IKHFA’ “DWIPROSES FONOLOGIS dan KAIDAH FONOLOGINYA”: (Kajian Fonologi Generatif)
Full text linkThis research aims to describe phonological processes (PP) of ikhfa, as object of Qur’anic Phonology, and the phonological rule of ikhfa by Generative Phonology approach. In addition, this aims to prove the duality of PP ikhfa too. The data are al-Hashmi’s data (2004) that is wrtitten in his theses. The goal of aplicated this model of data is keeping validity of data. The result shows that PP of ikhfa’ is the duality of PP, namely consonant asimilation and vocalic nasalitation. The PP rule of PP ikhfa’ is [n] à/n/ [α ant] [β cor]/_ [α ant]. It means that arabic nasal sound [n] can be pronounced as phonem /n/ with [+ ant] [+ cor] property of distingtive feature if tha nasal sound [n] located at sound environment with [+ ant] property of distinctive feature.

Full text linkSouth Sumatra, socially intellectual, is one area that has a tradition of writing that is strong enough. Many found religious books or other themes that are found in this area. The abundance of these writings can not be released to the role of the scholars who actively and creatively to formulate the teachings of Islam to the people. This tradition is experiencing dynamic development along with the development of his time. The tradition of writing in South Sumatra typical "Arabic-Malay", can be traced historically in Palembang Sultanate era, which is the palace-centric. When the Sultanet Palembang by the Government of the Netherlands East Indies, this tradition pesantran move to boarding schools. One of the schools that is Pesantren Seribandung with the main characters K.H. Anwar bin Kumpul. From the hands of this phenomenal born clerics many religious books that can be enjoyed until now.

Full text linkThe manuscript is one of the relics of the past owned by the people of Indonesia. The manuscript stored a number of past information that shows the thoughts, feelings, beliefs, customs, and values that apply to past societies. Manuscripts are available in various regions in Indonesia, one of them in Palembang. Malay manuscripts are texts written in Malay which are generally Arabic-Malay (Jawi). The existence of this ancient manuscript located in vulnerable society will be damaged . The importance of biological knowledge to this text makes provision for society and government in an effort to keep the extinct. Objectives of the research are to know the form and type of destruction of manuscripts, factors causing damage, to identify the types of biota and insects that destroyed and also how to cope with the presence of insects and biota in Malay manuscript storage. The research with a descriptive quantitative approach. The sampling of insects and biota by hand collecting method. Identified insect use to morphometric technique. The results are found 11 species of insects from 5 orders and 6 families. Cause damage to manuscripts in Palembang include as physical and chemical factors. Processes causing the destruction of manuscripts include biological factors

The government\u27s policy intends to mengsimilasi Patani Malay-Thai-Buddha in terms of religion and culture have led to a resistance and the movement of the Patani Malay-Muslim majority. Cultural and religious differences between Thai Buddhists and Malay-Muslim Patani it is one factor that drives the desire-Patani Malays of Patani Raya founded by an autonomous region. However, this desire raises the ongoing conflict between the two ethnic groups. That\u27s why groups were emerging resistance among Patani Malay Muslim community against the Thai government that is culturally synonymous with Buddhism. One insurgent was Patani United Liberation Organization (PULO), established in 1968.

Strategi dan Kesalahan Mahasiswa Prodi BSA dalam Menterjemahkan Naskah Berbahasa Indonesia ke Bahasa Arab
No full textTranslating is a language skill in transfering meanings or messages from a source language (SL) to a target language (TL) by considering lingustic aspects and the culture of its speakers. In translation activity, the transfered messages should not be different from those of the source language, thus the speakers of the target language are able to understand the meanings or massages received. The importance of translating Indonesian text into Arabic language involves providing information about Indonesian cultures such a way that people will be well informed of Indonesia in general. The subject of this study is the students majoring in Arabic language and literature, particularry those who are taking translation course. The problem of the study is concerned with translation applied by the students in translating Indonesian writtten texts Arabic language. The second problem of the study dealt with finding errors made by the students in translating the texts. The kind of this study is a field research. Speaking & listening methods were used to collect data. Meanwhile, descriptive qualitative technique was used to analyze data. The results of the study indicate that the translation strategies applied by the students in this research consist of transposition (8) form addiction (7), arabic formation (6), borrowing meanings (5), word reduction (4), deletion (2), narrowing (2) and using synonim (1). Then, the unused strategies in translating Ibnu Rusdy’ t texts concist of modulation, expansion, equvalence and transfer. in the meantime, the errors made by the students in translating the texts are in terms of semantic error, (6 times), phonological error (4 ), morphological error (8) and syntactical error (5).
Key words : Strategies, error, translating.Terjemah merupakan sebuah ketrampilan dalam memahami makna atau pesan dalam bahasa sumber dengan memperhatikan aspek kebahasaan dan budaya penuturnya. Alasan perlunya diterjemahkan naskah dari bahasa Indonesia ke bahasa Arab adalah untuk memberikan infomasi terkait dengan budaya yang ada di Indonesia, sehingga pengetahuan tentang Indonsia secara umum telah dikenal oleh para pengguna bahasa Arab. Dalam penelitian ini, mahasiswa prodi Bahasa dan Satra Arab yang telah mengambil mata kuliah terjemah menjadi objek penelitian. Masalah yang diangkat adalah strategi penerjemahan apa yang digunakan mahasiswa Prodi Bahasa dan Sastra Arab dalam menterjemahkan naskah berbahasa Indonesia ke dalam bahasa Arab. Kemudian, Kesalahan apa saja yang dilakukan mahasiswa Prodi Bahasa dan Sastra Arab dalam menterjemahkan naskah berbahasa Indonesia ke dalam bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research), dengan metode penyediaan data berupa metode simak dan metode cakap, kemudian untuk aspek analisa data, penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bersipat induktif. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini sebagai berikut: Pertama, strategi penterjemahan yang banyak dipakai oleh mahasiswa yaitu Transposisi sebanyak (delapan kali pemakaian), Penambahan Bentuk sebanyak (tujuh kali pemakaian), Arabisasi sebanyak (enam kali pemakaian), Pungutan atau Borrowing sebanyak (lima kali pemakaian), Pengurangan Kata sebanyak (empat kali pemakaian), Penghapusan sebanyak (dua kali pemakaian), Penyempitan sebanyak (dua kali pemakaian), dan Sinonim sebanyak (satu kali pemakaian). Sedangkan strategi yang belum digunakan dalam menterjemahkan naskh Ibnu Rusyd sebanyak empat macam yaitu modulasi, perluasan, padanan dan transfer. Kedua, kesalahan yang banyak dilakukan mahasiswa dalam menterjemahkan sebanyak empat macam jenis kesalahan yaitu Semantik sebanyak (enam belas kali), Fonologi sebanyak (empat belas kali), Morfologi sebanyak (delapan kali) dan sintaksis sebanyak (lima kali) kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa.

Analisis Sistem Informasi Union Catalogue Perpustakaan UIN Raden Fatah Palembang dengan Pendekatan EUCS
Full text linkThe Library of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang is one of the university libraries that uses a system automation and union catalog system to meet the information needs of the academic community. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of users in utilizing union catalog using the End User Computing Catalog Satisfaction (EUCS) approach. This study uses a quantitative method with a total sample of 100 visitors to the Palembang Raden Fatah UIN Library. From the calculation of the mean and grand mean it was found that the subvariable content obtained a high score of 3.98, the subvariable accuracy obtained a high score of 3.97. In the subvariabel the format obtained a high score of 4.09. punctuality earned a high score of 4.01. The grand mean catalog satisfaction variable together with the End User Computing Satisfaction approach, obtained a value of 4.03 from the average value of 5 satisfaction subvariables. With a value of 4.01 which indicates that user satisfaction is at a high level.

Full text linkThe main subject of this research that is; Streer traders form a community and use it as a business tactics that make an important contribution to the value of their welfare. Including this section of research is to explain in depth the pattern of Muslim street traders community relationships and forms of community use as a business tactic. With the theory of parson structural functionalism in assisting with the social network theory of Luhkmanns and the value exchange theory of Homas, the framing of the relationship between the Muslim street traders community relationship with the value of benefit and welfare value is used to explain the activities of the social system and the daily activities of the street vendors. The phenomenology of this research explores in depth the process, meaning, and understanding of experience and appreciation that occurs in social relationships in the relationship of Muslim street vendors.

TATA BAHASA SEBAGAI CERMINAN NILAI IDEOLOGIS WACANA POLITIK PEREMPUAN DALAM “KOLOM PEREMPUAN”: KAJIAN ANALISIS WACANA KRITIS ATAS TEKS DI HARIAN SUARA MERDEKA
Full text linkCritical Discourse Analysis is one of the language studies to uncover certain ideology particularly gender ideology. This research aimed to find out the language choice from the text writer both lexically and grammatically based on the experiential meaning. In addition, it aims to figure out the ideological value contained in discourse text. The data used in this research are 23 clauses in which there are woman words. The data were analyzed by using Critical Discourse Analysis (description, interpretation, and explanation) and Systemic Functional Linguistics approach. The data collection method was used documentation method with non-participatory observation and note-taking techniques. The data were analized by using content analysis method with abductive inferential technique. The result of this research shows that the reflected ideology based on lexical is revealed through the classification pattern (reality depiction), struggled for-ideology words, rewording (showing equality), meaning relation, and metaphor (picturing reality using symbol). In addition, the reflected ideology based on the grammatical is indicated by transitivity namely material process (projecting agent without goal, and target of action and policies), exixtential process (patriarchy bound), nominalization and passivation (hiding agent to cover actors), and negative sentence (defense on woman nature and condition). Then The structure text is analytical exposition consisting of thesis, argumentation, elaboration, and reiteration.

LEGITIMASI PARTAI POLITIK GERINDRA “MODAL DAN STRUKTUR PELUANG GERINDRA MEREBUT LEGITIMASI PARLEMEN”
Full text linkTulisan ini mengkaji bagaimana peran modal yang dimiliki suatu partai politik dalam field struktur peluang pencapaian elektoral di Indonesia, dengan objek penelitian kami fokuskan pada partai politik Gerindra yang ada di Provins Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Peneliti merasa penting untuk melakukan kajian ini, ada beberapa alasan yang melatar belakanginya. Yang pertama adalah untuk melihat bagaimana partai Gerindra sebagai salah satu partai baru langsung mencuri perhatian masyarakat dan mendapatkan suara yang cukup signifikan pada tahun 2014. alasan selanjutnya adalah bagaimna mengap simbol Prabowo Subianto bisa sangat kuat dalam partai tersebut. berdasarkan hal tersebut, pertanyaan besar pada penelitian ini adalah Modal manakah yang paling dominan bekerja dalam field struktur peluang pencapaian elektoral Partai Gerindra. Teori yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah Teori Social – Cultural Capital milik Piere Bourdieu. Fokus Bourdieu adalah melihat bagaimana masyarakat (society) itu direproduksi serta bagaimana kelas dominan mempertahankan posisinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan studi kasus guna mengarahkan kajian agar lebih terstruktur dan sistematis. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem partai Gerindra telah berjalan. Namun, fokus partai tidak dominan pada pemenuhan aspirasi rakyat. Partai Gerindra lebih banyak berperan sebagai kendaraan politik Prabowo untuk masuk dalam bursa capres 2014. Adapun modal utama Gerindra sehingga berhasil mendapatkan legitimasi parlemen adalah modal simbol. Prabowo sudah sejak awal menjadi simbol Partai Gerindra. Jelasnya, Gerindra memang berdiri untuk Prabowo. Prabowo diperlakukan sebagai tokoh yang harus dimenangkan sebagai presiden 2014. Dukungan untuk Prabowo adalah harga mati bagi para pengurus Gerindra. Sehingga, tidak pernah ada inisiatif untuk menghadirkan calon lain sebagai pembanding. Adapun struktur peluang pencapaian elektoral Partai Gerindra terdiri dari dua faktor yakni eksternal dan internal. Faktor eksternal diciptakan oleh negara melalui Komisi Pemilihan Umum. Sedangkan faktor internal berasal dari kekuatan modal ekonomi, sosial, dan simbol yang memang sejak awal diciptakan untuk memenangkan Prabowo dalam Pemilihan Presiden 2014.
