No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá financováním nestátních neziskových organizací v ČR. Cílem je zhodnocení financování vybrané nestátní neziskové organizace a formulace doporučení na zlepšení její finanční situace. Práce hodnotí postavení neziskového sektoru v rámci národního hospodářství, charakterizuje neziskové organizace, vysvětluje různé právní formy a shrnuje historický vývoj nestátních neziskových organizací. Dále jsou zpracovány různé způsoby financování neziskových organizací a možnosti zhodnocení jejich výkonnosti. Praktická část se zaměřuje na nestátní neziskovou organizaci Za poklady Broumovska o.p.s., hodnotí její hlavní ekonomické ukazatele za posledních pět let a porovnává je s podobným typem společnosti. Poslední kapitola obsahuje vlastní doporučení na zlepšení finanční situace organizace. Práce je zpracována na základě knižních a internetových zdrojů, dále pak na základě interní dokumentace nestátní neziskové společnosti.The bachelor's thesis deals with the financing of non-governmental non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic. The aim is to evaluate the financing of a selected non-governmental non-profit organization and to formulate recommendations for improving its financial situation. The thesis assesses the position of the non-profit sector within the national economy, characterizes non-profit organizations, explains various legal forms, and summarizes the historical development of non-governmental non-profit organizations. Furthermore, it examines different methods of financing non-profit organizations and evaluates their performance. The practical part focuses on the non-governmental non-profit organization Za poklady Broumovska o.p.s., evaluates its main economic indicators over the past five years, and compares them with a similar type of organization. The final chapter contains the author's own recommendations for improving the financial situation of the organization. The thesis is based on book and internet sources, as well as internal documentation of the non-governmental non-profit organization
Internal Communication in a Manufacturing Company
No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na interní komunikaci ve vybraném výrobním podniku s ohledem na trendy v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů. Cílem práce bylo popsat současný stav interní komunikace a navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení jejího stávajícího stavu. Předkládaná práce se skládá z teoreticko-metodické části, která vymezuje teoretická východiska řízení lidských zdrojů, hlavní činnosti a současné trendy. V rámci praktické části práce je podrobně popsána interní komunikace, která v organizacích momentálně získává stále důležitější roli. V souvislosti s interní komunikací autorka uvádí konkrétní komunikační kanály, kterými samotná komunikace v podniku probíhá. V rámci analýzy současného stavu interní komunikace bylo autorkou realizováno dotazníkové šetření zaměřující se na stávající stav problematiky z pohledu zaměstnanců organizace. Na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření a spolupráce s personálním oddělením organizace byla formulována doporučení s cílem zlepšit stávající stav interní komunikace a její vnímání zaměstnanci podniku. Předkládaná práce poskytuje ucelený přehled problematiky interní komunikace jakožto nástroje řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybraném podniku.The bachelor's thesis focuses on internal communication in a selected manufacturing company concerning trends in human resource management. The thesis aimed to describe the current state of internal communication and to propose measures to improve its current state. The thesis consists of a theoretical and methodological part, which defines the theoretical background of human resource management, the main activities and current trends. The practical part of the thesis provides a detailed description of internal communication, which is currently gaining an increasingly important role in organisations. In connection with internal communication, the author describes specific communication channels that are used for communication in the company. As part of the analysis of the current state of internal communication, the author conducted a questionnaire survey focusing on the current state of the issue from the perspective of the company's employees. Based on the questionnaire survey results and by cooperating with the company's HR department, recommendations were formulated to improve the current state of internal communication and its perception by the company's employees. The bachelor's thesis provides a comprehensive overview of the issue of internal communication as a tool of human resource management in the selected company

Jezdectví je z hlediska úrazů velmi rizikový sport, zejména pak u začínajících jezdců, je proto potřebné, aby znalosti člověka, který výcvik jízdy na koni provádí, byly na vysoké úrovni. Cvičitel jezdectví má za úkol výcvik začínajících jezdců od úplných začátků až po úspěšné složení zkoušky základního výcviku jezdce. Je proto velmi důležitá kvalifikace a úroveň znalostí cvičitele, ta ovšem v praxi někdy není na dostatečné úrovni, stejně jako znalost aktuálních postupů první pomoci, při náhle vzniklém úrazu nebo jiném akutním stavu.First aid is very important in terms of primary life-saving or ensuring health before the arrival of the Medical Rescue Service. Horse riding is a very risk sport in terms of injuries, especially for novice riders, so it is necessary that the knowledge of the person who provides horse riding training is at a high level. The horse riding instructor is tasked with training novice riders from the very beginning to successfully passing the basic rider training exam. Therefore, the qualification and level of knowledge of the instructor is very important, but in practice this is sometimes not at a sufficient level, as is knowledge of current first aid procedures in the event of a sudden injury or other acute condition

Zabývá se výtvarnými a pracovními činnostmi v předškolním vzdělávání a přírodními materiály, které jsou při těchto činnostech ve waldorfské mateřské škole využívány. Praktická část se zaměřuje na popis integrovaných bloků ve waldorfské mateřské škole, včetně návrhu, průběhu a reflexe realizace výtvarných a pracovních činností s přírodním materiálem dle těchto integrovaných bloků. Výtvarné a pracovní činnosti jsou zaměřeny na rytmus roku ve waldorfské mateřské škole a témata dle integrovaných bloků, která jsou v celoročním rytmu obsažena.This thesis focuses on activities involving natural materials in a Waldorf kindergarten. The theoretical part deals with the specifics of Waldorf pedagogy in kindergartens. It is more specifically focused on the annual rhythm and the use of natural materials in Waldorf kindergartens. It addresses artistic and practical activities in preschool education and the natural materials used in these activities within the Waldorf kindergarten setting. The practical part centers on the description of integrated thematic units in a Waldorf kindergarten, including the design, implementation, and reflection on the realization of artistic and practical activities using natural materials based on these integrated units. The artistic and practical activities are oriented around the annual rhythm in the Waldorf kindergarten and the themes of the integrated units included in the yearly cycle

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem globální ekonomické krize 2008 na vývoj zahraničního obchodu České republiky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související se zahraničním obchodem, obchodní politikou či ekonomickou krizí v roce 2008. Na závěr teoretické části je provedena analýza zahraničního obchodu České republiky v období 2007-2010, přičemž je kladen důraz na vliv ekonomické krize na teritoriální a komoditní strukturu obchodu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu zahraničního obchodu vybrané společnosti Škoda Auto, a. s., ve stejném časovém úseku od roku 2007 do roku 2010. Hodnotí se dopad ekonomické krize na prodej a nákup podniku v rámci zahraničního obchodu, přičemž prodej je analyzován z hlediska komoditní a teritoriální struktury.This bachelor's thesis examines the impact of the 2008 global economic crisis on the development of foreign trade in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to foreign trade, trade policy, and the 2008 economic crisis. At the end of this section, an analysis of the Czech Republic's foreign trade between 2007 and 2010 is conducted, with a focus on the impact of the economic crisis on the territorial and commodity structure of trade. The practical part analyzes the foreign trade of the selected company, Škoda Auto, a. s., within the same time frame (2007-2010). It assesses the effects of the economic crisis on the company's sales and purchases in the context of foreign trade, with a particular emphasis on the analysis of sales by commodity and territorial structure

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá vyhodnocením přeshraničních obchodních vztahů mezi firmou Kautex Textron Bohemia spol. s.r.o. a jejími zákazníky, kteří jsou výrobci automobilů. V teoretické části jsou popsány obchodní vztahy České republiky a Spolkové republiky Německo a role, kterou v těchto vztazích hraje automobilový průmysl. V rámci obchodních vztahů mezi těmito zeměmi je též analyzována pozice České republiky a Německa v systému jader a periferií v automobilovém průmyslu. Dále jsou popsány komparativní výhody exportních firem v České republice, vzorce spolupráce a inovací malých a velkých firem. V teoretické části se také zkoumají specifika obchodu v automobilovém průmyslu. Tyto informace jsou dále využity v praktické části, kde se práce zaměří na analýzu obchodních vztahů mezi firmou Kautex a jejími zákazníky. K analýze jsou využity interní informace z obchodního oddělení firmy Kautex. Poznatky z analýzy jsou podkladem k porovnání a následnému vyhodnocení daných přeshraničních obchodních vztahů. V závěru budou z výsledků vyhodnocení podány návrhy na zlepšení a možné zefektivnění obchodních vztahů mezi vybranými podniky.This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of cross-border business relations between Kautex Textron Bohemia spol. s.r.o. and its customers. The theoretical part describes the business relations between the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany and the role of the automotive industry in the business relations of said countries. In relation to the business relations between the Czech republic and Germany, the position of these countries in the system of cores and peripheries in the automotive industry is analysed. Furthermore, the comparative advantages of export firms in the Czech Republic and the patterns of cooperation and innovation between small and large firms are described. The specifics of trade in the automotive industry are also examined in the theoretical part. This information is further used in the practical part, where the thesis focuses on the analysis of business relationships between Kautex and its customers. Internal information from Kautex's sales department is used for the analysis. The findings from the analysis are the basis for comparison and subsequent evaluation of the cross-border business relationships in question. Finally, the results of the evaluation will be used to make suggestions for improvement and possible streamlining of the business relationships between the selected companies
Effect of SLS parts orientation on mechanical properties of polyamide 12
No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vlivu orientace dílů z PA 12, vyrobených aditivní technologií SLS, na jejich pevnostní a rázové vlastnosti. Experimentální výzkum je zaměřen na hodnocení různých orientací zkušebních těles v rámci tiskového prostoru, a to ve směrech základních os (X, Y, Z), v diagonálních směrech mezi těmito osami a také při natočení zkušebních těles o 45° a 90° kolem jejich hlavní podélné osy. Nejlepších pevnostních a rázových vlastností bylo dosahováno u zkušebních těles orientovaných v rovině XY, přičemž křížová skenovací strategie výplně potlačila anizotropii vlastností v této rovině. Při diagonální orientaci zkušebních těles mezi rovinou XY a osou Z docházelo k zhoršení sledovaných vlastností a při orientaci ve směru osy Z byly zaznamenané vlastnosti zpravidla nejhorší. Vliv natočení zkušebních těles v rámci jejich orientace nepříznivě ovlivňoval především chování těles při ohybovém namáhání.The bachelor thesis analyzes the influence of part orientation on the mechanical and impact properties of PA 12 components manufactured using SLS additive technology. The experimental research focuses on evaluating various orientations of test specimens within the build chamber - specifically along the reference axes (X, Y, Z), diagonally between these axes, and also with specimens rotated by 45° and 90° around their main longitudinal axis. The highest strength and impact resistance were observed in specimens oriented in the XY plane, where the cross-scanning infill strategy helped to reduce anisotropy of these properties. A decline in monitored properties was observed in diagonal orientations between the XY plane and the Z-axis, with the poorest properties typically associated with vertical (Z-axis) orientation. Rotating the specimens within their set orientation had a particularly negative effect on their behavior under bending loads

V teoretické části se analyzují relevantní zákony, účetní standardy a daňové předpisy, které ovlivňují účetnictví v s.r.o. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, jak vybraný sociální podnik konkrétně Levandulovna s.r.o. naplňuje jednotlivé složky ESG a jaký dopad má tento přístup na jeho provoz, růst a celkový udržitelný rozvoj. Bakalářská práce se nejprve věnuje vymezení sociálního podnikání, sociální ekonomiky a vysvětlení jednotlivých složek ESG. V návaznosti byl pro naplnění cíle zvolen kvalitativní výzkum formou případové studie, který analyzuje konkrétní činnosti podniku Levandulovna v souladu s ESG. V závěru jsou uvedena výsledná zjištění a formulována doporučení pro další rozvoj podniku. Výsledky práce mohou sloužit jako inspirace pro další sociální podniky usilující o zodpovědný a dlouhodobě udržitelný způsob podnikání.The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of social entrepreneurship in the context of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) aspects. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate how the selected social enterprise, namely Levandulovna s.r.o., fulfils the individual components of ESG and what impact this approach has on its operations, growth and overall sustainable development. The bachelor's thesis first defines social enterprise, social economy and explains the different components of ESG. Following this, qualitative research in the form of a case study was chosen to fulfil the objective, analysing the specific activities of the Lavender Factory in line with ESG. Finally, the findings are presented and recommendations for further development of the enterprise are formulated. The results of the work can serve as inspiration for other social enterprises striving for a responsible and sustainable way of doing business

No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem simulačního modelu dvouproudového motoru FJ44-4M, který je klíčovou pohonnou jednotkou cvičného letounu L-39 Skyfox. Cílem práce je vytvoření dynamického modelu v prostředí MATLAB/Simulink, umožňujícího realistickou simulaci chování motoru za různých letových podmínek, a návrh experimentálního pracoviště pro testování modelu pomocí Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulace. Práce zahrnuje teoretický popis principů fungování proudových motorů, analýzu statických a dynamických provozních dat motoru FJ44-4M, identifikaci nedostatků stávajícího modelu a návrh jejich řešení. Výsledný model byl ověřen na základě reálných letových dat a slouží jako základ pro vývoj automatických systémů řízení tahu. Navržené experimentální pracoviště umožňuje integraci modelu s reálným ovládáním, což přispívá k rozvoji simulačních technologií a automatizace. Práce má potenciální využití při vývoji letových simulátorů a optimalizaci řízení leteckých motorů.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of a simulation model for the FJ44-4M turbofan engine, a key propulsion unit of the L-39 Skyfox training aircraft. The objective is to create a dynamic model in the MATLAB/Simulink environment, enabling realistic simulation of the engine's behavior under various flight conditions, and to design an experimental setup for testing the model using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulation. The thesis includes a theoretical overview of jet engine operating principles, analysis of static and dynamic operational data of the FJ44-4M engine, identification of shortcomings in the existing model, and proposals for their resolution. The resulting model was validated using real flight data and serves as a foundation for developing automatic thrust control systems. The proposed experimental setup facilitates the integration of the model with real-world control systems, contributing to advancements in simulation technologies and automation. The work has potential applications in the development of flight simulators and the optimization of aircraft engine control
