Innovation of equipment for the production of filters for IZS
No full textObsahem této práce je inovace výrobního procesu vzduchových filtrů prostřednictvím návrhu jednoúčelového stroje. V první části je popsán současný výrobní proces a jsou stanoveny jeho klíčové ukazatele výkonnosti. Následně jsou navrženy tři různé koncepty nového výrobního zařízení, u nichž jsou určeny předpokládané výkonnostní parametry. Před výběrem nejvhodnějšího řešení jsou definována hodnoticí kritéria. Výběr je proveden pomocí metody AHP. Závěrečná část práce se věnuje konstrukčnímu návrhu zvoleného konceptu.The aim of this thesis is to innovate the production process of air filters by designing a single-purpose machine. The first part describes the current production process and defines its key performance indicators. Subsequently, three different design concepts of the new machine are proposed, and their expected performance parameters are evaluated. Before selecting the most suitable solution, evaluation criteria are established. The selection is carried out using the AHP method. The final part of the thesis focuses on the design of the chosen concept

v období mezi lety 1948-1989. Zaměřuji se na zápasy hokejového týmu Československa proti týmu
Spojených států amerických a Československa v souboji s Kanadou. Parametrem pro analýzu je trest
vyšší než 2 minuty. Přibližuji příběh slavného hráče, několikanásobného mistra světa a Evropy, Jiřího
Bubly, jenž byl identifikován jako "tvrďák" 70. let 20. století. V kontextu dřívějších dekád připomínám
také postavu Williama Warwicka, bitkaře 50. let, jehož styl hry výrazně provokoval jak hráče na ledě,
tak diváky v hledišti. Dále také porovnávám charakter zpráv o hodnocení výkonu rozhodčích
v jednotlivých utkáních jak médii, tak samotnými členy realizačních týmů družstev.In my bachelor's thesis, I examine the nature of media reports concerning illegal checks in ice hockey
between 1948 and 1989. I focus on matches between the Czechoslovak national team and the teams of
the United States and Canada. The main criterion for analysis is a penalty longer than two minutes.
I present the story of the renowned player, multiple world and European champion Jiří Bubla, who was
identified as one of the "enforcers" of the 1970s. In the context of earlier decades, I also highlight the
figure of William Warwick, a brawler of the 1950s, whose playing style strongly provoked both
opponents on the ice and spectators in the stands. Furthermore, I compare the tone of reports evaluating
referees' performances in individual matches, both in the media and as perceived by team staff members

fragmenty kožních (ne)dokonalostí. Kožní (ne)dokonalosti mohou přinášet do našich životů různorodé vzpomínky. Účelem je poukázat na alternativní léčbu pomocí bylin a vnímat naše (ne)dokonalosti jako přirozenou součást. Kolekce šperků slouží jako připomínky, že byliny dokáží naše tělo léčit. Šperky se mohou nosit samostatně nebo je součástí prostor, kam se mohou byliny vkládat. Objekty inspirované strukturami lidské pokožky slouží jako místa odpočinku pro šperky, stejně jako je možné klást byliny na vlastní tělo. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit kolekci drobných pokladů v podobě šperků a objektů, které nám pomáhají v různých životních situacích a budou tak pro každého symbolem odolnosti, síly, oslavy a vlastní terapie.The topic of the diploma thesis is jewellery inspired by herbs and objects reflecting fragments of skin (im)perfections. Skin (im)perfections can bring various memories into our lives. The purpose is to point out alternative treatment using herbs and to perceive our (im)perfections as a natural part. The jewellery collection serves as a reminder that herbs can heal our body. Jewellery can be worn separately or there is a space where herbs can be placed. Objects inspired by the structures of human skin serve as resting places for jewellery, just as it is possible to place herbs on our own body. The goal of the thesis was to create a collection of small treasures in the form of jewellery and objects that help us in various life situations and will be a symbol of resilience, strength, celebration and personal therapy for everyone

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá režimovými opatřeními v průběhu radioterapie a jejich dodržováním pacienty. Cílem práce je zjistit, do jaké míry pacienti respektují doporučená opatření, a zhodnotit, jaký vliv má jejich dodržování na výskyt nežádoucích účinků léčby. Praktická část je založena na dotazníkovém šetření, jehož výsledky poskytují přehled o informovanosti pacientů, jejich přístupu k doporučením a subjektivním hodnocení vedlejších účinků radioterapie. Výsledky mohou sloužit jako podklad pro zlepšení edukace pacientů a optimalizaci podpůrné péče v onkologické léčbě.This bachelor thesis deals with regimen measures during radiotherapy and their compliance by patients. The aim of the thesis is to find out to what extent patients comply with the recommended measures and to evaluate the influence of their compliance on the incidence of adverse effects of treatment. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey, the results of which provide an overview of patients' awareness, their attitude to the recommendations and their subjective assessment of the side effects of radiotherapy. The results can serve as a basis for improving patient education and optimizing supportive care in cancer treatment

Primární data byla získána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s vybranými zaměstnanci a na základě těchto zjištění byly formulovány návrhy ke zlepšení stávající situace. V ní byly definovány vybrané činnosti řízení lidských zdrojů, dále se zaměřuje na aktuální trendy v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů, které souvisejí s motivací, udržením a rozvojem zaměstnanců. spokojenosti a loajality.This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the causes of employee turnover in the company UOL, a.s. The aim of the presented bachelor thesis was to identify the main factors of employee dissatisfaction, which could subsequently influence the possible departure of employees from the company. Primary data was obtained through semistructured interviews with selected employees and based on these findings, suggestions were formulated to improve the current situation. The thesis consists of a theoretical and methodological part, the selected activities of human resource management were defined in the thesis, it also focuses on current trends in human resource management related to employee motivation, retention and development. The results of the thesis can serve as a basis for companies to manage HR processes more effectively and to promote employee satisfaction and loyalty

Praktická část analyzuje získaná data a formuluje opatření, která mohou přispět ke zlepšení kvality služeb a zvýšení celkové zákaznické spokojenosti.This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of customer satisfaction in the field of sports and physical activity. The main objective is to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the services provided by A-STYL Liberec through a questionnaire survey and, based on the analysis, to propose recommendations that could lead to increased satisfaction. Get PDFCílem této práce je zhodnotit vliv nadnárodních korporací na Českou republiku, a to zejména jejich ekonomické, sociální a environmentální dopady, a to na základě sekundárních dat z oficiálních zdrojů. Teoretická část práce definuje nadnárodní korporace, nastiňuje základní koncepce, jako jsou přímé zahraniční investice a představuje klíčové teorie související s jejich vznikem. Následující část zkoumá jejich pozitivní a negativní dopady, a to z hlediska domovské a hostitelské země. Praktická část práce analyzuje pozitivní i negativní dopady nadnárodních korporací na českou ekonomiku. Zkoumá jejich přínos k hrubému domácímu produktu, zaměstnanosti, investicím a výzkumu a vývoji a zároveň se zabývá potenciálními riziky. Závěrečná část obsahuje zhodnocení zjištěných skutečností a předkládá doporučení.The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the impact of multinational corporations on the Czech Republic, especially their economic, social, and environmental impacts, using secondary data from official sources. The theoretical part of the thesis defines multinational corporations, outlines basic concepts such as foreign direct investment, and presents key theories related to their emergence. The following section examines their positive and negative impacts, from both home and host country perspectives. The practical part of the thesis analyses the positive and negative impacts of multinational corporations on the Czech economy. It examines their contribution to gross domestic product, employment, investment, and research and development, and also looks at potential risks. The final section assesses the findings and makes recommendations

primárního výzkumu zhodnotit aktuální přístupy k odborné přípravě a vzdělávání
hasičů a následně identifikovat oblasti, ve kterých existuje prostor pro zlepšení. Předkládaná práce kombinuje teoretický přehled v podobě odborné literární rešerše na dané téma s praktickým výzkumem, který byl realizován formou dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů na vybraných stanicích HZS Královéhradeckého kraje a u jednotek dobrovolných hasičů. Výsledky šetření ukazují, že největší rezervy odborné přípravy hasičů lze spatřit v pravidelnosti odborné přípravy, předlékařské pomoci, taktice zásahu a fyzické kondici. Práce předkládá návrhy, jak tyto nedostatky adresovat a posílit tak efektivitu vzdělávacího systému.The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of professional training of members of the Fire Rescue Corps in the Hradec Králové Region. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate, through primary research, current approaches to professional training and education of firefighters and subsequently identify areas where there is room for. The present thesis combines a theoretical overview in the form of expert literature search on the topic with practical research, which was carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews at selected fire brigade stations of the Hradec Králové Region and at units of voluntary firefighters. The results of the survey show that the greatest reserves of firefighters' training can be seen in the regularity of training, pre-medical assistance, tactics of intervention and physical fitness.
