Penerapan Metode Problem Solving Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Pada Pembelajaran Sosiologi Kelas X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Singkawang
Get PDFMasalah dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini penerapan metode problem solving pada pelajaran Sosiologi untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa kelas X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Singkawang Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013. Banyak siswa yang mendapat nilai hasil belajar di bawah standar kompetensi yang telah ditetapkan oleh guru. Latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah bahwa dalam proses pembelajaran banyak siswa yang kurang aktif disebabkan siswa yang cenderung malas belajar karena banyak aktivitas dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler serta input yang masuk ke kelas X IPS 1 banyak yang kurang prestasi hasil nilai belajarnya karena memang sudah tersaring dari nilai raport selama mereka di SMP, jadi nilai diatas standar masuk jurusan IPA selebihnya masuk jurusan IPS, Sosiologi juga dianggap mata pelajaran yang banyak menuntut siswa untuk membaca agar bisa memahami materi hal ini membuat siswa kurang termotivasi untuk mempelajarinya. Disamping itu metode pembelajaran yang digunakan guru kurang bervariasi menjadi penyebab motivasi belajar siswa menjadi kurang akhirnya berimbas pada hasil belajar yang tidak signifikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan metode problem solving. Prosedur pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas ini terdiri dari 2 siklus di mana setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan (refleksi awal, menyusun strategi pembelajaran, pembuatan RPP, menyiapkan media pembelajaran dan membuat lembar observasi), pelaksanaan tindakan yang mencakup langkah-langkah dari pelaksanaan metode problem solving, kegiatan observasi selama berlangsungnya proses pembelajaran di kelas, kegiatan refleksi dan membuat rencana lanjutan untuk penyempurnaan dalam perencanaan tindakan yang dilakukan sebelumnya.Dari hasil akhir diperoleh bahwa penerapan metode problem solving dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.Kata Kunci: Problem Solving, Sosiologi, Motivasi Belajar
Interaksi Sosial Mahasiswa Antar Anggota Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam Komisariat FKIP Untan Cabang Pontianak
Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui interaksi sosial mahasiswa antar Anggota Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam Komisariat KIP UNTAN Cabang Pontianak. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, proses pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komisariat KIP dalam menjalankan aktivitas keorganisasian terdapat kerjasama di bidang pendidikan yang bekerjasama dengan Komisariat ISIP sedangkan di bidang keagamaan bekerjasama dengan Komisariat Ekonomi dan Komisariat MIPA sedangkan di bidang sosial bekerjasama dengan Komisariat ISIP dan dibidang keolahragaan bekerjasama dengan Komisariat Ekonomi serta Komisariat ISIP. Di Komisariat KIP juga terdapat persaingan, persaingan sesama anggota komisariat dan persaingan dengan anggota komisariat yang ada di Universitas Tanjungpura. Untuk mengurangi persaingan di komisariat diperlukan sikap kompromi dan sikap toleransi baik itu sesama anggota komisariat maupun dengan komisariat yang ada di Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam Cabang Pontianak. Pengaruh Motivasi Belajar Dan Pemanfaatan Sumber Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa SMP Negeri 11 Pontianak
Get PDFThis study examines the effect of learning motivation and use of learning resources on learning outcomes IPS Junior High School eighth grade students 11 Pontianak. Indicators of motivation in this research include covering passion and Desire to learn, enthusiasm for learning, the need for learning, hope the outcomes of learning, and the ideals to be achieved, the indicator use of learning resources, including books and the internet. This study uses form of multiple linear regression. Source of data in this study is the respondents' answers to the questionnaire and student learning outcomes. Collecting data using questionnaires, interview and observation sheet. Results of the study are: (1) there is the influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes was 23,5% as evidenced by tcount> ttable, is 6,015> 1.980; (2) a significant difference between the use of learning resources on student learning outcomes was 76,5% as evidenced by tcount > ttable, is 16,537> 1,980; (3) there is a significant relationship between motivation and use of learning resources to students' learning outcomes IPS was 74,9% as evidenced by Fvalue > F table, is 119,135> 3.072.Keywords: Learning Motivation, Learning Resources, Learning Outcomes

Get PDFThe Research about The Effectiveness of Tutoring in the face of national examination in the subject of Sociology at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak aims to determine the effectiveness of tutoring in the face of national exams in the subject of Sociology at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak. The research used an expost facto method and form causal comparative research with a sample of 40 people. Statistical calculations indicate that there is a significant influence on the success of national examination tutoring, and contributions reached 70,2 %. It means there is concluded tutoring in national exams on the subject of sociology at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak is effective.Key Words: Learning Guidance, National Exams Result

Pengaruh Status Sosial Siswa Terhadap Hasil Belajar Sosiologi Kelas X SMA
Get PDFThis research aimed to investigate the impact of social status on sociology learning outcomes in X SHS class. While research method used was a descriptive survey study form. Data collection tool that used was interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data processing technique is to test the validity and reliability testing of the questionnaire, to see social status tested by percentage. While to look at the effect of social stastus tested through a simple linear regression with SPSS 17. Regression coefficient social status variables (X) is 0.75 x. This means that any increase in the social status of 1, then the learning outcomes will be increased by 0.75 and R2 value of 0.08, meaning that the influence of social status on learning outcomes was 0.8%.Key Words: Impact, Social Status, Learning Outcomes

Interaksi Sosial Asosiatif Antara Anak Putus Sekolah Dan Masih Bersekolah Di Desa
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk interaksi sosial asosiatif antara anak putus sekolah dan masih bersekolah di Desa Pelimpaan Kecamatan Jawai Kabupaten Sambas dalam bentuk kerukunan, bargaining dan nilai-nilai sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Alat pengumpul data yaitu panduan observasi, panduan wawancara dan alat dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bentuk kerukunan gotong-royong pesta pernikahan berjalan baik, adanya pembuatan tarup, besurong, kuli aek dan ngarak penganten dan bentuk aktivitas tolong-menolong dalam produksi hasil perkebunan dan pertanian seperti panen buah kelapa dan panen sayur sawi. Bentuk bargaining sudah cukup baik dibuktikan dengan bargaining distributif antara lain dalam pengolahan produksi kebun kelapa, selanjutnya bargaining integratif antara lain produksi hasil pertanian dan keluar pada malam minggu dan malam kamis. Bentuk nilai-nilai sosial sudah berjalan dengan baik ditandai adanya pembuatan tenda, pembuatan bangku santai, pembuatan pondok dan membantu pekerjaan kecil tetangga.Kata Kunci: Interaksi Sosial Asosiatif, Anak Putus Sekolah, Anak Masih Bersekolah
