While happiness is a latent construct and advantages of the positive aspects as satisfaction and overall quality of human life. Everything that makes an individual feel better and happy with what they have learned. This study aims to determine the correlation between the performances of the insurance agent with happiness in the workplace. This research was conducted on the insurance company PT. A, Surabaya, with participants (N = 50) is an insurance agent who has worked at least one year, once the training, regular meetings and seminars held firm at least 3 times. Data were collected by purposive sampling method. The data collection was carried out by using Performance Scale Ratings which includes five dimensions of performance appraisal, and Happiness Scale by using Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (OHQ). Data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment parametric statistical analysis. The result of data shows that correlation coefficient was 0.802 with sig 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that there is a positive relationship between performance of the agents in the insurance of PT.A,Surabaya with happiness) in the workplace. Based on these results, happiness is proven to contribute effectively to the performance of an insurance agent in PT. A, Surabaya 64.4%. Descriptively, happiness levels of agent in PT.A,Surabaya was classified as moderate to high and most of the agents have a high level of happiness of 58% and most insurance agent in PT.A, Surabaya had high level of performance at 68

Get PDFThe teacher is a professional educator who has the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing and evaluating students in early childhood education through basic education, and secondary education. Workload and compensation received by the teacher can affect the teacher's professionalism. This study aims to determine the effect of workload and compensation on the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education teachers in Pasuruan Regency. The study was conducted on 50 PAI teachers in Pasuruan Regency. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. Significance values for workload variables (X1) and compensation (X2) were 0.023 and 0,000 (p <0.05), respectively. So it can be concluded that the workload variable (X1) has a significant effect on teacher professionalism (Y) and the compensation variable (X2) has a significant effect on teacher professionalism (Y). The coefficient value on the workload variable is known to be 0.177 which means there is a positive influence between workload on teacher professionalism. The same thing happened to the compensation variable where the coefficient value obtained was 0.253 so that the compensation variable had a positive effect on the professionalism of PAI teachers in Pasuruan Regency. The magnitude of the influence of these two variables amounted to 57.6%. The correlation coefficient value is 0.687, meaning that the independent variable and the independent variable have sufficient and positive correlation. If the independent variable increases, the dependent variable will also increase

In this case customer satisfaction with information obtained at the time of learning activities becomes importantThis satisfaction increases consumer loyalty at school. This study aims to provide an overview and information system that facilitates the public to receive better communication. This study also examines more deeply how information systems are able to provide satisfaction and increase loyalty to consumers of Islamic Education Institutions. This study uses qualitative data collection methods, namely research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of information directly, in depth, unstructured. This research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. Primary data sources were obtained from information in the form of interviews with related parties handling the Integrated Information System including the Deputy Principal for Student Affairs, Deputy Principal for Public Relations, IT team and Principal. Secondary data obtained from data that already exists and previous and has a relationship problem that is examined includes the existing literature. The population of the research sample was the guardians of students in SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques include interviews and Literature studies. Interviews were conducted with open-ended questions. Literature study is done by reading literature books, journals, internet and previous research that has been done before. From the analysis and results of the discussion obtained it can be concluded as follows: Integrated information systems have good benefits to schools so that schools can develop marketing and community trust as well-facilitated schools. The existence of an integrated information system can be an added value in increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of guardians of students, students and stakeholders who are interested in the school environment. Integrated information systems always experience developments in accordance with the technology that developed in that year. Therefore, competent funding and human resources are needed in managing the system

This type of research is quatitative research methods. In this study the data collection techniques used are, interview techniques and documentation techniques. The results of this study are that if educators have good pedagogical competence and high work motivation, then the performance of educators will be optimized in a comprehensive manner and more quickly achieved in improving the quality of education. And vice versa, if educators do not have poor pedagogical competence and low work motivatoin, the teacher's performance is said to be poor or not qualified
