Evaluation of the Financial Health of a Selected Ukrainian Manufacturing Company
No full textTato bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze finančního zdraví vybrané výrobní firmy působící na Ukrajině, a to prostřednictvím standardních nástrojů finanční analýzy. Hlavním cílem je zhodnotit aktuální finanční stav podniku, poukázat na jeho silné stránky i oblasti, kde dochází k problémům, a navrhnout konkrétní opatření, která by mohla přispět ke zlepšení finanční stability. Analýza je postavena na vybraných finančních ukazatelích sledovaných v průběhu několika let. Zdrojem dat byly účetní výkazy dané společnosti, přičemž teoretická část práce čerpá z odborných poznatků z oblasti finančního řízení. Vzhledem k tomu, že nebyla k dispozici data od dalších podniků ve stejném oboru, nebylo možné provést meziodvětvové srovnání. Z tohoto důvodu je analýza zaměřena na interní vývoj vybraných ukazatelů v čase. Zjištěné výsledky přinášejí ucelený pohled na ekonomickou kondici firmy a mohou sloužit jak manažerskému rozhodování, tak i jako zajímavý příklad pro odbornou veřejnost zabývající se podnikáním v ukrajinském prostředí. Práce tak zároveň ukazuje, jak lze teoretické poznatky efektivně aplikovat v praxi.This bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of financial health of a selected manufacturing company operating in Ukraine, namely using standard financial analysis tools. The main objective is to assess the company's current financial condition, highlight its strengths and areas where problems occur, and propose specific measures that could contribute to improving financial stability. The analysis is based on selected financial indicators monitored over several years. The data sources were the financial statements of the company in question, while the theoretical part of the thesis draws on professional. The theoretical part of the paper is based on theoretical knowledge in the field of financial management. Since the financial statements were not available data from other companies in the same industry were not available, it was not possible to carry out cross-sectoral comparison. For this reason, the analysis focuses on the internal development of selected indicators over time. The findings provide a comprehensive view of the economic condition of the firm and can serve both for managerial decision-making and as an interesting example for the professional community dealing with business in Ukrainian environment. Thus, the paper also shows how theoretical knowledge can be effectively applied in practice
Modeling of magnetic order in BiFeO3
No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá modelováním magnetických struktur v multiferroickém materiálu BiFeO3. V rámci práce byly postupně získány stabilní monodoménové konfigurace ve dvou i třech rozměrech. Následně se podařilo nasimulovat magnetickou strukturu v okolí sbíhající se a rozbíhající se polarizace. Výsledky byly porovnány se článkem Chaudron et al., Nature Materials 23, 905 (2024), přičemž se ukázalo, že rozdíly mezi výslednými uspořádáními magnetizací pramení především z odlišného uspořádání feroelektrických domén. Přesto však magnetické struktury vykazují shodné chování, což potvrzuje soulad výsledků s teoretickými předpoklady. Nad rámec toho se v práci podařilo teoreticky odvodit vlastnosti cykloid a částečně i celé magnetické struktury, což přispívá k hlubšímu porozumění chování magnetizace v BiFeO3.This thesis focuses on the modeling of magnetic structures in the multiferroic material BiFeO3. Stable monodomain configurations were obtained in both two and three dimensions. Subsequently, a magnetic structure was successfully simulated in the vicinity of converging and diverging polarization. The results were compared with paper Chaudron et al Nature Materials 23, 905 (2024), revealing that the differences between the magnetic structures stem mainly from the distinct arrangement of ferroelectric domains. Nevertheless, the magnetic structures exhibit consistent behavior, confirming the agreement of the results with theoretical predictions. Furthermore, the thesis presents a theoretical derivation of cycloid properties and, to some extent, of the entire magnetic structure, contributing to a deeper understanding of magnetization behavior in BiFeO3
A Child with Visual Impairment in Early and Preschool Age
No full textBakalářská práce je zaměřena na děti se zrakovým postižením, a to v období raného a předškolního věku. Práce je zacílena na popis okolností všeobecného rozvoje u dětí během zmíněných období a navržení možností rozvoje stimulace. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem zrakové postižení a popsány jeho klasifikace. Dále jsou uvedeny příčiny, které ke vzniku zrakového postižení vedly a popsány nejčastější zrakové vady v dětském věku. Teoretická část je zakončena možnostmi rozvoje dětské stimulace. Praktická část se věnuje konkrétnímu dítěti se zrakovým postižením, kterému je vypracována kazuistika a následně i vyrobena pomůcka na základě oslabených oblastí dítěte. V kapitole doporučení pro praxi jsou popsána všechna opatření, která jsou přínosná pro práci s dětmi se zrakovým postižením. Závěr bakalářské práce přináší shrnutí a zhodnocení. Dále jsou uvedeny zdroje, které jsou v práci použité.The bachelor's thesis is focused on children with visual impairment, in the early and preschool age. The work is aimed at describing the circumstances of general development in children during the mentioned periods and proposing possibilities for the development of stimulation. The bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the concept of visual impairment and describes its classification. The causes that led to the development of visual impairment are also listed and the most common visual defects in childhood are described. The theoretical part concludes with the possibilities for the development of children's stimulation. The practical part is dedicated to a specific child with visual impairment, for whom a case study is prepared and subsequently an aid is made based on the child's weakened areas. The chapter on recommendations for practice describes all measures that are beneficial for working with children with visual impairment. The conclusion of the bachelor's thesis provides a summary and evaluation. The sources used in the work are also listed

No full textTémou bakalárskej práce je návrh a realizácia tašky z textilného odpadu s dôrazom na udržateľnosť, remeselnú výrobu a budovanie značky. V teoretickej časti sú predstavené základné pojmy spojené s textilným odpadom, princípy udržateľného dizajnu a možnosti jeho praktického využitia. Opísané sú základné rozdiely medzi recykláciou a upcykláciou, charakteristiky používaných materiálov a ich vplyv na ďalšie spracovanie. Ďalej je popísaný proces vývoja produktu od výberu materiálu až po návrh strihov a postup výroby. V praktickej časti je zdokumentovaný celý proces tvorby autorskej dámskej kabelky z vyradeného textilu, vrátane návrhu, technologického postupu a fotodokumentácie. Súčasťou práce je aj vytvorenie konceptu projektu Trashka, jej vizuálnej identity a marketingovej stratégie. Ako doplnok práce je navrhnutý možný budúci vývoj projektu v oblasti udržateľného dizajnu.The topic of this bachelor thesis is the design and production of a handbag made from textile waste, with an emphasis on sustainability, craftsmanship, and brand development. The theoretical part introduces basic concepts related to textile waste, principles of sustainable design, and the practical possibilities of reuse. It outlines the key differences between recycling and upcycling, the characteristics of used materials, and their impact on further processing. The process of product development is described from material selection to pattern design and production steps. The practical part documents the complete process of creating an original women's handbag from discarded textiles, including the design, technological process, and photo documentation. The thesis also includes the creation of the Trashka project concept, its visual identity, and marketing strategy. As an additional output, the thesis proposes the potential future development of the project in the field of sustainable design

No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací komplexního IoT systému pro solární ohřev vody s využitím moderních technologií a otevřených řešení. Cílem bylo vytvořit zařízení postavené na mikrokontroléru ESP32-S3, který efektivně řídí výkonový střídač využívající algoritmus sledování bodu maximálního výkonu (MPPT), a integrovat ho s cloudovou infrastrukturou založenou na ASP.NET Core a mobilní aplikací pro Android umožňující lokální i vzdálené ovládání. Součástí práce jsou teoretické základy týkající se IoT, principy MPPT algoritmů a bezpečnostní aspekty komunikace, následované podrobným popisem metodiky návrhu a implementace firmwaru. Cloudová část využívá databáze PostgreSQL a TimescaleDB v prostředí Docker Compose, mobilní aplikace je vyvinuta v Kotlinu s frameworkem Jetpack Compose. Výsledkem je úspěšná realizace funkčního systému splňujícího všechny stanovené cíle, s možností dalšího rozvoje o aplikaci pro iOS, webové administrační rozhraní a pokročilé analytické nástroje pro prediktivní řízení.This diploma thesis deals with the design and implementation of a comprehensive IoT system for solar water heating using modern technologies and open-source solutions. The objective was to develop a device based on the ESP32-S3 microcontroller that efficiently controls a power inverter utilizing a Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) algorithm, and to integrate it with a cloud infrastructure based on ASP.NET Core and an Android mobile application enabling both local and remote control. The thesis includes theoretical foundations related to IoT, the principles of MPPT algorithms, and communication security aspects, followed by a detailed description of the methodology for designing and implementing the firmware. The cloud component utilizes PostgreSQL and TimescaleDB databases within a Docker Compose environment, while the mobile application is developed in Kotlin using the Jetpack Compose framework. The result is a successfully implemented functional system that meets all defined objectives, with potential for further development including an iOS application, a web-based administration interface, and advanced analytical tools for predictive control

první části práce najdeme rozdělení tepelných výměníků. Dále je nastíněn proces výměny tepla v
rekuperačních výměnících a podrobněji rozebrána konstrukce deskového výměníku. V praktické
části je popsána výroba jednotlivých dílů, montáž a experimentální ověření funkčnosti tohoto typu
výměníku, ke kterému byly vyrobeny z různých materiálů bočnice, desky, těsnění a další
spojovací materiál. Výměník byl navržen s částečným využitím nově využívané technologie - 3D
tisku. Byl přizpůsobený parametrům, které byly dány experimentálním zařízením Gunt.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a plate heat exchanger. The first part of
the thesis provides a classification of heat exchangers. It then outlines the process of heat
transfer in recuperative heat exchangers and gives a detailed analysis of the plate heat
exchanger design. The practical part describes the manufacturing of individual components,
assembly, and experimental verification of the functionality of this type of exchanger. For this
purpose, side panels, plates, gaskets, and other connecting elements were made from various
materials. The exchanger was designed with partial use of a newly adapted technology - 3D
printing. It was adapted to the parameters specified by the experimental Gunt device

Dále je popsán mezinárodní obchod z teoretického hlediska, který je konkretizován na export. V praktické části je v úvodu představena činnost vybrané společnosti, kterou je GOLD SPORT, s.r.o., na které je provedena analýza studie. Jsou zde představeny hodnoty exportu společnosti za vybrané roky společně s měnovým kurzem CZK/EUR České národní banky. Na konci praktické části jsou zhodnoceny výzkumné otázky a formulovány závěry.The bachelor thesis "The Impact of the Exchange Rate on a Company's Exports" is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny klíčové nástroje strategického řízení a finanční analýzy. Praktická část je zaměřena na Porterův model pěti sil, výpočet a zhodnocení poměrových ukazatelů, provedení SWOT analýzy a výčet návrhů z hlediska provozu, marketingu i zákaznické zkušenosti. Výstupem práce jsou doporučení, která mohou přispět ke zvýšení efektivity, konkurenceschopnosti a upevnění zákaznické loajality. Přínosem práce je praktická aplikace teoretických poznatků na konkrétní malý podnik v gastronomickém sektoru.This bachelor thesis deals with the strategic and financial evaluation of a selected enterprise, which is the Café Loggie s.r.o., operating in the area of Valdštejnská lodžie near the town of Jičín. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the microenvironment of the café, the financial situation between 2020 and 2024, to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and to propose specific recommendations for improving the operation based on the findings. The theoretical part defines the key tools of strategic management and financial analysis. The practical part focuses on Porter's five forces model, calculating and evaluating ratios, performing a SWOT analysis and listing suggestions from an operational, marketing and customer experience perspective. The output of the thesis are recommendations that can contribute to increase efficiency, competitiveness and strengthen customer loyalty. První kapitola představuje vývoj průmyslových revolucí, jejich vlivu na pracovní trh a vymezuje specifika Průmyslu 4.0. Druhá kapitola vymezuje problematiku trhu práce a zjišťuje nové požadavky zaměstnavatelů, které jsou na uchazeče v oborech souvisejících se čtvrtou průmyslovou revolucí, kladeny. Třetí kapitola hodnotí postavení České republiky v rámci Evropské unie, z hlediska úrovně její digitální vyspělosti a zkoumá pružnost českého vzdělávacího systému a připravenost generace Z na nové požadavky trhu práce. The first chapter presents the evolution of the industrial revolutions, their impact on the labour market and defines the specificities of Industry 4.0. The second chapter defines the labour market issues and identifies the new demands employers are placing on candidates in fields related to the fourth industrial revolution. The third chapter assesses the position of the Czech Republic within the European Union, in terms of its level of digital maturity and examines the flexibility of the Czech education system and the readiness of Generation Z for the new labour market requirements. The final section focuses on the level of preparedness of JAWA Moto spol. s r. o., including the current level of automation and its readiness for the fourth industrial revolution
