Study on Optimalization of Own-Source Revenue in Regencies and Municipals in Central Java Province
Optimizing the management of potential areas would provide additional revenue for the region. This research aims to assess whether the government in the counties and cities in Central Java province has been optimally manage their potentials so as to provide benefits beupa increased local revenues derived from the wealth management area. Through the relationship between the variables of the original income (PAD) and the Gross Domestic Product (GRDP) in the counties and cities in Central Java is expected to be known whether each area has been optimal in obtaining local revenue. The data used is data sekuder form of data revenues and GRDP in counties and cities in the province of Central Java during the years 2011-2013 were berusmber from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), Report of Realized APBD, and RPJMD Central Java.Methods of data analysis in this research is to use a simple linear regression analysis (OLS Model) and design analysis group. The analysis showed the existence of ties between the GRDP and the PAD. The magnitude of the relationship analyzed by simple linear regression, where the results indicate a positive trend. That is, there is a directly proportional relationship anatara GRDP and PAD. The coefficient of determination of 99.9% explained that the GRDP variable can be explained by the variable revenue of 99.9%, while 0.1% is explained by other variables.The analysis showed that the GRDP value of the coefficient b> b PAD either at the district, town and overall. These results indicate that there has been no attempt by the government to manage PAD so as to generate the GRDP increase. The government can manage the outcome of PAD to be used in a way that increases the GRDP obtained. As for the test results to determine differences in optimizing the management of local revenue between districts and cities showed that the district can generate GRDP is greater with smaller PAD. It shows that the effort made by the district is more efficient than the effort undertaken by the municipality.Spatial analysis shows a comparison of the GRDP against the PAD in each county and city in Central Java province is divided into four clusters. Each cluster has a distinct regional characteristics seen from economic activity. The results of the socio-economic analysis of the economy in Central Java province when seen from the conditions of employment, which absorbs the most amount of power keraja is in the agricultural sector, which amounted to 31%, followed by the trade sector 22% and industry 19%.Keyword: Decentralization, PAD, GRD
TRADE OFF BANK ISLAM INDONESIA: MORALITY ATAU BUSINESS ENTITY DALAM PENGELOLAAN LIKUIDITAS
Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah mengkaji terkait dengan operasional perbankan Islam di Indonesia yang difokuskan dalam permasalahan pengelolaan likuiditas yang dilakukan oleh bank Islam yang ada di Indonesia. Penulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan unit analisis wawancara dan observasi yang didukung oleh studi pustaka untuk memberikan gambaran secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat terkait dengan fenomena yang sedang dituliskan dengan hasil kajian berupa konseptual kajian. Berdasarkan pada hasil kajian bahwa perilaku perbankan Islam dalam pengelolaan likuiditas dengan pendekatan kelembagaan menghadapi permasalahan trade off antara keberadaan perbankan Islam sebagai business entity dan keberadaan bank Islam yang berprinsip syarat akan value. Sehingga perkembangan bank Islam saat ini cenderung “permisif” dengan beberapa hal yang bersifat prinsip dalam mendukung perbankan Islam agar berkembang lebih massive. Permasalahan ini muncul lebih banyak dilantarbelakangi oleh keberadaan perbankan Islam di Indonesia yang berkembang dalam mekanisme dual banking system, dimana perbankan Islam berjalan linear dengan perbankan konvensional termasuk dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis. Hal ini sedikit banyak menimbulkan “ketidakadilan” bagi perbankan Islam itu sendiri, mengingat keberadaa perbankan konvensional sudah jauh berkembang terlebih dahulu daripada perbankan Islam. APAKAH INOVASI PAJAK DAERAH MEMPERLAMBAN DAYA INOVASI PEMERINTAH DAERAH DALAM PELAKSANAAN DESENTRALISASI FISKAL? (STUDI DI KABUPATEN SUMBAWA, INDONESIA)
The purpose of this study is to objectively review the local tax innovation program on the existence of local government's innovation power to other sector innovation policies in the implementation of fiscal decentralization. Based on previous research, the SoMentari program (socialization, data collection, daily billing) still has not resolved the issue of balanced program policy adjustment for all local government program innovations on the implementation of fiscal decentralization. In an effort to analyze the innovations reviewed in the perspective of the application of SoMentari policy ever applied, the researcher uses an explorative research method approach by trying to find new ideas or relationships. This method is very flexible in the search for ideas and ideas as well as guidance on the conditions and situations related to the issues studied so as to formulate the right policy or strategy. Collect all literature and studies on local tax innovation policies and include secondary data in the form of local tax data and other data related to innovation of other local government programs. After that identified problems ranging from symptoms to basic problems. After further identification, the researcher will classify the problem and reconstruct the local tax and other innovation policies in the perspective of implementing fiscal decentralization. In addition, researchers conducted Focus Group Discussion to some experts who are experts in local tax innovation policy. The results of this study indicate that the local tax innovation program has the potential to slow the innovation of local government in other sectors. The conclusion of this research is that local tax innovation done by local government has not run optimally since there are many other program innovations which require follow up plan from local tax program so that impressed slowing innovation of local government in implementing fiscal decentralization. KONTRIBUSI ROYALTI PT NEWMONT NUSA TENGGARA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN DAERAH KABUPATEN SUMBAWA BARAT TAHUN 2006-2012
Contributions Royalty PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara to the regional income West Sumbawa Regency Year 2006-2012. The purpose of this study was to investigate the contribution of royalty PT NNT to the regional income West Sumbawa. In this study, secondary data on the realization of royalty PT NNT and regional income data for the year 2006-2012. The data comes from the offices of the financial revenues of West Sumbawa. This study uses a quantitative approach simple statistics. The results of this study indicate that the variable royalty contribute positively to regional income West Sumbawa regency in 2006-2012. This is indicated by the value of the contributions made by the variable royalty PT NNT to the regional income Sumbawa district from 2006 amounted to 21.70%, in 2007 13.69 decreased in 2008 decreased 1.05 percent from the year 2008 amounted to 12.64 percent , Then in 2009 the contribution of royalty PT NNT rose 13.78 percent and in 2010, 2011 and 2012 contributions amounting to 11.56 percent and 08.16 percent. The conclusion from this study is that the variable royalty PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara has contributed greatly to the increase of regional income West Sumbawa regency during 2006-2012
Pengaruh Faktor-faktor Demografi Terhadap Emisi Udara di Indonesia
This study aims to determine the influence of demographic factors on air emissions in Indonesia. Demographic factors used in this study were population density, education level, and urbanization rate. Air emissions are measured with carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions as proxies. Theoretically, population density and urbanization levels have a positive effect on air emissions, while technology has a negative effect on air emissions. The analysis technique used is multiple regression using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method.The results of this study indicate that population density and level of education affect air emissions in accordance with the proposed theory but the level of education does not significantly affect air emissions in Indonesia. Population density, urbanization level, and education level simultaneously affect air emissions in Indonesia. VISUAL MERCHANDISE DAN ATMOSFER TOKO: PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN IMPULS
This study aims to determine the influence of visual merchandising and store atmosphere against impulse buying on the visitors of Matahari Department Store at City of Tomorrow, Surabaya. The method used is explanatory research; the data are collected through questionnaires and documentation. Those are analyzed using multiple linear regression statistical methods. The results of data analysis showed that the better visual merchandising and store atmosphere, the more it will increase impulse purchasing on consumers. Test hypothesis states that the visual merchandising and store atmosphere significantly influence consumers impulse buying in Matahari Department Store City of Tomorrow Surabaya. Visual merchandising is realized by a variety of stimuli, such as the arrangement of the product, the selection of beautiful colors for the outlets, lighting inside the store will make consumers comfortable shopping, which can result in unplanned purchases. Atmospheric stores increases the likelihood of impulsive behavior. Atmosphere fun and interesting stores can stimulate the purchase of the response of a sudden, so consumers tend to buy things without planned because of the atmosphere of interesting shops. Strategi Pengembangan Kawasan Bahari Berbasis Masyarakat di Blitar Selatan
This study aims to (i) To identify and explain the characteristics of the Regional Maritime Region in South Blitar; in each sub-districts are District Bakung District Wonotirto, District Panggungrejo, and the District of Wates; the contributing factors in the region; (Ii) To formulate and establish a Development Strategy for Community-based Marine Region in South Blitar.Object Research District of District Bakung, District Wonotirto, District Panggungrejo, and the District of Wates. This research method using descriptive method. Method of data collection was done by interview and observation. The analytical method used by the SWOT analysis.The results based on (i) Characteristic Maritime Region in Blitar region south of the four sub-district has potential in agriculture, livestock and fisheries. As for some of the obstacles that arise in developing the potential in particular marine owned South Blitar, among others; road infrastructure is still inadequate, public transport reatif little, relatively low rainfall, surface conditions are relatively poor, relatively far distance of the capital and human resources is still low. Therefore, the development potential in the region is still not optimal; (Ii) The strategy needed in developing maritime region, among others; increase the carrying capacity of the infrastructure in order to improve the accessibility of roads, transportation systems, water supply and environmental protection in supporting the development of regional maritime, optimizing the processing of agricultural potential, farming, fishing in the area of maritime creating value-added agricultural production, animal husbandry and fishery., power support in the form of infrastructure and community skills in the processing of agricultural, livestock, fisheries in the marine area still needs to be improved with a model tourism village concept, required negotiations and talks about future land use in the development of the maritime area and create a website to introduce to the public the maritime region Keywords: Natural Resources, Human Resources, Strategy, Development Maritime RegionsJEL Classification: O44, Q5
SOLUSI CERDAS MENYUSUN LAPORAN PERTANGGUNGJAWABAN KOPERASI DENGAN PENERAPAN E-KOPERASI
The ease with which to prepare an Accountability Report is a wish that cooperative management wishes to undertake. Difficulties that have been faced in preparing the report resulted in the health assessment of cooperatives can not be fulfilled resulting in the level of assessment and the status of cooperatives become inactive. Selection of smart and proper cooperative management system will result in more productive and quality performance, so it needs an E-Cooperative System that can further facilitate the performance of the boards utilizing Information Technology that is able to facilitate the preparation of accountability report of the board effectively and efisein. The research method is development research that is research method used to produce certain product. Results of Implementation of E-Cooperatives in Prosperous Cooperatives PKK RW VI Kel. Tipar Kota Sukabumi produces a qualified Accountability Report and qualifies a cooperative health assessment and is able to streamline the performance of the board, so it is expected that the implementation of this E-Koperasi system can provide solutions to the Savings and Loan Partnership managers, especially in the Sukabumi area and announced throughout Indonesia Simplify the Accountability Report. Kajian Sosioekonomi Eksistensi Umbul Senjaya Kabupaten Semarang
This research is motivated from the existence of Senjaya Springs where can survive even only supported by community with limited capabilities. Therefore this study aims to: (1) determine the patterns of how myth affect the sustainability of Senjaya Springs until today. (2) Determine any motive and motivation behind the individual to perform the ritual. (3) Based on the motives anf motivation of preparators, whether the practice of Tapa Kungkum can be said to be rational when viewed from an economic standpoint.The focus of the analysis in this study is, what affects the existence of te springs and what the socioeconomic impacts for the community. Thus the informant targeted are : (1) person who knows the ins and out of Senjaya Spring. (2) Person directly affected by existence of Senjaya Springs. This study used a qualitative method using a phenomenological approach and historical narrative. The data in this Senjaya Springs study were collated by using several methods, namely : (1) in-depth interviews and unstructured interviews; and (2) participant observation.The results showed that: (1) there are 3 patterns of myth in maintaining the existence of Senjaya Springs. (2) There are 4 motives and motivations from two types of visitor in Senjaya Springs. (3) Tapa Kungkum regarded as a rational choice. The recommendations idea given to the village officer: (1) need serious management and development for tourist destination.
