    Islamic Bank in Indonesia is still very experienced legal problems because it is still plagued with some of the Banking Act that exist, so the Islamic Bank is not free to develop their products, these problems include institutional and legal problems of legal problems operational, operational and legal problems, among others, taxation problems as well as problems of liquidity management. Hence the need for affirmation of the law against such things.     Abstract: This paper aims to explain the understanding, the function of maq??id syar?'ah in life, Islamic economy, and maq??id syar?'ah as the corridor of management of Islamic banking. Maq??id syar?'ah is very relevant to be used as the basis for system development, practice, and even Islamic banking product in this multidimensional era, in response to contemporary dynamic issues, because it is based on the welfare and prosperity of society.     Abstract: This paper will see the Islamic Bank as an Islamic financial institution in order to participate in improving the welfare of all communities. Islamic banks have different purposes than conventional banks, Islamic banks as syariah-based banks and morals have a goal not only to achieve profit but also have social and spiritual goals (maqhasid shariah). Therefore the preparation of Sharia Bank business plan must be based on sustainable business principles and based on worldly balance with the creation of prosperity (maslahat) towards the achievement of eternal victory (falah).Abstrak: Tulisan ini akan melihat Bank Syariah sebagai lembaga keuangan Islam dalam rangka ikut berperan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan semua masyarakat. Bank syariah memiliki tujuan yang berbeda dengan bank konvensional, bank syariah sebagai bank yang berlandaskan syariah dan moral memiliki tujuan bukan hanya mencapai keuntungan semata tetapi juga memiliki tujuan sosial dan spiritual (maqhasid syariah).     Abstract: Customer loyalty has been recognized as an important source to maintain sustainable competition within an institution. One effort that can be done to improve customer loyalty is to provide customer satisfaction. Judging from the philosophical aspect, there is a very fundamental difference between the basic thinking of conventional marketing concepts with the concept of Islamic marketing. The concept of Islamic marketing based Maq?sid Syar?'ah Theory where the relationship of exchange or muamalah based on the values of worship to Allah SWT. The concept of Islamic marketing emphasizes on the aspect of maximization of value that is to obtain the benefit of life both in the world and the hereafter as the goal of Islamic Shari'ah decrease, not merely to pursue profit as much as possible. Such marketing concepts will shape the behavior of marketers to act in an honest and fair manner that grows from within the marketer's conscience, thus avoiding unethical behavior that can harm customers, themselves, or others.Abstrak: Loyalitas pelanggan telah diakui sebagai sumber penting untuk mempertahankan persaingan yang berkelanjutan dalam suatu lembaga. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan adalah memberikan kepuasan pelanggan. Ditinjau dari aspek filosofis, terdapat perbedaan yang sangat fundamental antara dasar pemikiran konsep pemasaran konvensional dengan konsep pemasaran Islam. Konsep pemasaran Islam yang mendasarkan Teori Maq?sid Syar?’ah dimana hubungan pertukaran atau muamalah didasari nilai-nilai ibadah kepada Allah SWT. Konsep pemasaran Islam menekankan pada aspek maksimalisasi nilai yaitu untuk memperoleh kemaslahatan kehidupan baik di dunia maupun akhirat sebagaimana tujuan diturunkannya syariah Islam, bukan semata untuk mengejar keuntungan sebanyak-banyaknya.     Abstract: This paper will examine the execution of death in Indonesia with the view of Hudud Muhammad Syahrur Theory. The execution of the death penalty imposed by the Indonesian government on the law's injunction against death row inmates involved in serious crimes such as terrorist leader, narcotics producer. Death penalty is not enough to be seen from a positive-conceptual perspective, but it must go through a case-by-case approach, as each case has its own context and uniqueness. The death penalty to be the maximum sentence in the hudud theory of Muhammad Syahrur is called all-haddul a'la, and a minimum of one year's imprisonment as a minimum limit by Muhammad Syahrur is called al-haddul adnaa.Abstrak: Tulisan ini akan mengkaji tentang eksekusi mati di Indonesia dengan ditinjau dari Teori Hudud Muhammad Syahrur. Eksekusi hukuman mati yang diterapkan pemerintah Indonesia atas perintah Undang-Undang terhadap terpidana mati yang terlibat dalam kejahatan berat seperti gembong teroris, produsen narkotika. Pidana mati tidak cukup hanya dilihat dari perspektif positif-konseptual semata, namun harus lewat pendekatan kasus per kasus, dikarenakan masing-masing kasus memiliki konteks dan keunikannya sendiri.     The results showed that the big difference in revenue sharing system between deposits and borrowed funds in BMT Fauzan Azhiima Parepare, which is where the formula for the result of savings is the average balance divided by total average balance multiplied by 20% of income BMT, while the formula for the proceeds of the loan is income net customers divided according to the ratio between BMT and the customer agreement. Can be seen in 2009, the income of the BMT Rp. 22,161,294. So for the results obtained customer deposits in 2009 was Rp. 22,161,294 x 20% = Rp. 4432258.8. As for the results obtained loan customers in 2009 for the owner of Rp. 6648388.2 and fund manager Rp. 15,512,905.8

    This paper aims to compare the three sistems of law on the status of adopted children by using normative juridical approach. It concluded that the position of adopted children in the sistem of Islamic law does not sever the relationship between the adopted child and his biological parents then adopted children do not become the heir of his adoptive father except through wajibah testament. The amount of inheritance is not more than 1/3. Positive law stipulates that adopted children have equal position with biological children of foster parents so that the adopted child becomes heir adoptive parents for adoption severed all civil relationship between the child and biological parents. While in traditional law, the position of adoptive children depends on the laws in force in a customs area because some areas in Indonesia is different in determining position an adopted child
