PENGARUH MANAJEMEN MODAL KERJA TERHADAP LIKUIDITAS DENGAN PROFITABILITAS SEBAGAI PEMODERASI PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR
This study aims to determine the effect of working capital management on liquidity with profitability as a moderation variable in manufacturing companies. The number of samples used was 41 companies obtained using the purposive sampling method. The source of the research data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports published by the official website of www.idnfinancials.com for the period 2016-2019. The data analysis techniques used are panel data analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study showed that working capital management does not have a significant effect on liquidity, profitability as a moderation variable is not able to moderate working capital management to liquidity
DAMPAK CRYPTOCURRENCY TERHADAP SISTEM MONETER: SEBUAH TINJAUAN PUSTAKA SISTEMATIS
Cryptocurrency merupakan salah satu inovasi decentralized finance dari pengembangan insfastruktur sistem keuangan digital. Ada dua pandangan yang berlawanan tentang cryptocurrency, ada kesempatan menguntungkan dengan melibatkan cryptocurrency kedalam ekonomi dan sistem moneter, begitupun sebaliknya cryptocurrency dapat menjadi ancaman bagi ekonomi dan sistem moneter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak yang dapat ditimbulkan oleh cryptocurrency. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan systematic literature review (SLR). Berdasarkan temuan dan hasil penelitian dapat di simpulkan bahwa terdapat dampak positif dan dampak negatif dari cryptocurrency. Dampak positif cryptocurrency terhadap fungsi sistem moneter yaitu kemudahan, keamanan dan stabilitas sistem keuangan yang dapat berpengaruh mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, adapun dampak negatif dari cryptocurrency yaitu kejahatan siber dan ketidakstabilan sistem keuangan yang dapat menghambat pertumbuhan ekonomi. Otoritas pusat perlu membuat regulasi dengan ketat yang melibatkan infrastruktur inovasi cryptocurrency dan membangun infrastruktur sistem virtual currency dengan aturan yang berfokus pada stablecoin untuk dapat melibatkan cryptocurrency kedalam sistem dan kebijakan untuk memperkuat ekosistem keuangan dan menghindari dampak negatif ketidakstabilan ekosistem keuangan
DISASTER RISK FINANCING AND INSURANCE: HOW FAR HAVE WE KNOWN?
Natural catastrophes have resulted in massive losses for Indonesia. The government lacks the capacity to pay all damages caused by the disasters. The purpose of this research is to map the literature on catastrophe risk finance and insurance, particularly in terms of financial instruments that can be deployed. The scoping review approach was used in this study to locate and map relevant material. The findings of this study revealed that there are still significant research gaps on the issue of catastrophe risk finance and insurance, beginning with the research aim, financial instruments mentioned, and research methodologies and procedures applied. This study is planned to serve as the foundation for future research on the subject of catastrophe insurance in developing nations
PENGARUH EFEK MEDIASI PEMBERDAYAAN PSIKOLOGIS TERHADAP GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KINERJA PADA KARYAWAN BANK BUMN
Psychological empowerment is one of the empowerment mechanisms that can influence employee attitudes at the individual and team levels. Employee empowerment also helps employees to increase participation more effectively and make things run well in accordance with company goals. Psychologically empowered employees will perceive work as important which can lead to higher job satisfaction. The leadership style that refers to psychological empowerment tends to create high creativity with a sense of commitment that continues to motivate employees to develop skills and knowledge for their performance. The purpose of this study was to improve in testing the role of psychological empowerment on leadership style and task performance of BUMN banks employees. This study uses primary data in the form of filling out questionnaires by 188 employees of BUMN banks as respondents. RESPON PASAR ATAS PENGUNGKAPAN KEBERLANJUTAN PADA PERUSAHAN PERBANKAN DI INDONESIA: PERAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN
This study examines the effect of sustainability disclosure on firm value and examines the moderating role of firm size in the association between sustainability disclosure and firm value. This research data uses data and information on financial statements and stock prices of financial sector companies in the banking sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data obtained from www.idx.co.id and www.finance.yahoo.com with an observation period of 2018-2020. Based on purposive sampling, this study obtained a total sample of 47 observations. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression. The results show that the disclosure of sustainability reports does not affect firm value. In addition, firm size does not have a role in strengthening the effect of sustainability disclosure on firm value. This research indicates that the Financial Services Authority needs to develop sustainability disclosures under globally applicable standards. In addition, the Indonesia Financial Services Authority needs to supervise the implementation of sustainability disclosures carried out by companies in the banking sub-sector in Indonesia
MENEROPONG DETERMINAN OPINI LKPD KABUPATEN/KOTA DI SUMATERA UTARA
The financial reports of lower level governments in North Sumatra Province still require serious attention because there are several regions that have not yet obtained unqualified opinions. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence BPK\u27s audit opinion on those financial statements. This research observes financial reports and reports on the results of BPK audits during the 2016-2018 period. The sample selection method was purposive sampling and obtained 31 districts / cities. The panel data analysis used in this research is the random-effect model. Based on the results of statistical tests, the number of audit findings is proven to have a negative impact on the quality of financial reports. Meanwhile, the level of financial statement disclosure and regional characteristics cannot explain the variation in audit opinion between regions
ANALISIS KUALITAS PELAYANAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN QUALITY FUNCTION DEPLOYMENT PADA MODERN LAUNDRY CIREBON
Service Quality has a close relationship with customer satisfaction. Service quality provides an encouragement to customers to establish strong ties with the company. Customer satisfaction is created if customer’s needs or expectation can be met through the quality of services provided. The good or bad quality of the service depends on the ability of the service providers to consistently meet customer’s needs or expectation. The research was conducted on a business unit that offered services in the case of per-kilogram clothes washing, namely Modern Laundry. As a business unit that has a mature age, Modern Laundry must be able to know and make services that are needed and demanded by its customers. To be able to do it, a method is needed in this study. The method used in this study is QFD (Quality Function Deployment). The QFD method provides technical requirements by meeting the customer\u27s voice with the company\u27s voice. With the use of this method, companies are able to find out what is the customer\u27s needs and demand, what services must be maintained, improved and eliminated. This study tested the validity and reliability so that the data used in this study were valid and reliable. The results of this study are there are several characteristics of customer needs and desires that must be prioritized by Moden Laundry. Not only these characteristics in this study the technical characteristics that need to be prioritized also by Modern Laundry
Membangun Semangat Kerja Dengan Loyalitas Dan Kepercayaan Diri Pada Pegawai
This study aims to analyze work morale by increasing the loyalty and self-confidence of the employees of Jalaludin Airport, Gorontalo. The research data was obtained through distributing questionnaires that originated from questionnaires filled out by respondents. The population and research sample are employees with a total sample of 87 people. Method used for research analysis was multiple linear regression. The data was processed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) applications. The data analysis begins with testing the quality of the data through the validity and reliability of the research data. Hypothesis testing is done partially and simultaneously. The results of the research analysis found that employees’ morale can be built or improved by strengthening work loyalty and self-confidence in employees. If employees have high work loyalty and are supported by high self-confidence, then employees’ morale will increase.

FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENGUNGKAPAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR
Disclosure of CSR in a company is an important thing for companies to do. The government itself has also made regulations that require companies to disclose CSR. But in reality, there are still many companies that have not made CSR disclosures by not making a Sustainability Report. There are many factors that can affect CSR disclosure in a company. This study aims to determine whether these factors really affect CSR disclosure. The factors studied were company size, financial performance, and environmental performance. Company size is measured by the natural logarithm of the company\u27s total assets, financial performance is measured by the Return on Assets ratio, environmental performance is measured by the PROPER rating, and CSR disclosure is measured by the number of components disclosed based on GRI standards. This research is a quantitative research with a causal form. This research was conducted on manufacturing companies in Indonesia that have published financial reports and sustainability reports from 2017 to 2019, namely 10 companies. The data that has been collected in this study was then tested using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software with several forms of testing, namely descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test, t statistic test, and test. F statistics. The results of this study are company size does not partially affect CSR disclosure, financial performance does not partially affect CSR disclosure, environmental performance does not partially affect CSR disclosure, and company size, financial performance, and environmental performance do not simultaneously affect CSR disclosure
ANALISIS PERENCANAAN STRATEGI PADA PT IDEA IMAJI PERSADA DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF
The advertising industry is an industry that has experienced a significant increase due to the shift in this industry to a digital-based business model. The role of digital agencies is very important, because most companies market their products digitally. This condition causes many digital agencies to emerge that are trying to meet market demand, causing the digital agency business to be faced with increasingly fierce competition. Strategic planning is a systematic process agreed by the organization and builds engagement among key stakeholders about priorities for its mission and responsiveness to the operating environment. With strategic planning, the organization can increase its competitive advantage in the face of its competitors. This research was conducted at PT Idea Imaji Persada Bandung. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method. Data collection in this study was conducted by conducting interviews with top management and middle management at PT Idea Imaji Persada, observations, documentation studies, and literature studies. The strategic design phase consists of three stages: strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation. By using the TOWS matrix, the results of the strategy design produce seven strategic designs, namely, creating a community with digital agencies in Bandung as a means of developing the digital agency industry, creating Idea Imaji apps for clients, or prospective clients, posting client testimonials on the PT Idea Imaji Persada, giving appreciation or rewards for employees who have good performance, developing tracking system software to control employee performance, benchmarking ideas on a regular basis with other agencies, also creating SOPs and service standardization. The strategy implementation process can be carried out in stages according to the company\u27s conditions
