No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací lineární sedmé osy pro průmyslového robota FANUC LR-10iA/10. Cílem práce je vytvořit funkční řešení, které umožní pohyb robota mezi dvěma obráběcími centry a současně poskytne ekonomicky výhodnější alternativu ke komerčně dostupným produktům.
Součástí práce je rešerše, potřebná pro úspěšné provedení konstrukčního návrhu, vytipování vhodného pohonu, řízení, snímání polohy a následnou realizaci. V průběhu byly řešeny problémy související s kompatibilitou řídicího systému a snímače polohy, což vedlo k nutnosti změnit technologii určování polohy.
Během testování bylo zjištěno neočekávané chování pohonu, které ovšem neovlivnilo celkovou funkčnost zařízení. Výsledkem práce je plně funkční sedmá osa určená k implementaci do plánovaného projektu.This bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of a linear seventh axis for the FANUC LR-10iA/10 industrial robot. The aim of the thesis is to create a functional solution that will allow the robot to move between two machining centres while providing a more cost effective alternative to commercially available products.
One part of the work is the research necessary for successful execution of the structural design, selection of a suitable drive, control, position sensing and subsequent implementation. In the process, problems related to the compatibility of the control system and the position sensor were addressed which led to the need to change the positioning technology.
Unexpected actuator behaviour was detected during testing, but did not affect the overall functionality of the device. The result of the work is a fully functional seventh axis for implementation in the planned project

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá významem sportovních a pohybových aktivit v prostředí výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, konkrétně ve Věznici Stráž pod Ralskem. Sport zde neslouží pouze jako prostředek pro udržení fyzické kondice a psychické rovnováhy, ale plní i důležitou roli při resocializaci odsouzených, posilování disciplíny a budování pozitivních sociálních návyků.
Cílem práce je analyzovat nabídku a využívání sportovních aktivit ve zmíněné věznici, míru zapojení vězňů a jejich subjektivní vnímání přínosů těchto činností. Výsledky zároveň poukazují na širší společenský význam pohybu v institucionálním prostředí a jeho potenciál přispět k úspěšnému návratu vězňů do běžného života.This bachelor's thesis deals with the importance of sports and physical activities in the environment of serving a prison sentence, specifically in the Stráž pod Ralskem Prison. Sport here serves not only as a means of maintaining physical fitness and psychological balance, but also has an important role in the resocialization of convicts, strengthening discipline and building positive social habits.
The aim of the thesis is to analyze the offer and use of sports activities in the aforementioned prison, the level of participation of prisoners and their subjective perception of the benefits of these activities. The results also point to the broader social importance of movement in the institutional environment and its potential to contribute to the successful return of prisoners to everyday life

No full textTato závěrečná práce se zabývá řízením a možným zlepšováním kvality ve výrobě ve slévárenském průmyslu. Práce vychází z teoretické rešerše dané problematiky, na základě které vytváří předpoklady pro reálný provoz. Po představení podniku následuje analýza a popis zvoleného procesu výroby a současného řízení kvality, dle kterých jsou identifikovány slabé a silné stránky v procesu. Poskytnutá podniková data o problémech jsou poté analyzována pro možnost zjištění hlavních závad, které tvoří slabá místa v procesu. Díky této analýze hlavních problémů bylo možné navrhnout optimalizační opatření, která zahrnují užití různých technologií, které by umožnily včasnější odhalení a zamezily by nákladům vzniklým z důvodu reklamací. Tyto návrhy mohou sloužit také jako inspirace pro další slévárny, které se s podobnými problémy potýkají a které usilují o zlepšení.This final thesis deals with the management and possible improvement of quality in production in the foundry industry. The thesis is based on a theoretical research of the given issue, on the basis of which it creates assumptions for real operation. After the introduction of the company, an analysis and description of the selected production process and current quality management are followed, according to which weaknesses and strengths in the process are identified. The provided company data on problems are then analyzed for the possibility of detecting the main defects that form weak points in the process. Thanks to this analysis of the main problems, it was possible to propose optimization measures, which include the use of various technologies that would enable earlier detection and prevent costs incurred due to complaints. These proposals can also serve as inspiration for other foundries facing similar problems and that are striving for improvement

Risky Behavior of the Children in a Diagnostic Institute
No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku rizikového chování u dětí umístěných v diagnostickém ústavu. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké formy rizikového chování se u těchto dětí nejčastěji vyskytují, a zmapovat možné příčiny jejich chování, zejména ve vztahu k rodinnému prostředí. Výzkumná část byla realizována formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se šesti pracovníky DDÚ a doplněna o obsahovou analýzu dokumentace dětí v systému Foster. Výsledky ukázaly, že většina dětí pochází z dysfunkčního rodinného prostředí a jejich chování je ovlivněno kumulací negativních životních zkušeností. Práce rovněž poukazuje na oblasti prevence, kterým není věnována dostatečná pozornost - především v oblasti sexuality a nelátkových závislostí. Přínosem práce je osvětlení problematiky z pohledu odborníků a možná inspirace pro preventivní činnost v základních školách a dalších institucích.This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of risk behaviour in children placed in a diagnostic institution. The aim of the thesis was to identify the most common forms of risk behaviour among these children and to explore the possible causes of such behaviour, especially in relation to their family background. The research was conducted through semi-structured interviews with six staff members of the diagnostic institution and supplemented by content analysis of the children's records in the Foster system. The results showed that most children come from dysfunctional family environments and their behaviour is influenced by the accumulation of negative life experiences. The thesis also highlights areas of prevention that are currently under-addressed - particularly in the context of sexuality and non-substance addictions. The contribution of the work lies in raising awareness of the issue from the perspective of professionals and providing potential inspiration for preventive activities in primary schools and other institutions

No full textTématem této bakalářské práce je zákaznická spokojenost v pohybovém studiu, přičemž je zkoumán rozdíl mezi vnímáním spokojenosti ze strany zákazníků a pohledem lektorek a majitelky. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů spojených se zákaznickou spokojeností, kvalitou služeb a faktory ovlivňujícími vnímání služeb v oblasti pohybových aktivit. Praktická část je založena na rozhovorech s majitelkou, zaměstnanci a zákazníky studia. Na základě těchto rozhovorů jsou vyhodnoceny rozdíly i shody v jejich pohledu na fungování podniku, úroveň poskytovaných služeb a celkovou spokojenost. Závěr práce obsahuje doporučení pro zlepšení fungování studia, která se zaměřují na posílení komunikace se zákazníky, podporu profesního rozvoje lektorů a optimalizaci marketingových strategií. Výsledky mohou sloužit jako podklad pro další rozvoj podniku a zlepšení jeho konkurenceschopnosti.The topic of this bachelor's thesis is customer satisfaction in a fitness studio, and the difference between customer perceptions of satisfaction and the perspectives of both the instructors and the owner is discussed. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to defining basic concepts related to customer satisfaction, service quality and factors influencing the perception of services in physical activities. The practical part of the thesis presents the interviews with the studio's owner, employees and customers. Based on these interviews, differences and similarities in their views on the operation of the business, the quality of service provided and overall satisfaction are evaluated. The thesis concludes with recommendations for enhancing the studio's performance, which focus on strengthening customer communications, promoting the professional development of trainers and optimising marketing strategies. The results serve as a basis for further enterprise development and improvement of its competitiveness

Zvolila jsem přístup rozmanitých forem, po stránce vizuální, materiálové i strukturální. Které nabízí experiment sublimačního tisku, podíl ruční práce v ukázkách řemeslných technik, jako je tkaní na rámu či pletení na jehlicích. Představení autorských návrhů metrážních tisků realizovaných přímým tiskem, společně se vzorníkem návrhů tisků určených pro oděvní textilie. Projekt nese název Znovu a Blíž. Má divákovi ukázat život včel, společně s jejich současnou situací. A přiblížit skrytou krásu, jež tito úžasní tvorové nabízejí.The diploma thesis is focused on the creation of original textiles inspired by the anatomy and life of the honey bee. I chose the approach of diverse forms, in terms of visual, material and structural aspects. Which offers an experiment in sublimation printing, the share of handwork in demonstrations of craft techniques, such as weaving on a frame or knitting on needles. Presentation of original designs of meter prints realized by direct printing, together with a sample book of designs of prints intended for clothing textiles. The project is called Again and Closer. It is intended to show the viewer the life of bees, together with their current situation. And to bring closer the hidden beauty that these amazing creatures offer

Get PDFCílem této diplomové práce je optimalizovat montážní linku pro autosedačky Porsche Macan, vyráběné ve společnosti Adient v Mladé Boleslavi, v reakci na rostoucí poptávku po výrobě. Proces optimalizace zahrnoval podrobnou analýzu pomocí procesních diagramů, mapování hodnotového toku (Value Stream Mapping - VSM) a technik vyvažování linek. Byly vyhodnoceny klíčové výkonnostní ukazatele (KPI) za účelem zhodnocení aktuálního stavu, a na základě porovnání časové studie REFA s daty MTM byly navrženy zlepšení na úrovni jednotlivých pracovišť. Simulační model výrobního systému byl vytvořen pomocí softwaru Witness pro zobrazení aktuálního i budoucího stavu. Porovnání výsledků simulací prokázalo měřitelná zlepšení v oblasti efektivity, vyváženosti a průchodnosti, čímž byla potvrzena účinnost navržených optimalizačních strategií.The aim of this thesis is to optimize the assembly line for Porsche Macan car seats, manufactured at Adient in Mladá Boleslav, in response to rising production demand. The optimization process involved detailed analysis using process diagrams, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and line balancing techniques. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) were evaluated to assess current performance, and workstation-level improvements were proposed based on REFA time study and MTM comparison. A simulation model of the manufacturing system was developed using Witness software to represent both the current and future states. The comparison of simulation results demonstrated measurable improvements in efficiency, balance, and throughput, validating the effectiveness of the proposed optimization strategies
