No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vlivu lidského faktoru na zákaznickou spokojenost v sektoru služeb. Cílem práce je identifikovat, jaké vlastnosti a chování zaměstnanců nejvíce ovlivňují zákaznickou zkušenost. Teoretická část se věnuje charakteristikám služeb, významu zaměstnanců ve službách, zákaznické spokojenosti a roli komunikace, empatie a řešení problémů. Praktická část je postavena na dotazníkovém šetření mezi zákazníky vybraného podniku a na popisu samotného podniku. Výsledky jsou postupně popsány a znázorněny pomocí grafů. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou formulována konkrétní doporučení ke zlepšení služeb v daném podniku.This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the influence of the human factor on customer satisfaction in the service sector. The aim of the thesis is to identify which employee characteristics and behaviours most influence the customer experience. The theoretical part focuses on service characteristics, the importance of employees in service, customer satisfaction and the role of communication, empathy and problem solving. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey among customers of the selected enterprise and a description of the enterprise itself. The results are described in turn and illustrated by means of graphs. Based on the findings, specific recommendations are formulated to improve the service of the enterprise

Ústřední myšlenkou je proto pomíjivost a krása okamžiku při procházení se ulicemi města.The result of the bachelor's thesis entitled The image of a city in the reflection of light is a textile product made by hand weaving on a frame. It is a tapestry depicting a night city, which, although based on the real world, turns into a mere trace of reality in the painting. Optimization of metallographic etching procedures for Cu alloys
No full textCílem této bakalářské práce je nalezení takového leptadla, které by mohlo zcela nahradit leptadla na bázi třímocného nebo šestimocného chromu. Nové leptadlo musí zobrazovat mikrostrukturu mosazi stejně dobře jako leptadla s obsahem chromu. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní informace o mědi, slitin mědi, metody přípravy mosazného metalografického vzorku, optické metody pozorování mikrostruktury a elektrolytická metoda leptání metalografického vzorku. V experimentální části jsou uvedeny informace o přípravě vzorku, druhý leptadel, které byly použity a způsob aplikace jednotlivých leptadel při leptání. Po káždém experimentu s jednotlivými leptadly byla vyvolaná mikrostruktura pozorována a zaznamenána. Také bylo vyhodnoceno elektrolytické leptání, které se porovnávalo s výsledky chemického leptání. Porovnáním vlastností leptadel a kvality vyvolané mikrostruktury byly leptadla jednotlivě vyhodnoceny a na základě vyhodnocení byly zformulovány závěry.The goal of this thesis is to find an etchant, that could replace etchants made out of trivalent or hexavalent chromium. Theoretical part summarises basic information about copper, copper alloys, metallographic preparation methods of brass sample, optical observation methods and electrolytic etching methods. The experimental part provides information on sample preparation, types of used etchants and methods of etching. After each experiment with individual etchant came evaluation of induced microstructure which was observed and recorded. Electrolytic etching was also evaluated and then compared with the results of chemical etching. Through comparation of etchant properties and quality of induced microstructure were etchants individually evaluated and conclusions were formulated based on the evaluation

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací řídicího systému pro jednoúčelový stroj. Nejprve je analyzován samotný stroj, včetně seznámení s nezbytným hardwarovým vybavením pro jeho ovládání. Dále jsou řešeny softwarové bezpečnostní požadavky nutné pro provoz zařízení, a to zejména s ohledem na ochranu obsluhy i samotného stroje. Stěžejním bodem práce je vytvořit program pro programovatelný logický kontrolér od firmy Siemens, který zajišťuje provoz v automatickém i manuálním režimu a komunikaci s periferiemi, i s nadřazenými systémy. Součástí řešení je rovněž návrh a tvorba uživatelského rozhraní pro HMI, které umožňuje snadné a přehledné ovládání a monitoring všech klíčových funkcí stroje.This bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of a control system for a single-purpose machine. First, the machine itself is analyzed, including an introduction to the necessary hardware for its control. Next, the software safety requirements necessary for the operation of the machine are addressed, especially with respect to the protection of the operator and the machine itself. The focal point of the work is to develop a program for a programmable logic controller from Siemens, which provides operation in automatic and manual mode and communication with peripherals, as well as with higher-level systems. The solution also includes the design and creation of a user interface for the HMI that allows easy and clear control and monitoring of all key machine functions

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá významem podnikové etiky a jejím ukotvením prostřednictvím etického kodexu ve výrobním podniku AKTIVIT, spol. s r. o. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s etikou v podnikání, včetně principů tvorby a implementace etických kodexů. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu samotného dokumentu podle předem stanovených kritérií a na zkoumání etického klimatu uvnitř organizace pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci a rozhovoru s vedením. Na základě toho následně vyhodnocuje silné a slabé stránky etického kodexu. Práce nabízí konkrétní návrhy na úpravu kodexu a doporučení pro jeho zavedení do každodenní praxe.This bachelor thesis deals with the importance of corporate ethics and its anchoring through the code of ethics in the manufacturing company AKTIVIT, spol. s r. o. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to ethics in business, including the principles of creating and implementing ethical codes. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the document itself according to predetermined criteria and on the investigation of the ethical climate within the organization by means of a questionnaire survey among employees and an interview with the management. Based on this, it then evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of the code of ethics. The paper offers concrete suggestions for modifying the code and recommendations for its implementation in daily practice

volnočasových mikin. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda vyšší cena skutečně koreluje s lepšími užitnými
vlastnostmi produktu. Rešeršní část se zaměřuje na psychologii spotřebitele, vliv ceny, prestiže
značky, problematiku padělků a význam udržitelnosti v textilním průmyslu. Experimentální
část zahrnuje objektivní laboratorní testování sedmi užitných vlastností mikin z různých
cenových kategorií a subjektivní hodnocení prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky
ukazují, že cena není vždy spolehlivým ukazatelem kvality, a podtrhují význam informovaného
rozhodování spotřebitelů. Práce přináší cenné poznatky pro zákazníky, výrobce i odbornou

garments, specifically focusing on casual sweatshirts. The aim of the thesis is to determine
whether a higher price truly correlates with better utility properties of the product. The
theoretical part addresses consumer psychology, the influence of price and brand prestige, the
issue of counterfeit goods, and the importance of sustainability in the textile industry. The
practical part involves objective laboratory testing of seven key utility properties of sweatshirts
from different price categories, combined with subjective evaluation through a consumer
survey. The results indicate that price is not always a reliable indicator of quality and highlight
the importance of informed consumer decision-making. The thesis provides valuable insights

Vzhledem k tomu, že oficiální knihovna NAOqi je dostupná pouze pro Python verze 2, cílem bylo navrhnout a implementovat rozhraní, které zachová podobný přístup pro práci s knihovnou, bude rychlé a snadno začlenitelné do Python 3 aplikací. Praktický přínos práce spočívá v rozšíření možností programování robotů NAO v aktuálních verzích jazyka Python a použití moderních technologií a nástrojů.This bachelor thesis aims at designing a solution that enables the use of the NAOqi library for programming NAO robots in Python version 3 and above. Since the oicial NAOqi library is only available for Python version 2, the goal was to design and implement an interface that maintains a similar approach for working with the library, is fast and easy to integrate into Python 3 applications. The practical contribution of the work lies in extending the possibilities of programming NAO robots in current versions of Python and using modern technologies and tools

Dílčím cílem práce je popsat postupy vedoucí k úsporám v oblasti interní logistiky a zároveň provést teoretický výpočet částky, kterou by podnik mohl měsíčně ušetřit, pokud by byla implementována navržená řešení. Práce zahrnuje teoretická východiska související s tématem i analýzu problémů, které byly v podniku identifikovány.This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of optimization of internal logistics costs in the manufacturing company PRAKTIK system s.r.o., which specializes in the recycling of electrical waste and plastics. The main focus is on finding ways to reduce the operating costs of this enterprise in the long term. a regionálního rozvoje, přispívajícím k ekonomickému růstu
a kulturní integraci. Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje strategii,
projekty a iniciativy na podporu cestovního ruchu v euroregionech
Nisa a Glacensis během programového období 2014-2020.
Přestože oba euroregiony čelí podobným geografickým a kulturním
podmínkám, jejich přístup k podpoře turismu se liší v závislosti
na organizačních strukturách a prioritách. Práce využívá
kombinaci metod, zahrnující analýzu dostupných dokumentů,
projektů a polostrukturovaný rozhovor s odborníky z euroregionů.
Součástí výzkumu je analýza projektů, která odhaluje rozdíly
v přístupech a výzvy spojené s řízením cestovního ruchu.
Výsledky zdůrazňují úspěšné praktiky, jak zlepšit udržitelný
rozvoj cestovního ruchu v příhraničních oblastech. Získané
poznatky mohou sloužit jako inspirace pro budoucí přeshraniční
spolupráci a strategické plánování.Tourism is a key factor in cross-border cooperation and regional
development, contributing to economic growth and cultural
integration. This bachelor's thesis analyzes strategies, projects,
and initiatives aimed at promoting tourism in the Nisa
and Glacensis Euroregions during the program period of 2014-
2020. Despite sharing similar geographical and cultural
conditions, these neighboring euroregions approach tourism
development differently due to variations in organizational
structure and priorities. The thesis employs a combination
of methods, including an analysis of available documents
and strategic initiatives as well as semi-structured interviews
with experts from the Euroregions. The research includes a project
analysis that reveals differences in approaches and challenges
related to tourism management. The findings highlight successful
practices for enhancing sustainable tourism development in crossborder
areas. The insights gained may serve as inspiration
for future cross-border cooperation and strategic planning
