lord and his subjects to be defined as friends. By comparing Lombardy to other areas of central and northern Italy, the essay underlines the exceptional nature of this situation, and questions its causes. Such a phenomenon had two main underlying reasons: on the one hand, the peculiar political relationship between city and countryside that distinguished Lombardy since the late thirteenth century; on the other hand, the strong consensual character of the Lombard lordship in the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries
