No full textTato bakalářská práce analyzuje etickou infrastrukturu výrobního podniku Vogelsang Fasteners s.r.o. a reflektuje povinnost zavedení vnitřního oznamovacího systému dle Zákona o ochraně oznamovatelů. Zasazuje whistleblowing do kontextu podnikatelské etiky a souvislostí s teorií stakeholderů, společenské odpovědnosti a odpovědného investování. Je zde popsán legislativní rámec ochrany oznamovatelů Evropské unie i České republiky. Praktická část je věnována charakteristice vybraného výrobního podniku, zhodnocení současného stavu etické infrastruktury a jednotlivým krokům pro zavedení Zákona o ochraně oznamovatelů do vnitropodnikových procesů, především z hlediska vnitropodnikové dokumentace. Zpětná vazba k vnitřnímu oznamovacímu systému je získána pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Jsou vydána doporučení pro rozvoj podniku v oblasti etického řízení.This bachelor thesis analyses the ethical infrastructure of the manufacturing company Vogelsang Fasteners s.r.o. and reflects the obligation to implement an internal whistleblowing system according to the Whistleblower Protection Act. It puts whistleblowing in the context of business ethics and its connection to stakeholder theory, social responsibility and responsible investment. It describes the legislative framework for whistleblower protection in the European Union and the Czech Republic. The practical part is devoted to the characteristics of a selected manufacturing company, an assessment of the current state of the ethical infrastructure and the individual steps for the implementation of the Whistleblower Protection Act into internal company processes, especially in terms of internal company documentation. Feedback on the internal whistleblowing system is obtained through a semi-structured interview. Recommendations are made for the development of the company in the area of ethical management

Zabývá se též širším společenským a kulturním kontextem. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na reflexi těchto událostí v československých médiích. Práce vychází ze studia archivních pramenů a dobových periodik a využívá metod orální historie.The bachelor's thesis describes the Czechoslovakian tour of the French singer Johnny Hallyday in 1966, especially his concert in Liberec and the trial against the participants of this concert, convicted of putative rioting. It also deals with the broader social and cultural context. Special emphasis is placed on the reflection of described events in the Czechoslovakian press. The thesis is based on the study of archival sources, historical periodicals and uses oral history methods

Metoda realizace bakalářské práce je kvantitativní sběr dat pomocí dotazníků. Hlavním výstupem bakalářské práce je poté zjištění, že preventivní program má být více zaměřen na příklady problematiky domácího násilí, popis situací a většího zapojení studentů do přednášky. Toto je součástí inovace v podobě videomateriálu s komentářem, který je součástí této bakalářské práce.The topic of the bachelor thesis is the primary prevention of domestic violence. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to propose procedures to improve the impact of the prevention program of the Bílý kruh bezpečí on secondary school students based on the information obtained from the questionnaires. The subject of interest is the prevention program of the Bílý kruh bezpečí at secondary schools and its impact on students of selected secondary schools. The method of implementation of the bachelor thesis is quantitative data collection using questionnaires. The main output of the bachelor thesis is the finding that the preventive program should be more focused on examples of domestic violence, description of situations and greater involvement of students in the lecture. No full textDiplomová práce s názvem "Objektové vyučování: Didaktické materiály pro letecké muzeum Kbely" se zabývá tvorbou didaktických materiálů určených pro efektivní výuku dějepisu přímo v muzejním prostředí. Hlavním cílem práce bylo vytvořit badatelsky orientované pracovní listy, které žákům umožní aktivní a smysluplnou interakci s exponáty Leteckého muzea Kbely, a motivují tak učitele k jeho využití ve výuce dějepisu. Teoretická část práce vychází z analýzy relevantní odborné literatury týkající se muzejní pedagogiky, didaktiky dějepisu a konceptů historického myšlení. Praktická část zahrnovala návštěvu a studium expozic Leteckého muzea Kbely, na jejímž základě bylo vytvořeno devět pracovních listů. Tyto didaktické materiály jsou navrženy tak, aby provázely žáky 2. stupně základních škol skrze různé historické epochy a témata spojená s letectvím, od jeho počátků přes obě světové války a studenou válku, až po kosmický program a "letecké kuriozity". Hlavním výsledkem práce je soubor komplexních pracovních listů, které integrují principy objektového učení a vedou žáky k rozvoji klíčových dovedností historického myšlení, jako je práce s prameny, vnímání kontinuity a změny, analýza příčin a následků, uplatnění historických perspektiv a etická reflexe. Přínosem práce je poskytnutí praktického a inovativního didaktického nástroje pro učitele dějepisu, neboť Letecké muzeum Kbely dosud žádné ucelené pracovní listy nenabízelo. Práce demonstruje potenciál muzea jako dynamické vzdělávací platformy, která může prohloubit zájem žáků o historii a její zkoumání.The diploma thesis titled "Inquiry based education: Didactic materials for the aviation museum Praha-Kbely" focuses on the creation of didactic materials designed for effective history education directly within a museum environment. The main goal of the thesis was to create inquiry-based worksheets that enable active and meaningful interaction with the exhibits of the Kbely Aviation Museum, thereby motivating teachers to utilize it in history instruction. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on an analysis of relevant specialized literature concerning museum pedagogy, history didactics, and historical thinking concepts. The practical part involved a visit and study of the exhibitions at the Kbely Aviation Museum, based on which nine worksheets were created. These didactic materials are designed to guide students of the second stage of primary school through various historical epochs and themes related to aviation, from its beginnings through both World Wars and the Cold War, up to the space program and "aviation curiosities." The main outcome of the thesis is a set of comprehensive worksheets that integrate the principles of object-based learning and lead students to develop key historical thinking skills, such as working with sources, perceiving continuity and change, analyzing cause and consequence, applying historical perspectives, and ethical reflection. The contribution of the thesis lies in providing a practical and innovative didactic tool for history teachers, as the Kbely Aviation Museum has not previously offered any comprehensive worksheets. The thesis demonstrates the potential of the museum as a dynamic educational platform that can deepen students' interest in history and its exploration

Summer training of the men's superleague team FBC Liberec
No full textHlavním cílem bakalářské práce je popsat a provést analýzu letní přípravy do soutěžní sezony 2024/2025 u mužského superligového týmu FBC Liberec. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku florbalu, popis sportovního tréninku, význam letní přípravy ve florbale a v neposlední řadě na přehled prací s podobnou tematikou. V této části je rovněž zdůrazněn význam kondiční přípravy pro zlepšení výkonnosti a prevenci zranění. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu výsledků vstupních a výstupních testů jednotlivých hráčů
a vyhodnocení účinnosti tréninkového programu. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 17 hráčů
ve věku 17 až 30 let. K hodnocení výkonnosti byly použity následující testy: bench press, vznosy, shyby, skok z místa, sprint na 20 metrů a Yo-Yo test. Testování proběhlo dvakrát - na začátku a po dvou měsících letní přípravy. Výsledky jednotlivých testů byly porovnány a vyhodnoceny pomocí procentuálního posunu. Tímto způsobem bylo možné objektivně zhodnotit efektivitu zvolených tréninkových metod. Největší zlepšení bylo zaznamenáno
u testu vznosů s průměrným nárůstem o 22,6%, následovaly shyby s 14,0% a bench press s 12,1%. Výkon v Yo-Yo testu vzrostl v průměru o 10,7%, zatímco výkonnost ve sprintu na 20 metrů se zlepšila o 1,1%. U skoku z místa došlo k mírnému poklesu výkonu o 1,3%, což může být způsobeno únavou, nebo technikou provedení. Výstupy práce mohou sloužit jako cenný přínos pro hráče, trenéry a odborníky, kteří se zaměřují na efektivní sportovní přípravu a rozvoj kondice v rámci florbalového tréninku.The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe and analyze the summer preparation for the 2024/2025 competitive season of the men's Super league team FBC Liberec. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the characteristics of floorball, a description of sports training, the importance of summer preparation in floorball, and, last but not least, an overview of works on similar topics. This part also emphasizes the importance of conditioning training for performance improvement and injury prevention. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the results of initial and final tests of individual players and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the training program. The research sample consisted of 17 players aged 17 to 30. The following tests were used to assess performance: bench press,
v-ups, pull-ups, standing long jump, 20-meter sprint, and the Yo-Yo test. Testing was conducted twice - at the beginning and after two months of summer preparation. The results of the individual tests were compared and evaluated based on percentage change. This approach made it possible to objectively assess the effectiveness of the selected training methods. The greatest improvement was observed in the v-ups test, with an average increase of 22.6%, followed by pull-ups with 14.0%, and the bench press with 12.1%. Performance in the Yo-Yo test improved by an average of 10.7%, while performance in the 20-meter sprint improved by 1.1%. In the standing long jump, a slight performance decrease of 1.3% was recorded, which may be due to fatigue or execution technique. The results of this thesis can serve as a valuable contribution for players, coaches, and professionals who focus on effective sports preparation and the development of physical conditioning within floorball training

Teoretická část představuje základní pojmy, manažerské funkce, specifika rodinného podnikání a typologii osobnosti. Praktická část se zaměřuje na popis výrobního podniku, současné pracovní náplně administrativní pracovnice, a následného vyhodnocení na základě porovnání jejích aktuálních kompetencí s těmi požadovanými na výkon manažerské funkce.

bota Aubo I5, pomocí kterého bude možné zavedení automatizovaného měření ovládacích sil.
Rešeršní část provádí úvod do oblasti kolaborativní robotiky, uvádí dále do problematiky mo-
bilních stojanů, a nakonec představuje technologie lineárních vedení. Na základě provedené
rešerše byly vytvořeny a porovnány tři koncepty mobilního stojanu, kdy pro realizaci byl vy-
brán koncept, který využívá lineárních jednotek, z důvodu že nejlépe splňuje požadavky na
stabilitu, a ekonomické zhodnocení. Výsledné řešení je bezpečné, prostorově úsporné, a snadno
programovatelné.This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a mobile stand designed for a collaborative robot
called Aubo I5, which will enable automated measurement of control forces. The research part
of the bachelor's thesis describes the current state of collaborative robotics, introduces the issue
of mobile stands and introduces the technology of linear guides. Based on the research, three
concepts of a mobile stand were created and compared to each other. The concept that uses a
screw linear units was selected for a continuation of this thesis for meeting the requirements for
stability and economic evaluation. The final selution is safe, space-saving and easily program-
mable
