Tato studie vrhla světlo na to, jak by měly být použity techniky používané během implementací a vylepšení Kaizen. Na základě výsledků získaných při implementacích se hodnotí efektivita a přínosy implementací Kaizen a odhaluje se důležitost proměny filozofie Kaizen v podnicích jako kultura.Annotation
In this thesis, starting from the concept of Quality, information is given on Quality Management and Total Quality Management; Kaizen philosophy and methodology are discussed in detail; The effectiveness of the implementations and improvement activities in a bus manufacturing company on the subjects of Kobetsu Kaizen and Before-After Kaizen are discussed. This study shed light on how the techniques used during Kaizen implementations and improvements should be applied. Based on the results obtained in the implementations, the effectiveness and gains of Kaizen implementations are evaluated, and the importance of making the Kaizen philosophy in businesses a culture is revealed

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení finanční situace hotelu Hilton Prague, který působí v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Cílem práce je zhodnotit finanční situaci tohoto podniku v letech 2021-2023 a na základě výsledků finanční analýzy navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení jeho finančního zdraví. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy a metody finanční analýzy, které slouží k hodnocení výkonnosti podniku. V praktické části je nejprve představen hotel Hilton Prague, následně je provedena podrobná analýza hotelu Hilton Prague, která zahrnuje výpočet a interpretaci vybraných finančních ukazatelů, včetně ukazatelů rentability, likvidity, zadluženosti a aktivity. Součástí práce je také porovnání s konkurenčním hotelem, které poskytuje širší kontext pro hodnocení výkonnosti Hilton Prague. Na závěr práce jsou shrnuty výsledky analýzy a navržena doporučení, která mohou přispět ke zlepšení finanční situace hotelu.This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of Hilton Prague, a hotel operating in the tourism sector. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of this company in the years 2021-2023 and based on the results of the financial analysis to propose measures to improve its financial health. The work is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part presents the basic concepts and methods of financial analysis used to evaluate the performance of the enterprise. The practical part first introduces the Hilton Prague hotel, followed by a detailed analysis of the Hilton Prague hotel, which includes the calculation and interpretation of selected financial ratios, including profitability, liquidity, debt and activity ratios. The paper also includes a comparison with a competitor hotel, which provides a broader context for evaluating the performance of Hilton Prague. The paper concludes by summarizing the results of the analysis and suggesting recommendations that can help improve the hotel's financial position

Výstupem práce je propagační leták pro zájemce o studium oboru Radiologická asistence na Technické univerzitě v Liberci.This bachelor thesis deals with the general public's awareness of the profession of radiology assistant. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the fields of radiology, radiodiagnostics, radiotherapy and nuclear medicine, introduces the study course Radiological Assisting and its course, competences of radiological assistants and principles of radiation protection. The practical part includes quantitative research carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey to determine the level of public awareness of the profession. The output of the work is also a promotional leaflet for those interested in studying the field of radiological assisting at the Technical University of Liberec

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na využití amerického listonoha (Triops longicaudatus) jako didaktického nástroje pro výuku přírodovědných předmětů na základních školách. Práce vychází z potřeby zavádět praktické a interaktivní přístupy do výuky přírodovědných oborů s cílem překonat nedostatky tradiční frontální výuky. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout, realizovat a vyhodnotit výukový projekt zaměřený na chov listonohů v kontextu environmentální výchovy. Metodicky je práce rozdělena na teoretickou část, která prostřednictvím rešerše literatury představuje environmentální výchovu na základních školách, různé výukové metody a biologii mnohonohých živočichů, a praktickou část, která zahrnuje přípravu a realizaci terénního výzkumu v oblasti Brdy-Hrachoviště a následný chov listonohů v pěti žákovských skupinách. Výsledky ukazují, že přímý kontakt žáků s živými organismy výrazně zvyšuje jejich zájem o přírodovědná témata a podporuje rozvoj praktických dovedností, kritického myšlení a odpovědného vztahu k přírodě. Experiment s chovem listonohů v různých podmínkách přinesl žákům cenné poznatky o vlivu teploty, substrátu a krmení na růst a přežití těchto vodních bezobratlých. Práce potvrzuje, že zařazení živých organismů do výuky přírodovědných předmětů představuje efektivní didaktický prostředek pro rozvoj environmentální gramotnosti a badatelských dovedností žáků.This thesis focuses on the use of the American leafhopper (Triops longicaudatus) as a didactic tool for science education in primary schools. The thesis is based on the need to implement practical and interactive approaches to teaching science subjects to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional frontal teaching method. The aim of the work was to design, implement and evaluate a teaching project focused on leafhopper husbandry in the context of environmental education. Methodologically, the thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which introduces environmental education in primary schools, various teaching methods and the biology of millipedes through a literature search, and a practical part, which includes the preparation and implementation of field research in the Brdy-Hrachoviště area and the subsequent rearing of millipedes in five groups of pupils. The results demonstrate that direct contact of pupils with living organisms significantly increases their interest in natural science topics and promotes the development of practical skills, critical thinking and a responsible attitude towards nature. An experiment with rearing leafhoppers under different conditions provided pupils with valuable insights into the effects of temperature, substrate and feeding on the growth and survival of these aquatic invertebrates. The work confirms that the inclusion of living organisms in science lessons is an effective didactic tool for enhancing students' environmental literacy and research skills

No full textBakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Jejím cílem je vytvořením pohádkové knihy ilustrované dětmi v MŠ. Součástí toho je též vytvoření osmi metodických listů, z toho sedmi realizovaných, které děti motivují k tvorbě knihy. S dětmi se bude pracovat od ranních činností do odpoledního odpočinku. Následně bude vytvořená pohádková kniha realizována a reflektována v praxi.
Teoretická část obsahuje souhrnnou charakteristiku dítěte v předškolním věku, vysvětluje, co je to pohádka, ilustrace a popisuje výtvarné techniky, které jsou realizované v rámci praktické části.
Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na realizaci tematického pohádkového týdne v mateřské škole. Obsahuje charakteristiku třídy, organizaci dne, přehled pohádkových kostýmů a popis vytvořených pohádkových pomůcek. Mezi hlavní body patří vytvoření osmi metodických listů, které detailně popisují výtvarné aktivity včetně předcházejících a navazujících činností, a pohádková kniha vytvořená autorkou, která obsahuje výtvarné práce dětí. V závěru je kniha reflektována v praxi.The bachelor's thesis consists of two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. Its goal is to create a storybook illustrated by children in a kindergarten. This also includes the creation of eight methodological sheets that motivate the children to participate in creative activites designed to help create said storybook. Children will be worked with from morning activities to afternoon rest. Subsequently, the created storybook will be reflected in practice.
The theoretical part contains a summary characteristic of a child in preschool age, explains what a fairy tale and an illustration is, and describes the techniques that are implemented within the practical part.
The practical part of the work focuses on the implementation of a thematic fairy tale week in a kindergarten. It contains a description of the class, the organization of the day, an overview of fairy tale costumes and a description of the created fairy tale tools. The main points include the creation of eight methodological sheets that describe in detail the artistic activities, including preceding and follow-up activities, and a fairy tale book, created by the author and which includes the children's artistic creations. In the end, the book is reflected in practice

Následně je vybráno šest zástupců mezinárodních leteckých společností z různých částí světa a jsou podrobeny komparaci v oblasti udržitelnosti vycházející z udržitelných reportů. Výsledkem je srovnání přístupů k udržitelnosti napříč regiony a udržitelnosti jednotlivých společností. V závěru bakalářské práce je shrnutí získaných poznatků a doporučení dalšího výzkumu v dané oblasti.The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of sustainability in civil air transport and the environmental impacts of aviation. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the key concepts related to sustainability, carbon footprint, the environmental impacts of aviation, and the relevant legislation. Afterwards, six representatives of international airlines from different parts of the world are selected and compared in terms of sustainability based on their ESG reports. The result is a comparison of approaches to sustainability across regions and the sustainability performance of individual companies. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the findings and provides recommendations

V teoretické části je popsána osteoporóza, její příčiny, diagnostika a možnosti léčby. Dále je analyzován význam jednotlivých zobrazovacích metod v diagnostice osteoporózy, se zaměřením na denzitometrické vyšetření pomocí. Součástí této části je také popis správné přípravy pacienta a důležitých faktorů, které mohou ovlivnit kvalitu a přesnost měření. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu, který byl proveden prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s radiologickými asistenty. Cílem bylo zjistit jejich roli při provádění denzitometrických vyšetření, přístupy k přípravě pacienta a možné chyby ovlivňující přesnost výsledků. Výsledky byly analyzovány a diskutovány s ohledem na odbornou literaturu, přičemž byly formulovány doporučení pro optimalizaci práce radiologických asistentů při vyšetření kostní denzitometrie.The bachelor thesis deals with diagnostic methods and the role of the radiological assistant in the diagnosis of osteoporosis. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes osteoporosis, its causes, diagnosis and treatment options. Furthermore, the significance of different imaging methods in the diagnosis of osteoporosis is analyzed, focusing on densitometric examination using. This section also includes a description of proper patient preparation and important factors that can affect the quality and accuracy of the measurements. The practical part is based on qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with radiology assistants. The aim was to identify their role in performing densitometric examinations, approaches to patient preparation and possible errors affecting the accuracy of the results. The results were analyzed and discussed in light of the literature, and recommendations were formulated to optimize the work of radiology assistants during bone densitometry examinations

Následně je zpracována hudební podpora dítěte v MŠ, která zahrnuje jednotlivé hudební činnosti. Dále je rozdělení netradičních hudebních nástrojů.

Teoretická část se soustředí na příčiny vzniku NEC, příznaky, diagnostiku a terapii jak konzervativní, tak rovněž i chirurgickou. Jsou zde také zahrnuty stomie a s nimi související ošetřovatelská péče, která se u novorozenců liší. Empirická část je zaměřena na analýzu výsledků z dotazníkového šetření.The bachelor's thesis focuses on the knowledge of pediatric nurses and paramedics working in neonatal intensive care units regarding nursing care for newborns with necrotizing enterocolitis, both within the department and during secondary transport to a specialized facility.
