Výzkum zkoumá dopad personalizovaného digitálního zapojení, segmentace zákazníků na základě dat a etických datových postupů na podporu dlouhodobé loajality zákazníků. Výzkum zdůrazňuje výzvy, kterým podniky čelí při přijímání digitálního marketingu, a porovnává tradiční a digitální marketingové strategie z hlediska jejich efektivity při udržení zákazníků. Pomocí přístupu založeného na průzkumech zjištění odhalují, že personalizované zapojení zákazníků a segmentace zákazníků na základě dat mají významný dopad na zlepšení celoživotní hodnoty zákazníka. Etické postupy v oblasti dat, zejména transparentnost a zabezpečení dat, hrají klíčovou roli při podpoře důvěry a loajality zákazníků. The research examines the impact of personalized digital engagement, data-driven customer segmentation, and ethical data practices on fostering long-term customer loyalty. The research highlights the challenges businesses face in adopting digital marketing and compares traditional and digital marketing strategies in terms of their effectiveness in customer retention. Using a survey-based approach, the findings revealed that personalized customer engagement and data-driven customer segmentation have a significant impact on improving customer lifetime value. Ethical data practices, particularly transparency and data security, play a crucial role in fostering customer trust and loyalty. Additionally, the thesis includes own proposals to further strengthen digital marketing practices and customer retention strategies in the Indian hospitality sector. No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku vzdělávání žáků s ADHD na 1. stupni základní školy. Věnuje se pojmu ADHD, charakteristice jeho projevů a diagnostice této poruchy v kontextu školní výuky. Zabývá se také příčinami vzniku ADHD, jaké faktory ovlivňují školní úspěšnost žáků a způsoby jakými lze podpořit jejich rozvoj a integraci do školního prostředí.
Cílem je zmapovat míru připravenosti učitelů na práci s těmito žáky, jejich postoje, zkušenosti a využívané metody pedagogické intervence. Práce kombinuje teoretická východiska ze speciální pedagogiky, psychologie a didaktiky s empirickým šetřením, které proběhlo formou dotazníku mezi učitele. Výsledky průzkumu poukazují na konkrétní potřeby pedagogů v oblasti podpory a vzdělávání žáků s ADHD. Na základě výsledků jsou formulována doporučení vedoucí ke zkvalitnění vzdělávacího procesu.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of educating students with ADHD at the elementary school. It explores the concept of ADHD, its characteristic manifestations, and the diagnosis of the disorder within the context of school instruction. The thesis also addresses the causes of ADHD, the factors influencing academic success, and the ways in which the development and inclusion of these students in the school environment can be supported.
The aim is to examine teachers' preparedness to work with these students, their attitudes, experiences, and the pedagogical intervention methods they apply. The work combines theoretical foundations from special education, psychology, and didactics with empirical research conducted through a questionnaire among teachers. The research findings highlight the specific needs of teachers in the area of support and education of students with ADHD. Based on the results, recommendations are proposed to enhance the quality of the educational process

Impedance Methods in Medicine from the Perspective of Body Fat Measurement
No full textTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na bioimpedanční metody a vyhodnocení měření tělesného tuku. V teoretické části je podrobně popsáno složení lidského těla a jednotlivé typy tkání, přičemž zvláštní pozornost je věnována tukové tkáni. Dále jsou vysvětleny principy bioelektrické impedance a představeny další metody používané pro měření tělesného tuku, které jsou vzájemně porovnány. Praktická část obsahuje porovnání výsledků metod BIA a DEXA a soubor kazuistik vybraných respondentů, které zahrnují analýzu výsledků měření pomocí dvou elektrod na principu bioimpedance, prováděného při různých konfiguracích a frekvencích. Hlavním cílem práce je porovnat výsledky měření a vyhodnotit, jak umístění elektrod a změny frekvence ovlivňují naměřené hodnoty, které odrážejí impedanční vlastnosti tkání. Dále byla ověřena efektivita nové metody měření tělesného tuku pomocí dvou elektrod a její vhodnost pro hodnocení tělesného složení. Na základě mých dosažených výsledků a dalších relevantních studií jsou formulovány poznatky týkající se rozdílů mezi metodami, zhodnocení výsledků měření a vlivů různých faktorů na naměřené hodnoty.This diploma thesis focuses on bioimpedance methods and the evaluation of body fat measurements. The theoretical part provides a comprehensive overview of the composition of the human body and the different tissue types, with particular emphasis on adipose tissue. Furthermore, the principles of bioelectrical impedance are explained and other methods used for measuring body fat are introduced and their comparative analysis is presented. The practical part includes a comparison of results obtained using the BIA and DEXA methods, along with case studies of selected respondents. These case studies include the analysis and comparison of measurement results using two electrodes based on the principle of bioimpedance, carried out with different electrode configurations and frequencies. The main objective of the thesis is to compare the measurement results and evaluate how electrode placement and frequency changes affect the measured values that reflect the impedance properties of tissues. Additionally, the effectiveness of the new body fat measurement method using two electrodes was verified, as well as its suitability for assessing body composition. Based on my achieved results and other relevant studies, insights are formulated regarding the differences between methods, the evaluation of measurement results, and the influence of various factors on the measured values
Verification of the intervention program for the development of motor competence in children of younger school age
No full textDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na rozvoj motorické kompetence u dětí mladšího školního věku prostřednictvím cíleného intervenčního programu realizovaného v rámci hodin tělesné výchovy. Cílem práce bylo ověření efektivity navrženého intervenčního programu a zhodnocení jeho dopadu na úroveň motorické kompetence testovaného souboru. Ke sběru dat byla využita česká verze standardizované testové baterie BOT-2 (Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency - Second Edition). Data byla vyhodnocena pomocí online diagnostické aplikace, která byla vyvinuta jako nástroj pro identifikaci dětí mladšího školního věku ohrožených dyspraxií. Věcná významnost změn byla posuzována pomocí Cohenova koeficientu účinku d. Výsledky ukazují, že intervenční program měl pozitivní vliv na rozvoj motorické kompetence u žáků experimentální skupiny, zatímco v kontrolní skupině nebyly zaznamenány významné změny. Program se osvědčil jako funkční nástroj pro školní praxi a jeho aplikace může přispět k efektivnější podpoře pohybového vývoje dětí na 1. stupni základní školy.The thesis focuses on the development of motor competence in younger school-age children through a targeted intervention program implemented during physical education lessons. The aim of the study was to verify the effectiveness of the proposed intervention program and to evaluate its impact on the level of motor competence in the tested group. Data were collected using the Czech version of the standardized test battery BOT-2 (Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency - Second Edition). The data were analysed using an online diagnostic application developed as a tool for identifying younger school-age children at risk of dyspraxia. The practical significance of the changes was assessed using Cohen's d effect size coefficient. The results show that the intervention program had a positive effect on the development of motor competence in the experimental group of pupils, while no significant changes were observed in the control group. The program proved to be a functional tool for school practice, and its application may contribute to more effective support for motor development in children at the primary school level
Implementation of a web application for sensor data collection and visualization
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací systému pro sběr, ukládání a vizualizaci dat z chytrých senzorů prostřednictvím webového rozhraní. V úvodu jsou porovnány možné přístupy k realizaci takového řešení, přičemž byla zvolena varianta využívající komerčně dostupná zařízení pro jejich spolehlivost a snadnou integraci.
Systém je rozdělen na backendovou část, která zajišťuje komunikaci se senzory a databází, a frontendovou část, která umožňuje zobrazování dat a interakci s uživatelem. Celé řešení je nasazeno na zařízení Raspberry Pi. Kromě návrhu a vývoje byla provedena také automatizace testování a nasazení pomocí GitLab CI/CD. Výsledná aplikace umožňuje sledovat veličiny jako teplota, vlhkost, proud, napětí a výkon a poskytuje přehledné rozhraní pro jejich analýzu a vizualizaci.This bachelor thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a system for collecting, storing, and visualizing data from smart sensors through a web interface. The introductory part compares possible approaches to such a solution, and a commercially available sensor-based approach was chosen due to its reliability and ease of integration.
The system is divided into a backend that handles communication with sensors and a database, and a frontend that provides data display and user interaction. The entire solution is deployed on a Raspberry Pi device. In addition to development, the project includes automated testing and deployment using GitLab CI/CD. The final application enables monitoring of temperature, humidity, current, voltage, and power and offers a user-friendly interface for data analysis and visualization

Následně seznamuje s platformou Android a programovacím jazykem Kotlin. Tuto část uzavírá uvedení do procesu tvorby aplikace, od nápadu přes analýzy, návrhy až po vývoj, testování a vydání. Praktická část představuje proces vývoje mobilní aplikace se zaměřením na e-fashion zahrnující analýzy cílové skupiny a konkurence, návrh uživatelského rozhraní, datové struktury a celkové architektury aplikace a samotný vývoj prototypu. Dále seznamuje s provedeným uživatelským testováním, jeho výsledky a shrnutím námětů pro budoucí rozvoj. Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout, vyvinout a uživatelsky otestovat prototyp mobilní aplikace v oblasti e-fashion.This master thesis focuses on the development of a mobile application using the Kotlin programming language with a focus of digital fashion. The theoretical part introduces the history of mobile applications, the technologies and approaches used in their creation, their architecture and development methodologies. It then presents the Android platform and the Kotlin programming language. This section concludes with an overview of the application development process, from the initial idea through analysis, design, development, testing and release. The practical part describes the development process of a mobile application in the sector of e-fashion, including the analysis of the target group and competitors, the design of the user interface, data structures and overall application architecture as well as the development of the prototype itself. Furthermore, it presents the conducted user testing, its results and a summary of suggestions for future improvements. materiálů v závislosti na jejich tvrdosti. V experimentální části je popsán postup 3D tiskové výroby fotopolymerních vzorků zhotovených metodou PolyJet o tvrdosti 30 Shore A, 40 Shore A, 70 Shore A a 80 Shore A a jejich následné laboratorní abrazivní opotřebení třecí metodou pomocí brusných kotoučů. Míra opotřebení vzorků je hodnocena stanovením hmotnostních a objemových indexů opotřebení, které jsou tím vyšší, čím vyšších hodnot tvrdosti vzorky vykazují, přičemž největších změn bylo zaznamenáno mezi vzorky s tvrdostí 30 a 40 Shore A. Na opotřebených i neopotřebených površích vzorků byly mikroskopicky sledovány výškové parametry průměrné drsnosti povrchu a největší výška mezi nejnižší
prohlubní a nejvyšším výstupkem, které se zvyšují s rostoucí tvrdostí vzorků, a dále parametr špičatosti, který se snižuje s rostoucí tvrdostí vzorků.The bachelor thesis focuses on studying the degree of abrasive wear in photopolymer materials depending on their hardness. The experimental section describes the process of 3D printing photopolymer samples using the PolyJet method with hardness levels of 30 Shore A, 40 Shore A, 70 Shore A, and 80 Shore A, followed by laboratory testing of abrasive wear using a friction-based method with abrasive wheels. The wear rate of the samples is evaluated by determining the mass and volume wear indices, which increase with higher sample hardness values. The most significant changes were observed between samples with hardness levels of 30 and 40 Shore A. Microscopic observations were conducted on both worn and unworn sample surfaces to analyze height parameters, including the average surface roughness and the maximum height between the deepest valley and the highest peak - both of which increase with increasing sample hardness. Additionally, the sharpness parameter was assessed, which decreases as sample hardness increases
