This study aims to reveal the relationship between self-confidence, understanding of TPACK and the teaching quality of prospective physical education teachers when conducting online learning. The correlational research method was used in a population of 132 students practicing STKIP Pasundan who were following the PPL program. A total of 96 samples were involved in this study by means of convenience sampling. The instrument used to measure teaching confidence is a questionnaire with a Likert scale questionnaire (1-5 scale) which has been tested for validity and reliability with the results of r = 0.791. Meanwhile, to measure the quality of teaching, the Teaching Quality Scale (TQS) and TPACK Questioners. The results showed that the contribution of all independent variables (confidence and understanding of TPACK) to the dependent variable (quality of teaching physical education) simultaneously was 72.1%. Research shows that the psychological factor of self-confidence can determine the goals to be achieved (quality of teaching physical education) even though it is weak by being influenced by experience, knowledge and other skills, including understanding of TPACK. Therefore, further research is recommended to discuss forms of intervention for prospective physical education teachers to increase confidence in using technology when teaching online and increase understanding of TPACK in order to make students interested in learning when learning online so as to maintain teaching quality

The curriculum in Indonesia tends to change and has not been able to contribute significantly to changes in the learning process, especially in the active lifestyle of students. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Physical Education learning on active lifestyles. The design of this study is ex-post facto. The study involved high school students in Central Java in 2019. The data about Physical Education was collected by using a questionnaire to measure self-perception, motivation, and PACES (enjoyment), while the physical activity variable was measured by IPAQ (International Physical Activity Questionnaire). The results of the study indicated that the level of physical activity of students was moderate. Physical education variables as a whole were significantly related. In gender, in women, the motivational factor did not affect the level of physical activity. Whereas in men all factors in the context of physical education were not related to the level of physical activity. The conclusion of this study is physical education affects the active lifestyle of students. Factors outside physical education are more dominant in influencing male students in carrying out their physical activities. Physical education teachers must translate the curriculum into classroom learning by designing models and methods that are in accordance with the conditions of students and school facilities so that Physical Education has more impact on students\u27 physical competences

This study aims to determine the appropriate training program and portion in order to improve the physical performance of athletes. This literature review inquiry was obtained from various PubMed and Google Scholar databases by entering keywords, namely: Sports, Yoga, Basic Physical Components, MDA and IL6. This inquiry reviewed 33 articles published in national and international online journals and have been accredited. The results literature review done on prior studies show basic physical components can be optimally improved through exercises based on the FITT formula, namely interval training, fartlek, weight training, circuit training, plyometrix, rope jump and PNF. In addition, showed that aerobic and anaerobic exercises decreased MDA levels. However, the control group experienced a very significant increase in MDA levels. High-intensity exercise was found able to trigger releasing inflammatory mediators such as TNF-ά and IL-6. Furthermore, some literature showed that long-term yoga practice can reduce MDA levels and IL-6 levels as it as it increases antioxidant levels and anti imflamatory levels. This literature review is expected to provide comprehensive explanation of good and measurable training programs for athletes, coaches and sports institutions. Thereby, athletes’ physical performance can be optimally improved and injuries can be avoided so that athletes get sports achievements
