No full textTato bakalářská práce sezabývá podporou začleňování dětí zesociálně znevýhodněného prostředí dovětšinové společnosti prostřednictvím volnočasových aktivit realizovaných veškolní družině. Vteoretické části jsou rozebrána témata spojená sesociálním znevýhodněním, funkcemi rodiny, volným časem dětí aprincipy inkluze. Praktická část představuje sérii čtyř tematicky zaměřených lekcí, jejichž cílem bylo posilovat spolupráci, empatii, sebedůvěru afinanční gramotnost dětí. Použité metody byly rozhovory spedagogickými pracovníky, zúčastněné pozorování areflexe sdětmi. Definuje základní směry obchodní politiky v mezinárodním obchodě, dále také popisuje tarifní a netarifní překážky, které tento obchod ovlivňují. Následně také popisuje vývoj ekonomických vztahů mezi ČR a Čínou od jejich počátků až do současnosti. Práce také popisuje obchodní politiku zemí a představuje důležité bilaterální dohody. Porovnává vybrané ekonomické ukazatele a představuje obchodní výměnu mezi Českou republikou a Čínou, včetně přehledu komoditní struktury. Nakonec jsou shrnuty příležitosti a výzvy obchodní spolupráce a zároveň jsou identifikovány perspektivní oblasti pro české firmy při obchodování s Čínou.This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of trade relations between the Czech Republic and the People's Republic of China. It defines the basic directions of trade policy in international trade and describes the tariff and non-tariff barriers that affect this trade. It then describes the development of economic relations between the Czech Republic and China from their beginnings to the present. The thesis also describes the trade policies of the countries and presents important bilateral agreements. Selected economic indicators are used to present trade between the Czech Republic and China, including an overview of the commodity structure. Finally, the opportunities and challenges of trade cooperation are summarized, and promising areas for Czech companies in trade with China are identified

No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití tvořivých aktivit v prostředí ekocentra v rámci environmentální výchovy. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje psychologii cílových skupin, environmentální výchově, tvořivosti a výtvarným technikám, které byly v práci využity. Praktická část obsahuje deset aktivit na téma tvořivost v ekocentru STŘEVLIK. Tyto aktivity jsou doplněny metodickými listy a mými vlastními zkušenostmi z realizace, včetně popisu a reflexe každé činnosti.
Cílem práce bylo sledovat, jak tvořivé aktivity působí na děti a jak je lze efektivně začlenit do programů environmentální výchovy. Výstupy práce mohou sloužit jako inspirace pro pedagogy, lektory ekocenter i rodiče, kteří chtějí s dětmi tvořit na environmentální témata.This bachelor thesis focuses on the use of creative activities in the setting of an environmental education centre. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the psychology of the target groups, environmental education, creativity, and the art techniques used in the thesis. The practical part presents ten activities focused on creativity in the STŘEVLIK eco-centre. These activities are accompanied by methodological sheets and the author's own experience from their implementation, including detailed descriptions and reflections. The aim of the thesis was to observe how creative activities affect children and how they can be effectively integrated into environmental education programs. The outcomes of the thesis can serve as inspiration for teachers, eco-centre educators, and parents who wish to engage in environmentally themed creative activities with children
Degradation study of polyester micro/nanofibrous materials for tissue engineering
No full textPředkládaná disertační práce je zaměřena na studium degradace mikro a nanovlákenných materiálů pro tkáňové inženýrství založených na biodegradabilních alifatických polyesterech, připravených procesem elektrického zvlákňování. Práce je tematicky členěna do několika oblastí. První byla věnována sledování stability materiálů z polykaprolaktonu v čase při různých skladovacích podmínkách s ohledem na aplikovanou sterilizaci a způsob výroby nanovlákenných vrstev. Druhou oblastí výzkumu bylo sledování vlivu zvlákňovacích podmínek a aplikované sterilizace (ethylenoxid/ gama záření) na degradační chování materiálů z polykaporlaktonu a kopolymeru kyseliny mléčné a kaprolaktonu. Třetí oblast byla orientována na studium vlivu inkorporované aktivní látky na proces degradace. Konkrétně byly zkoumány dvě aktivní látky, antibiotikum lipofosfonoxin (LPPO) a molekula alaptid, které byly do vlákenné struktury inkorporovány zvlákňováním ze směsi. Mimo akcelerované enzymaticky-katalyzované degradační procesy bylo sledováno uvolňování aktivních látek v různých prostředích. Poslední část práce je věnována možnosti využití částečné enzymaticky katalyzované degradace k úpravě povrchu vlákenné struktury za účelem zvýšení bioaktivity biodegradabilních vlákenných scaffoldů.The dissertation focused on the degradation study of micro and nanofibrous materials for tissue engineering based on biodegradable aliphatic polyesters prepared by the electrospinning process. The work is thematically divided into several areas. The first area focused on monitoring of the stability of polycaprolactone materials over time under different storage conditions considering the applied sterilization and the method of nanofibrous layer fabrication. The second area of research was to investigated the effect of spinning conditions and applied sterilization (ethylene oxide/ gamma radiation) on the degradation behaviour of polycaprolactone and copolymer of lactic acid and caprolactone materials. The third area was focused on the study of the effect of the incorporated active agents on the degradation process. Specifically, two active agents, the antibiotic lipophosphonoxine (LPPO) and the molecule alaptide, which were incorporated into the fiber structure by blend spinning, were investigated. In addition to accelerated enzyme-catalyzed degradation processes, the release of the agents was monitored in different environments. The final part of the work explores to the possibility of using partial enzyme-catalyzed degradation to modify the surface of the fiber structure to enhance the bioactivity of biodegradable fiber scaffolds

Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část vymezuje teoretické pojmy z oblasti marketingu, marketingové komunikace, online komunikace a trendů marketingové komunikace pro rok 2025. V praktické části je představen startup Salát na střeše a jeho konkurenční projekty. Po představení projektu se praktická část věnuje analýze aktuální marketingové komunikaci projektu. Na závěr je uvedeno zhodnocení a návrhy pro zefektivnění marketingové komunikace, které by projektu pomohly získat více zákazníků a navýšit dosah obsahu na sociálních sítích.The aim of the bachelor thesis is to propose a strategy on how the startup could better communicate through traditional and online marketing communication tools based on the evaluation of the Salad on the Roof project. The bachelor thesis consists of two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the theoretical concepts of marketing, marketing communication, online communication and marketing communication trends for 2025. The practical part presents the startup Salad on the Roof and its competing projects. After the introduction of the project, the practical part is devoted to the analysis of the current marketing communication of the project. It concludes with an evaluation and suggestions for streamlining marketing communication to help the project gain more customers and increase the reach of its content on social media

No full textCílem této bakalářské práce je "pohlédnout" za tzv. zlaté oblouky společnosti McDonald's a poskytnout přehled změn a opatření, které firma McDonald's použila ke zdánlivě efektivní změně své reputace. Bude také hodnoceno, jak tyto snahy ovlivňují vnímání a postoj veřejnosti k této společnosti. Pro dosažení cíle této práce zde bude popsán vývoj firmy, strategie rozvoje a uskutečnění změn ve výrobě a nabídce fastfoodového řetězce, s důrazem na vizi zakladatelů na začátku výstavby impéria McDonald's. Kromě toho je v práci věnována i část tzv. McDonaldizaci společnosti. Následně k potvrzení mého tvrzení o snaze firmy McDonald's o zlepšení image po negativní kritice slouží srovnání dvou děl charakterizující firmu McDonald's z různých pohledů: biopický film Zakladatel (2016) a do kontrastu s ním je postaven dokument Super Size Me (2004).The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to "look" behind McDonald's so-called Golden Arches and to provide an overview of the changes and measures the company has used to build up seemingly effectively alter their reputation. It will also evaluate how these efforts have affected public opinion and attitudes towards the company. To achieve this objective, the thesis will document the development of the company, corporate strategy and the changes in the production and operating strategies. Particular emphasis will be given to documenting the changes of the founders' vision throughout the development of the McDonald's empire. Due to the profound influence the corporate exerts, not only on American society but also on the world overall, a part of the thesis will document the process of McDonaldization. Subsequently, a discussion of two films that explore ethos of the McDonald's company from different viewpoints will seek to corroborate the claim that the company has recently tried to improve its image in a reaction to negative criticism. Thus, criticism in the documentary "Super Size Me" (2004) will be contrasted with the recuperative publicity strategies biopic film "The Founder" (2016)

V teoretické části jsou vymezena klíčová témata práce, kterými jsou zrakové postižení, dítě se zrakovým postižením, služby rané péče, metody rozvoje zraku a speciálně pedagogické pomůcky.
Praktická část je věnována hlavnímu cíli práce. Představuje vytvořenou pomůcku, její účel a způsoby použití v rámci zrakové terapie. Popisuje realizované výstupy v praxi rané péče Centra LIRA, metody sběru dat a evaluaci celého procesu i použití pomůcky.
V diskuzi jsou srovnány poznatky z výstupů s dosavadním vědeckým a odborným poznáním. Závěr shrnuje několik hlavních myšlenek a přínos této práce.The bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of visual perception within early care services through visual therapy using a sensory aid. European Union Economic Sanctions Against Russian Federation
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ekonomických sankcí Evropské unie, jejich aplikaci a vliv vůči Ruské federaci v kontextu rusko-ukrajinského konfliktu. V úvodní části je přiblížen obecný kontext mezinárodních sankcí, jejich historický vývoj, definice a formy, společně se snadno zaměnitelnými pojmy jako jsou retorze, represálie a protiopatření. Následuje rozbor ekonomických sankcí z různých perspektiv a také motivace a cíle, které mohou státy vést k uvalení sankcí. Dále rozlišuje jednotlivé typy ekonomických opatření. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na funkci sankčního režimu Evropské unie a jeho vývoj v souvislosti s rusko-ukrajinským konfliktem. V empirické části se práce zaměřuje na dopady těchto sankcí na makroekonomické ukazatele ruské ekonomiky, jako jsou HDP, inflace či zahraniční obchod. Součástí je i komparace sankčních přístupů Evropské unie a Spojených států amerických. Závěrečná kapitola přináší návrhy na optimalizaci sankční politiky a možnosti její efektivnější koordinace v rámci mezinárodního společenství.This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of economic sanctions of the European Union, their application and impact on the Russian Federation in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. In the introductory part, the general context of international sanctions, their historical development, definitions and forms are presented, along with easily interchangeable terms such as retorsion, reprisal and countermeasures. This is followed by an analysis of economic sanctions from different perspectives, as well as the motivations and objectives that may lead states to impose sanctions. It then distinguishes between different types of economic measures. Particular emphasis is placed on the function of the European Union sanction regime and its evolution in the context of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. In the empirical part, the thesis focuses on the impact of these sanctions on macroeconomic indicators of the Russian economy, such as GDP, inflation and international trade. It also includes a comparison of the sanctioning approaches of the European Union and the United States. The final chapter offers suggestions for optimising sanctions policy and ways to coordinate it more effectively within the international community
