Keberlanjutan Pertanian Berbasis Pesantren di Kota Tasikmalaya
Selama pesantren hanya sekedar memberikan pendidikan agama, keberadaannya dirasa kurang memadai. Fenomena pesantren yang terjadi saat ini menyebabkan adanya penambahan life skill ke dalam program pembelajaran, sektor pertanian salah satunya. Program pembelajaran harus dirancang terstruktur dan terarah dengan jelas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi keberlanjutan pertanian berbasis pesantren di Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai Juli tahun 2024 di Islamic Leader School dan Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mustafid. Dalam penelitian ini, metode survei diterapkan. Data primer dan sekunder digunakan. 132 responden dan dua informan kunci diwawancarai untuk mengumpulkan data primer. Data sekunder diperoleh dari presentasi data lembaga-lembaga terkait. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan skala likert. Selanjutnya Rapid Aparsial For Pondok Pesantren (Rap-Pontren) digunakan untuk mendiagnosis keberlanjutan pertanian. Berdasarkan temuan analisis, dimensi sosial, hukum, dan tata kelola semuanya tergolong buruk, sedangkan dimensi ekonomi dan lingkungan hidup semuanya tergolong baik. Diklasifikasikan dalam kategori cukup berkelanjutan untuk dimensi sosial dan lingkungan, serta tergolong cukup berkelanjutan untuk dimensi ekoThe phenomenon of Islamic boarding schools today is to add life skills in their learning. Providing life skills aims to equip students in terms of skills, especially in the agricultural sector. The learning must be clearly structured and directed to ensure social, economic, ecological, regulation and institutional sustainability. The importance of sustainability is to maintain the existence of pesantren-based agriculture. This research aims to identify the sustainability of pesantren-based agriculture in Tasikmalaya City. It was conducted from January to July 2024 at Pesantren Islamic Leader School and Pesantren Hidayatul Mustafid. Primary data collection used survey method by interviewing 132 respondents and 2 key informants. Secondary data were obtained from statistical data of related agencies. The analytical tools used were descriptive analysis and Rapid Aparsial for Pondok Pesantren (Rap-Pontren) to diagnose sustainability. Based on the findings of the analysis, Islamic boarding school agriculture is classified as quite sustainable for the social and ecological dimensions, this is due to the seriousness of the Islamic boarding school in managing agriculture so that they produce superior commodities. However, it is less sustainable for the economic, regulation and institutional dimensions, this is because agricultural institutions related to pesantren have not been formed so that the flow of costs and revenues has not been clearly recorded
Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Budidaya Udang Vannamei Dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan Petambak di Kecamatan Klirong Kabupaten Kebumen
Vannamei shrimp is a fishery commodity that has the potential to be developed. Klirong District has a high volume and value of vannamei shrimp production in Kebumen Regency. This research aims to analyze the vannamei shrimp commodity base, classify the growth of vannamei shrimp cultivation businesses, and formulate appropriate development strategies for vannamei shrimp cultivation businesses in Klirong District, Kebumen Regency. This research will analyze several aspects, including Location Quotient (LQ) analysis, Klassen Matrix analysis, External and Internal Factors, SWOT analysis, and formulating alternative strategies using the QSPM matrix. This research shows that vannamei shrimp is an essential commodity in Klirong District, Kebumen Regency, with a value of 1.18. Vannamie shrimp commodities in Klirong District, Kebumen Regency, are classified as advanced and slow-growing commodities. There are twelve alternative strategies in developing the vannamei shrimp cultivation business, the three strategic priorities with the highest value include implementing environmentally sound farming business practices, adopting innovative technology and implementing digitalization in production and marketing systems, as well as establishing good relationships with suppliers and customers and also expanding marketing.Vannamei shrimp is a fishery commodity that has the potential to be developed. Analisis Perbandingan Usahatani Cabai Keriting Sebelum dan Sesudah Kenaikan Harga Input Produksi di Kota Pekanbaru
Salah satu tanaman hortikultura yang sangat dibutuhkan warga Kota Pekanbaru adalah cabai keriting. Keberhasilan usahatani cabai keriting sangat bergantung pada penggunaan input produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan pendapatan, produktivitas, dan biaya produksi petani cabai keriting sebelum dan sesudah harga input produksi dinaikkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survei dengan strategi purposive sampling. Tiga puluh petani menjawab survei tersebut. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ciri-ciri khas petani mencakup usia produktif, tamatan sekolah menengah atas sebagai pendidikan paling formal, dan memiliki pengalaman pertanian kategori tinggi lebih dari sepuluh tahun. Rata-rata luas lahan responden adalah 0,5 hektar. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan budidaya cabai keriting sebelum dan sesudah kenaikan biaya input produksi identik dari segi teknologi. Pemanfaatan unsur produksi seperti tenaga kerja, pupuk NPK, dan jumlah pupuk kandang merupakan satu-satunya variasi pelaksanaan. Biaya produksi petani sebelum dan sesudah kenaikan harga input produksi berbeda jauh. Produktivitas cabai keriting mengalami penurunan seiring dengan kenaikan biaya input produksi. Berkurangnya faktor produksi menjadi penyebabnya. Pendapatan petani meningkat pada periode mengikuti kenaikan harga input produksi karena pendapatannya melebihi jumlah biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan. Produktivitas tanaman cabai keriting secara keseluruhan berbeda nyata sebelum dan sesudah kenaikan harga input produksi.Curly chili is a horticultural crop that is very much needed by residents in Pekanbaru City. The success of curly chili farming is highly dependent on the use of production inputs. This study aims to compare the income, productivity, and production costs of curly chili farmers before and after the price of production inputs is increased. The survey was conducted using a purposive sampling strategy involving 30 farmers who farm curly chili. This study used the Paired Sample t-test to compare the production costs, productivity, and income of curly chili cultivation before and after the increase in input prices. The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of farmers include productive age, high school graduates as the most formal education, and have more than ten years of high category agricultural experience. The average area of respondents\u27 land is 0.5 hectares. The use of production elements such as labor, NPK fertilizer, and the amount of manure are the only variations in implementation. Farmers\u27 production costs before and after the increase in production input prices are very different. Curly chili productivity has decreased along with the increase in production input costs. The reduction in production factors is the cause. Farmers\u27 income increased in the period following the increase in production input prices because their income exceeded the amount of production costs incurred. The overall productivity of curly chili plants was significantly different before and after the increase in production input prices
Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Willingness To Pay Konsumen Beras Organik di Sumatera Barat
Saat permintaan domestik terhadap produk organik meningkat, harga menjadi kendala utama dalam pembelian produk organik. Oleh karena itu, sebagian besar konsumen masih tidak membeli produk organik sementara beberapa konsumen membelinya secara rutin. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna melakukan analisis terkait kesediaan membayar (WTP) konsumen beras organik di Sumatera Barat serta berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer hasil survei terhadap 100 konsumen beras organik pasar modern di Sumatera Barat. Kriteria responden yaitu konsumen produk beras oganik, orang dewasa, memiliki pendapatan dan bertanggung jawab atas belanja pangan baik bagi diri sendiri ataupun keluarga. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode contingent valuation dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa WTP konsumen beras organik merah dan putih berbeda dibandingkan dengan harga beras organik di Sumatera Barat saat ini. Kesediaan konsumen membayar beras merah organik lebih tinggi sebesar 2%, sedangkan untuk beras putih organik lebih rendah 0,01% daripada harga penawaran. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa determinan signifikan WTP konsumen beras organik adalah pendapatan, organik harga beras dan gaya hidup sehat. Determinan usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, isu kesehatan, kualitas, kemasan, dan akses produk tidak signifikan memengaruhi willingness to pay beras organik di Sumatera Barat Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk merumuskan strategi penetapan harga beras organik di pasar lokal.As domestic demand for organic products increases, price is a major constraint on purchasing organic products. Therefore, a large group of consumers still do not purchase organic products while some consumers purchase them regularly. The aim of this research is to examine the willingness to pay (WTP) of organic rice consumers in West Sumatera and its determinants. The research used a primary data from survey of 100 organic rice consumers of modern market in West Sumatera. The data were analysed using contingent valuation method and logistic regression. The research results showed that consumers\u27 the willingness to pay (WTP) is different for red and white organic rice compared with what they paid for current market price of organic rice in West Sumatera. Consumers\u27 willingness to pay for organic brown rice is 2% higher, while for organic white rice it is 0.01% lower than the offer price. The main reason consumers don\u27t want to spend more money is that the prices offered are already quite high. The results also showed that the significant determinants of organic rice consumers\u27 willingness to pay (WTP) are income, organic rice price and healthy lifestyle. The determinants of age, gender, education, health issues, quality, packaging and product access do not significantly influence willingness to pay for organic rice in West Sumatra. The results can be used for formulating pricing strategies of organic rice in local market
Pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran Terhadap Loyalitas Melalui Kepuasan Konsumen Rumah Makan Pondok Gabus Lukman
The restaurant and eatery industry has become one of the fastest growing sectors throughout the world, including in Indonesia. One of the restaurants that plays an important role in the food industry in Bekasi City is the Pondok Gabus Lukman Restaurant. However, in facing increasingly fierce competition, Pondok Gabus Lukman restaurant needs to continue to innovate in marketing strategies to maintain and increase market share and build loyalty through strong consumer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to find out how the characteristics of customer satisfaction and loyalty influence the marketing mix at the Pondok Gabus Lukman restaurant. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with sampling carried out in this study is convenience sampling, namely the presence of screening in advance, namely consumers who visit more than once. The analysis methods used are structural equation models, customer satisfaction index, and customer loyalty index. The results showed that the dimensions of the marketing mix (product, price and place) had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty, while the dimensions of the marketing mix (promotion, process, people/actors and physical evidence) had no significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The level of customer satisfaction at Pondok Gabus Lukman Restaurant is in the satisfied category with a value of 76.86%, and the level of consumer loyalty is in the very loyal category with a value of 88.43%. This shows that the influence of the marketing mix of Pondok Gabus Lukman Restaurant has a good influence on loyalty through customer satisfaction.The restaurant industry has become one of the most rapidly growing sectors worldwide, including in Indonesia. Willingness to Pay Generasi Muda terhadap Sayuran Organik di Wilayah Bogor dan Tasikmalaya
Generasi muda menjadi generasi yang memiliki awareness terhadap lingkungan dan kesehatan. Generasi ini cenderung memilih makanan yang bersih, organik, dan alami. Sayuran organik merupakan produk dengan tingkat konsumsi tertinggi diantara produk pertanian organik lainnya. Sayuran organik umumnya memiliki harga yang lebih mahal, namun diduga dapat memberikan manfaat lebih bagi kesehatan dibandingkan sayuran non organik. Tujuan penelitian yaitu (1) mengidentifikasi persepsi generasi muda terhadap sayuran organik dibandingkan sayuran non organik, (2) mengestimasi nilai willingness to pay (WTP) sayuran organik, dan (3) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi WTP. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner online pada akhir Februari hingga awal Mei 2023. Jumlah responden sebanyak 200 responden yang tersebar di wilayah Bogor dan Tasikmalaya. Analisis data pada penelitian meliputi analisis faktor, contingent valuation method (CVM), dan regresi logistik biner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) persepsi generasi muda terhadap sayuran organik meliputi persepsi kualitas sayuran organik, persepsi manfaat sayuran organik bagi lingkungan, persepsi kepercayaan terhadap sayuran organik, dan persepsi manfaat sayuran organik bagi kesehatan. (2) Sebagian besar responden (86%) menyatakan bersedia untuk membayar sayuran organik dengan harga lebih tinggi dan nilai WTP Bogor lebih rendah dibandingkan nilai WTP Tasikmalaya. (3) Faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesediaan responden membayar lebih yaitu persepsi kepercayaan terhadap sayuran organik dan persepsi manfaat sayuran organik bagi kesehatan.The younger generation is the generation that has awareness of the environment and health. This generation tends to choose clean, organic, and natural foods. Organic vegetables are products with the highest consumption level among other organic agricultural products. Organic vegetables generally have a higher price, but are thought to provide more health benefits than non-organic vegetables. The research objectives are (1) to identify young generation’s perceptions of organic vegetables compared to non organic vegetables, (2) to estimate Willingness to Pay (WTP) value of organic vegetables, and (3) to analyze the factors that influence WTP. Data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaires from late February to early May 2023. The number of respondents was 200 respondents spread across the Bogor and Tasikmalaya areas. Data analysis in this research includes factor analysis, Contingent Valuation Method (CVM), and binary logistic regression. The results showed (1) young Generation’s perceptions of organic vegetables included perceived quality of organic vegetable products, perceived benefits of organic vegetables for the environment, perceived trust in organic vegetables, and perceived benefits of organic vegetables for health. (2) Most of the respondents (86%) stated that they were willing to pay for organic vegetables at a higher price and Bogor\u27s WTP value was lower than Tasikmalaya\u27s WTP value. (3) Factors that have a significant effect on respondents\u27 willingness to pay more are perceptions of trust in organic vegetables and perceptions of the benefits of organic vegetables for health
Sikap dan Preferensi Konsumen Terhadap Kopi Arabika Gayo
The research aims to identify purchasing decisions, as well as to analyze consumer attitudes and preferences towards Gayo Arabica Coffee. This research uses primary data from an online survey using google forms involving 223 respondents who participated. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, fishbein multi-attribute analysis, and conjoint analysis. The research results show that the consumer decision making process goes through five decision stages. The comparison between three variants of arabica coffee, namely Gayo Arabica Coffee, Sidikalang Coffee, and Mandheling (lintong) Coffee show that consumer attitudes towards Gayo Arabica Coffee are more positive by 170.16 points. Gayo Arabica Coffee has advantages in the attributes of taste, aroma, product availability, aftertaste, and product information. This is supported by the results of consumer preferences on the level of attribute importance; the taste attribute has the highest level of attribute importance in Gayo Arabica Coffee products at 30.79 percent. Consumers also prefer Gayo Arabica Coffee, which has a sweet taste, a lingering aftertaste, strong aroma, light viscosity and a price of Rp 35,000/250g. Therefore, producers need to make improvements to product attributes that do not meet consumer expectations, as well as improve and maintain product attributes that meet consumer expectations.ABSTRAK
Penelitian bertujuan mengidentifikasi keputusan pembelian, juga menganalisis sikap dan preferensi konsumen terhadap kopi arabika gayo. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui survei google form. Responden yang berpartisipasi sebanyak 223 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis multiatribut fishbein, dan analisis conjoint. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa proses pengambilan keputusan konsumen melalui lima tahapan keputusan dan hasil perbandingan antara tiga varian kopi arabika yaitu kopi arabika gayo, kopi sidikalang, dan kopi mandheling (lintong). Sikap konsumen terhadap kopi arabika gayo lebih positif sebesar 170,16 poin. Kopi arabika gayo memiliki keunggulan pada atribut rasa, aroma, ketersediaan produk, aftertaste, dan informasi produk. Hal ini didukung dengan hasil preferensi konsumen pada tingkat kepentingan atribut, atribut rasa memiliki tingkat kepentingan atribut tertinggi pada produk kopi arabika gayo sebesar 30,79 persen. Konsumen juga lebih menyukai kopi arabika gayo yang memiliki rasa manis, aftertaste lengket, aroma yang menyengat, kekentalan yang ringan dan harga Rp 35.000/250g. Produsen harus melakukan perbaikan pada produk yang belum sesuai harapan konsumen, juga meningkatkan dan mempertahankan produk yang sudah memenuhi harapan konsumen.

Tingkat Penerapan Materi dan Partisipasi Petani pada Sekolah Lapang Climate Smart Agriculture Di Kabupaten Jember
Climate Smart Agriculture merupakan tindakan Pemerintah Indonesia dalam pencegahan dampak negatif perubahan iklim pada sektor pertanian khususnya terkait ketahanan pangan melalui Sekolah Lapang. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi petani dalam mencegah dampak negatif perubahan iklim dengan tiga aspek utama yaitu Produktivitas, Adaptasi dan Mitigasi melalui Sekolah Lapang Climate Smart Agriculture (SL-CSA). Keberhasilan Climate Smart Agriculture memerlukan tingkat penerapan materi dan partisipasi petani. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat penerapan dan partisipasi petani pada Sekolah Lapang Climate Smart Agriculture di Kecamatan Ambulu Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Ambulu karena merupakan daerah yang ditunjuk sebagai daerah pelaksanaan SL-CSA di Kabupaten Jember. Daerah pelaksanaan SL-CSA adalah daerah yang terdapat Daerah Irgasi dan Kecamatan Ambulu memiliki Daerah Irigasi Talang dan Pondok Waluh. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara. Responden penelitian merupakan 35 petani peserta SL-CSA Kecamatan Ambulu yang tersebar di Desa Andongsari, Pontang, Ambulu dan Karanganyar. Data dianalisis dengan analisis Skoring dan Korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penerapan materi oleh petani SL-CSA di Kecamatan Ambulu dikategorikan tinggi dengan skor 14,1. Tingkat partisipasi petani mengikuti SL-CSA di Kecamatan Ambulu dikategorikan tinggi dengan skor 33,6. Frekuensi kehadiran dan Keaktifan Petani berkorelasi signifikan dan memiliki arah positif dengan tingkat penerapan materi oleh petani. Karakteristik internal (usia dan tingkat pendidikan) dan karakteristik eksternal (luas lahan, status pekerjaan, kepemilikan lahan dan tingkat produktivitas) tidak berkorelasi signifikan dan memiliki arah negatifThe Climate Smart Agriculture program aims to educate farmers in preventing the negative impacts of climate change through the Climate Smart Agriculture Field School (SL-CSA). The success of Climate Smart Agriculture requires the level of application of SL-CSA materials and farmer participation. The study aims to analyze the level of application of SL-CSA materials and farmer participation in the Climate Smart Agriculture Field School in Ambulu District, Jember Regency. The study was conducted in Ambulu District which has the Talang and Pondok Waluh Irrigation Areas which are the requirements for the implementation of SL-CSA. Data collection methods were observation, documentation studies and interviews. The research respondents were farmers participating in the SL-CSA in Ambulu District. Data were analyzed using Scoring and Spearman Rank Correlation analysis. The results showed that the level of application of materials by SL-CSA farmers in Ambulu District was categorized as high. The level of application of materials by farmers can be seen from the materials provided in SL-CSA that have been applied by several farmers. Several farmers who did not apply were constrained by finances and farmer awareness. The level of farmer participation in SL-CSA in Ambulu District was categorized as high. The level of farmer participation in SL-CSA can be reviewed at the level of farmer attendance and activity in each SL-CSA activity. The frequency of attendance and farmer activity are significantly correlated and have a positive direction with the level of application of materials by farmers. Internal characteristics (age and education level) and external characteristics (land area, employment status, land ownership and productivity level) are not significantly correlated and have a negative direction
Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Penawaran Gula Indonesia
Sugar is a strategic commodity that plays an important role. As the primary sweetener, the use of sugar has not yet been completely replaced by other sweeteners. Another essential role can also be seen in the extent of linkages in downstream industries, such as food and beverage, refined sugar, and pharmaceutical industries. This research aims to analyze what factors influence the supply of sugar and the elasticity of the sugar supply in Indonesia. This research uses secondary data in the form of time series data between 1992-2021. The analytical method that will be used quantitative method. The quantitative method uses a simultaneous equation modeling approach, where each equation is estimated using the Two-Stage Least Square (2SLS) method. Data processing in this research was carried out using the Microsoft Excel 2010 and EViews 12. The research results show that the factors that influence the supply of sugar in Indonesia include the amount of production, imports, exports and Indonesian sugar stocks. The amount of Indonesian sugar production is controlled by sugar-cane production and yield, with positive elasticity. Domestic sugar consumption affects the number of Indonesian sugar imports with positive elasticity, while exchange rate and sugar production affect the number of imports with negative elasticity. Domestic sugar prices affect the amount of Indonesian sugar export with negative elasticity, while GDP have a value positive elasticity. Sugar stock is the identity function of the previous year\u27s sugar supply and the previous year\u27s sugar consumption. The total supply of Indonesian sugar is the identity function of sugar production, sugar imports, sugar exports, and year-end sugar stocks.Gula merupakan komoditas strategis yang mempunyai peranan penting. Gula sebagai pemanis utama yang penggunaannya masih belum dapat digantikan dengan bahan pemanis lainnya. Pentingnya peran gula juga tercermin dengan keterkaitannya yang luas dengan beberapa sektor industri hilir, seperti industri makanan dan minuman, gula rafinasi, serta farmasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penawaran gula dan elastisitas penawaran gula di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengunakan data deret waktu periode 1992-2021. Metode analisis yang dikembangkan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan menerapkan pendekatan model persamaan simultan. Persamaan diestimasi menggunakan metode Two-Stage Least Square (2SLS). Pemrosesan data mengunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel 2010 dan Econometric Views 12. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi penawaran gula Indonesia mencakup jumlah produksi, impor, ekspor, dan stok gula Indonesia. Jumlah produksi gula Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh produksi tebu, luas areal tebu, dan rendemen dengan nilai elastisitas positif. Jumlah impor gula Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh konsumsi gula domestik dengan nilai elastisitas positif, sedangkan nilai tukar dan produksi gula berpengaruh signifikan secara negatif terhadap impor gula. Jumlah ekspor dipengaruhi harga gula domestik dengan nilai elastisitas negatif, sedangkan nilai tukar dan produk domestik bruto memiliki nilai elastisitas positif. Stok gula merupakan fungsi identitas dari penawaran gula tahun sebelumnya dan konsumsi gula tahun sebelumnya
Pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran Terhadap Loyalitas Melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan Koperasi di Masa Pandemi Covid 19
Cooperatives need to increase their loyalty and customer satisfaction to be able to exist during the covid 19 pandemic. This study aims to identify and analyze the forming factors in customer satisfaction that affect cooperative customer loyalty during the covid pandemic. This research was conducted in the cities of South Tangerang and Depok. Primary data were collected through questionnaires to 100 cooperative customers using purposive sampling technique, and data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Marketing mix (7P) as exogenous latent variable. Meanwhile, customer satisfaction and loyalty are endogenous latent variables. The results showed that based on the highest value, the promotional marketing mix factor (γ=0.26) was important to improve cooperatives in the cities of South Tangerang and Depok as a marketing strategy in maintaining customer loyalty and satisfaction during the covid 19 pandemic. recommendations for increasing promotion and physical evidence in cooperative businesses as a cooperative marketing strategy that is suitable for use during the covid 19 pandemic.Cooperatives need to increase their loyalty and customer satisfaction to be able to exist during the covid 19 pandemic.
