Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of Guided discovery learning models on the science process skills of students in SMP Negeri 3 Bangil class VII on the material of environmental pollution. This type of research is quasi experimental, with non equivalent design pre-test and post-test control group. The sampling technique used purposive sampling obtained 2 classes, namely class VII G as a control class and class VII H as an experimental class. The instrument of this research is a test of science process skills in environmental pollutants with data collection techniques using the test method, namely pre-test and post-test. Data analysis techniques were carried out using the t-test. The results showed that the Guided discovery learning model had a significant effect on the science process skills of students in SMP Negeri 3 Bangil class VII on the material of environmental pollution

Get PDFPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan prestasi belajar melalui penggunaan buku ajar elektronik berbasis flipbook. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian R & D dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D yang meliputi: define, design, develop, dan desiminate. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Antartika 1 Sidoarjo dengan subjek penelitian adalah kelas X RPL. Buku ajar elektronik berbasis flipbook yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak 87.4% dengan kriteria sanga baik sehingga dapat digunakan untuk penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa dengan penggunaan buku ajar elektronik berbasis flipbook sebesar 66,7%

Get PDFBefore the enactment of the Pasuruan Regent Regulation no. 21 of 2016 concerning Compulsory Education for Madrasah Diniyah, there has been a Regional Regulation of Pasuruan Regency Number 4 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Education which one of the contents in article 31 paragraph 2 describes the mandatory madrasah diniyah in Pasuruan. This regulation was made and determined by Mr. HM. Irsyad Yusuf, SE as the elected Regent of Pasuruan, because there is encouragement to restore the icon of Pasuruan Regency as Santri City and instill religious values in students. After 3 years this Perbup was running, it turned out to have a positive effect and impact on the Pasuruan community moreover to 1,439 Madin institutions that already existed included MDT. Riyadhul Jinan, located in Kedungboto Village, Kec. Beji Pasuruan Regency. In the second period after being re-elected as Regent, he had a superior program namely "WAK MUQIDIN" (Wayahe Kumpul Mbangun TPQ and Madin). In his remarks, Regent Irsyad said; the presence of MUQIDIN WAK will later strengthen the Madin mandatory program that has been announced since the 2016/2017 school year, and is stipulated in the form of Pasuruan Regent Regulation number 21 in 2016

Get PDFVarious research results reinforce the importance of having human resources engaged in their work. Employees who are engaged in their work will benefit both in terms of individuals, groups and organizations. In fact, the level of employee engagement in Indonesia is relatively low. Even the level of work engagement in the millennial workforce is at the lowest level. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the work engagement of millennial employees in BUMN. Participants consist of 3 BUMN's employees, male and have a working period of between 5 and 15 years. Data obtained through semi-structured interviews and analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that work engagement in the millennial workforce is sourced from job resources and personal resources. Job resources include work environment, family atmosphere, career opportunities, rewards, valuable experiences and challenges; while personal resources include self efficacy. The millennial workforce also does job crafting by integrating their lives with their work
