META ANALISIS MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROJECT BASED LEARNING DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN KETERAMPILAN ABAD 21
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the project based learning model in improving 21st century skills. The research method uses a qualitative approach based on the literature. Sources obtained from various kinds of reading materials such as books, articles, journals, and other literature. The sources used are relevant to the discussion. The project-based learning model is one of the project-based models, where students are more active in the learning process. Students will be given a project in the group learning process. 21st century skills are skills that must be possessed in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which requires its generations to become quality, creative, innovative, and critical human resources. This project-based learning is one way to face and prepare generations in the 21st century. This model will later be able to form skills that are in accordance with the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Project-based learning is also equipped with a scientific approach. Along with the times and more and more learning models, one of which is a project-based learning model that can be applied by teachers as an effort to prepare the 21st century generation
DEGENERASI PETANI MUDA DI DESA BOCOR KECAMATAN BULUSPESANTREN KABUPATEN KEBUMEN
Farming is one of the jobs that used to be the main job for the people of Indonesia, especially people who live in villages, but this time the existence of farmers has decreased with the times. Villagers, especially youths, prefer to migrate to work in cities to get jobs that have a better income than working as farmers. This study aims to determine: (1) why the younger generation in Bocor Village does not choose to become farmers as a profession and (2) how migration is an alternative way for young people in Bocor Village to advance their careers. In this study, the method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The results obtained from this study are that young people in the village want a better economic change than their families, so they hope that migrating can improve the economics of their families, compared to farmers whose income only depends on uncertain harvests. Migrating is also an option because, for young people who have just graduated from school, it is complicated to find a job because of the condition of the village that there are very few jobs and the Regency Minimum Wage (UMK) in the town is very smal
KEHIDUPAN MASYARAKAT TRANSMIGRAN DI DESA RASAU JAYA TIGA KECAMATAN RASAU JAYA TAHUN 1976
The transmigration settlement in Rasau Jaya Tiga Village is through a general transmigration program, namely transmigration regulated by the government. The entry of transmigrants in the village of Rasau Jaya Tiga gave rise to various new cultures brought by the transmigrant community from outside the island. The existence of art from outside the island that entered the area of this Rasau Jaya Tiga, did not pose a problem to the local natives. The problem in this research is how the life of the transmigrant community in Rasau Jaya Tiga Village, Rasau Jaya District, Kubu Raya Regency in 1976. The method used is a descriptive qualitative research approach and data analysis techniques are carried out by means of data reduction. The results of this study are transmigrants from outside the island of Kalimantan who have settled in the village of Rasau Jaya Tiga through the transmigration program. This process and organized movement of people has had a huge impact on the development of transmigrant communities from all aspects of their lives. The main reason they transmigrate is none other than based on economic and welfare motives. In the initial process of the life of the transmigrant community, the first activity they carried out was mutual cooperation in cleaning the land around the housing location from the waste left over from residential development. PROGRAM STUDENT OF THE MONTH SEBAGAI PROSES HABITUASI NILAI DISIPLIN SISWA
Student of the month is a program dedicated to giving appreciation and awards from the school to the best students with specific criteria. The selection of student of the month is based on the following criteria: (1) The percentage of student attendance in that month is above 90%, (2) Good character, (3) Obeys madrasa regulations, (4) Active in teaching and learning activities and extracurricular activities. This study aims to identify the process of implementing the student of the month program, determine the implementation of the student of the month program at MAN 2 Serang, and assess the impact of the student of the month program on students at MAN 2 Serang. This research is included in the descriptive analysis. This research is qualitative. The collection technique was done through interviews, documentation, and observation. Research subjects in this study were determined purposively, namely the selection of research subjects intentionally by researchers based on specific goals and criteria. The determination of research subjects is based on particular characteristics or characteristics that assess the researcher's subjectivity. The data analysis technique used is the inductive analysis technique. The study results concluded that the student of the month program led to a change in student habits, where there was a change in student behavior patterns, especially in increasing discipline. The sustainability of the program, which is carried out every month, has implications for forming a habitus for students
UPAYA MEWUJUDKAN “STUDENT WELL BEING” MELALUI PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU DALAM MENERAPKAN PEMBELAJARAN BERDEFRENSIASI DI SMA NEGERI 1 TALUN KABUPATEN BLITAR
The realization of "Student Well Being" in schools is one of the important programs in an effort to improve education services during the recovery period of the education world after our country was hit by a pandemic. Various efforts have been made by the government, such as the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum as stated in the Decree of the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 56 of 2022. This research was conducted on teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Talun in order to improve their professional competence. The method used in this study is the School Action Research (PTS) method. This research is divided into three cycles. Based on the results of data analysis in cycle 1, teacher competence on differentiation learning increased from pre-cycle. It is evident from the results of the pre-test which averaged 5.8 and the post-test increased to 8.8 with an average increase of 2.95% in value. Teacher competence is also proven in the application of field supervision in cycle 2 even though it is still not fully said to be successful because of the 64 teachers as research subjects, there are 38 people or about 59% who still have not implemented differentiated learning well. After the improvement and strengthening of teachers, only in cycle 3 the research can be said to be successful because there are 53 teachers or about 83% successful, while there are 4 teachers whose competence in implementing differentiated learning is very good if the percentage is around 6%, the remaining 7 teachers or about 11% which shows poor competence. From the results of observations of the level of well being shown by students in differentiated learning, it was found that there were 35 teaching teachers or about 55% whose students in the class could show very good Well Being. Meanwhile, there are 22 teaching teachers (34%) whose students can show quite well being during the teaching and learning process. Furthermore, there are 7 teachers (11%) who when teaching in class their students are not good at showing their well being. Thus the results of this study can be used as a positive recommendation for the realization of Student well Being in schools as in the contents of the Independent Learning Curriculum
PERILAKU SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MENGGUNAKAN INTERNET SEBAGAI MEDIA BELAJAR (STUDI DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS NEGERI 2 SUNGAI AMBAWANG)
This research aims to describe students’ behavior in using the internet while learning and analyze factors that change the students’ behavior at the State Senior High School 2 of Sungai Ambawang. The research used a qualitative method to obtain a detailed and comprehensive understanding of their behavior using the internet as learning media at school. The research found that the student struggled to concentrate during the lesson. One of the factors was that the students played game, browsed other media, and did other online activities. The data were collected using interviews, observation, and documentation. To analyze the data, the researchers did several procedures such as data reduction, presentation, and verification. This research used a behaviorism theory expressed by B.F. Skinner. This theory focuses on the relationship between the effect of an individual’s behavior on his surroundings and the effect of the surrounding on the individual. According to Skinner, almost all human behavior falls into two categories: respondent and operant behavior. Respondent behavior is an unconscious action (reflex) that is resulted from a particular stimulus from the surrounding. ANALISIS FAKTOR PENYEBAB ANAK PUTUS SEKOLAH JENJANG SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA DI DESA MAJU KARYA KECAMATAN PARINDU KABUPATEN SANGGAU
This study describes the causes of students at the junior high school level in Desa Maju Karya, Kecamatan Parindu of Kabupaten Sanggau, drop out of school. This study identifies the factors causing children in the studied area to drop out of school. This study analyzes the factors that cause children to drop out of school in Maju Karya Village, Parindu District, Sanggau Regency. Qualitative approach with a descriptive method was employed in this study. The research data was obtained using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions were employed to analyze the data. The data validity was verified using triangulation technique. Based on the analysis, the researchers found two factors causing children to drop out of school, namely internal factors, which include a sense of laziness and lack of interest in learning; and external factors which include the low level of parental education, lack of parental attention, broken families, weak economy, and peers that have a negative influence
FISCAL STIMULUS THROUGH INCOME TAX POLICY ARTICLE 21 AT THE KANWIL DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF TAXES
This Article 21 Government-borne Income Tax Incentive Policy (DTP) began to be implemented in April 2020 through PMK 23/PMK.03/2020 when the Covid 19 pandemic had spread widely in Indonesia, where many companies were shaken by the economy. Seeing the above conditions, the government carried out fiscal stimulus, one of which was through the Income Tax Incentive Policy Article 21 Borne by the Government (DTP), in order to help the economic recovery of the people affected by the Covid 19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze and evaluate how, obstacles, and efforts to overcome obstacles in the Implementation of Article 21 Government-borne Income Tax Incentive Policy (DTP) at the Tax Service Office of the South Jakarta Regional Tax Office I. This study is a qualitative research that focuses on the success implementation of the Government-borne Income Tax Incentive Article 21 (DTP) policy and the obstacles faced by collecting information through interviews with parties implementing the tax incentive policy. The results of the study found that the implementation of Article 21 Government-borne Income Tax Incentives (DTP) was in great demand by the public (the public) because it helped the community, in this case employees, maintain economic purchasing power in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic that shook the economy in Indonesia
SOSIALISASI PARTISIPATIF GURU SOSIOLOGI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEDISIPLINAN SISWA KELAS XI IPS 1 SMA NEGERI 1 TELUK KERAMAT
This study aims to determine the form of participatory socialization of sociology teachers in improving the discipline of class XI IPS 1 students at SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Keramat, Sambas Regency. Researchers used descriptive research methods with qualitative research forms. The data sources for this study were the sociology teacher, BK teacher, and six students of class XI IPS 1. The results showed that participatory socialization of sociology teachers in improving the discipline of class XI IPS 1 students of SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Keramat by giving symbolic rewards. Giving rewards for good behavior in the form of praise as a form of teacher appreciation for students, communication as interaction, namely communication that exists between teachers and students directly and face to face, verbal communication with oral and written so that it is easily understood by students, student-centered socialization, and students' learning needs are taken into account
DAMPAK PEMANFAATAN HARTA PUSAKA TINGGI UNTUK PENDIDIKAN DI JORONG SIMPANG AMPEK KABUPATEN PASAMAN BARAT
High inheritance is a hereditary property from the woman, this property cannot be traded without the consent of the people. However, because there are many pressing things, many people sell this property to meet the needs of their families, one of which is to pay for children's education. However, with the sale of this property, it will have an impact on the family as well as the people. The purpose of this study was to describe the impact of using high inheritance for education in Jorong Simpang Ampek, West Pasaman Regency. The theory used in this study is the theory of Social Change proposed by Herbert Spencer. The research was conducted in Jorong Simpang Ampek, West Pasaman Regency. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research type. The withdrawal of informants was carried out by purposive sampling technique. The data collection method in this study began with observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies.Data analysis was carried out in several stages, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that there are 2 impacts of using high heritage assets for education in Jorong Simpang Ampek, West Pasaman Regency including: 1) Positive Impact, for the nuclear family, namely children from people who take advantage of this high inheritance, can go to school to higher education. While the positive impact on the community, mamak feels proud that his nephew has achievements in school so that he can get a higher education.2) Negative impact, for the nuclear family, where at the beginning of the process of selling heirlooms, there are family members who do not agree to be sold then it causes conflict between mamak and other brother. While the negative impact for the people is that the high inheritance which was originally intact becomes reduced and cannot be enjoyed by the next generation
