No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na kvalitu života dětí a mládeže s mozkovou obrnou z pohledu jejich rodiče. Cílem práce je popsat kvalitu života dětí a mládeže z pohledu rodiče. Teoretická část práce vymezuje pojmy spojené s mozkovou obrnou, charakterizuje rodinu pečující o dítě se specifickými potřebami a věnuje se kvalitě života. Empirická část vychází z kvalitativního průzkumu, který byl realizován formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s jedenácti matkami dětí s mozkovou obrnou. Analýza rozhovorů odhaluje konkrétní výzvy, potřeby i zdroje podpory, které respondenti v souvislosti s péčí o své dítě popisují.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the quality of life of children and young people with cerebral palsy from the perspective of their parents. The aim of this thesis is to describe the quality of life of children and youth from the parent's perspective. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concepts associated with cerebral palsy, characterizes the family caring for a child with special needs, and discusses quality of life. The empirical part is based on a qualitative research, which was conducted in the form of semi-structured interviews with eleven mothers of children with MO. Analysis of the interviews reveals the specific challenges, needs and sources of support that respondents describe in relation to caring for their child

No full textBakalářská práce se věnuje tématu wellbeingu pedagogů speciálního vzdělávání. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit názory na wellbeing a dodržování zásad duševní hygieny u pedagogů, kteří pracují v oblasti vzdělávání a péče o osoby s poruchou intelektu. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, a to teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část se zabývá několika hlavními oblastmi, a to vymezením klíčových témat, mezi která spadá shrnutí odborných poznatků týkajících se wellbeingu a duševní hygieny a charakteru práce pedagoga ve speciálním vzdělávání. Na teoretická východiska navazuje empirická studie, jež byla realizována prostřednictvím kvantitativního průzkumu formou dotazníkového šetření. Cílem průzkumného šetření je identifikovat determinanty wellbeingu pedagogů speciálního vzdělávání a analyzovat míru vlivu pracovních nároků, profesního stresu i dodržování zásad duševní hygieny na jejich psychosociální a fyzické zdraví. Předložená práce nabízí kritickou reflexi zjištěných poznatků a navrhuje potenciální intervenční strategie pro podporu wellbeingu pedagogických pracovníků.The bachelor's thesis focuses on the topic of wellbeing among special education teachers. The main objective of the thesis is to explore the perspectives on wellbeing and adherence to the principles of mental hygiene among educators working in the field of education and care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical. The theoretical section covers several key areas, including a review of professional literature related to wellbeing and mental hygiene, as well as the nature of teaching within the context of special education for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Building on this theoretical foundation, the empirical part of the thesis presents a quantitative study conducted through a questionnaire survey. The aim of the research is to identify the determinants of wellbeing among special education teachers and to analyze the extent to which work demands, occupational stress, and adherence to mental hygiene principles influence their psychosocial and physical health. This thesis concludes with a critical reflection on the findings and proposes potential intervention strategies to support the wellbeing of special education staff

No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá sledováním a vyhodnocením rozdílů a souvislostí při testování hořlavosti netkaných textilií pomocí experimentální metody a dvou zavedených laboratorních metod, kterými jsou metoda limitního kyslíkového čísla a horizontální zkouška. Testování bylo provedeno na vzorcích vyrobených z PET, coPET a jutových vláken o různých objemových hmotnostech.
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo tedy hodnotit hořlavost objemných netkaných textilií pomocí stávajících laboratorních metod a pomocí experimentální metody se zaměřením na materiálové složení a objemovou hmotnost sledovaných textilií.The bachelor thesis focuses on observing and evaluating the differences and relationships in flammability testing of nonwoven textiles using an experimental method and two established laboratory methods: the Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI) method and the horizontal burning test. The testing was carried out on samples made from PET, coPET, and jute fibers with varying bulk densities.
The aim of this bachelor thesis was therefore to assess the flammability of bulky nonwoven textiles using both existing laboratory methods and an experimental method, with a focus on the material composition and bulk density of the tested textiles

No full textTato práce je věnována aplikaci principů kvantitativní fluorescenční mikroskopie v širokém poli a metody FRAP k určení koeficientu povrchové difuze kurkuminu na povrchu polyamidu 6. Studie obsahuje podrobně rozpracovaný experimentální postup umožňující minimalizovat vedlejší jevy, které mohou ovlivnit přesnost stanovení difuzního koeficientu. Získané hodnoty difuzních koeficientů se přitom ukázaly být závislé na intenzitě světla dopadajícího na vzorek.This work is dedicated to the application of principles of wide-field quantitative fluorescence microscopy and the FRAP method to determine the surface diffusion coefficient of curcumin on the surface of polyamide 6. The study includes a detailed experimental procedure designed to minimize side effects that could affect the accuracy of the diffusion coefficient determination. The obtained diffusion coefficient values were found to depend on the intensity of light incident on the sample

prostředí hokejového kempu pro děti ve věku 8-13 let. Teoretická část práce vymezuje
pojmy zážitkové pedagogiky, sportovní pedagogiky a osobnostně-sociálního rozvoje dětí.
Dále popisuje vývojové charakteristiky cílové věkové skupiny a význam zážitku, reflexe
a skupinové dynamiky v pedagogickém procesu. Praktická část je zaměřena na návrh,
realizaci a evaluaci konkrétního programu hokejového kempu, který byl autorkou
samostatně vytvořen a uskutečněn. Evaluace programu probíhala prostřednictvím
rozhovorů s trenéry, dotazníků pro rodiče a metody pozorování. Výsledky ukazují, že
propojení sportu a zážitkového učení má pozitivní dopad na motivaci, spolupráci, rozvoj
dovedností i sebereflexi dětí.This bachelor thesis explores the integration of experiential and sports pedagogy
in the context of an ice hockey camp for children aged 8 to 13. The theoretical part defines
the concepts of experiential learning, sports education, and the personal-social
development of children. It also describes the developmental characteristics of the target
age group and the role of experience, reflection, and group dynamics in the educational
process. The practical section focuses on the design, implementation, and evaluation of a
specific hockey camp program created and carried out by the author. The program
evaluation was conducted through interviews with coaches, parent questionnaires, and
the method of observation. The results indicate that the combination of sports and
experiential learning positively influences children's motivation, cooperation, skill
development, and self-reflection

No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a výrobou dutého protihlukového panelu pro exteriérové použití, především v oblasti silničních či železničních koridorů.
V první fázi byla provedena literární rešerše zaměřená na pojiva a existující řešení protihlukových panelů. V druhé fázi byly navrženy a vyrobeny různé typy panelů využívající recyklované textilie v kombinaci s betonem. Třetí fáze zahrnovala testování zvukové pohltivosti v Alfa kabině, přičemž byly analyzovány varianty s různými typy perforací a otvorů. Na základě výsledků byla ve čtvrté fázi vybrána nejvhodnější varianta prototypu protihlukového bloku. Závěrečná fáze se zaměřila na ekonomickou analýzu a posouzení praktické použitelnosti.This diploma thesis focuses on the design and fabrication of a hollow noise barrier panel intended for outdoor applications, primarily along road and railway corridors.
In the initial phase, a comprehensive literature review was conducted, focusing on appropriate binders and existing solutions for noise barriers. In the second phase, various types of panels incorporating recycled textiles combined with concrete were designed and manufactured. The third phase involved laboratory testing of the acoustic properties in an Alpha cabin, analysing variants featuring different types of perforations and openings. Based on the measured results, the most suitable prototype of the noise barrier block was selected in the fourth phase. The final phase focused on conducting an economic analysis and evaluating the practical applicability of the selected solution

Součástí práce je analýza již existujících aplikací a identifikace klíčových údajů, které je potřeba ve statistikách mládežnického volejbalu zaznamenávat.
V závěrečné fázi byla aplikace nasazena do testovacího provozu. Na základě zpětné vazby od testujících uživatelů jsou stručně nastíněny možné směry budoucího vývoje aplikace.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of an Android tablet application designed for collecting statistics in youth volleyball categories. The work includes an analysis of existing applications and an identification of key data that should be recorded in youth volleyball statistics.

Projektor je navržen jako demonstrační zařízení, které pomocí vizuální iluze vytváří efekt stabilního ciferníku. Práce se zaměřuje na řešení synchronizace otáček rotujícího systému se zobrazováním obrazu, výběr vhodných komponent pro přenos elektrického proudu mezi statickou a pohyblivou částí a na návrh softwaru pro řízení LED pásku. Práce dále zahrnuje analýzu vhodných hardwarových a softwarových řešení a návrh mechanické konstrukce.The thesis deals with the design and implement a desktop holographic LED projector that uses a rotating LED strip to display an analogue clock. The projector is designed as a demonstration device that creates the effect of a stable clock face using visual illusion. The work focuses on the solution for synchronizing the rotation speed of the rotating system with the image display, the selection of appropriate components for the electrical current transfer between the static and moving parts, and the design of the software for controlling the LED strip. The thesis also includes the analysis of suitable hardware and software solutions and the design of the mechanical structure

Výzkum využívá kvantitativní metody k získání dat prostřednictvím dotazníků, které byly distribuovány zdravotnickému personálu na psychiatrických odděleních, aby poskytly objektivní údaje o dané problematice.This bachelor's thesis focuses on nursing care for patients with personality disorders in psychiatric wards. The aim of the thesis is to analyze how nurses working in these departments evaluate their knowledge and skills in caring for patients with personality disorders, as well as to examine the formal education and specialized training they have received in this area. Additionally, the thesis aims to identify the biggest challenges nurses face when working with this specific group of patients and to map out the most common types of personality disorders they encounter in their practice. The research uses quantitative methods to collect data through questionnaires distributed to healthcare staff in psychiatric wards, providing objective insights into this issue
