Racism in Contemporary English Football
No full textFotbal je jeden z nejpopulárnějších sportů na planetě, který spojuje lidi ze všech koutů světa. Ačkoliv chovají stejnou vášeň pro sport, rasistické ideologie stále mají tendenci tyto lidi rozdělovat. Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat povahu a rozšířenost rasismu v anglických textech týkající se fotbalu (například fanouškovské pokřiky či novinářské články). Aby toho bylo dosaženo, práce nejprve stručně představí pojetí rasismu, jak jej teorizoval Frantz Fanon, a následně toto pojetí aplikuje na současnou fotbalovou kulturu s využitím nedávných příkladů. Druhá část poté bude analyzovat různé projevy roasismu ve fotbale z kulturního a jazykového hlediska pomocí frekvenční analýzy.Football is one of the most popular sports on the planet, connecting people from all corners of the world. Despite their shared love for the sport, however, racist ideologies still have the potential to separate football fans. The main goal of this work is thus to analyze the nature and prevalence of racism in contemporary English-language texts related to football (such as fan chants and journalistic reports). To do that, it will first briefly introduce the concept of racism as theorized by Frantz Fanon and then apply this concept to contemporary football culture, using recent examples. The second part will then analyze different manifestations of racism in football from a cultural and a linguistic point of view, using frequency analysis

No full textCílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit soubor různorodých odrazových cvičení pro atletické disciplíny - skok vysoký, skok daleký a sprint. Tato cvičení navazují na teoretickou část, která se věnuje principům plyometrie a jejímu využití v tréninkovém procesu. Jednotlivá cvičení jsou prezentována formou videí na platformě YouTube, což umožňuje jejich snadnou dostupnost trenérům, učitelům a dalším zájemcům o sportovní přípravu. Další kapitoly se věnují systematickému zařazení vybraných odrazových cvičení do ročního tréninkového cyklu. Závěrečná část práce přináší návrhy variant těchto cvičení pro výuku tělesné výchovy na školách - formou her a aktivit, které kombinují více sportovních odvětví a podporují hravé osvojování základních pohybových dovedností.The aim of this thesis is to create a diverse set of take-off exercises for athletic disciplineshigh jump, long jump, and sprint. These exercises are based on the theoretical section of the work, which focuses on the principles of plyometrics and their application within training methodology. The exercises are presented in the form of videos hosted on the YouTube platform, ensuring easy access for coaches, physical education teachers, and others interested in sports training. Subsequent chapters deal with the systematic inclusion of selected plyometric exercises into the annual training cycle, taking into account differences in athletes' age and performance levels. The final section of the thesis offers variations of the exercises tailored for school physical education. These are introduced through games and activities that blend elements from various sports and promote playful development of fundamental movement skills

Konstrukce zařízení na výrobu příze pomocí odstředivého zvlákňování
No full textDiplomová práce je zaměřena na konstrukci zařízení na výrobu čisté nanovlákenné příze pomocí odstředivého zvlákňování. V rámci diplomové práce byla provedena rešerše výroby nanovláken, výroby příze a výroby nanovlákenné příze. Na základě získaných poznatků z rešerše, bylo navrhnuto nové zařízení na výrobu čisté nanovlákenné příze pomocí odstředivého zvlákňování. Vývoj jednotlivých konstrukčních uzlů je zaznamenám v této diplomové práci. Značná část komponentů byla vyrobena technologií 3Dtisku. Funkčnost zařízení byla v laboratoři ověřena sérií experimentů. Vzorky vyrobených vláken a příze byly analyzovány elektronovým
mikroskopem a následně vyhodnoceny.The diploma thesis focuses on the design of a device for the production of pure nanofiber yarn using centrifugal spinning. As part of the diploma thesis, a research was conducted on the production of nanofibers, yarn production and nanofiber yarn production. Based on the knowledge gained from the research, a new device for the production of pure nanofiber yarn using centrifugal spinning was designed. The development of individual design nodes is recorded in this diploma thesis. A significant part of the components was manufactured using 3D printing technology. The functionality of the device was verified in the laboratory by a series of experiments.

Teaching Suprasegmental Features of English Pronunciation in Czech EFL Classrooms
No full textTeoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá cíli výuky anglické výslovnosti a významem výuky suprasegmentálních prvků, jako jsou slovní přízvuk, rytmus a intonace. Dále se věnuje nejčastějším prosodickým chybám českých žáků a představuje metody a techniky, které mohou být přínosné pro výuku v českém školství. Praktická část zahrnuje dotazníkové šetření mezi učiteli anglického jazyka, jehož cílem bylo zjistit jejich postoje k výuce suprasegmentálních prvků. Následuje akční pedagogický výzkum zaměřený na začlenění krátkých aktivit cílených na suprasegmentální aspekty výslovnosti do běžné výuky anglického jazyka na druhém stupni základní školy. Výzkum přináší poznatky o tom, jak žáci tuto výuku vnímají, a zahrnuje zpětnou vazbu od hospitující učitelky a autorčiny reflexe zaznamenané v pedagogickém deníku.The theoretical part of the thesis explores the various goals of pronunciation instruction in English language teaching and emphasizes the importance of suprasegmental features such as word stress, rhythm, and intonation. It also highlights common prosodic errors among Czech learners of English and presents methods and techniques that could be applied in Czech classrooms to enhance students' comprehensibility and confidence in using English prosody. The practical part consists of a questionnaire survey conducted among in-service English teachers to examine their attitudes toward teaching prosody. In addition, action research was conducted, offering insights into the implementation of short pronunciation activities focused on suprasegmental features at the lower secondary level. The research investigated how students perceived the newly introduced pronunciation instruction and included feedback from the observing teacher, along with the researcher's reflections recorded in a pedagogical diary

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou paliativní péče, jejím významem
v rámci zdravotnické péče a vnímáním této péče ze strany zdravotnických pracovníků. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat postoje a zkušenosti respondentů s poskytováním paliativní péče, identifikovat její nejčastější bariéry a zdůraznit potřebu mezioborové spolupráce i dostatečné informovanosti. Výzkumná část byla realizována formou kvalitativního šetření prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, které byly následně analyzovány. Výsledky ukazují, že ačkoli si zdravotníci uvědomují důležitost paliativní péče, v praxi narážejí na časové, personální i komunikační překážky. Práce zdůrazňuje potřebu dalšího vzdělávání v oblasti paliativní medicíny a vytvoření prostředí, které bude důstojné jak pro pacienty, tak pro jejich rodiny.This bachelor's thesis explores the topic of palliative medicine, its significance within healthcare, and healthcare professionals' perceptions of this type of care. The aim of the thesis was to map the attitudes and experiences of respondents in providing palliative care, to identify the most common barriers, and to emphasize the need for interdisciplinary collaboration and sufficient awareness. The research was conducted through a qualitative study using semi-structured interviews, which were subsequently analyzed. The findings indicate that although healthcare professionals recognize the importance of palliative care, they encounter barriers related to time constraints, staffing,
and communication in practice. The thesis highlights the need for further education in palliative medicine and the creation of an environment that ensures dignity for both patients and their families

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Janoschovo zpracování pohádek bratří Grimmů. Již název této knihy Janosch erzählt Grimms Märchen odkazuje na pohádky bratří Grimmů, které sloužily také jako předloha pro Janoschovu knihu.
V prvním části se budu zabývat tématem pohádek, parodie a intertextuality a v druhé části se budu věnovat historickému pozadí a důležitým detailům u 1. vydání pohádek bratří Grimmů. Nakonec ve třetí části budou porovnány tři Janoschovi pohádky s třemi pohádkami bratří Grimmů a zkoumány podobnosti a rozdíly ve smyslu parodie .Janosch´s Adaptation of the Brothers Grimm´s fairy tales
The Bachelor´s thesis deals with the topic of Janosch´s Adaptation of the Brothers Grimm´s fairy tales. The title of the book Janosch erzählt Grimms Märchen already refers to the fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm, which served as the model for Janosch´s book.
In the first part, I will deal with the topic of fairy tales, parody and intertextuality.
I will dedicate the second part to the historical background and important details of the 1st edition of the Grimm's Fairy Tales. In the third part, I will compare three fairy tales by Janosch with those of the Brothers Grimm and examine similarities and differences in the sense of Parody
The use of artephyletics in leisure activities at DDM Vikýř
No full textBakalářská práce se věnuje tvorbě, realizaci a reflexi artefileticky orientovaných výtvarných aktivit, které byly realizovány v rámci výtvarně zaměřeného volnočasového kroužku DDM Vikýř. Cílovou skupinu tvořily děti mladšího školního věku, a to jak intaktní, tak se zdravotním znevýhodněním. Teoretická část práce představuje základní principy artefiletiky, její cíle, metody a klíčové pojmy, které s tímto přístupem souvisejí. Praktická část dokumentuje přípravu a realizaci jednotlivých výtvarných aktivit, včetně popisu použitých pomůcek, metodického vedení a forem reflektivní části. V rámci realizace byly využívány metody pozorování, reflektivních rozhovorů a skupinové i individuální reflexe. Z výsledků vyplývá, že artefiletické přístupy přispívají k rozvoji sebereflexe, komunikace a otevřenosti mezi účastníky a podporují pozitivní klima ve skupině. Práce obsahuje i pedagogickou sebereflexi a návrhy pro další využití tohoto přístupu v praxi.The bachelor thesis focuses on the creation, realisation, and reflection of art-based artefiletic activities, which were carried out as part of an art-focused extracurricular club at the DDM Vikýř center. The target group consisted of young school-age children, including both typically developing children and those with disabilities.
The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the basic principles of artefiletics, its goals, methods, and key concepts related to this approach. The practical part documents the preparation and execution of individual art activities, including descriptions of the materials used, methodological guidance, and forms of reflection. During the realisation, methods such as observation, reflective interviews, and both group and individual reflection were used. The results suggest that artefiletic approaches contribute to the development of self-reflection, communication, and openness among participants, and support a positive group climate. Additionally, the thesis includes pedagogical self-reflection and suggestions for further practical application of this approach
