Communication of kindergarten teacher with preschool-aged children according to the temperament typology
No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá komunikací učitelky mateřské školy s dětmi předškolního věku s ohledem na jejich typ temperamentu. Cílem práce je na základě studia odborné literatury a analýzy zkušeností učitelek navrhnout vhodné komunikační strategie pro práci pedagogů s dětmi předškolního věku podle typů temperamentu. Teoretická část se věnuje vývojovým charakteristikám dětí předškolního období, různým přístupům k temperamentu a specifikům pedagogické komunikace. Jako hlavní nástroj pro rozlišení typů temperamentu je zvolena typologie MBTI. Praktická část využívá dotazníkového šetření, pozorování a rozhovor s učitelkou. Výsledky přinášejí doporučení pro přizpůsobení komunikačních přístupů individuálním potřebám dítěte a přispívají k lepšímu porozumění významu temperamentu v pedagogické praxi.The bachelor thesis deals with the communication of a kindergarten teacher with preschool children wiith regard to their temeprament type. The aim of the thesis is to propose approriste communication strategies for teaches' work with preschool children accotding to their temperament types on the basis of the study of literatuře and analysis od teachers' experiences. The theoretical part is devoted to developmental characteristics od preschool children, different approaches to temperament and specifics od pedagogical communication. The MBTI typology is chosen as the main tool for distinguishing temperament types. The practical part uses a questionnaire survey, observation and an interview with a teacher. The results provide recommendations for adapting communication approaches to the individual needs of the child and contribute to a better understanding of the importance od temperament in pedagogical practice

No full textTéma této bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na problematiku náhlých příhod břišních v přednemocniční péči. Cílem je analyzovat specifika zdravotnických přístupů k jednotlivým stavům NPB, popsat samotnou péči o pacienta s takovými příznaky a zjistit kritické body při provádění samotné diagnostiky NPB. Teoretická část práce pojednává o základech anatomie a fyziologie břicha jako uvedení do samotného tématu, o odběru správné a výtěžné anamnézy u pacienta, o samotném fyzikálním vyšetření a specifických symptomech náhlých příhod břišních. Dále je cílem této práce rozvést a podrobně popsat témata a problematiku akutní apendicitidy, ileózních stavů, aneurysmatu abdominální aorty a mimoděložního těhotenství. Nedílnou součástí je pak také samozřejmě farmakoterapie těchto stavů, jež je zaměřena na analgezii a léčbu akutní bolesti, doplněnou o léčiva dostupná ve vozidlech zdravotnické záchranné služby. Obsahem praktické části je vlastní výzkum, pro nějž byla využita metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, jehož cílem bylo zjistit specifika jednotlivých onemocnění.The topic of this bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of acute abdomen in pre-hospital care. The aim is to analyse the specifics of medical approaches to each acute abdomen condition, to describe the actual care of a patient with such symptoms and to identify critical points in the actual diagnosis of acute abdomen. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the basics of the anatomy and physiology of the abdomen as an introduction to the topic itself, the taking of a correct and yielding history in the patient, the physical examination itself and the specific symptoms of sudden abdominal events. Furthermore, the aim of this thesis is to elaborate and detail the topics and issues of acute appendicitis, ileus, abdominal aortic aneurysm and ectopic pregnancy. The pharmacotherapy of these conditions, which focuses on analgesia and treatment of acute pain, complemented by drugs available in ambulances, is of course an integral part of this work. The content of the practical part is the actual research, for which the method of semi-structured interview was used to find out the specifics of individual diseases

No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá využitím maskování poranění jako metody výuky první pomoci v kontextu zážitkové pedagogiky. Cílem práce bylo popsat různé formy zážitkového učení v oblasti první pomoci a představit maskování jako jeden z jejich nástrojů.
Teoretická část obsahuje význam zážitkové pedagogiky, její principy a využití ve výuce první pomoci. Dále popisuje metody simulace a maskování zranění. V praktické části se nachází přehledný metodický manuál pro maskování vybraných typů poranění (např. řezná rána, popáleniny, zlomenina), návody na výrobu pomůcek k maskování, popis materiálů i konkrétní scénáře k simulacím. Součástí praktické části je i fotodokumentace jednotlivých namaskovaných poraněních.
Výstupem práce je ucelený praktický manuál, který může sloužit jako pomůcka pro lektory nebo pedagogiky vyučující první pomoc. Manuál přispívá k efektivní výuce první pomoci díky maskování poranění a prvkům zážitkové pedagogiky.This bachelor thesis explores the use of injury simulation (moulage) as a method of first aid education within the framework of experiential pedagogy. The aim of the thesis is to describe various forms of experiential learning in the context of first aid training and to present moulage as one of the possible education tools.
The theoretical part outlines the importance of experiential pedagogy, its core principles, and its application in first aid education, It futher describes methods of simulation and injury moulage. The practical part includes a comprehensive methodological manual for moulaging selected types of injuries (e.g. burns, cuts, fractures), step-by-step guides for making moulage tools, a list of materials, and scenarios for model situations. The practical output also includes photo documentation of individual moulaged injuries.
The main outcome of this thesis is a practical manual that may serve as a useful resource for instructors and educators teaching first aid. The manual contributes to more effective first aid education through realistic simulation of injuries and the use of experiential learning principles

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá významnou rolí Joea Hilla v organizaci Industrial Workers of the World (IWW), přičemž se zvláště zaměřuje na jeho přínos jako skladatele textů a básníka. Dělnický aktivista, Joe Hill, využil svého uměleckého talentu k inspirování ostatních dělníků a k vyjádření cílů a identity IWW na počátku 20. století. Jeho písně a básně, zahrnující píseň "The Tramp" a báseň "Last Will", sloužily jako mocné nástroje k sjednocování dělníků a vyjadřovaly podporu a solidaritu v rámci dělnického hnutí. Výzkum využívá historickou analýzu v kombinaci s detailním rozborem Hillových děl. Studie se dále věnuje širšímu kulturnímu dopadu Hillova odkazu prostřednictvím balady Alfreda Hayese "The Ballad of Joe Hill".This thesis explores Joe Hill's significant role within the Industrial Workers of the World (IWW), particularly focusing on his contributions as a songwriter and poet. A labor activist, Joe Hill, used his artistic talents to inspire his fellow workers and express the goals and identity of the IWW during the early 20th century. His songs and poems, including "The Tramp" and "Last Will," were powerful tools for uniting workers and promoting solidarity within the labor movement. This study employs a historical analysis and close reading of Hill's works. Analýza je soustředěna zejména na narativní prostor jednotlivých povídek a na roli vypravěče. Cílem práce je postihnout obecné principy uchopení a zobrazování prostředí v české naturalistické povídce a zjistit, jakou nese prostředí v narativních textech funkci. Práce se zároveň za uplatnění komparativní analýzy snaží vysledovat, jak se způsoby zobrazování narativního prostoru a funkce prostředí proměňují v závislosti na specifických poetikách jednotlivých autorů.The diploma thesis analyzes selected short story texts by Czech naturalist authors Karel Matěj Čapek Chod, Václav Hladík, Rudolf Jaroslav Kronbauer, Matěj Anastazia Šimáček and Josef Karel Šlejhar. The analysis focuses primarily on the narrative space of individual short stories and the role of the narrator. The aim of the thesis is to identify the general principles of how the environment is conceived and depicted in Czech naturalist short stories and to determine the function that the environment fulfills in narrative texts. At the same time, through the application of comparative analysis, the thesis seeks to trace how the modes of depicting narrative space and the function of the environment change depending on the specific poetics of individual authors

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na geografické, agroekologické a technologické aspekty pěstování plodin využívaných k výrobě sladidel, se zvláštním důrazem na alternativní zdroje, zejména stévii a čekanku. Práce hodnotí jejich klimatické a půdní nároky, vodní režim a agrotechnické specifikum, a porovnává je s tradičními cukrodárnými plodinami, cukrovou řepou a třtinou. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována environmentálním dopadům pěstování těchto plodin a jejich potenciálu přispět k udržitelnější a ekologicky šetrnější produkci sladidel. Součástí práce je i stručný historický exkurz, který ukazuje proměnu cukru z luxusního zboží na masovou komoditu s významnými socioekonomickými důsledky. Závěr práce poukazuje na rostoucí význam alternativních sladidel v kontextu zdravějšího životního stylu a klimatických výzev.This bachelor thesis focuses on the geographical, agroecological and technological aspects of the cultivation of crops used for sweetener production, with particular emphasis on alternative sources, especially stevia and chicory. The work evaluates their climatic and soil requirements, water regime and agrotechnical specificity, and compares them with the traditional sugar crops, sugar beet and sugar cane. Particular attention is paid to the environmental impacts of growing these crops and their potential to contribute to more sustainable and environmentally friendly sweetener production. A brief historical excursus is also included, showing the transformation of sugar from a luxury good to a mass commodity with significant socio-economic implications. Finally, the thesis highlights the growing importance of alternative sweeteners in the context of healthier lifestyles and climate challenges
Záchyt prachových částic po obrábění extrudovaných hliníkových profilů ve firmě RENOKAR CNC, sro
No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou prachových částic vznikajících při obrábění extrudovaných hliníkových profilů. Cílem práce bylo provést analýzu částic z hlediska jejich tvaru, velikosti, struktury, chemického složení a přírůstku přítomnosti částic na vybraných filtrech rozmístěných v kontrolovaném pracovním prostoru výrobní haly. Pro provedené analýzy byla využita metoda rastrovací elektronové mikroskopie (SEM) a energeticky disperzní analýza (EDX). Ke stanovení hmotnostního přírůstku byla využita metoda vážení. Měření prokázala přítomnost částic v širokém rozmezí velikostí - od desítek nanometrů až po stovky mikrometrů. Největší zdravotní riziko představují nanočástice, které snadno pronikají do dýchacího ústrojí. I když nebyly potvrzeny nanočástice přímo z hliníku, byly detekovány jiné částice s potenciálně nebezpečným složením. Dále bylo zjištěno, že se částice volně šíří prostorem haly i přes přítomnost filtračních zařízení. Práce tak ověřila účinnost aktuálních využívaných metod filtrace a odsávání ve firmě a na základě tohoto rozboru navrhuje konkrétní opatření ke snížení prašnosti a zlepšení pracovního prostředí.The diploma thesis deals with the issue of dust particles generated during the machining of extruded aluminum profiles. The aim of the work was to analyze the particles in terms of their shape, size, structure, chemical composition and the increase in the presence of particles on selected filters located in the controlled working area of the production hall. The methods of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive analysis (EDX) were used for the analyses. The weighing method was used to determine the mass increase. The measurements showed the presence of particles in a wide range of sizes - from tens of nanometers to hundreds of micrometers. The greatest health risk is represented by nanoparticles that easily penetrate the respiratory tract. Although nanoparticles directly from aluminum were not confirmed, other particles with a potentially dangerous composition were detected. It was also found that the particles spread freely throughout the hall despite the presence of filtration devices. The work thus verified the effectiveness of the current filtration and extraction methods used in the company and, based on this analysis, proposes specific measures to reduce dust and improve the working environment

Praktická část porovnává roční proces produkce, publikování a propagace příspěvků a vychází z autorovy osobní zkušenosti s dlouhodobým publikováním videí, přičemž reflektuje celý proces od návrhu, přes technickou produkci až po distribuci a analýzu výsledků. Práce srovnává různě efektivní videa z hlediska úspěšnosti a dosahu a vyhodnocuje ideální formát a styl videí publikovaných na sociální síti LinkedIn a na platformě YouTube.This bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of video content for marketing purposes on social media. The aim is to analyse the specifics of video marketing on platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and Meta networks, to identify the parameters of the target audience, and assess the effectiveness of selected content examples through a case study. The practical part compares a year-long process of producing, publishing, and promoting video posts and is based on the author's personal experience with long-term video publishing. It reflects the entire process from planning and technical production to distribution and performance analysis. The thesis compares the varying success of videos in terms of reach and engagement and assesses the ideal format and style of video content for publication on LinkedIn

Poté je práce zaměřena již na samotné vztahy EU a Jižní Koreje, krátce mapuje jejich vývoj, aktuální stav, obchodní výměnu a potenciální rozvoj do budoucna. Jedna kapitola práce je věnována smlouvě Free Trade Agreement, která je pro vzájemný obchod obou stran klíčová. Předposlední část mapuje možné perspektivy vzájemných vztahů a jihokorejským firmám na trhu EU a evropským firmám na jihokorejském trhu.The bachelor thesis focuses on the mutual cooperation between the European Union and South Korea. The first part of the thesis focuses on South Korea itself. Basic information about the region, its politics and economy is presented. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on the European Union mainly on trade. Then the thesis focuses on the EU-South Korea relations themselves, briefly mapping their development, current status, trade exchange and potential future development. One chapter of the thesis is devoted to the Free Trade Agreement, which is crucial for trade between the two sides. The penultimate section maps out the possible prospects for the relationship and for South Korean firms in the EU market and European firms in the South Korean market
