běhu na lyžích. Dílčími cíli práce je charakterizovat klasickou techniku běhu na lyžích, vybrat
vhodná průpravná cvičení pro její nácvik a vytvořit zásobník cvičení zaměřený na klasickou
techniku běžeckého lyžování. Tato práce přináší praktický nástroj ve formě 27 videí s odborným
komentářem. Všechna videa jsou dostupná na sdíleném disku a jsou podrobně popsána v
textové části bakalářské práce.The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to develop a set of exercises for practicing the
classical technique of cross-country skiing. The secondary objectives are to describe the
classical skiing technique, to select appropriate preparatory exercises for its development, and
to compile a structured exercise collection focused on this technique. This thesis provides a
practical tool in the form of 27 videos with expert commentary. All videos are available on a
shared drive and are described in detail in the written part of the bachelor thesis

No full textBakalářská práce s názvem Multimédia a jejich význam v mezinárodním cestovním ruchu při komunikaci destinací projednává o aktuálním zpracování a využití multimediálního obsahu prezentovaného na internetu, zejména na platformě Instagram, ke komunikaci subjektů cestovního ruchu. V této práci se zaměřuje na případovou studii společnosti Skytravel.eu. Úkolem je analyzovat kvalitu multimediálního obsahu ve vztahu ke komunikaci s cílovou skupinou, která je tvořena převážně rusky mluvícími zákazníky ve věku 25-44 let.
Práce se skládá z teoretické části, jež se věnuje marketingové komunikaci, specifikům cestovního ruchu a úloze multimédií, a z části praktické, kde je provedena analýza stávajícího stavu společnosti Skytravel.eu. Součástí práce je technologické hodnocení užívaného hardwaru a softwaru, SWOT analýza zákazníků a návrhy na optimalizaci multimediální komunikace, jako je využití umělé inteligence, investice do vybavení či tvorba účinnějších reels.
Práce přináší praktická doporučení, jejichž cílem je zlepšit kvalitu komunikace s cílovou skupinou a posílit konkurenceschopnost společnosti v rámci mezinárodního cestovního ruchu.The thesis discusses the current development and use of multimedia content presented online, particularly on the Instagram platform, for communication by tourism-related entities. The study focuses on a case study of the company Skytravel.eu. The objective is to analyze the quality of multimedia content in relation to communication with the target audience, which mainly consists of Russian-speaking customers aged 25-44.
The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which addresses marketing communication, the specifics of the tourism industry, and the role of multimedia, and a practical part, which presents an analysis of the current state of Skytravel.eu. The work includes a technological evaluation of the hardware and software used, a SWOT analysis of the customer base, and proposals for optimizing multimedia communication. These include the use of artificial intelligence, investment in equipment, and the creation of more effective reels.
The thesis offers practical recommendations aimed at improving communication quality with the target audience and strengthening the company's competitiveness in the international tourism market

V teoretické části je popsán význam SSL/TLS protokolů, jejich kryptografické základy a typy certifikátů. Dále jsou přiblíženy aktuální trendy v oblasti digitální bezpečnosti, zejména zkracování platnosti certifikátů a požadavky na automatizaci. Praktická část se věnuje analýze stávajícího systému správy certifikátů ve firmě, identifikaci hlavních nedostatků a návrhu efektivního řešení založeného na centralizaci, automatizaci a posílení provozní bezpečnosti. Součástí je také zavedení nového nástroje pro správu certifikátů a přechod z wildcard certifikátů na certifikáty typu SAN.This bachelor thesis focuses on the management of SSL/TLS certificates in the automotive industry. The theoretical part explains the purpose of SSL/TLS protocols, their cryptographic foundations, and types of certificates. It also highlights current trends in digital security, especially the shortening of certificate lifetimes and the growing need for automation. The practical part analyses the current certificate management system in the company, identifies key weaknesses, and proposes an effective solution based on centralisation, automation, and improved operational security. It also includes the implementation of a new certificate management tool and a transition from wildcard to SAN certificates

Rešeršní část je věnována popisu technologie a její historie, popisu průmyslové technologie, ukázkám současného využití, představení dvou umělců, kteří tuto technologii využívají, a představení firmy, jejíž produkt byl použit při práci. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou inspiračního zdroje, vytvořením vlastního výtvarného návrhu a jeho následným převedením do finálního výstupu bakalářské práce. Výsledkem této práce jsou dvě tapiserie, dva vzorníky a ilustrované plakáty.The content of this bachelor's thesis includes the artistic development of a design inspired by a folk motif, the creation of two flat textiles, and the creation of a tufting technology sample book. The research part is devoted to the description of the technology and its history, description of industrial technology, examples of its current use, the introduction of two artists who work with this technique, and an introduction to the company whose product was used in the work. The practical part deals with the analysis of the source of inspiration, the creation of the own artistic design, and its subsequent transformation into the final output of the bachelor's thesis. Cílem práce je analýza stávajícího stavu vzdělávání baristů na jednotlivých pobočkách kaváren a následné navržení doporučení pro další možný rozvoj zaměstnanců firmy. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem řízení lidských zdrojů, jeho procesy a následně se práce hlouběji zaměřuje na vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců. V praktické části práce je nejdříve představen podnik a jeho organizační struktura a na základě kvalitativního výzkumu prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů je zhodnocen aktuální systém vzdělávání pracovníků na pozicích barista. Výstupem práce je souhrn doporučení pro další možný rozvoj vzdělávání zaměstnanců na pobočkách kaváren firmy.This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of human resource management in a service

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of barista training in the company´s individual café units and to propose recommendations for further possible development of the company´s emloyees. Theoretical part defines the concept of human resource management, its processes and then the thesis focuses in depth on the development of employees. In the practical part of the thesis, the company and its organizational structure are first introduced and based on qualitative research through semi-structured interviews, the current system of employee training for barista positions is evaluated. The outcome of the thesis is a set of recommendations for the possible further development of employee training at the company´s café units

Optimální pojistná ochrana je chápána jako vybrání nejvhodnější varianty v závislosti na dané situaci osoby. Výběry byly provedeny na základě risk managementů a komparace nabídek pojišťoven. První část bakalářské práce seznamuje čtenáře s pojmy riziko, risk management a důležitá část je věnována pojištění, především životnímu pojištění a neživotnímu pojištění osob. Na tuto teoretickou část je navázána část praktická, která se věnuje jednotlivým osobám. U každé osoby je popsána její současná životní situace a je jí proveden risk management, jehož výsledky jsou využity při samotné optimalizaci pojistné ochrany. Praktická část je zakončena stanovením kritérií pro rozhodování, představením nabídek od pojišťoven a jejich porovnání a vyhodnocení optimální pojistné ochrany pro každou osobu.This bachelor's thesis focuses on optimising insurance protection for three selected economically active persons at different stages of life. Optimal insurance protection is the most appropriate option for someone according to his life situation. The selections of such insurance were made based on risk management and comparison of insurance companies' offers. The first part of the thesis introduces the general concepts of risk and risk management, and an important part is devoted to insurance, especially life insurance and non-life insurance. The follow-up part focuses on particular clients. Each person's current life situation is described, and risk management is carried out, which is used to optimise the insurance cover itself. The practical part concludes by setting decision criteria, presenting offers from insurance companies and comparing and evaluating the optimal insurance cover for each person

skutečnosti, jež díky deformaci reality představuje naši zkreslenou iluzi vysněného světa, při
jehož zrcadlení dochází k prolnutí těchto světů, čímž získáváme artefakty - vzpomínky na
tyto světy. Prakticky je kolekce tvořena za pomoci nažehlovací folie a fotografického tisku
jehož přenesením do samotného potisku celé kolekce vzniká prolnutí dvou světů. Textová
část se zabývá samotnou myšlenkou jiného světa, a zrcadlení v dějinách umění a designu.
Praktická část je zaměřena na hledání dezénů, tvarosloví a technologií vhodných pro oděvní
kolekci.The aim of the thesis was to create a clothing collection that looks for inspiration in the
mirroring of reality, which, thanks to the distortion of reality, represents our distorted illusion
of the imagined world, in the mirroring of which these worlds become intertwined, thereby
obtaining artifacts - memories of these worlds. Practically, the collection is made with the
help of ironing foil and photographic printing, the transfer of which to the print of the entire
collection creates the merging of two worlds. The text section deals with the very idea of
another world, and mirroring in art and design history. The practical part is focused on
finding disinfectants, shapes and technologies suitable for the clothing collection
