Development of Presence Administration Information System Model
Presence administration is a series of attempts to conceptualize what is meant by administration, how to improve the things that administration does, how to determine the urgency of what public administrators should do. Presence System is a system application to measure employee performance by collecting a database that functions to support monitoring and performance appraisal as well as to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of services in decision making or decision support systems. The Regional Apparatus Work Unit is the executor of executive functions that must coordinate so that government administration runs well. The legal basis that has been in effect since 2004 for the formation of SKPD is Article 120 of Law no. 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government. TKT in this study is the level of development level 6. The research method used is a qualitative research method, with a case study approach. In qualitative analysis, case studies use variable analysis tools that have been linked and then analyzed based on observations and interviews. Analysis of Government Policy in Economic Recovery During Pandemic in Indonesia
The Covid-19 pandemic affected both the health and economy of different countries, including Indonesia. This led to the issuance of several policies by the government to ensure economic recovery. Therefore, this study aims to examine the government policies implemented as a response to the impact of Covid-19. These policies are generally grouped into four which include fiscal, monetary, macroprudential, and emergency liquidity. A descriptive qualitative method was used to analyze their performance in dealing with the economic crisis caused by Covid-19 using Nvivo12 Plus software. The results showed that the most widely used is the fiscal policy with 62% followed by macroprudential with 20% while monetary and emergency liquidity is 9% and 6%, respectively. This implied that fiscal policy is the main support for the Indonesian government's economic recovery
Involvement of women in the stunting convergence program policy in the coastal area of Ketapang Regency
West Kalimantan is one of the provinces that has a high prevalence of stunting compared to other provinces in Indonesia. One of the biggest contributors to stunting prevalence is Ketapang district. Therefore, this study aims to find out further stunting mapping in Ketapang district and see how women's involvement in the convergence program is a strategy in dealing with stunting in the coastal areas of Ketapang Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that stunting cases in Ketapang district showed a declining trend due to the success of the community empowerment program for all female cadres by conducting stunting prevention training through the process of extracting knowledge of female stunting cadres and increasing the capacity of female stunting cadres
Consumer Protection Policy for Conducting E-Commerce Transactions in Indonesia
A few decades ago, the internet was only known by a handful of people who did have an interest in the world of technology, especially computers. However, with the increasing years and the times, people's interest in the internet is growing rapidly, even the internet has become an inseparable part of their lives. Now the internet is not only entertainment and information; it has even been used as a medium of business and trade known as Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce). E-Commerce is buying and selling carried out via the internet, which can benefit consumers. Still, on the other hand, sometimes it is detrimental to consumers because they often do not get the protection that provides certainty in a dispute. In the E-commerce business transaction, which is a characteristic of business to business transactions where business actors conduct transactions with fellow entrepreneurs, business-to-consumer transactions are carried out by business actors with consumers themselves. The benefits of E-Commerce transactions for consumers, consumers can make transactions for 24 hours without leaving the house and do not require transportation for selling costs. Protection of E-Commerce consumers is regulated in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection for online transactions or E-commerce. In the Trade Law, the regulated E-commerce trading system stipulates that every person or business entity that trades goods or services must provide complete and correct data and information
Using Social Media to Support the Special Autonomous Region of Papua's Continuity Program
Social media has become part of society; in 2021, citizen Indonesia trends issue of continuity program particular autonomous region of Papua. This research examines what kind of social media supports Papua's continuity, mainly autonomous region programs. This study employed a qualitative method and analyzes data using Qualitative Data Analysis Software (Q-DAS); the toll is Nvivo 12Plus and delivers the value and result using Descriptive way. This research founds that: First, social media Dominated three terms on social media. Second, social media hashtags relation also appears and exits. Third, social media Narratives refer to support the program of a special autonomous region in Papua. Forth, social media dominance with Individual and Ngo. This study has significant drawbacks. This study focused on the use of social media to help Papua's special autonomous area. Some recommendations to the next research is to assist the Papua's special autonomous region program
Adapting to The Pandemic COVID-19: Smart City Implementation in Blitar City
COVID-19 seriously hitting most countries worldwide is an alarming issue affecting the mindset of the Indonesian government. Many studies have revealed that the outbreak has forced the government to make some adjustments by seeking smart solutions that are effective and efficient for public services, which has brought the government to the concept of a smart city. Departing from this background, this research aims to investigate how Blitar City is struggling to adapt to the situation by adjusting to the Smart City implementation. This research found that, guided by qualitative research methodology and the Smart City theoretical framework, the desire for changes in terms of public services from citizens is relatively high. However, the lack of a legal basis for the smart city in Blitar City seems to hinder the objective. Furthermore, there is a vague understanding of the concept that is hampered by some local agencies (Dinas) and civil servants. Therefore, local regulation relating to the concept is required to ensure the implementation of smart cities in Blitar City. The Readiness of all actors in Blitar City also needs upgrading in order to maintain the long-term Smart City implementation at a local level
Digital Governance on Broadcasting Industry
The development of media based on the internet has not dampened the existence of television broadcasts, because the penetration of information through television is still the highest. In terms of broadcast infrastructure quality, Indonesia lags behind other countries. Indonesia still uses analog channels while other countries have turned off analog broadcasts and switched to digital broadcasts. On top of that, it is necessary to describe the migration policy of analog television broadcasts to digital broadcasts that supports the improvement of television broadcast quality in Indonesia, and the prospects for the post-migration broadcast industry from analog television to digital broadcasting. The result is an analog switch off (ASO) which encourages efficient use of frequency bands in Indonesia. However, it is suspected that the implementation of digital television free-to-air (FTA) migration could damage the broadcast business structure. By 2022, there will be 103 licensed digital broadcasters and 728 broadcasters who will migrate to digital. The number of broadcasts will have an impact on the level of competition between broadcasting institutions to get cake as a source of life. In terms of nice breadth, niche overlap, and nice, all major broadcasts will still dominate the competition map in the broadcast industry. Meanwhile, local broadcasting institutions that are established in the regions will find it difficult to compete
The Volunteers Phenomenon of Presidential Election in Indonesia
This study identifies the political influence of Jokowi Mania volunteers on the policies of President Joko Widodo Period II. Joko Widodo's election victories in 2014 and 2019 did not occur without the role of volunteers. This political volunteer movement emerged based on shared unrest and the people's sense of distrust of the democratic space, which is dominated by political parties and politicians who are problematic. This research uses qualitative research. The data collection technique was obtained by using the Ncapture feature on the Nvivo 12 plus, where the Ncapture feature is a web browser extension developed to capture web content in the form of website content, online media, and other document content such as scientific articles and collections of observers' opinions regarding the policies of President Joko Widodo. Based on the study results, four important points have been analyzed by researchers using crosstab on the Nvivo 12 Plus. The first is advocacy, with a percentage of 35.71%, the second is monitoring, with 21.43%, the third is the program, and the last is reconciliation, with 19.05%. The political policies carried out by Jokowi Volunteers also affect most of those who used to be policy volunteers are now part of the government and occupy strategic positions
The Role of the Government of Indonesia in Handling Cases of Sexual Violence Against Women.
The purpose of this research is to see how the role of the Indonesian government in handling cases of sexual violence against women. The concepts used are the role and handling of the state and violence and protection of women. The method used is a qualitative approach to data analysis of cases of sexual violence taken from Komnas Perempuan data. The news media analyzed using NVivo 12 Plus software as an easy-to-use application. This study indicates that three factors become obstacles in handling cases of sexual violence, namely legal factors, fear, and inadequate protection. Because sexual violence against women is usually unresolved, resolve by paying a certain amount of money, marrying the perpetrator, imprisoning the perpetrator, and even making peace with the family. At the same time, the state's role is vital in handling cases of sexual violence through legal protection and influencing the justice of all citizens. But in fact, the data obtained shows that the handling and legal protection is still not adequate; women still experience sexual violence. The State of Indonesia uses various ways to handle cases of sexual violence with laws made on the Elimination of Domestic Violence or the Elimination of Sexual Violence. However, this does not become the basis for stopping sexual violence crimes in Indonesia
Prevention of Corruption in the Procurement Process of Government Goods and Services in The Digital Era
The purpose of this research is to undertake a legal analysis of the anti-corruption procurement process for government goods and services through the use of good governance. The research approach employed in this study is a normative juridical one, which involves studying legislative rules and examining corrupt activities that occur in the sphere of procurement of goods and services. The sources of law in this study are material law sources and traditional legal sources. Based on the analysis of legal authorities, it can be concluded that the criminal act of corruption in the procurement of government goods and services has violated the regulations in Article 2 paragraph (1) of Law No. 31 of 1999 and Law No. 20 of 2001 on Corruption. The implementation of good governance in preventing corruption in the procurement of goods and services is seen from two aspects, namely internal and external aspects. Internal elements include improving the quality of internal resources in government organizations and increasing accountability and transparency. In contrast, external elements increase community participation, legitimacy, and anti-corruption socialization through various media
