No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou méně známých forem poruch příjmu potravy. Hlavním cílem je zjistit časté příčiny a zmapovat nejčastější poruchu přijmu potravy na oddělení dětské psychiatrie v Liberci během listopadu-prosince 2024. Jako metodu ke sběru dat jsem se rozhodla použít kvantitativní formu výzkumných metod. Data budu sbírat pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku. Cílový počet výzkumného vzorku je minimálně 30 respondentů. Odpovědi budou následně zpracovány do grafů a tabulek v programu Microsoft Excel a Microsoft Word 2016.The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of less known forms of eating disorders. The main aim is to determine the most common causes and to map the most common eating disorders in the Department of Child Psychiatry in Liberec during November-December 2024. I decided to use a quantitative form of research methods as a method to collect data. I will collect data using a non-standardized questionnaire. The target number of the research sample is at least 30 respondents. The responses will then be compiled into graphs or tables in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word 2016

No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá využitím dechových a relaxačních technik pro přípravu českých sportovců
za účelem zvýšení soustředěnosti. Cílem je pomocí anonymního anketního šetření zjistit, zda a jak často sportovci
zařazují do svých tréninkových plánů dechové i relaxační techniky, jaké konkrétní cvičení využívají a jestli přináší
metody i jiné přínosy. Výzkumný soubor tvořili aktivní jedinci všech výkonnostních úrovní. Součástí práce je
uvést doporučení pro lepší implementaci technik do tréninkových jednotek. Teoretická část se věnuje konkrétním
relaxačním a dechovým technikám včetně postupu cvičení. Výzkumná část byla provedena prostřednictvím anonymního evaluačního šetření. Na účasti se podílelo 37 respondentů, 23 mužů a 14 žen. Z vyhodnocení výsledků
vyplynulo, že veliká část sportovců aplikuje techniky, nejvíce dýchání do určité oblasti těla, krabicové dýchání
a otužování, muzikoterapii nebo rutiny. Nejčastěji je užívají před závodem a nejméně jednou za týden. Bohužel
z dalších odpovědí respondentů je patrné, že v 70% se v oddíle nenachází odborný mentor, který by se sportovci
spolupracoval na technikách pro zlepšení koncentrace nebo zvýšení výkonu. Velikou roli hrál vlastní zájem
pro celkové zlepšení mentality sportovce. V závěru lze usuzovat, že i přes základní povědomí českých sportovců
chybí ve sportovním prostředí odborný kouč, který by metody zařazoval do tréninku pro lepší soustředění na výkon.The bachelor thesis deals with the use of breathing and relaxation techniques for the preparation of Czech
athletes in order to increase concentration. The aim is to use an anonymous survey to find out whether and how
often athletes incorporate breathing and relaxation techniques into their training plans, what specific exercises
they use and whether the methods bring other benefits. The research population consisted of active individuals
of all performance levels. Part of the work is to provide recommendations for better implementation of techniques
into training units. The theoretical part is devoted to specific relaxation and breathing techniques, including exer
cise progression. The research part was conducted through an anonymous evaluation survey. Thirty-seven respon
dents, 23 males and 14 females, participated. The evaluation of the results showed that a large proportion of athle
tes apply techniques, mostly breathing to a specific area of the body, box breathing and hardening, music therapy
or routines. Most often they use them before the competition and at least once a week. Unfortunately, other re
sponses from respondents show that 70% do not have an expert mentor in the club to work with the athletes
on techniques to improve concentration or enhance performance. Self-interest played a large role for the overall
improvement of the athlete's mentality. In conclusion, despite the basic awareness of Czech athletes, there is a lack
of an expert coach in the sport environment to incorporate methods into training for better concentration for per
formance
Sexual Assistance as Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Helping Workers
No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá tématem sexuální asistence jako prevence sexuálního obtěžování pomáhajících pracovníků chráněných bydlení. Cílem práce je zjistit možnosti využití sexuální asistence jako prevence sexuálního obtěžování zaměstnanců klienty v chráněném bydlení. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení pojmu sexuální asistence, jejímu dělení, hlavním rozdílům od služeb sexbyznysu a legislativnímu ukotvení v České republice i zahraničí. V práci je dále rozebrána sexualita osob se speciálními potřebami se zaměřením na problematické aspekty a cíle intervence. Dále jsou popsány typy pobytových služeb sociální péče včetně chráněných bydlení, problematika sexuálního násilí a obtěžování pomáhajících pracovníků. Empirická část je založena na kvantitativním průzkumu, který byl realizován formou dotazníku mezi zaměstnanci chráněných bydlení. Průzkumný vzorek byl složen z 66 pracovníků chráněných bydlení ve Středočeském kraji. Dotazník zjišťuje četnost sexuálního obtěžování pomáhajících pracovníků a jeho konkrétní formy. V návaznosti na průzkum jsou v práci uvedeny také návrhy opatření v kontextu sexuální asistence i mimo ní. Součástí práce jsou také kazuistiky z praxe, které ilustrují konkrétní možnosti řešení jednotlivých situací v rámci služeb nestátní neziskové organizace Freya. V závěru je poté shrnuta celá bakalářská práce. Následuje seznam použitých zdrojů a příloha s dotazníkem.The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of sexual assistance as a prevention of sexual harassment of sheltered housing workers. The aim of this thesis is to find out the possibilities of using sexual assistance as a prevention of sexual harassment of workers by clients in sheltered housing. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of the concept of sexual assistance, its division, the main differences from sex work services and legislative anchoring in the Czech Republic and abroad. The thesis also discusses the sexuality of persons with special needs, specifically focusing on problematic aspects and the goals of intervention. Furthermore, the types of residential social care services, including sheltered housing, are described, and the issue of sexual violence and harassment of aid workers is also described. The empirical part is based on a quantitative survey, which was carried out in the form of a questionnaire among the staff of sheltered housing. The survey sample consisted of 66 workers of sheltered housing in the Central Bohemia Region. The questionnaire ascertains the frequency of sexual harassment of helping workers and its specific forms. The work also includes case studies from practice, which illustrate specific possibilities of solving individual situations within the services of the non-governmental non-profit organization Freya. The conclusion then summarizes the entire bachelor thesis. This is followed by a list of sources used and an appendix with a questionnaire

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem zobrazení každodenního válečného života v sudetoněmeckém tisku v letech 1938 až 1945. V práci je popsána předválečná historie Sudet a následný sled událostí po Mnichovské dohodě v roce 1938. Při psaní práce byla dobová periodika "Reichenberger Tagesbote", "Gablonzer Tagblatt", "Die Zeit" a "Grenzland-Zeitung" použita jako primární zdroje. Pomocí analýzy těchto periodik bylo zkoumáno, jakým způsobem tisková média konstruovala obraz války a jak tento obraz mohl vyvíjet tlak na vnímání a prožívání války sudetoněmeckým obyvatelstvem. Práce analyzuje vybrané články a reportáže z již zmíněných tiskovin s cílem odhalit mechanismy propagandy a manipulace, ale i autentické projevy prožívání války.This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of how everyday wartime life was represented in the Sudeten German press between 1938 and 1945. The thesis describes the pre-war history of the Sudetenland and the subsequent sequence of events after the Munich Agreement in 1938. In writing this thesis, contemporary periodicals such as "Reichenberger Tagesbote", "Gablonzer Tagblatt", "Die Zeit", and "Grenzland-Zeitung" were used as primary sources. Through the analysis of these periodicals, it was examined how the print media constructed the image of war and how this image could influence the perception and experience of war by the Sudeten German population. The thesis analyzes selected articles and reports from the aforementioned publications with the aim of uncovering the mechanisms of propaganda and manipulation, as well as authentic expressions of experiencing the war

elektřiny a využití baterie. Aplikace podporuje nahrávání dat, příjem živých dat přes MQTT,
vizualizaci výsledků a generování výstupu vhodného pro automatizaci řízení spotřeby. Systém
je navržen modulárně a využívá moderní nástroje jazyka Python, včetně knihoven strojového
učení, webového rozhraní a práci s databází.This bachelor thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a web application for opti-
mizing electricity consumption in buildings with their own energy production, especially from
photovoltaic systems. The system aims to predict electricity consumption and production based
on historical and real-time data, monitor market electricity prices, and propose an optimal con-
sumption and battery usage schedule. The application supports data uploading, live data recep-
tion via MQTT, result visualization, end export of outputs, suitable for automation. The system
is modular and built using modern Python tools, including libraries for machine learning, web
development, and data processing

Get PDFTato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem multikanálového podavače skelných vláken pro 3D tiskárnu využívající metodu Directed Energy Deposition (DED). Zařízení je určeno pro Katedru sklářských strojů a robotiky Technické univerzity v Liberci k výzkumu 3D tisku skla. V teoretické části je představena technologie DED, relevantní materiály pro 3D tisk skla a je provedena rešerše existujících systémů pro kontinuální podávání vláken. Praktická část se nejprve zaměřuje na analýzu a inovaci stávajícího problematického jednokanálového prototypu podavače. Následně je navržen nový multikanálový podavač umožňující dopravu dvou vláken, včetně jeho přesného polohování a uchycení v prostoru 3D tiskárny. Práce je zakončena technickým a ekonomickým zhodnocením navrženého řešení s odhadem pořizovacích nákladů.This thesis focuses on the design of a multi-channel glass fiber feeder for a 3D printer utilizing the Directed Energy Deposition (DED) method. The device is intended for the Department of Glass Machinery and Robotics at the Technical University of Liberec to support research in 3D glass printing. The theoretical part presents the DED technology, relevant materials for 3D glass printing, and a review of existing systems for continuous fiber feeding. The practical part first focuses on the analysis and improvement of the existing problematic single-channel feeder prototype. Subsequently, a new multi-channel feeder is designed to enable the delivery of two fibers, including its precise positioning and mounting within the 3D printer's workspace. The thesis concludes with a technical and economic evaluation of the proposed solution, including an estimate of acquisition costs

No full textCílem bakalářské práce je na základě provedené analýzy divadla F. X. Šaldy (DFXŠ) navrhnout strategii, jak by divadlo F. X. Šaldy mohlo komunikovat směrem ke studentům Technické univerzity v Liberci (TUL) prostřednictvím tradičních a online marketingových komunikačních nástrojů. Práce má dvě hlavní části. Teoretická část pokrývá teoretické pojmy z oblasti marketingu, marketingové komunikace, trendy marketingové komunikace v roce 2025, marketingové strategie. V praktické části je představena charakteristika podniku DFXŠ, analýza současné marketingové komunikace směrem ke studentům TUL a v rámci této bakalářské práce bylo i uskutečněno dotazníkové šetření, které se zaobíralo tím, jak studenti TUL vnímají reklamu DFXŠ. Z tohoto dotazníku a situační analýzy se dále čerpají informace pro poslední kapitolu, ve které jsou navržena doporučení.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose a strategy, based on the analysis of the F. X. Šaldy Theatre (DFXŠ), for how the theatre could communicate with students of the Technical University of Liberec (TUL) through traditional and online marekting communication tools. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part covers key concepts from the field of marketing, marketing communication, thrends in marketing communication in 2025, and marketing strategies. The practical part presents the characteristics of the DFXŠ, analyzes the current state of marketing communication towards TUL students, and includes a questionnaire survey conducted as part of this bachelor thesis, which focused on how TUL students preceive DFXŠ advertising. The information from this questionnaire and the situational analysis is then used in the final chapter, where recommendations are proposed

Druhým problémem je návrh přehledného systému reportování výsledků testů s intuitivní navigací ke zdrojům chyb pro rychlou lokalizaci a opravu závad. Třetím problémem je zavedení bezobslužného nasazení aplikace do kontejnerizovaného prostředí za účelem zajištění konzistentního a reprodukovatelného provozu.This bachelor's thesis focuses on three key issues in continuous integration and continuous deployment processes. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována vývojovému prostředí TIA Portal a programovacímu jazyku Ladder Diagram, pro který je navržena metodika tvorby projektu a programového kódu s využitím principů strukturovaného a objektového programování. Součástí práce je také praktický příklad využití vybraných metod.This diploma thesis focuses on modern programming approaches in the field of industrial automation, specifically on the possibilities of applying object-oriented programming in development environments for PLC systems. The thesis provides a basic overview of programming principles, starting from data types up to structured and object-oriented approaches. Special attention is given to the TIA Portal development environment and the Ladder Diagram programming language, for which a methodology for project and code design based on structured and object-oriented principles is proposed.
