    There have been many studies on organizational culture. However, there have been not many studies on safety culture especially in Indonesia. Furthermore, the studies of safety culture in its relations to leadership styles, job satisfaction and employee performance have been little. This study examines the impacts of safety culture and leadership styles on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Primary data was obtained from the perception of employees who worked at Mining Operations Division of PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara, copper/gold mine in West Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara province. Data was collected through questionnaires sent to 150 employees, mostly heavy equipment operators and several field foremen. 131 were completed and returned however only 119 were valid for analysis. Statistical method used to test each hyphotesis was path analysis. The results showed that most hypothesis were confirmed. From five hypothesis, only one (H2) that had to be rejected. While four hypothesis i.e. H1, H3, H4 and H5were accepted. These results indicated that safety culture has a significant impact on job satisfaction (H1) but has no significant impact on performance (H2). Whilst leadership style has a significant impact on both job satisfaction (H3) and employee performance (H4). Finally, job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance (H5).     This research aims to explain the relationships among variables : competence, self leadership, reward systems, work environment; commitment to profession, and professionalizm of teachers of SMAN at Bali. The sample size are 243 teachers who selected by proportional random technique from 12 units of Senior High School Satate at Bali. The tool of analyisis which is used is structural equation model analysis, with supported by AMOS version 19.00  application. The results shows those : (1) the effect of competence to the commitment to profession, is not significant; (2) the self leadership’s effect to the commitment to profession; is not significant also; (3) the effect of reward systems to the commitment to profession is positively significant; (4) the work environment’s effect to the commitment to profession is positively significant; (5) the self leadership’s effect to  the professionalizm is not significant; (6) the rewad systems’ effect to professionalizm is positively significant; (7) the effect of work environment to professionalizm is positively significant; (8) the effect of  commitment to profession to professionalizm is positively significant. In general, the structural equation model which is accomplished, has passed the criterions of goodness of fit, i.e :: c2 = 276.359; probability of c2 = 0.012; Cmin/DF = 1.749; GFI = 0.923; AGFI = 0.902; RMSEA = 0.056; and TLI = 0.921.  Keywords : competence, self leadership, reward systems, work environment; commit-ment to profession, and professionaliz

    Bank Performance were very depend on human resource. In high competition, organization behaviour should be managed to match with internal and external condition. In this context, bank need corporate culture which support effective teamwork and create innovation by hold of management. Management who responsible to manage organization should have competency to transforming opportunities to realize the vision. So, managerial performance have great impact on corporate performance. Many research of corporate performance use single methode to evaluate a performance so it is difficult for us to get a comprehensive profile. The objective of this disertation are to analyse the effects of innovation, corporate culture, teamwork on managerial performance on corporate perfor-mance of commmunity banking in Province of East Kalimantan. The different of this research compare with others, is using Balanced Scorecard model to evaluate corporate performance to get a comprehensive profile and Team work as one of Predicting variable. Total 140 respondents from 14 community banking in Province of East Kalimantan partici-pated in this study. The data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).Results of this study proved that innovation, corporate culture and teamwork have significant effects on managerial performance. Managerial performance and teamwork also have significant effects on corporate perfor-mance. On the contrary, innovation and corporate culture have insignificant effects on corporate performance in  commmunity banking in Province of East Kalimantan.  The finding of this study is important empirical evidence on the development of organi-zation behaviour theories and practices.Key words: community banking, innovation, corporate culture, teamwork, managerial, and performance

    This research aims to develop the model of economic empowerment of fishing communities with a focus of study for fishery system practiced fishing communities, the fisherman owner (skipper) with fishermen cultivators (labor). Research conducted in a number of locations in the coastal region of Madura which includes Bangkalan, Sampang, Pamekasan and Sumenep with a wide range of revenue-sharing system. Qualitative research method using a phenomenological approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and direct observation in the field. The data were analyzed qualitatively phenomenological, with the implied meaning uncovering what is seen, felt, experienced and/or do the informants and investigators, and also calculates the quantitative results between fishermen and fishermen owner cultivators, fishery production value do with fishing income per year and per month in household wellbeing of fishermen. Results of this research get that: (1) the distribution of revenues fishery is conducted with a profit-sharing between fishermen owners with tenant fishermen, but the results are applied to the Madurese community almost everything is not in accordance with the provisions of the law No.16/1964, just in Coastal Ambunten, Sumenep with a variation of the results in accordance with its provisions;  (2) almost all fishermen tenants in Madura according to World Bank criteria and classified should not prosperous or poor, and (3) model of emprovement that can improve the economic of fisher families are models that do by financiers/marketers (pangamba’).     The location of this research is at Earning Department Office of East Borneo Province in Samarinda.The research problems is how is the supporting factors in work discipline of someone that consist of : prosperity, threat, resolutely, ability and the example of leader as free variable, it can influence work achievement that consist of : quality of work, quantity of work, reability and attitude as unfree variable.The research objectives is to know how is the influence of a whole work discipline factors toward work achievement of earning department employee of East Borneo Province and work discipline factors that has dominant influence toward work achievement of earning department employee of East Borneo Province.Based on the research toward 49 respondents it got result that a whole work discipline factors has positive influence toward work achievement that can see from the regression similarity, like this : Y = -0,6387 + 0,1011 X1 + 0,6693 X2 + 0,2573 X3 + 0,2312 X4 + 0,3598 X5. from the similarity above it indicated above threat (X2) = 0,6693 it very dominant toward work achievement.The conclusion is if work discipline factors involved prosperity, threat, resolutely, ability and the example of leader can be increase, so work achievement of Earning Department of East Borneo Province will be increase.Keywords:   Discipline: prosperity, threat, resolutely, ability and the example of leader, and work achievemen

    This research intend to study the influence of risk management and investment strategy over forex online trading and investor’s value added. Sample for this research is the investors who are doing forex online trading at PT. Monex Investindo Futures in Surabaya. This research is a predictive research and use quantitative method. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and statistical tool Partial Least Square (PLS). The program that is used is Smart PLS Version 1.10 for Windows.This research use independent variables such as cutloss, switching, locking, averaging, momentum trading, technical trading, fundamental trading, short term, mid term, long term, trade based on risk management, trade based on investment strategy, trade based on risk management and investment strategy, increase, constant, and decrease. Dependent variables are risk management, investment strategy, , forex online trading and investor’s value added.This research proves that risk management and investment strategy influence significantly forex online trading and investor’s value added, and forex online trading influence significantly investor’s value added. This is shown by the result of data analysis using PLS that T-test value is more than 1,96 for all. Specifically for risk management, having negatif influence significantly over investor’s value added.     This research is analysis of electricity demand, and focus for small recidence sector in PT Perusahaan listrik Negara (Persero) or PT PLN (Persero). Dependent variable is demand electricity or kWh sales, and independent variable consist of install capacity, average tariff, and rate of capacity using percustomers. Step of research and process result based on SPSS calculation, and use cross section data on January 2010. Obtain result that install capacity and rate of capacity using percustomers has given positif impact, and average tariff has given negative impact. Install capacity variable has significant influence to electricity demand of small recidence sector, but average tariff and rate of capacity using percustomers has not significant influence to electricity demand of small recidence sector.     PENGARUH KETIDAKPUASAN KONSUMEN, KARAKTERISTIK KATEGORI PRODUK, DAN KEBUTUHAN MENCARI VARIASI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PERPINDAHAN MEREK

    The objective of this study is to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of customer dissatisfaction, characteristics of product category, and variety-seeking needs on brand switching behavior. This study has tested the impact of the variety-seeking needs as a moderating variable on brand switching behavior and provided an alternative perspective on the concept of consumers’ brand loyalty. The brand switching approach can be very helpful in resolving problem and decision making related to brand loyalty reinforcement. The results show two important findings. Firstly, the customer dissatisfaction and variety-seeking needs were significantly related to brand switching behavior, but the impact of characteristics of product category itself on brand switching behavior was not significant. Secondly, the variety-seeking needs moderated the effects of customer dissatisfaction and characteristics of product category on brand switching behaviors. Some implication for future research are identified, including the choice of products as research objects, dissatisfaction constructs, and the importance of inter-customer interaction issues.
