Analysis and support of the reflective skills of children of elementary school age in the context of a camp program
No full textPředložená bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na podporu rozvoje reflektivních schopností u dětí mladšího školního věku. Cílem práce je zjistit míru reflektivních schopností účastníků táborových aktivit a vytvořit a odzkoušet metodické listy pro podporu reflektivity vlastních zážitků účastníků.
V práci jsou využity metody obsahové analýzy výpovědí, pozorování a analýzy audiozáznamů rozhovorů s účastníky letního tábora.
V teoretické části práce se opírám o poznatky získané rešerší a studiem odborné literatury, které doplňuji o příklady z pedagogické praxe. Zaměřuji se především na pojem reflektivita a mentalizace, také na vývoj s ní související v období mladšího školního věku. V neposlední řadě se zabývám pojetím osobnostního a sociálního rozvoje a jeho implementací do pedagogické praxe.
Praktická část obsahuje metodické listy k jednotlivým aktivitám a reflektivním rozhovorům. Jsou zde zpracovány skupinové diskuze i individuální rozhovory, doplněné o pedagogicko-psychologickou interpretaci. Individuální rozhovory byly vedeny se čtyřmi dětmi, práce obsahuje i jejich charakteristiku a analýzu jejich reflektivních schopností.The presented bachelor's thesis focuses on the support of reflective skills development in children of younger school age. The aim of the thesis is to assess the level of reflective skills among participants in camp activities and to create and test methodological sheets to support the reflection of participants' personal experiences.
The methods used in this work include content analysis of statements, observation, and analysis of audio recordings of interviews with participants of a summer camp.
In the theoretical part of the thesis, I draw on knowledge gained through literature review and study of academic sources, which I complement with examples from pedagogical practice. The focus is primarily on the concepts of reflectivity and mentalization, as well as the related developmental aspects in the younger school age. Lastly, I address the concept of personal and social development and its implementation into pedagogical practice.
The practical part includes methodological sheets for various activities and reflective interviews. Group discussions and individual interviews are processed here, supplemented by pedagogical-psychological interpretations. Individual interviews were conducted with four children, and the thesis includes their characterization and analysis of their reflective abilities
Implementation of a numeric display with nixie tubes
No full textTato práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací programovatelného univerzálního displeje využívajícího plynem plněné znakové výbojky neboli digitrony. Vytvořený zobrazovač byl navržen tak, aby bylo možné jeho řídicí část jednoduše programovat ve vývojovém prostředí Arduino IDE stejným způsobem, jako populární vývojové desky Arduino. Díky tomu je displej možné použít pro řadu aplikací, které vyžadují zobrazování hodnoty na velkém a zajímavém displeji. V obsahu této práce lze nalézt popis konstrukce a vysvětlení principu fungování digitronu, výběr vhodného řešení buzení digitronů, návrh schématu a DPS, popis firmware mikroprocesoru a vyzkoušení hotového displeje s použitím svépomocí naprogramované PC aplikace pro operační systém Windows.This paper covers the design and realization of a programmable universal display using gas-filled digital indicators also known as nixie tubes. The created display was designed so that its microcontroller could be easily programmed using the Arduino IDE in the same way as the popular Arduino development boards. As a result, the display can be used for a variety of applications that require displaying a numerical value on a large and visually interesting display. The contents of this paperinclude a description of the working principle and design of a nixie tube, selection of a suitable driver circuit, design of the schematic and PCB, description of the microcontroller firmware and testing of the finished display using a custom PC application for the Windows operating system

V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny přístupy k mezinárodnímu obchodu, formy vstupu na zahraniční trh, pojem zahraniční expanze a internacionalizace podniku. Součástí je také popis teorií evropské integrace, společné obchodní politiky Evropské unie a analytických nástrojů, jako jsou PESTLE, Porterův model pěti sil a SWOT analýza, které jsou klíčové pro plánování úspěšné expanze. Praktická část se věnuje představení vybraného podniku a využití analytických nástrojů k analýze jeho mikroprostředí i makroprostředí. Cílem práce je na základě provedených analýz navrhnout vhodnou formu vstupu, která zajistí efektivní a udržitelnou expanzi firmy na rumunský trh.The bachelor thesis focuses on analyzing the possibilities of foreign expansion for a selected company. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical section explains approaches to international trade, forms of market entry, and the concepts of foreign expansion and business internationalization. It also includes a description of the theories of European integration, the European Union's common commercial policy, and analytical tools such as PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces model, and SWOT analysis, which are essential for planning a successful expansion. The practical part introduces the selected company and applies the mentioned analytical tools to examine its micro and macro environment. The aim of the thesis is to propose a suitable market entry strategy that will ensure an effective and sustainable expansion of the company into the Romanian market
Stanovení průhybu elastické membrány napjaté nad obdélníkovým rámem
Get PDFTato práce se zabývá problematikou určení průhybu elastické membrány při geometricky zadaných okrajových podmínkách. Při hledání analytického řešení je důležitá Poissonova rovnice a k jejímu řešení je využito variačních počtů. Celá tato problematika je popisována na křídlech letadel typu NACA 2412 a NACA 2410, které byly v minulosti konstruovány. Zároveň tato práce poukazuje na nedostatek při výrobě letadel, jelikož při ní nebývá tento průhyb započítáván. Řešení je hledáno a porovnáváno několika metodami. Provádí se v ní výpočet Galerkinovou metodou vážených reziduí a také metodou nejmenších čtverců. Tyto dvě metody jsou mezi sebou i ostatními metodami porovnány. Další z použitých metod je měření fyzicky vyrobených modelů křídel. Z dat tohoto měření je provedena lineární regrese pro nalezení funkce popisující průhyb. V této práci je také nalezeno řešení metodou konečných prvků. Všechny tyto metody jsou vzájemně porovnány pro zjištění jejich přesností a spolehlivostí.This paper addresses the issue of determining the deflection of an elastic membrane under geometrically specified boundary conditions. When searching for an analytical solution, Poisson's equation plays a crucial role, and its solution is approached using variational methods. The entire problem is described for the wings of aircraft models NACA 2412 and NACA 2410, which were designed in the past. Additionally, this paper highlights a deficiency in aircraft manufacturing, as this deflection is often not accounted for during production. Solutions are sought and compared using several methods. The Galerkin method of weighted residuals and the least squares method are used for calculations. These two methods are compared with each other and with other approaches. Another method employed involves measuring physically produced wing models. Nonlinear regression is performed on the measurement data to find a function describing the deflection. The paper also presents a solution using the finite element method. All these methods are compared to assess their accuracy and reliability

Teoretická část kvalifikační práce je zaměřená na klasifikaci ran a způsoby prevence vzniku komplikací, zatímco praktická část se zaměřuje na současné vědomosti sester v rámci ran a jejich ošetřování. Cílem výzkumu je pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku zmapovat znalostí sester v prevenci vzniku chronických ran a zjistit, zda jsou dodržovány správné ošetřovatelské postupy při péči o chirurgické rány.The prevention of the development of chronic wounds in surgery is an important part of nursing care. In order to avoid the development of chronic wounds, nurses have to be adequately educated in the matter, master the skills in caring for wounds and recognize deviations from physiological healing.
The theoretical part of the bachelor´s thesis is focused on the classification of wounds and methods of preventing complications, while the practical part focuses on the current knowledge of nurses regarding wounds and their treatment. The aim of the research is to determine the knowledge of nurses in preventing the development of chronic wounds using a non-standardized questionnaire and to determine whether correct nursing techniques are being used while caring for surgical wounds
Basalt Volcanism as a Landscape-forming Factor in the Czech Republic

krajinotvorným činitelem na území České republiky. V teoretické části je popsán geologický
vývoj ČR, obecné formy sopečné činnosti a projevy čedičového vulkanismu podle jejich
morfologie, a to jak podpovrchové (např. lakolity, pně), tak povrchové (např. lávové proudy,
stratovulkány, maary). Jednotlivé projevy jsou doplněny příklady z České republiky i ze světa
a reflektují také vliv exogenních procesů na současný vzhled krajiny. Praktická část obsahuje
návrh pracovního listu určeného k výuce zeměpisu v rámci terénního praktika u čedičové
přírodní památky Panská skála. Práce spojuje odborné poznatky s didaktickým využitím
a nabízí inspiraci pro práci s geologickými tématy ve školní výuce.The bachelor thesis focuses on basaltic volcanism as a significant landscape-forming
factor in the territory of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the geological
development of the Czech Republic, general forms of volcanic activity and the manifestations
of basaltic volcanism according to their morphology, both subsurface (e.g., laccoliths,
volcanic plugs) and surface (e.g., lava flows, stratovolcanoes, maars). Each form is
supplemented with examples from both the Czech Republic and abroad, and the influence
of exogenous processes on the current landscape appearance is also considered. The practical
part includes a proposal for a worksheet intended for geography education during a field trip
to the basalt natural monument Panská skála. The thesis combines expert knowledge with
didactic application and offers inspiration for working with geological topics in school

No full textTato bakalářská práce se věnuje návrhu a konstrukci střihu dámského korzetu s využitím CAD systému. V rešeršní části popisuje historii korzetových oděvů napříč různými epochami a zkoumá vliv společenských, technologických i módních faktorů na jejich vývoj. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována zkoumání materiálů a konstrukčních metod, které se během staletí zásadně proměnily - od tradičních velrybích kostic až po moderní elastická vlákna či pokročilé výrobní postupy.
Experimentální část představuje postup tvorby korzetu v prostředí 3D modelovacích aplikací, a porovnává jej s klasickými krejčovskými technikami. Důraz je kladen na simulaci oděvu na virtuální postavě a následné zhodnocení ergonomie a estetiky výsledného modelu. Ověření zahrnuje realizaci reálného prototypu, u něhož je sledována zejména přesnost střihu, pohodlí při nošení a vizuální shoda s virtuální simulací. Digitální a reálný prototyp jsou v rámci experimentu podrobeny porovnání s využitím nástrojů softwaru CLO a 3D skenování.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design and construction of a corset pattern using a CAD system. The research part describes the history of corset garments across different eras and examines the influence of social, technological, and aesthetic factors on their development. Special attention is paid to the research of materials and construction methods, which have significantly evolved over the centuries - from traditional whalebone to modern elastic fibres and advanced manufacturing processes.
The experimental part presents the process of corset creation using 3D modeling software and compares it with traditional tailoring techniques. Emphasis is placed on garment simulation on a virtual figure, followed by an evaluation of the ergonomics and aesthetics of the resulting model. Evaluation includes the production of a physical prototype, with particular attention paid to pattern accuracy, wearing comfort, and visual consistency with the virtual simulation. Both the digital and physical prototypes are compared within the experiment using tools such as CLO software and 3D scanning
Design of a C-derived language and compiler tools implementation
No full textJazyk C zůstává klíčovým nástrojem, pokud se vyžaduje vysoký výkon a nízkoúrovňový přístup, avšak jeho efektivnímu využití v současných projektech brání omezení v systému sestavení, správě závislostí a nedostatečná podpora moderních programovacích technik. Tato diplomová práce představuje návrh a prototypovou implementaci procedurálního, staticky typovaného systémového programovacího jazyka, který vychází z filozofie C (jednoduchost, explicitnost, kontrola nad pamětí), ale snaží se adresovat jeho vybrané nedostatky.
Návrh jazyka klade důraz na čitelnost, přímou správu paměti a robustní vyhodnocování kódu v době překladu. Mezi klíčové vlastnosti patří vylepšený systém polí s typovanou délkou a hodnotovou sémantikou, zpracování UTF-8 řetězců jako polí, jmenné prostory, systém importu na úrovní AST nahrazující hlavičkové soubory a strukturovaná správa chyb založená na množinách chyb. Práce rozebírá motivaci a sémantiku těchto prvků a srovnává je s existujícími řešeními v jazycích C++, D, Zig a Odin.
Součástí práce je funkční prototyp překladače. Překladač využívá jazyk C jako mezijazyk a~pomocí vestavěné knihovny Tiny C Compiler generuje spustitelný kód. Výsledkem je ucelený návrh jazyka a nástroj demonstrující jeho proveditelnost a klíčové koncepty.The C language remains a key tool where high performance and low-level access are required; however, its effective use in contemporary projects is hindered by limitations in build systems, dependency management, and insufficient support for modern programming techniques. This diploma thesis presents the design and prototype implementation of a procedural, statically-typed systems programming language that draws inspiration from the C language philosophy (simplicity, explicitness, memory control) but attempts to address its selected shortcomings.
The language design emphasizes readability, direct memory management, and robust compile-time code evaluation. Key features include an improved, length-aware array system with value semantics, handling of UTF-8 strings as arrays, namespaces, an AST-level import system replacing header files, and structured error handling based on error sets. The thesis discusses the motivation and semantics of these elements and compares them with existing solutions in C++, D, Zig, and Odin.
The work includes a functional prototype compiler. The compiler uses the C language as an intermediate language and generates executable code using the embedded Tiny C Compiler library (libtcc). The result is a cohesive language design and a tool demonstrating its feasibility and key concepts

v současné době patří mezi nejvýznamnější platformy v oblasti cestovního ruchu.
Práce se věnuje přínosům a výzvám spojeným s využíváním tohoto nástroje, a to jak z pohledu hotelových manažerů, tak i zákazníků (turistů). Na základě studia vědecké literatury a výsledků dotazníkového šetření, provedeného jak mezi ubytovacími zařízeními, tak i mezi zákazníky, jsou formulována doporučení pro efektivnější využití portálu Booking.com a odstranění zjištěných nedostatků.The bachelor's thesis focuses on the topic of using reservation systems in the
hospitality industry, providing a detailed description of their operation. It further explores the relationships between reservation systems, accommodation facilities, and tourists. Special attention is given to the online booking platform Booking.com, which is currently one of the most significant platforms in the tourism industry. The thesis addresses the benefits and challenges associated with using this tool, from both the perspective of hotel managers and customers (tourists). Based on the study of scientific literature and the results of survey conducted among accommodation facilities and customers, recommendations are formulated for more efficient use of the Booking.com platform and for elimination of identified shortcomings
