Multimedia support for teaching free cross-country skiing technique
No full textHlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování multimediální podpory pro
výuku běžeckého lyžování volnou technikou. Její využití je směřované pro pedagogy,
lektory, trenéry, nebo individuální nadšence běžeckého lyžování. Tato práce se věnuje
elementární výuce. Multimediální podpora obsahuje 21 videí rozdělených do kategorií
podle technik volného běhu na lyžích. Tato videa se skládají z průpravných cvičení,
počínajících pouhou imitací pohybu, s postupným přidáváním dalších prvků a se
zvyšováním jejich obtížnosti. Závěrečné video je vždy správné provedení dané techniky.
Figurantkou ve videích je sama autorka. Tvorbě multimediální podpory předcházela
rešerše již vzniklých podpor v ČR i zahraničí, vytvoření návrhu vlastní podpory, který
byl konzultován s vybranými odborníky na běžecké lyžování. Teoretická část práce
zahrnuje počátky a vývoj běžeckého lyžování, popis technik bruslení, mezinárodní
slovník volných technik a nahlédnutí do materiálního vybavení.The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to develop multimedia support for
teaching free cross-country skiing technique. Its use is directed to educators, lectures,
coaches or individual cross-country skiing enthusiasts. This work is devoted to
elementary teaching. The multimedia support contains 21 videos divided into categories
according to free cross-country skiing techniques. These videos consist of preparatory
exercises, starting with a simple imitation of movement, with the gradual. addition of
other elements with increasing of their difficulty. The final video always shows correct
execution of the given technique. The performing person in the videos is the author
herself. The creation of the multimedia support was preceded by a research of already
created supports in the Czech Republic and abroad, the creation of a proposal for our
own support, which was consulted with selected experts in cross-country skiing. The
theoretical part of the work includes the origins and development of cross-country
skiing, a description of skating techniques, an international vocabulary of free
techniques and an insight into to material equipment

No full textAbstraktTato bakalářská práce zkoumá vliv sociálních sítí a influencerů na výběru oděvů. Cílem práce byloanalyzovat, jakým způsobem sociální sítě ovlivňují nákupní rozhodování a módní preference uživatelů.Teoretická část se věnuje základním pojmům spojeným se sociálními sítěmi, jejich marketingovým nástrojům a roli influencerů. Dále se zabývá psychologií nákupu a faktory, které ho ovlivňují, zejména v oblasti módy.Praktická část byla uskutečněna pomocí dotazníkovém šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jak moc ovlivňují influenceři a sociální média rozhodování spotřebitelůzrůzných věkových skupin.Výsledky ukazují, že přes 60 % respondentů někdy zakoupilo produkt na základě doporučení ze sociálních sítí, nejčastěji mladé ženy. Klíčovými faktory vlivujsou důvěryhodnost influencera, osobní relevance sdělení a forma obsahu.Přínosem práce je lepší porozumění roli sociálních sítí při formování spotřebitelského chování v oblasti módy.This bachelor's thesis examines the influence of social media onand influencers when choosingclothing.The aim of the thesis wasto analyse how social media affects purchasing decisions and users' fashion preferences.The theoretical part focuses on key concepts related to social media, its marketing tools, and the role of influencers. It also explores the psychology of shopping and the factors that influence it, particularly in the field of fashion.The practical part wasbased on a questionnaire survey aimed at identifying the extent to which influencers and social media affect the decision-making of consumers from different age groups. The results show that over 60% of respondents have purchased a product based on social media recommendations, most often young women. The key influencing factors are the influencer's credibility, the personal relevance of the message, and the format of the content.The contribution of this thesis lies in providing a deeper understanding of the role of social media in shaping consumer behaviour in the fashion sector
Care for the elderly with dementia in Alzheimer Home
No full textBakalářská práce je zaměřena na mapování nefarmakologické formy terapie a péče lidem s onemocněním demence, kteří žijí v pobytových zařízeních pro seniory Alzheimer Home.
V teoretické části se zaměřujeme péči s důrazem na individuální potřeby osob s onemocněním demence a na roli sester, které tuto péči poskytují.
Popisujeme jednotlivé typy a stádia onemocnění demence, projevující se specifickými formami chování s vlivem na kvalitu života nemocného člověka.
Předpokladem výzkumu je analyzovat znalosti sester v oblasti nefarmakologické péče a jejich schopnost zařazovat tyto formy péče do praxe, s cílem ovlivnit zdravotní stav pacienta a zpomalit rozvoj onemocnění demence. Dále zjistit znalosti v oblastech stádií a typů demence.
Jako metoda sběru dat bude použita kvantitativní forma sběru dat. Data budou sbírána pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku. Cílový počet respondentů je minimálně 30.
Výsledky výzkumné práce budou zařazeny do interních forem vzdělávání společnosti Alzheimer Home a tím mohou přispět ke zlepšení péče o seniory s onemocněním demence.The bachelor's thesis is focused on mapping non-pharmacological forms of therapy and care for people with dementia who live in residential facilities for the elderly Alzheimer Home.
In the theoretical part, we focus on care with an emphasis on the individual needs of people with dementia and the role of nurses who provide this care.
We describe the individual types and stages of dementia, manifested by specific forms of behavior with an impact on the quality of life of the sick person.
The premise of the research is to analyze the knowledge of nurses in the field of non-pharmacological care and their ability to include these forms of care in practice, with the aim of influencing the patient's health status and slowing the development of dementia. Furthermore, to determine knowledge in the areas of stages and types of dementia.
A quantitative form of data collection will be used as a data collection method. Data will be collected using a non-standardized questionnaire. The target number of respondents is at least 30.
The results of the research work will be included in the internal forms of education of the Alzheimer Home company and can thus contribute to improving care for seniors with dementia

Pozornost je věnována motivačnímu potenciálu moderních nástrojů, interaktivitě, okamžité zpětné vazbě i konkrétním cvičením z aplikací jako Wordwall, OnlineJazyky.cz nebo DeleAhora.com. No full textDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání dopadů nařízení GDPR na přístup k veřejným datům a jejich uplatnění při posuzování finančního zdraví podnikatelských subjektů. V centru pozornosti stojí otázka, zda lze v aktuálním právním rámci tato data nadále využívat pro ekonomické analýzy, a jaká technická a legislativní omezení tomu mohou bránit.
Teoretická část poskytuje přehled zásad ochrany osobních údajů dle GDPR a jejich důsledků pro veřejné registry. Dále jsou popsány základní principy a metody finanční analýzy. Praktická část je věnována návrhu a vývoji webové aplikace, která umožňuje legální zobrazení vybraných údajů z databází ARES a ISIR pro analytické účely.
Z provedené analýzy vyplývá, že i přes ztížený přístup ke konkrétním údajům je možné data nadále využívat, pokud jsou dodrženy principy minimalizace, zákonnosti a technické zabezpečení. Práce přináší praktické řešení, které ukazuje možnosti využití veřejných dat v prostředí regulovaném GDPR, a propojuje právní, ekonomický a IT pohled.The thesis focuses on the impact of GDPR on access to public data and its application in assessing the financial health of business entities. The focus is on whether this data can continue to be used for economic analysis under the current legal framework, and what technical and legislative constraints may prevent this.
The theoretical part provides an overview of the principles of data protection under the GDPR and their implications for public registers. It also describes the basic principles and methods of financial analysis. The practical part is devoted to the design and development of a web application that allows the legal display of selected data from the ARES and ISIR databases for analytical purposes.
The analysis shows that despite the difficulty of access to specific data, it is possible to continue to use the data if the principles of minimization, legality and technical security are respected. The paper provides a practical solution that demonstrates the possibilities of using public data in a GDPR-regulated environment, linking legal, economic and IT perspectives

Pro tento účel byla vybrána česká firma Centropen a.s. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy související s mezinárodním obchodem a ekonomickými výhodami. Jsou zde představeny vybrané teoretické i analytické koncepty, na kterých tyto pojmy stojí.
Praktická část je zaměřena na samotnou firmu Centropen a.s., její výrobkové portfolio, a především
její působení na vybraných zahraničních trzích. Jsou zde identifikovány hlavní faktory přispívající ke
komparativním výhodám firmy. Ty jsou na závěr práce zasazeny do kontextu pomocí SWOT analýzy,
která slouží jako východisko pro formulaci konkrétních námětů a doporučení pro zlepšení působení
vybrané firmy na zahraničních trzích.The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the analysis of the comparative advantages of a selected
Czech export company and the subsequent evaluation of the factors that influence these comparative advantages. For this purpose, Centropen a.s. was selected. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to international trade and economic advantages. It presents selected theoretical and analytical concepts that supports these terms.
The practical part focused on Centropen a.s., its product portfolio and its presence in selected foreign markets. The main factors contributing to the company's comparative advantages are identified in this part. These findings are then contextualized through a SWOT analysis, which serves as the basis for specific suggestions and recommendations aimed at enhancing the company's performance in foreign markets

frameworku Laravel. Jazyk PHP byl už od svého počátku využíván v oblasti vývoje
webových aplikací, za tu dobu se však setkal s výraznou kritikou. Byl považován
za špatně designovaný a nezabezpečený jazyk, který je díky dynamickému typování
těžko přehledný. Za poslední roky se však PHP posunulo kupředu a s příchodem
frameworků Laravel či Symfony jeho popularita rapidně vzrostla. V teoretické části práce budou představeny jednotlivé metodiky vývoje softwaru a webových aplikací. Následně budou detailně popsány technologie, které jsou nejčastěji používané pro vývoj a správu webových aplikací. V praktické části práce bude představen konkrétní návrh a realizace vývoje jednoduché aplikace s využitím Laravelu a dalších vybraných nástrojů. V rámci vývoje aplikace bude zahrnuto testování, správa, nasazení a zhodnocení zhotovení aplikace. Účelem této práce je ukázat efektivitu vybraných technologií a odůvodnit jejich výběr při vývoji, testování a správě webových aplikací.This thesis deals with the topic of creating web applications in PHP using the Laravel framework. Since its inception, PHP has been used in web application development but has faced significant criticism over time. It was considered a poorly designed and insecure language, difficult to manage due to its dynamic typing. However, PHP has made significant progress in recent years, and with the advent of frameworks like Laravel and Symfony, its popularity has skyrocketed. The theoretical part of the thesis will introduce various methodologies of software and web application development. Subsequently, it will detail the technologies most commonly used for the development and management of web applications. The practical part of the thesis will present a specific design and implementation of developing a simple application using Laravel and other selected tools. The development process will include testing, management, deployment, and evaluation of the application. The purpose of this thesis is to demonstrate the efficiency of the selected technologies and justify their use in the development, testing, and management of web applications

No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá využíváním moderních technologií ve službách cestovního ruchu ze strany dvou odlišných věkových generací - Generace Baby Boomers (studenti U3V) a Generace Z (studenti MEV). Práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení cestovního ruchu a pojmů souvisejících, v kontextu s technologiemi ve službách cestovního ruchu. Následující kapitola představuje jednotlivé moderní technologie a klíčové služby cestovního ruchu a jak jsou tyto technologie využívány přímo v těchto službách. Praktická část obsahuje představení obou zkoumaných generací a dotazníkové šetření, které bylo generacím poskytnuto. Cílem dotazníku bylo zjistit odpovědi na dvě výzkumné otázky a zjistit rozdíly a postoje při využívání moderních technologií. Závěr práce odpovídá na výzkumné otázky a jiná klíčová zjištění. Zároveň jsou navržena jistá opatření, která by mohla do budoucna napomoci pro zlepšení využívání technologií v cestovním ruchu pro obě generace.This bachelor thesis explores the use of modern technologies in tourism services by two different age groups - the Baby Boomer Generation (U3V students) and Generation Z (students of MEV). The thesis is divided into several chapters. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to tourism in the context of technologies in tourism services. The following chapter introduces selected modern technologies and the most important tourism services, as well as how these technologies are applied within them. The practical part presents the two studied generations and includes a questionnaire survey provided to both groups. The main goal of the survey was to answer two research questions and identify generational differences and attitudes towards using modern technologies in travel. The conclusion summarizes the answers to the research questions and highlights other key findings. It also suggests several measures that could help improve the use of technologies in tourism services for both generations in the future

úložiště, přičemž hlavní zaměření bude na přívětivost vůči
uživateli. Závěrečná část se věnuje návrhu a výrobě plastového krytu
pro plošný spoj zařízení pomocí 3D tisku, s ohledem na odolnost
vůči podmínkám agrárního prostředí.This thesis deals with the creation of software in the
STM32CubeIDE development environment for a measuring device
designed to measure grass biomass, using an ARM architecture processor,
and primarily focusing on energy saving. It will also involve
the creation of a companion Android application in the Android
Studio development environment, which will be designed to collect
measured data using Bluetooth communication and then save it
to a mobile phone and cloud storage, while the main focus is on
user-friendliness. At the end, it will deal with the 3D printing of
a plastic cover for the printed circuit board of the device, which
will have to withstand the conditions of the agricultural industry
