The economic cycle as an important factor influencing banking sector activity

Koordinace měnové afiskální politiky zmírňuje negativní dopady recesí aposiluje stabilitu bankovního sektoru.The bachelor thesis analyses the effects of the business cycle on the Czech banking sector between 2000 and 2024; summarises theoretical approaches to cyclical fluctuations and the role of monetary and fiscal policy; maps macroeconomic developments from EU accession to the inflation shock of 2023-2024; and evaluates data on GDP, inflation, interest rates and lending activity. It finds that expansionary phases increase lending and bank profitability, while contractions increase credit risk and pressure on capital buffers. It also shows that the CNB's foreign exchange interventions in 2013-2017 stabilized the price level and boosted exports; a case study of the four largest banks confirms their financial resilience. Coordination of monetary and fiscal policies mitigates the negative effects of recessions and strengthens the stability of the banking sector

Teoretická část shrnuje charakteristiku CFRP materiálů, základní poznatky o frézování,
problematiku frézování kompozitních materiálů za působení procesní kapaliny a způsoby
měření integrity povrchu. Metodika měření popisuje kompletní přípravu a postupy na
experimentální měření, včetně použitých nástrojů, měřidel a zařízení. Naměřené hodnoty jsou
zaznamenány v experimentální části přehledně v tabulkách. Na základě provedených měření
jsou získané výsledky analyzovány v diskusi. V závěru je uvedeno shrnutí bakalářské práce
spolu s výsledky a doporučeními.The main objective of the bachelor is to analyse the effect of the cooling medium on
the final quality of the machined surface and to compare its influence on the formation of
surface defects such as delamination.
The theoretical part summarizes the characteristics of CFRP materials, the basic knowledge of
milling, the problems of milling composite materials under the influence of process fluid and
the methods of measuring surface integrity. The measurement methodology describes the
complete preparation and procedures for experimental measurements, including the tools,
gauges and equipment used. The measured values are recorded in the experimental section
clearly in tables. Based on the measurements made, the results obtained are analyzed in the
discussion. Finally, a summary of the bachelor thesis is given along with the results and
recommendations

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na koncept udržitelnosti v oblasti ubytovacích zařízení a porovnává přístupy k udržitelnému rozvoji v regionech Český ráj a Saské Švýcarsko. Cílem je zhodnotit aktuální stav i možnosti zavádění ekologických opatření v ubytovacích službách, zejména z pohledu místních obyvatel a návštěvníků Českého ráje. Teoretická část definuje klíčové pojmy udržitelnosti a specifika ubytovacích služeb. Praktická část staví na případové studii a dotazníkovém šetření. Výsledky ukazují, že Saské Švýcarsko přistupuje k udržitelnosti systematicky, zatímco Český ráj má v této oblasti prostor pro rozvoj. Největší podporu mezi navrhovanými opatřeními získaly snadno realizovatelné prvky, jako je třídění odpadu, omezená výměna prádla či spolupráce s lokálními dodavateli.This bachelor thesis focuses on the concept of sustainability in accommodation facilities and compares approaches to sustainable development in the regions of Bohemian Paradise and Saxon Switzerland. The aim is to evaluate the current state and potential for implementing environmental measures in accommodation services, particularly from the perspective of local residents and visitors to Bohemian Paradise. The theoretical part defines key concepts of sustainability and specifics of the accommodation sector. The practical part is based on a case study and a questionnaire survey. The results show that Saxon Switzerland applies sustainability more systematically, while Bohemian Paradise still has room for improvement. Among the proposed measures, the most supported were those that are easy to implement, such as waste sorting, reduced linen changes, and cooperation with local food suppliers

Zachycuje její vývoj od počátků ve 20. letech 20. století, kdy byla provozována pod záštitou TJ Sokol Turnov, Sportovním klubem Turnov a klubem LTK Turnov a v současnosti pod samostatným klubem AC Turnov. Mapuje organizační proměny, významné osobnosti a klíčové události, které turnovskou atletiku formovaly. Popisuje proměnu zázemí pro trénink a jeho zlepšování v průběhu celé historie. Práce je kontextově uvozena kapitolami o dějinách Sokola od jeho vzniku v roce 1862 až do roku 1990 a o vývoji atletiky na českém území.This bachelor thesis deals with the history of athletics in Turnov. The thesis depicts its development from its beginnings in the 1920s, when it was operated under the auspices of the TJ Sokol Turnov, the Turnov Sports Club and the LTK Turnov club, and currently under the independent club AC Turnov. The thesis maps organizational changes, important personalities and key events that shaped Turnov athletics. It describes the transformation of training facilities and their improvement throughout the history. The thesis is contextualized by chapters on the history of Sokol from its foundation in 1862 until 1990 and on the development of athletics in the czech territory
Communication in palliative care
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou komunikace studentů oboru Všeobecné ošetřovatelství v paliativní péči. Cílem práce bylo zjistit úroveň jejich informovanosti o paliativní péči, zmapovat znalosti zásad komunikace v této oblasti
a identifikovat obtíže, s nimiž se studenti setkávají během praxe. Teoretická část se věnuje obecným aspektům komunikace a specifikům paliativní péče. Praktická část byla realizována formou kvantitativního výzkumu prostřednictvím online dotazníku. Výsledky ukázaly, že ačkoli jsou studenti teoreticky dobře informováni, v oblasti praktické komunikace přetrvávají určité nedostatky. Na základě těchto zjištění byl vytvořen edukační poster jako podpůrný nástroj pro efektivní komunikaci v náročných situacích paliativní péče.This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of communication among students of the General Nursing field in palliative care. The aim of the thesis was to determine the level of their awareness of palliative care, to map the knowledge of the principles of communication in this area and to identify the difficulties that students encounter during practice. The theoretical part is devoted to general aspects of communication and the specifics of palliative care. The practical part was carried out in the form of quantitative research using an online questionnaire. The results showed that although students are theoretically well informed, certain shortcomings persist in the area of practical communication. V práci jsou popsány základní principy výroby nanovlákenných produktů. The actual output is the analysis, design, and implementation of consumption measurements of individual technological and control elements on all machines and equipment with regard to the type of product produced. Cílem práce je navrhnout takové slože-ní majetkového a odpovědnostního pojištění, které zajistí odpovídající úroveň krytí při efektivním vynakládání veřejných prostředků. Teoretická část práce definuje hlavní cíle a metody práce, popisuje základní pojmy z oblasti řízení rizik, pojišťov-nictví
a legislativního rámce upravujícího pojištění obcí. Dále jsou představeny přístupy k analýze a klasifikaci rizik a vysvětlen význam pojištění jako nástroje přenosu rizika. Praktická část se zaměřuje na popis současného stavu pojistné ochrany dané obce, identifikaci nedostatků v krytí a analýzu pojistných nabídek od několika po-jišťoven. Pomocí vícekriteriálního skóringového modelu jsou jednotlivé nabídky hodnoceny podle stanovených kritérií a preferencí obce. Na základě tohoto vyhodnocení je navržen konkrétní model pojistné ochrany, který odpovídá reálným potřebám obce a přispívá k její dlouhodobé finanční stabilitě.The thesis deals with the issue of optimization of insurance protection of a select-ed municipality as a specific public entity. The aim of the thesis is to propose such a composition of property and liability insurance that will ensure an adequate level of coverage while spending public funds efficiently. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the main objectives and methods of the thesis, describes the basic concepts of risk management, insurance and the legislative framework governing municipal insurance. It also presents the approaches to risk analysis and classifi-cation and the importance of insurance as a risk transfer tool is explained. The practical part focuses on the description of the current state of insurance protec-tion of the municipality, identification of gaps in coverage and analysis of insur-ance offers from several insurance companies. Using a multi-criteria scoring mod-el, the individual offers are evaluated according to set criteria and the preferences of the municipality. Based on this evaluation, a specific insurance protection mod-el is proposed that corresponds to the real needs of the municipality and contrib-utes to its long-term financial stability

Zkoumá zmetkovitost v procesu montáže nástrojů na montážních linkách ve společnosti XYZ s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou ukotveny teoretické poznatky k manažerskému rozhodování, řízení jakosti, výzkumnému procesu a statistickým metodám. V praktické části je popsán současný proces kontroly kvality ve společnosti XYZ s.r.o. a pomocí vhodných statistických metod jsou zkoumána data ze tří po sobě jdoucích měsíců získaná průběžnou kontrolou. Cílem práce je odhalit hlavní příčiny vzniku zmetků, dále také identifikace linek, na kterých je těchto zmetků vytvářeno nejvíce. V neposlední řadě je cílem určit nápravná opatření pro snížení zmetkovitosti.This bachelor's thesis deals with managerial decision-making in a manufacturing company while using statistical methods as a tool. It investigates the reject rate in the assembly process of tools on assembly lines in the company XYZ s.r.o. The thesis consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part states the findings regarding managerial decision-making, quality control, research process, and statistical methods. In the practical part, the current quality control process in the company XYZ s.r.o. is described, and data from three consecutive months acquired through continuous control are analysed using appropriate statistical methods. The thesis's objective is to detect the main reasons for the creation of a reject, detect the assembly lines where most rejects are being made and define corrective measures to decrease the reject rate

Dnes je elektromobilita na vzestupu a je třeba přesně klasifikovat její vliv na naše zdraví.
V mém případě se zaměřím na klasifikaci vlivu na kardiostimulační techniku. Tento typ
přístrojů je náchylný na rušení vyvolané elektromagnetickým polem, ve kterém se
nacházejí. Bude provedena analýza polí vyskytujících se u elektromobilů. Dále učiním
sérii měření, abych dokázal, že při používání elektromobilu nevzniká žádné riziko pro
pacienty s implantovaným kardiostimulátorem.In my master's thesis I am looking at the impact of electric vehicles on pacemakers. Today, electromobility is at its peak and its impact on our health needs to be accurately classified. In my case, I will focus on the classification of the impact on pacemakers. This type of device is susceptible to interference caused by the electric field in which they are located. An analysis will be made of the fields present in electric vehicles. Furthermore, I will perform a series of measurements to prove that there is no risk to patients with implanted pacemakers from the use of an electric car
