Older adults are vulnerable to health problems including depression caused by stress when facing changes in their life, such as retirement, illness, disability, placement in a nursing home, the death of a partner and the reduced availability of social support. This study aimed to explain the relationship of social support with the incidence rate of depression in older adults in Hargo Dedali Nursing Home, Surabaya. This research used a correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 20 older adults who lived in Panti Werdha Hargo Dedali Surabaya who were selected through purposive sampling. The independent variable was the social support of the older adults while the dependent variable was the incidence rate of depression. The data analysis used was Spearman rho with p = 0.037, r = -0.468 and a significance level of α <0.05. There was a significant relationship between social support and the incidence of older adult depression in Hargo Dedali nursing home, Surabaya. The higher the level of social support, the lower the incidence of older adult depression. Health workers, especially nurses, can improve their competencies in order to provide health services to the older adults, especially when related to the provision of social support and the anticipated incidence of depression in the nursing home.

Health-Related Quality of Life for Patients with Cardiovascular Disease after a Coronary Artery Bypass Graft: A Systematic Review
CABG can affect health-related quality of life (HRQoL) and it can take a long time to improve. The following question was raised: ‘How long does it take for the HRQoL of patients with a Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CBAG) to increase?’ The aim was to analyze the recent scientific production of HRQoL in cardiovascular patients with CABG. The PRISMA approach was used and we examined articles from Scopus, EBSCO and ProQuest that were published between 2014 - 2018. We used “health related quality of life”, restricted our search to “coronary artery bypass graft” and used “after” in the title, keywords and abstract connected by the Boolean operator “AND”. SF-36 was used to assess the HRQoL and it increased within six months after CABG. This was influenced by self-control, obesity, age, gender, emotions and personality. Improving the patient’s quality of life is key for the nurses to control so then the heart surgery patients become prosperous and thus reduce their morbidity and mortality.

Comparison of Blood Glucose Levels in Type 2 Diabetic Patients Who Consume Rice Steamed and Through the Magicom Method
Differences in cooking techniques can affect the glycemic level of rice. The aim of this study was to identify the differences in the blood glucose levels of people with DM after consuming rice cooked using either the steamed method or magicom. This study used a pre-experimental design with one group pre-post test with a repeated measure, which was then compared with the difference in fasting glucose levels with a 2-hour post prandial glucose level. The sample consisted of 24 type 2 DM patients. The independent variable was the cooking method and the dependent variable was the blood glucose level. The data collection was conducted using an observation and a questionnaire. The data analysis was done using a paired t test with a significance level of 0.05. The results of the independent sample t-test analysis obtained a value of t = -1.583 and p = 0.128, so there was found to be no significant difference between the fasting blood glucose levels and 2 hours post-prandial. The results of the descriptive comparison analysis showed that there were differences in the glucose levels between consuming rice cooked using either the steamed or magicom method of 18.304 gr / dl with p = 0.128. Rice cooked with the steamed method is more likely not to increase the blood glucose levels than rice cooked with mMagicom. DM patients should consume rice that has not been heated for a long time.

Influence of Cognitive Stimulation Group Activity Memory Game Therapy on Elderly Cognitive Function: Quasi-Experimental
Introduction: Older adults experience a change in their nervous system that influences cognitive function, including the abilities of orientation, registration, attention-calculation, memory and language. These changes affect the independence of the elderly when carrying out their daily
activities. The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of cognitive stimulation group activity memory game therapy on elderly cognitive function.
Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental pre-post approach with a control group design. The population in this study was the elderly who were aged >60 in Nursing Home Blitar, totaling 20 older patients. The data retrieval for this research was conducted between April and May 2012. The
elderly in the treatment group were given flash card stimulus to practice their perceptual abilities 8 times (1 month). The measurement of elderly cognitive function used the Mini Mental State Examination questionnaire.
The data was analyzed using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank test.
Results: The results showed that elderly cognitive function increased from 10,3 (pre test) to 14,65 (post test) with p=0,005 (p<0,05). This result shows that cognitive stimulation group activity memory games have a significance
influence on elderly cognitive function.
Conclusion: Practical nurses can use this therapy to improve elderly cognitive function not only in Elderly Social Institutions but also in the community or through public health

Association between insomnia and social network site use in Indonesian adolescents
Objectives: Sleep deprivation can cause serious physical and mental problems. Although sleep deprivation among adolescents is not a new phenomenon, this problem has recently gained more attention due to the frequent use of smartphones. This study aimed to explain the correlations among family support, academic stress, social network site (SNS) use, and insomnia in adolescents. Methods: This cross‐sectional study included 180 adolescents aged 16 to 17 years, with simple random sampling. This study used a questionnaire that included the frequency and duration of social media use, reasons for using social media, family support, academic stress, and insomnia. Data were analyzed using multiple logistic regression with a degree of significance at P < 0.05. Results: This study showed that insomnia was associated with duration of SNS use (P = 0.011), reasons of SNS usage (P = 0.004), and academic stress (P = 0.013). The frequency of SNS use (P = 0.645), types of SNS (P = 0.965), and family support
(P = 0.150) were not associated with insomnia in adolescents. Conclusions: The reasons of SNS usage, duration of SNS usage, and academic stress are major factors associated with insomnia in adolescents. These components should be embedded in multicomponent educational intervention addressed to both adolescents and parents to reduce insomni
Relationship Between Caregivers’ Burden of Schizophrenia Patient with Their Quality of Life in Indonesia

between caregiver burden of patients with schizophrenia and caregiver quality of life (QOL). A cross
sectional study involving 222 caregivers patients with
schizophrenia was conveniently recruited from the
psychiatric clinic of a mental health hospital in
Malang Indonesia. Caregiver Burden Inventory Scale
and Schizophrenia Caregiver QOL was used to assess
the level of burden and QOL among the caregivers
respectively. Descriptive statistics was used to determine caregivers’ socio-demographic characteristic
and the level of caregivers’ burden and QOL. Spearman Rho correlation test was conducted to determine
the relationship of caregiver burden and caregiver
QOL. About 59.6% of schizophrenia caregivers
experienced moderate to severe level of burden. The
results showed that there was a significant, strong and
negative relationship between the caregiver burden
and QOL (r = - 0.434, p\ 0.001). Most of the
participants reported emotional burden and moderate
QOL especially psychological and physical QOL, well-being, relationships with friends, and material burden. The findings indicated the higher the caregiver burden, the lower the QOL experienced by family caregivers of individuals with schizophrenia. It is necessary to improve the mental health nursing services for schizophrenia caregivers by providing mental health counseling, and developing support groups for the
