No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na komplexní posouzení udržitelnosti v kontextu sociálního podnikání. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny klíčové koncepty udržitelnosti a sociálního podnikání a posouzeny jejich vzájemné vztahy
s argumentem, že sociální podniky ve své podstatě naplňují principy udržitelného rozvoje. Praktická část aplikuje tento teoretický rámec na případové studii skupiny sociálních podniků Etincelle. Ekonomická, sociální a environmentální udržitelnost této skupiny je zhodnocena prostřednictvím rozboru relevantních informací a dokumentů a také pomocí SWOT analýzy. Práce potvrzuje, že Etincelle aktivně integruje principy udržitelného sociálního podnikání, a identifikuje oblasti pro další zlepšení, zejména v interních procesech a strategickém začlenění environmentální odpovědnosti. Závěrem práce konstatuje, že případová studie Etincelle silně podporuje tezi o inherentní udržitelnosti sociálního podnikání a o jeho významu pro vytváření inkluzivnější společnosti. Práce přináší hlubší vhled do sociálního podnikání jako nástroje udržitelného rozvoje a podtrhuje jeho potenciál v reakci na současné globální výzvy.This bachelor thesis focuses on a comprehensive assessment of sustainability
in the context of social entrepreneurship. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the key concepts of sustainability and social entrepreneurship and assesses their interrelationship. It argues that social enterprises inherently fulfil the principles of sustainable development. The practical part applies this theoretical framework to a case study of the social enterprise group Etincelle. The economic, social and environmental sustainability of this group is assessed through the analysis of relevant information and documents as well as through a SWOT analysis. The thesis confirms that Etincelle actively integrates the principles of sustainable social enterprise and identifies areas for further improvement, in particular internal processes and the strategic integration of environmental responsibility. The thesis concludes that the Etincelle case study strongly supports the proposition that of the inherent sustainability of social entrepreneurship and its importance in creating a more inclusive society. The thesis provides deeper insights into social entrepreneurship as a tool for sustainable development and highlights its potential in responding to contemporary global challenges

vlastností tenkých vrstev připravených metodou magnetronového naprašování a plazmovou polymerizací za účelem podpory adheze a růstu bakterií na pevných nosičích. V teoretické části jsou popsány vlastnosti a druhy bakterií a poté biostimulační vrstvy, jejich popis, pro aplikaci podstatné faktory a metody přípravy. Experimentální část je pak zaměřena na popis metod použitých k hodnocení mechanických a biologických vlastností zkoumaných vzorků. Nakonec byly vyhodnoceny nejvhodnější vzorky pro předpokládané aplikace.This work deals with the evaluation of physico-chemical and biostimulating properties of thin films prepared by magnetron sputtering and plasma polymerization to promote adhesion and growth of bacteria on solid carriers. The theoretical part of the work describes the properties and species of bacteria and then the biostimulation layers, their description, the factors essential for the application and their preparation methods. The experimental part is then focused on the description of the methods used to evaluate the mechanical and biological properties of the investigated samples. Finally, the most suitable samples for the intended applications were evaluated

Sleduje proměny obchodních toků, strukturálních vazeb i vnějších podmínek, které formovaly postavení Ruska v globální ekonomice. Pozornost je věnována období po rozpadu Sovětského svazu, ruské měnové krizi v roce 1998, internetové horečce v roce 2001, globální ekonomické krizi v roce 2008, období po ruské anexi Krymu v roce 2014 a důsledkům invaze na Ukrajinu v roce 2022. Práce mapuje reakce ruských institucí a firem, hledání nových partnerů, dopady sankcí i důsledky technologické izolace. Práce využívá historicko-komparativní metodu a sekundární data z odborných publikací, statistik a zpráv mezinárodních organizací.This bachelor thesis offers a chronological overview of the development of the Russian Federation's foreign trade in the context of key world events from the early 1990s to 2024. It follows the changes in trade flows, structural links and external conditions that have shaped Russia's position in the global economy. It focuses on the period after the collapse of the Soviet Union, the 1998 Russian financial crisis, the 2001 dot-com bubble, the 2008 Great Recession, the period after Russia's annexation of Crimea in 2014, and the consequences of the 2022 invasion of Ukraine. The work traces the reactions of Russian institutions and firms, the search for new partners, the impact of sanctions, and the consequences of technological isolation. The work uses a historical-comparative method and secondary data from academic publications, statistics and reports of international organizations

No full textTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci chyb a jejich dopadem na hospodaření podniku. Účetní chyby mohou mít podstatné následky nejen do hospodaření podniku, ale i do výpočtu daně z příjmů a v neposlední řadě mohou zkreslit účetní závěrku. Vše toto může vést k chybným rozhodnutím při řízení podniku nebo k chybným úsudkům externích uživatelů účetní závěrky. V práci je popsána definice chyby a zkoumána je i zákonná úprava chyb a metodika postupů při opravách definovaných typů chyb. Analyzovány jsou různé metody identifikace a minimalizace chyb, včetně využití analytických nástrojů a modelů. Nastíněny jsou dopady chyb z různých hledisek jako je daňové hledisko, hledisko odpovědnosti dle trestního práva nebo ekonomické hledisko. Výsledky práce mají poskytnout praktická doporučení v oblasti kontrol účetní evidence, tak aby se maximalizovala přesnost a transparentnost finančních výkazů.This thesis focuses on the identification of errors and their impact on the management of the company. Accounting errors can have significant consequences not only on the performance of the business, but also on the calculation of income tax and, last but not least, can distort the financial statements. All of these can lead to erroneous decisions in the management of the business or to misjudgements by external users of the financial statements. The paper describes the definition of an error and examines the legal regulation of errors and the methodology of procedures for correcting defined types of errors. Various methods of error identification and minimization are analyzed, including the use of analytical tools and models. The impact of errors from different perspectives such as tax, criminal liability and economic are outlined. The results of the work are intended to provide practical recommendations in the area of accounting controls so as to maximise the accuracy and transparency of financial statements

Cílem je zjistit, jak tyto aktivity ovlivňují rozvoj dítěte a posilují vztahy s rodiči. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy jako hra a společné činnosti a nabízí pedagogicko-psychologickou charakteristiku dítěte. Dále popisuje, jak různé aktivity přispívají k rozvoji grafomotoriky, kognice, emocí a sociálních dovedností. V praktické části je pomocí dotazníku zjišťována četnost, forma a oblíbenost společných aktivit, kvalita rodinných vztahů i podpora rozvoje dítěte doma. Následně je představen vzdělávací program pro MŠ zaměřený na spolupráci rodiny a školy. Program byl realizován v MŠ Severní v České Lípě a jeho cílem bylo podpořit komplexní rozvoj dítěte a aktivní zapojení rodičů.The bachelor's thesis focuses on the importance and effectiveness of joint activities between parents and preschool children, with an emphasis on their application in kindergarten settings. The aim is to explore how these activities influence child development and strengthen parent-child relationships. The theoretical part defines key terms such as play and joint activities, and provides a pedagogical and psychological profile of preschool children. It also describes how various activities support the development of graphomotor, cognitive, emotional, and social skills. The practical part includes a questionnaire survey examining the frequency, form, and popularity of joint activities, quality of family relationships, and parental support for development at home. A follow-up educational program aimed at enhancing cooperation between family and school is presented. The program was implemented in MŠ Severní in Česká Lípa, aiming to support the holistic development of the child and active parental involvement
Integration of Non-standard Robot Kinematics into the Automation Studio Environment

Práce se zaměřuje na odvození přímé, inverzní a diferenciální kinematiky pro dvouosý robotický manipulátor. Odvozené transformační vztahy jsou imple-mentovány do knihovny Custom Mechanical System, která je součástí mappMotion. Následně je provedena parametrizace komponenty Custom Mechanical System a integrace vyvinutého řešení do stávajícího softwaru robotického manipulátoru. Výsledná implementace je ověřena testováním funkčnosti systému.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the integration of non-standard kinematics of a robotic ma-nipulator into the Automation Studio environment. The thesis focuses on deriving forward, inverse, and differential kinematics for a two-degree-of-freedom robotic manipulator. The derived transformation relationships are implemented into the Custom Mechanical System library, which is part of mappMotion. Subsequently, the Custom Mechanical System compo-nent is parameterized, and the developed solution is integrated into the existing robotic ma-nipulator software. The final implementation is verified through system functionality testing

Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení pojmů, klasifikaci cestovního ruchu, vývoji tenisu a jeho aktuálnímu stavu v České republice i zahraničí. Praktická část je zaměřena na konkrétní návrhy individuálních cest a jejich zhodnocení. Dále je navržen produkt aktivního sportovního cestovního ruchu.This bachelor thesis aims at sports tourism with a focus on tennis. The main goal of the thesis is to create a proposal for individual travel to prestigious tennis tournaments and to compare these proposals with the offers of travel agencies. Research into valorisation of brewery waste during the preparation of biodegradable polymer systems
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá možností využití pivovarského mláta, vedlejšího produktu vznikajícího při výrobě piva, jako plniva v biokompozitním materiálu na bázi polylaktidu (PLA). Cílem bylo vytvořit ekologicky šetrný, biologicky odbouratelný materiál, který by mohl sloužit jako alternativa k běžným plastům, např. při výrobě jednorázových kelímků. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány základní vlastnosti polymerů, biopolymerů a pivovarského mláta. V experimentální části byly připraveny vzorky kompozitů s různým obsahem a velikostí mláta a testovány jejich mechanické a tepelné vlastnosti pomocí tahových a rázových zkoušek, termické analýzy a morfologického hodnocení lomových ploch. Výsledky ukazují, že přídavek mláta ovlivňuje mechanické vlastnosti i krystalinitu materiálu, přičemž jemnější frakce mláta vykazovala příznivější vlastnosti s polymerní matricí. Studie potvrdila potenciál použití mláta jako udržitelného plniva v PLA kompozitech, zejména v aplikacích, kde je důležitá ekologická stránka materiálu.This bachelor's thesis explores the potential utilization of brewer's spent grain (BSG), a byproduct of the beer brewing process, as a filler in a biocomposite material based on the polylactic-acid (PLA). The aim was to create an environmentally friendly, biodegradable material that could serve as an alternative to conventional plastics, for example, in the production of disposable cups. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic properties of polymers, biopolymers, and brewer's spent grain. In the experimental part, composite samples with varying contents and types of BSG were prepared and their mechanical and thermal properties were tested using tensile and impact tests, thermal analysis, and morphological evaluation of fracture surfaces. The results show that the addition of BSG affects the mechanical properties and crystallinity of the material, with the finer fraction of BSG exhibiting more favourable properties with the polymer matrix. The study confirmed the potential of using BSG as a sustainable filler in PLA composites, particularly in applications where the ecological aspect of the material is important
