Efek latihan tungkai bawah menggunakan kursi pada kualitas tidur, kebugaran, dan risiko jatuh pada orang tua
Low physical activity levels can cause several degenerative diseases, especially for the elderly. Thus, the research objective was to examine the effects of the lower limb exercises program using a chair on sleep quality, fitness, and the risk for falls in the elderly. The experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design approach was used in this research with a total of 20 male participants with average (age 66.85 ± 5.63 years, weight 45.75 ± 2.62, height 154.82 ± 5.18 cm, and BMI 19.16 ± 1.86). After doing lower limb exercises for eight weeks, the results showed sleep duration, fitness marked by the 6MWT test, and balance in the experimental group. There were significant differences, while there were no significant differences in the control group. Thus, hopefully, it was found in the research results that the exercise of using a chair for the elderly could help improve aerobic ability and balance. It was positively correlated with decreasing sleep duration problems in the elderly. It had the potential to reduce the risk of getting a history of other diseases that could interfere with the daily lives of the elderly. Tingkat aktivitas fisik yang rendah dapat menyebabkan beberapa penyakit degeneratif, terutama bagi orang tua. Dengan demikian, tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memeriksa efek dari program latihan tungkai bawah menggunakan kursi pada kualitas tidur, kebugaran, dan risiko jatuh pada orang tua. Metode eksperimental dengan pendekatan desain kelompok kontrol pretest-posttest digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan total 20 peserta pria dengan rata-rata (usia 66,85 ± 5,63 tahun, berat 45,75 ± 2,62, tinggi 154,82 ± 5,18 cm, dan BMI 19,16 ± 1,86). Setelah melakukan latihan tungkai bawah selama delapan minggu, hasilnya menunjukkan durasi tidur, kebugaran yang ditandai dengan tes 6MWT, dan keseimbangan dalam kelompok eksperimen. Ada perbedaan yang signifikan, sementara tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam kelompok kontrol. Dengan demikian, mudah-mudahan, ditemukan dalam hasil penelitian bahwa latihan menggunakan kursi untuk orang tua dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan aerobik dan keseimbangan. Traditional games to reinforce the character of students in terms of educational qualifications: a meta-analysis
Physical education plays an important role in shaping human character through pleasurable physical activity. One of the fun and noble physical activities is the traditional game. Traditional games are rich in noble values that are able as learners\u27 character boosters. This study analyzed the role of traditional games on strengthening the character of learners reviewed from the level of education. The research method used is a meta-analysis by checking ten national journal articles formulated with the Glass formula. The results showed that traditional games have a very strong influence on strengthening the character of middle school education learners. At the elementary school level, traditional games have a high effect on strengthening the character of learners. Pembelajaran aktif untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran mandiri di antara guru siswa
PETE, as a place for PE teacher training, requires an analysis of the functioning of subjects related to the SDGs. Since 2006, Active Learning Models (ALM) in track and field courses have aspired to provide contextual learning experiences to PE teacher candidates. However, there is no in-depth analysis of ALM implementation in ensuring the readiness and independence of student learning during lectures. The purpose of this study is to strengthen the evidence that ALM can build the self-regulation and self-efficacy of prospective PE teachers. This research is a weak experimental type using a one-shot case study design. The sample involved 142 students(M= 83 and F= 59) who followed the ALM syntax for one semester. Portfolios and log-activity scores were used to measure self-regulation, while the Authentic Learning Self-Efficacy Scale (ALSS) questionnaire was used to measure Self-Efficacy. Data analysis used descriptive, correlation, ANOVA, and regression. The results showed that the students possessed adequate self-efficacy while participating in ALM. The differences in the characteristics of students based on the class that necessitated adjustments in the implementation of the instructional model were discussed. In addition, learning activity was determined as the most important variable in explaining student self-regulation in successfully achieving academic achievement.PETE, sebagai tempat pelatihan guru PE, membutuhkan analisis tentang fungsi mata pelajaran yang terkait dengan SDGs. Sejak tahun 2006, Active Learning Models (ALM) dalam kursus trek dan lapangan telah bercita-cita untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar kontekstual kepada kandidat guru pe. Namun, belum ada analisis mendalam tentang implementasi ALM dalam memastikan kesiapan dan kemandirian pembelajaran mahasiswa selama perkuliahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperkuat bukti bahwa ALM dapat membangun pengaturan diri dan efikasi diri calon guru PE. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis eksperimen yang lemah dengan menggunakan desain studi kasus one-shot. Sampel melibatkan 142 siswa (M = 83 dan F = 59) yang mengikuti sintaks ALM selama satu semester. Portofolio dan skor log-activity digunakan untuk mengukur pengaturan diri, sedangkan kuesioner Authentic Learning Self-Efficacy Scale (ALSS) digunakan untuk mengukur Efikasi Diri. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif, korelasi, ANOVA, dan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para siswa memiliki efikasi diri yang memadai selama mengikuti ALM. Perbedaan karakteristik siswa berdasarkan kelas yang memerlukan penyesuaian dalam implementasi model instruksional dibahas. Selain itu, kegiatan pembelajaran ditetapkan sebagai variabel yang paling penting dalam menjelaskan pengaturan diri siswa dalam keberhasilan mencapai prestasi akademik
Meningkatkan pembelajaran dalam pendidikan jasmani: Augmented reality berbasis aplikasi seluler untuk keterampilan motorik dasar
The COVID-19 pandemic makes the physical education learning process take place distance learning so that students still have good fundamental motor skills. Interactive media can be used as an alternative to physical education learning. This study aimed to determine the use of interactive Augmented Reality Mobile App-Based media against Fundamental Motor skills 9-10 Years Old School Children. This research uses a quantitative approach, a type of quasi-experimental research, using matching-only. The samples in this study are 74 students of the basic sector aged 9-10 years, data collection for fundamental motor skills using TGMD-2, and data analysis using the t-test. The results showed that 2-tailed sig = 0.000 < 0.05, which explained that interactive media Augmented Reality Mobile App-Based affects fundamental Motor skills 9-10 Years Old School, Children. The study concludes that interactive media Augmented Reality Mobile App-Based can provide an increase in Fundamental Motor Skills in addition to the use of interactive media, Augmented Reality Mobile App-Based can be an alternative teaching media in physical education subjects.Pandemi COVID-19 membuat proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani berlangsung pembelajaran jarak jauh sehingga siswa tetap memiliki keterampilan dasar motorik yang baik. Media interaktif dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media interaktif Berbasis Aplikasi Mobile Augmented Reality terhadap keterampilan Motorik Dasar Anak Usia 9-10 Tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sejenis penelitian kuasi-eksperimental, menggunakan matching-only. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 74 mahasiswa sektor dasar berusia 9-10 tahun, pendataan keterampilan motorik fundamental menggunakan TGMD-2, dan analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sig 2-tailed = 0,000 < 0,05, yang menjelaskan bahwa media interaktif Augmented Reality Mobile App-Based mempengaruhi keterampilan motorik dasar 9-10 Tahun, Anak-anak. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa media interaktif Augmented Reality Mobile App-Based dapat memberikan peningkatan Keterampilan Motorik Fundamental selain penggunaan media interaktif, Augmented Reality Mobile App-Based dapat menjadi media pengajaran alternatif dalam mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani
Speed play training toward changes hematocrit value and cardiorespiration basket athlete: Bahasa Indonesia
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of regular exercise with the speed play method in increasing cardiorespiratory capacity and blood hematocrit levels in Pinisi basketball athletes. The research method used was the one-group pre-post test design experiment. The instruments used in this study were the Multistage Test (MFT) for cardiorespiratory and hct meter to measure blood hematocrit levels. This study found that the percentage of blood hematocrit after the intervention of the speed play training method for the Pinisi basketball athletes was 44.94% higher than the average hematocrit level before being given the speed play training method for the Pinisi basketball athletes, which was 41.64%. There was a change with an average value of 3.3% per 100 mg of blood, meanwhile the average cardiorespiratory capacity after the implementation of the speed play training program in Pinisi basketball athletes was 43.49 ml/kg/minute, which means an increase from the average capacity cardiorespiratory training before being given speed play training in phinisi basketball athletes of 40.95 ml/kg/minute experienced an average change of 2.54 ml/kg/minute.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of regular exercise with the speed play method in increasing cardiorespiratory capacity and blood hematocrit levels in Pinisi basketball athletes. Effect of Mindfulness Sport Performance Enhancement (MSPE) to Reduce competitive state anxiety on Karate Athletes
Competitive state anxiety influences cognitive, emotional, and athlete behaviour while they have to perform perfectly in a competition. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of Mindfulness Sports Performance Enhancement (MSPE) training on competitive state anxiety of karate athletes in Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative with an experimental design. The sample in this study was 28 Karate athletes from Dojo Shiroite and INKAI in Surabaya. Those samples were selected using quota sampling. The intervention provided was an MSPE intervention adapted from Mindfulness Sports Performance Enhancement (MSPE). The data collection method was carried out using a competitive state anxiety scale adapted from The Revised Competitive State Anxiety Inventory – 2 with 17 items. The data were analyzed by paired t-test with SPSS 26. The result showed a significant decrease in the average competitive state anxiety by 9.25 points. This condition is supported by the decrease in cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety dimension by 7.76 and 3.86 points. The decrease was also followed by an increase in the self-confidence dimension by 8.21 points. The findings in this study show the importance of continuous mental mindfulness training to improve athlete performance by overcoming competitive state anxiety. This research can also be a reference for practitioners and researchers. MSPE training can be developed as an effort to improve or solve problems related to an athlete\u27s condition.Kecemasan keadaan kompetitif mempengaruhi perilaku kognitif, emosional, dan atlet sementara mereka harus tampil sempurna dalam sebuah kompetisi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan Mindfulness Sports Performance Enhancement (MSPE) terhadap kecemasan negara kompetitif atlet karate di Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 28 atlet Karate dari Dojo Shiroite dan INKAI di Surabaya. Sampel-sampel itu dipilih menggunakan pengambilan sampel kuota. Intervensi yang diberikan adalah intervensi MSPE yang diadaptasi dari Mindfulness Sports Performance Enhancement (MSPE). Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala kecemasan negara kompetitif yang diadaptasi dari The Revised Competitive State Anxiety Inventory – 2 dengan 17 item. Data dianalisis dengan paired t-test dengan SPSS 26. Hasilnya menunjukkan penurunan yang signifikan dalam kecemasan keadaan kompetitif rata-rata sebesar 9,25 poin. Kondisi ini didukung oleh penurunan dimensi kecemasan kognitif dan kecemasan somatik sebesar 7,76 dan 3,86 poin. Penurunan tersebut juga diikuti dengan peningkatan dimensi kepercayaan diri sebesar 8,21 poin. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya pelatihan kesadaran mental berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kinerja atlet dengan mengatasi kecemasan negara yang kompetitif. Penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi acuan bagi para praktisi dan peneliti. Pelatihan MSPE dapat dikembangkan sebagai upaya untuk memperbaiki atau memecahkan masalah yang berkaitan dengan kondisi atlet
Kajian identifikasi faktor untuk pengembangan instrumen pengukuran kesiapan psikologis atlet atletik
In sports psychology, to improve athlete achievement, in addition to physiological factors, other factors influence an athlete\u27s success, namely psychological factors. Psychological readiness is the readiness possessed by athletes before a match or during a match. Psychological readiness is one of the determining factors for the success of athletes in achieving achievements during matches. This study aims to analyze the determinants of the psychological readiness of athletic athletes. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through focus group discussions. In the competition, psychological factors are needed more than physiological factors. This study showed that 90% of psychological factors affect performance in matches, and physiological factors influence 10%. This study found factors related to the psychological readiness of athletic athletes, namely coping, emotional regulation, self-regulation, and self-confidence. Athletes in training and competition need these factors. Problems that can disrupt the psychology of athletes in competing will result in achievements. This study\u27s results can benefit trainers in integrating psychological approaches into physical exercise programs.Dalam psikologi olahraga, untuk meningkatkan prestasi atlet, selain faktor fisiologis, faktor lain yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan seorang atlet, yaitu faktor psikologis. Kesiapan psikologis adalah kesiapan yang dimiliki oleh atlet sebelum pertandingan atau saat pertandingan. Kesiapan psikologis merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan atlet dalam meraih prestasi selama pertandingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan kesiapan psikologis atlet atletik. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui focus group discussion. Dalam kompetisi, faktor psikologis lebih dibutuhkan daripada faktor fisiologis. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 90% faktor psikologis mempengaruhi kinerja dalam pertandingan, dan faktor fisiologis mempengaruhi 10%. Penelitian ini menemukan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kesiapan psikologis atlet atletik, yaitu koping, regulasi emosi, regulasi diri, dan kepercayaan diri. Atlet dalam latihan dan kompetisi membutuhkan faktor-faktor ini. Permasalahan yang dapat mengganggu psikologi atlet dalam bertanding akan berakibat pada prestasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi pelatih dalam mengintegrasikan pendekatan psikologis ke dalam program latihan fisik
Kualitas kondisi fisik dan teknik dasar sepak takraw
Monitoring the preparations in the sparring test shows the physical condition of athletes and basic techniques that have decreased. This is necessary to know the quality of physical conditions and basic techniques owned by the Sangkuriang Club sepak takraw team to prepare for participating in the 2022 national competition. This study aims to find out about the quality of physical conditions and basic techniques possessed by Sangkuriang sepak takraw club athletes so that they are used as a basis for evaluating the coaching team in determining team preparation. The research uses quantitative descriptive research methods that use a research approach in the form of test surveys, physical shaving conditions, and basic techniques. The instruments used for the physical condition are the dominant test items in sepak takraw athletes, while the basic techniques of test items are in the form of basic techniques in sepak takraw. The sample in this study was 12 male athletes from the Sangkuriang club. Physical condition; the most numerous category is the good category of 5 people (41.67%). In basic engineering, the most numerous category is moderate five people (41.67%). In the future, it is necessary to know the physical qualities and basic techniques of sepak takraw athletes, aiming that coaches can understand their athletes\u27 abilities.Pemantauan persiapan dalam sparring test menunjukkan kondisi fisik atlet dan teknik dasar yang mengalami penurunan. Hal ini perlu diketahui kualitas kondisi fisik dan teknik dasar yang dimiliki oleh tim sepak takraw Sangkuriang Club untuk mempersiapkan mengikuti kompetisi nasional 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang kualitas kondisi fisik dan teknik dasar yang dimiliki oleh atlet klub sangkuriang sepak takraw sehingga digunakan sebagai dasar untuk mengevaluasi tim pelatih dalam menentukan persiapan tim. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan penelitian berupa survei uji, kondisi cukur fisik, dan teknik dasar. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk kondisi fisik adalah item tes dominan pada atlet sepak takraw, sedangkan teknik dasar item tes berupa teknik dasar dalam sepak takraw. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 atlet putra dari klub Sangkuriang. Kondisi fisik; kategori yang paling banyak adalah kategori baik 5 orang (41,67%). Dalam teknik dasar, kategori yang paling banyak adalah lima orang sedang (41,67%). Di masa depan, perlu diketahui kualitas fisik dan teknik dasar atlet sepak takraw, bertujuan agar pelatih dapat memahami kemampuan atletnya
Pemanfaatan senam "si buyung" dalam meningkatkan keterampilan motorik kasar anak usia dini
This research was conducted based on problems in learning in the development of physical motor skills, especially the gross motor skills of Asy Syaffa Kindergarten students. This study aims to determine the use of Si Buyung\u27s gymnastics in improving gross motor skills in early childhood in Asy Syaffa Kindergarten. The experimental method was applied in this study by giving 14 treatments, including pretest and posttest. The research subjects were 24 students with the sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. This research instrument uses the Gross Motor Test, which consists of a 50-meter sprint test, Dodgin run, Standing Broad Jump test, Soft Ball Throw test, Wall Pass test, Medicine Ball put test. The results of hypothesis testing found that there was an effect of Si Buyung\u27s gymnastics on the gross motor skills of early childhood. With the conclusion criteria t count > t table, 4,062 > 2,068 and the value of sig. 2-tailed 0.000 < 0.05 so that the hypothesis is accepted. So this study proves that Si Buyung\u27s gymnastics can improve motoric movement in early childhood. The implications of this research are expected to be an alternative for kindergarten teachers as a learning approach to developing children\u27s gross motor movements.Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan permasalahan dalam pembelajaran dalam pengembangan kemampuan motorik fisik, khususnya keterampilan motorik kasar siswa TK Asy Syaffa. Metode eksperimental diterapkan dalam penelitian ini dengan memberikan 14 perawatan, termasuk pretest dan posttest. Subjek penelitian adalah 24 siswa dengan teknik sampling, yaitu purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan Gross Motor Test, yang terdiri dari tes sprint 50 meter, lari Dodgin, tes Standing Broad Jump, tes Soft Ball Throw, tes Wall Pass, tes medicine ball put. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menemukan bahwa ada efek senam Si Buyung pada keterampilan motorik kasar anak usia dini. Dengan kriteria kesimpulan t menghitung tabel t > t, 4.062 > 2.068 dan nilai sig. 2-ekor 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga hipotesis diterima. Jadi penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa senam Si Buyung dapat meningkatkan gerakan motorik pada anak usia dini. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif bagi guru taman kanak-kanak sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran untuk mengembangkan gerakan motorik kasar anak-anak
Efek latihan plyometric pada kekuatan otot tungkai pada pemain bola voli
The necessity of power in volleyball is to support the game\u27s technique. Volleyball players\u27 leg muscles must be strong enough to sustain techniques like smashes, blocks, and serves. Proper workouts, such as plyometric exercises, should reinforce the importance of muscular leg power. This study aims to determine the impact of plyometric side-to-side box shuffle and leap to box exercises on leg muscle power and determine which workouts are more successful in developing volleyball participants\u27 limb muscular explosiveness. This is an experimental study with a "Two Groups Prettest Posttest Design" as the research design. The sample size for this study was up to 30 female athletes, with Purposive Sampling being employed as the sampling strategy. The samples were randomly split into two groups. The vertical leap test was utilized to determine the strength of the limb muscles in this research. Normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t-tests are used in data analysis. The results revealed a sig value of 0.918, indicating a difference in enhancing muscular leg strength in footballers between side-to-side box shuffle and leap to box workouts. Jump to box training improves muscular leg strength more than side-to-side box shuffle training, with a ratio of rises of 22.00 percent and 16.73 percent, respectively.Kebutuhan kekuatan dalam bola voli adalah untuk mendukung teknik permainan. Otot kaki pemain bola voli harus cukup kuat untuk mempertahankan teknik seperti smash, blok, dan servis.
